Katie Holmes is embracing a more natural look with an ultra-chic, fresh-faced appearance during a high-profile night out at Paris Fashion Week.
Stepping out alongside her boyfriend, artist Jason Bard Yarmosky, the 47-year-old actress turned heads by ditching heavy glamour in favor of an effortless, makeup-free glow. Her romantic-looking appearance in the French capital proves once again that her signature minimalist style reigns supreme on the global stage.
According to Marie Claire, Holmes brought her "Mansur Gavriel tote to Paris Fashion Week. There, the bucket-style sling became the pop of color against her black blazer, shade-matched stilettos, and white, feather-trimmed skirt from the London label Tove."

Amid a wealth of style choices at the 2026 Emmys, one color ruled above all: a bold crimson in its best look-at-me hue, seen on women happy to embrace its powerful psychology. From Cailee Spaeny in custom Miu Miu to Hassie Harrison in Monique Lhuillier, Rhea Seehorn in Louis Vuitton and Emmys host Mariska Hargitay in Monse on the red carpet, the choice was just the beginning of an evening that acquitted itself well on the style spectrum.
Among the more touching elements of the night's fashion conversations were the remembrances of legendary designer Bob Mackie, whose death in Palm Springs at the age of 87 was announced mere hours before the 78th Primetime Emmys kicked off at the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles. During the pre-show, E! News host Keltie Knight took a moment to honor Mackie, calling him "one of the most prolific and celebrated costume designers of all time … [who] created some of the most iconic looks of all time for stars like Cher, Carol Burnett, Elton John, Diana Ross, Marilyn Monroe, Barbra Streisand, Dolly Parton and so many others. His impact on the world of fashion is really hard to put into words, and his legacy absolutely lives on." E! News finished the segment with a moment of silence and a black screen.

"WWE Raw" is in Mexico City at Arena CDMX this Monday, Sept. 14, following AAA TripleMania weekend. After winning his way through WWE's No. 1 contender luchador tournament, Penta finally gets his shot at the World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns in a true spectacle match for the promotion's weekly programming.
Reigns has been embroiled in matters between Solo Sikoa and LA Knight as of late, but his next challenger is former the Intercontinental Champion. South American wrestling fans have already been treated to plenty of excitement over the past week, as WWE delivered a surprise ******* le change when Stephanie Vaquer dethroned Women's World Champion Liv Morgan in her home of Chile. Penta will look to do the same tonight.
Speaking of Intercontinental Champions, the man who dethroned Penta, Chad Gable, will defend his crown tonight against Dragon Lee. Gable has consistently shown respect for luchadors since returning from his run as El Grande Americano. Considering the chemistry he's had with all involved, this match is sure to deliver.
More Money In the Bank qualifier matches are also set to take place on "Raw." On the men's side, Je'Von Evans and Big Cass go at it once again, this time with World Tag Team Champion Austin Theory in the mix. The women's match will feature the debuting Lola Vice, as she battles fellow former NXT star Kelani Jordan and the current Women's Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez.
Check out the full "WWE Raw" lineup below, which starts at 8 p.m. ET on Netflix:

Jakob Ingebrigtsen admits he is "a long way" from the level that he expects. The maverick Norwegian made a dramatic return to racing at the European Championships in Birmingham, storming to 5,000m gold to banish skepticism surrounding his condition and his nerve to compete on the big stage following a 323-day absence after a debilitating Achilles injury.
Athletics is a star-driven sport and the 1,500m, among its most compelling events, alongside the women's 800m, depends on head-to-head duels when records, such as Josh Kerr's captivating tilt at the one mile mark in London, are not at stake.
The two great rivals, who were famously caught snoozing in Paris two years ago as Cole Hocker slipped up the inside of the rail to ***** gold, continue to bristle at each other's journeys away from the track.
Ingebrigtsen's command and control across 5,000m is mesmerising, but even if Kerr was merely provocative in his claim that "no one cares" about that event, the pure chaos of the 1,500m reigns and its former Nordic king knows all too well.
"I think a lot of people should be [disappointed in Kerr's absence from some championships]," Ingebrigtsen had remarked. "Because that is what championships are all about. It's not for us as athletes to choose almost where to participate. We have these championships for a reason, and that is for the best athletes to compete - that is the whole point.

WWE's roster is deeper than it has been in years, and the booking sheet coming out of SummerSlam shows it. CM Punk is carrying the Undisputed WWE Championship on SmackDown. Roman Reigns holds the World Heavyweight Championship on Raw. Solo Sikoa has become the most over act on either brand. Kevin Owens is back after 17 months away with a neck injury and already has an argument for another ***** le shot.
The problem sits on the other side of the card. Punk and Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam was a battle of a babyface against a babyface. Reigns and Seth Rollins were the same. Sikoa is a babyface, LA Knight is a babyface, and Randy Orton returned as a heel and got cheered anyway. Sami Zayn blasting both Punk and Owens with the ***** le belt in Toronto was the first real attempt to fix that.
So there are plenty of creative changes that can be made soon. With that in mind, we ask about five adjustments that should be considered. Each of these is a decision WWE could make on television inside the next few months. None of them require a signing, a trade, or a budget. They only require someone in the writers' room to pull the trigger.
Sportsnaut answer: No. Not yet.
Alexa Bliss pitched this pairing herself, and she has been open about why it works. Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Bliss described the appeal of the run with Charlotte Flair as getting to see "both of us letting our guards down and having fun." The Las Vegas Raiders aren't quite ready to give Fernando Mendoza the key to their franchise. However, the number one pick in the 2026 NFL Draft is expected to get to that point this season.
NFL teams have very different philosophies when it comes to starting rookie quarterbacks. Many franchises hand over the reigns to their highly-coveted players immediately, including Drake Maye and Caleb Williams.
Meanwhile, the Raiders do have precedent when it comes to taking things slow with their new QB. Klint Kubiak recently announced that Kirk Cousins will start Week 1 against the Miami Dolphins.
That puts Mendoza in the same category as Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Baker Mayfield when he was drafted first overall. The Cleveland Browns opted to keep Mayfield on the sidelines for the first week in 2018.

One of the most enjoyable aspects during this time of the year is the sky high expectations from fanbases. Every player is healthy (for the most part), every club is undefeated, and every league race is wide open. Except the Bundesliga, of course, where Bayern Munich reigns supreme. Luckily, betting and prediction site FanDuel is around to keep fans in line and provide a more realistic view of the upcoming season.
Let's take a look at how the oddsmakers are looking at Bayern Munich entering this season. Of course, clubs can plan for glory and fans can dream of it, but the oddsmakers are there to look at the reality of it all and set the pace for how things might play out.
Favorite: Bayern Munich (-800)
Once again, Bayern is a heavy favorite to three-peat on the domestic front. After last season's 122-goal campaign, Bayern reinforced the squad with Ismael Saibari and Nathaniel Brown. There is nothing that suggests Bayern will slow down in the Bundesliga.
Best Value: RB Leipzig (+1600)

Aug. 18 (UPI) -- Solo Sikoa fought back against Roman Reigns and his other family members in the Bloodline with help from LA Knight on WWE Raw.
Sikoa was delivered to Reigns on Monday after he lost to his older brother Jey Uso last week on Raw. Sikoa was going to be forced back into the Bloodline, which also includes his older brother Jimmy Uso and cousin Jacob Fatu.
Reigns, the World Heavyweight Champion, berated Sikoa and made fun of his appearance before crushing his sunglasses.
Fatu then ******* aulted Sikoa as Reigns named Jimmy and Jey Uso captains of the Bloodline for delivering Sikoa.
Knight, who had become Sikoa's friend in recent weeks, had seen enough and marched into the ring. Knight fought off The Usos until he came face to face with Reigns.

This is the UFC 330 live blog for Islam Makhachev vs. Ian Machado Garry, the welterweight championship main event Saturday at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia.
Islam Makhachev reigns as the No. 1-ranked fighter in the MMA Fighting Pound-for-Pound Rankings, while Garry is tied with Michael Morales for the No. 3 spot at 170 pounds in our Global Rankings.
Not only is Makhachev (28-1) looking to join Henry Cejudo, Daniel Cormier, Jon Jones, and Amanda Nunes as the only fighters in UFC history to successfully defend ****** les in two weight classes, he also goes for his 17th straight win, which put him in sole possession of the promotion's longest-ever win streak, passing the legendary Anderson Silva. Makhachev already holds the record for the most successful UFC lightweight ****** le defenses (4) and captured welterweight gold this past November with a dominant decision win over Jack Della Maddalena.
Garry (17-1) has long touted himself as a future UFC champion and the time is now for him to put his money where his mouth is. The brash Irishman won his first eight UFC fights before losing a decision to Shavkat Rakhmonov, but has bounced back with consecutive victories over former champion Belal Muhammad and top contender Carlos Prates. Though Garry is a live underdog, dethroning Makhachev would unquestionably send major ripples through the MMA world.

There was a time when Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson was one of the biggest names in WWE, but he has opted to focus on other ventures outside of wrestling a lot more for some time now.
The Rock did team with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania a couple of years ago, but it has been so long since we have seen the People's Champion have a singles match in WWE.
The Rock did get involved in John Cena's final run last year, but for whatever reason, that storyline went cold.
Instead, the former WWE Champion has spent years as an actor, starring in films like Fast and Furious and Jumanji.
But it now looks as though The Rock is going to try his hand at a music career.

Aug. 11 (UPI) -- Jey Uso competed against his brother Solo Sikoa in order to force him back into The Bloodline with Roman Reigns on WWE Raw.
Jey Uso confronted Sikoa on Monday and stated that Reigns demanded that he rejoin his family in The Bloodline.
Sikoa has been feuding with his brothers and cousins in The Bloodline, which was re-formed after Reigns became World Heavyweight Champion earlier in the year. Sikoa is the younger brother of twins Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso.
"I need you to fall in line Solo," Jey Uso said from the ring as Sikoa stood in the stands by the live audience. Jey Uso then challenged his younger brother to a high-stakes match with the condition that Sikoa must join The Bloodline once again if he lost.
Sikoa said he was happy being free from his family and accepted the offer, stating that if he won, The Bloodline would have to leave him alone for good.

Optimism about the availability of San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle for the team's season opener against the Los Angeles Rams still reigns with one month to go until their Sept. 10 showdown in Melbourne, Australia.
CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz on Monday reported "there's a high level of confidence at this point" that Kittle will be able to suit up when the 49ers and Rams kick off their regular seasons a month from Monday. Zenitz's report surfaced the same day multiple videos hit social media showing Kittle appearing to go full speed through cone drills and catching passes.
While it's noteworthy that Kittle looks good in his on-field workouts and hasn't suffered a setback in his recovery from an Achilles tear he suffered in the 49ers' wild card win over the Philadelphia Eagles in January, the optimism about his availability certainly isn't new. General manager John Lynch told reporters on March 29 at the NFL owners meetings that he was hopeful Kittle would be back for the season opener. Lynch again didn't rule out Kittle playing in Week 1 when he spoke with reporters before training camp began on July 25.
Despite the hope of Kittle's availability to start the regular season, the star tight end still remains on the PUP list where he's unable to participate in practices with the team. We've yet to see him in a football situation where he'll be putting maximum strain on his lower body in a non-controlled environment. That's surely something the team will want to see before rolling out the 32-year-old in a game situation. And none of that even factors in the lengthy flight to and from Australia and the role that could play in Kittle's long-term recovery.
For now, the optimism is fun and that Kittle might not miss a regular season game after tearing his Achilles in the playoffs the previous year is objectively remarkable. There are still several boxes to check and hurdles to clear in terms of being able to physically make the trip to Australia without jeopardizing his entire season before the optimism about his return can be anything more than a reflection of what we've seen the 49ers expressing since March.

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across MLB. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Orioles fans and fans across the country.
The Orioles entered trade deadline day earlier this week with a 2.5 game deficit to the third wild card spot in the American League. We have seen the myriad flaws of the team through the year and on a rational level understand the case not to push aggressively to make something happen this season.
I don't think I was the only one hoping the Orioles would decide to just let it ride with the roster, maybe add a piece or two who will be able to help next year too while thinning out the mid-range prospect depth that has to be added to the 40-man roster so it's not lost in the Rule 5 draft. Mike Elias had other ideas, trading away three players who figured to be a part of next year's team, headlined by Adley Rutschman. This is still a tough one to stomach.
In our poll this week, I asked Orioles fans, clearly feeling raw in the aftermath of the Rutschman trade, when they think that our favorite baseball team will make it back into the postseason. These were the results:
Optimism often reigns in these polls, but it seems the post-Rutschman trade was not inspiring a lot of optimism for the near future. The 34% plurality for 2029 or later isn't too strong, but we're talking 59% who think the Orioles won't make the postseason this year or next year either.

LOS ANGELES -- The mystery behind Rey Mysterio's backstage meeting with Roman Reigns on Monday Night Raw did not last long.

FC Barcelona has made a major statement in the transfer market. Hansi Flick has decided to personally take charge of the negotiations to secure the signing of Rodri Hernández, star of Manchester City and a key target for the Barça board.
As journalist Carlos Monfort revealed in SPORT, the German coach held a phone conversation with the Spanish midfielder in recent hours. During the call, Flick conveyed the club's genuine interest and outlined the key role he would play in his project.
This strong move confirms the Blaugrana side's definitive entry into the race for the Madrid-born holding midfielder. The manager's direct involvement is aimed at speeding up a strategic operation to strengthen Barça's midfield ahead of the challenges to come.
The phone contact also comes at a crucial moment. It was recently leaked that Barcelona has managed to gain the upper hand and move into pole position to complete his signing, overtaking Real Madrid in the race.
Despite the financial complexity and Rodri's importance at Manchester City, optimism reigns within the Catalan club. The ambitious sporting proposal explained by Flick could be decisive in tipping the balance in favor of Camp Nou.

Kansas City Chiefs star Creed Humphrey will be the pace-setter at his position in 2026 after the experts at Pro Football Focus ranked him No. 1 overall in their evaluation of NFL centers.
"For the fourth consecutive year, Humphrey reigns atop the NFL landscape at the center position," PFF's Mason Cameron said of Kansas City's star lineman. "No interior blocker has a more consistently elite grading profile over the past five seasons. In 2025, he once again led all centers in PFF Wins Above Replacement (0.544) and overall PFF grade (88.8), finishing as the only center to post grades above 80.0 in both run-blocking and pass protection."
Humphrey gave Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes championship-level protection last season, and will need to do so again in 2026, while also opening running lanes for Kansas City's newly acquired tailback Kenneth Walker III.
Chiefs fans can expect Humphrey to be a key part of Kansas City's front five this season as head coach Andy Reid looks to reinvent his team's offense.

Is the "Raw after SummerSlam" a thing? We all know WWE makes a big deal out of the first "Raw after 'Mania," usually setting up a few surprises to mark the occasion. For this year's post-SummerSlam show, they'd already promised at least one big return (quite literally). But wouldn't you know it, there wound up being a few other twists along the road as the show rolled through Des Moines, Iowa.
Here's what went down on this week's installment of pro-wrestling's longest-running show.
Tonight's show kicked off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion making his way to the ring to bask in the glory of Sunday night's superb victory over Seth Rollins. Is it me or did Roman Reigns sound a little husky at first? (Which is perhaps unsurprising after that slobberknocker of a match from last night.)
Of course, the smart folks in Iowa knew the drill: when a victorious champion turns up to gloat, you just know he or she is going to get interrupted by his next challenger before long. But how many of them expected LA Knight to be the man to shoot his shot? Judging by the massive pop that accompanied the start of his theme music, not many.
"The Megastar" was also riding high on his successes from the weekend, having pinned Jey Uso to win the Babyfaces vs. Bloodline match. He worked his usual magic on the mic and even got a chuckle out of Reigns with his impression of The Shield's entrance music. The fact that Knight was wearing his trademark shades brought back instant memories of the last time these two collided, back at Crown Jewel in 2022.

Following one of Lesnar's toughest battles in a ******* in a Cell with rising star Oba Femi, the former WWE & UFC Champion was moved to the "alumni" section on WWE's official website.
In addition to being removed from the active roster, a special video package on Lesnar was posted on WWE's Instagram, featuring the World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, who thanked the former champion for their time in the ring and also praised Lesnar.

Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Roman Reigns ended his feud with Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens returned in a big way at WWE SummerSlam on Sunday.
Reigns successfully defended his World Heavyweight Championship against Rollins in the main event on Sunday.

Reigns won the match after he was able to dodge a top rope Stomp from Rollins followed by three Spears to earn the three count. Afterwards, Reigns and Rollins performed the signature Shield fist ****** p in the middle of the ring.
Kevin Owens, who has been out of action for over a year due to injury, was added to the No. 1 contender's match between Sami Zayn and Finn Balor. The bout was turned into a Fatal 4-Way by SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis, who also added Gunther into the mix.
