"I think that this topic, I wish we had more time for it, because it's not going to get solved in five minutes, right?" host Tomi Lahren began. "It's such a gray area and so much nuance here. Now, again, it's not to say that Lindsay Clancy does not need to pay for what she did do her three children. That is a horrific tragedy, and I think there are few people who believe that she should get off scot-free for this, and I'm not one of those people who thinks that she doesn't need to pay for what she did."
Lahren continued:
I'm simply saying this: To dismiss postpartum depression as if it is a figment of the imagination, as if it is not real, as if it couldn't possibly impact women, I think is irresponsible. I think There's a discussion that needs to be had in the country about the drugs that mothers are put on, the number of drugs mums are put on, how postpartum is handled in our health care health care system, and just an overall discussion on this which so many women deal with. Now, that is a discussion that can happen simultaneously with saying that this person needs to pay for what she did to her three kids because three kids are dead.
So, I think there are few people that are dismissing the tragedy that occurred. It's more about having an honest discussion about what women go through, and perhaps trying to find a solution that doesn't fail mothers who are crying out for help. And that's what I will say on that, and I know it's polarizing, but shutting down the discussion doesn't help anybody either.

As one might expect, that means the Barstool Sports founder has some big claims to make about his media empire's rise and how he's kept it successful and profitable despite critics and controversy.
"Dave Portnoy Has One Rule for Success: Hire Great People and 'Let Them Run Wild'" from Joshua Chaffin hit the WSJ on Friday night, and includes many of the usual topics about Portnoy. A recounting of his rise, examples of how he's maintained success, and how he's staved off the many, many times he and Barstool have been accused of misogyny, racism, and more.
Within the piece, there are references to Call Her Daddy, the raunchy advice-and-comedy podcast created by Alex Cooper and Sofia Franklyn in 2018. The infamous podcast was a huge hit for Barstool, but by 2020, Cooper and Franklyn were at odds with Portnoy, and their partnership was starting to show signs of fraying. Franklyn ended up leaving the show, while Cooper continued to host the podcast at Barstool until 2021, when she signed an exclusive deal with Spotify and eventually launched the Unwell Network.

New York prosecutors have chosen not to pursue a rape charge against disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein for a fourth time.
The case had already been tried three times, once resulting in an overturned conviction and twice in hung juries. Weinstein's other convictions, including another ***** ual felony in New York and others in California, still stand.
Prosecutors said on Thursday they are dropping the case following discussions with Weinstein's accuser, hair stylist and actor Jessica Mann, who does not wish to go through with the demands of another trial.
"To be clear, we believe Ms. Mann's account and her credibility as a witness," Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg Jr wrote in a statement.
