Colman Domingo called on men to stand with women. The actor said he would die a "feminist" while appearing on a fundraiser red carpet. Domingo also shared his thoughts on women's access to resources.
While appearing on Caring for Women Dinner's red carpet on Thursday, Domingo said men should stand with women. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he said, "Anytime I've been in rooms like this, I've thought, 'Look at all these female leaders' — but hey, we're the men. Men should be locking arms to make sure women have what they need in access and information and support. I was raised a feminist, and I'll die a feminist."
The actor also shared that supporting such organizations is important for him. He added, "It's always been important to me to stand firm with these organizations — not only in support, but with my presence."
Domingo served as master of ceremonies at the fifth annual fundraiser. Caring for Women Dinner is organized by Kering, the luxury conglomerate, with luxury brands including Gucci, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Brioni, and others.
Many stars appeared on the red carpet to support the fundraiser. These included co-hosts Salma Hayek Pinault and her husband, François-Henri Pinault, Simone Biles, Pamela Anderson, Dakota Johnson, and Benicio Del Toro.

Phoebe Bridgers embraced her natural beauty while stepping out at the Venice Film Festival with unshaven legs.
In pictures published in an article by Vogue, the singer, 32, confidently showed off her natural body hair while posing in a Gucci skirt at a press event for her new film, Primetime, on Saturday, September 5.
Bridgers appeared alongside costars Robert Pattinson and Bokeem Woodbine, but her decision to ditch the razor attracted plenty of attention of its own, with social media users praising the musician for confidently displaying something completely natural.
"Rather than undermining the femininity of the look, unapologetic hair sharpened it," the outlet wrote in their article which was published Sunday, September 6, while one X user noted, "this is literally so rare for public figures omg…. queen."
Added another, "The people yearn for the normalisation of body hair on women!!"

WWE Sunday Night's Main Event took place from State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Sunday night, with Randy Orton pinning Cody Rhodes in the main event. Also on the card, Bronson Reed returned to help Bron Breakker take out Oba Femi, a misstep from Tatum Paxley cost Charlotte Flair their match against Jade Cargill, and Trick Williams was once again crowned United States Champion.
As we march toward Money in the Bank, here's four takeaways from Sunday night in "the A."
In a WrestleMania rematch, Orton and Rhodes picked up right where they left off with a brawl throughout the arena Sunday night. We've seen plenty of "no fighting until the fight" stipulations, but this is the first time I can remember both wrestlers immediately brawling once they were in the ring together to pay off a month's worth of tension.
Orton and Rhodes hit all the high notes, with the duo matching intensities throughout a hard-hitting bout. Rhodes teased the punt to Orton, but once he couldn't pull the trigger, the wily veteran Orton took advantage and found an opening for the win.
I'm really interested to see where we go from here. This story feels similar to what played out in the run-up to WrestleMania, with Rhodes needing to find another gear and using heel-like tactics in the actual match to retain his WWE **** le. It'll be interesting to see what threads these two opt to tug on to make the next chapter in this rivalry compelling.

Uncrowned has WWE Sunday Night's Main Event live results, match updates, grades, highlights and start time for Sunday's event at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. For the first time ever, WWE shifts its classic Saturday Night's Main Event show to Sunday, giving it the appropriately and obviously named Sunday Night's Main Event.
The four — potentially five — match card features two heavyweight clashes. The main event is set to feature a rematch between WrestleMania 42 foes Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton. Orton returned last month at SummerSlam to attack Rhodes and cost him his match against CM Punk for the Undisputed WWE Championship. For the better part of two decades, Rhodes and Orton have been linked together as legacy (pun intended) WWE stars. Sunday marks the next chapter in their long-running story.
On the "Raw" side, two of WWE's brightest young talents meet as Oba Femi takes on Bron Breakker. Femi has been the undeniable breakout star of 2026 in WWE, having won the King of the Ring tournament and retiring Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam last month. Femi's rise has irked Breakker, which spawned this rivalry in recent weeks.
Much like the last SNME, back in July, there's a celebrity element to the show, as rapper Lil Yachty faces U.S. Champion Baron Corbin in a match that, if it lasts five minutes, will earn Trick Williams a ***** le shot later that night. Georgia-native Quavo is also advertised for the show.
Here's a look at the full WWE Sunday Night's Main Event card, which airs live at 8 p.m. ET on Peacock:

Gloria Steinem remained steadfast in her desire not to have any children until the very end.

In 2025, the activist shared that although she admired women who had children, especially those who were doing it by themselves, she was comfortable with her own choice to be childless.

The first Sunday of the NFL season isn't for another week, but that doesn't mean we won't have some hard-hitting action this weekend, as WWE holds Sunday Night's Main Event at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
The quasi-PLE will feature two major non-title clashes between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton as well as Oba Femi and Bron Breakker. Both matches should have significant impacts on "SmackDown" and "Raw" for the remainder of the year, respectively.
Uncrowned's Horsemen — Kel Dansby, Robert Jackman, Drake Riggs and Anthony Sulla-Heffinger — are here to break down those matches and the two (or three) others taking place this weekend.
Let's ride!
Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton are back at it again.

Gloria Steinem, who passed away at the age of 92 on September 2, 2026, was many things: co-founder of "Ms." magazine, second-wave feminist icon, and even stepmother to Christian Bale. (Who knew?) She was also, throughout her life, a serious fashionista. Some may believe such a passion is necessarily at odds with a dedication to feminism, and Steinem certainly had many critics who questioned her focus on fashion, but she viewed her style as an extension of her activism, not a conflict of interest. Gloria Steinem's beauty philosophy went hand-in-hand with her feminist ideals, and so did her approach to fashion.

"Fashion in the past meant conforming and losing oneself," Steinem pointed out in the 2011 HBO documentary about her life, "Gloria: In Her Own Words," but "fashion in the present means being unique and finding oneself," she continued. For Steinem, that came to mean a "power outfit" (above) that often included a fitted Henley shirt, flared jeans, a low-slung belt, funky jewelry, and a rotating collection of political badges and ******* ons, topped with her iconic aviator glasses and highlighted hair teased to the sky. There was a purpose to her style beyond expression and confidence, however. "She made it okay to be attractive and to be a feminist," friend and designer Diane von Furstenberg told Glamour.

Jane Fonda and Barbra Streisand have led tributes to the late Gloria Steinem.
The trailblazing feminist activist died at her home in New York City on Wednesday. She was 92.
Following the sad news, Fonda issued a heartfelt statement via Instagram.
"Gloria, in her graceful, kind, and deeply intelligent way, changed the world we live in," she wrote. "(Gloria) had a clever, often funny way to say just what was needed to surface feelings and ideas about where we belonged, what our inchoate yearnings meant, whether power was a word that women could and should embrace for ourselves, and how different power looked when held in men's hands alone."
While her own message, Barbra recalled how she was "deeply impressed" by Gloria from the moment they met in the 1970s.
"What made her so extraordinary was not only the strength of her convictions, but the humanity and grace with which she expressed them," the legendary singer-actress mused. "Gloria once said, 'When unique voices are united in a common cause, they make history.' Her voice changed history, but her greatest legacy may be the countless voices she helped others find - and gave the courage to use."

Late Tupac Shakur's family expressed themselves recently following a guilty verdict that they have waited almost three decades to hear.
After the jury convicted Duane "Keffe D" Davis for the rap icon's 1996 fatal shooting, Tupac's family disclosed that they are both "elated and relieved" by the decision. However, the family made it clear that they do not see the verdict as the final chapter in Tupac's story.
The emotional statement comes one day after The Blast reported that members of the Shakur family were inside the Las Vegas courtroom when the verdict was announced. Now, the family is opening up about what the moment meant to them while also paying tribute to Tupac's late mother, Afeni Shakur.

There are no transgender women actually attempting to play in the WNBA–Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White don't count–but Julie Tetart is coming off a reportedly dominant campaign for Monaco Basket **** ociation in France's Ligue Féminine 2.
Tetart averaged 21.2 points and 20.2 rebounds per game during the 2025-26 season, leading the league in both categories. Two of Tetart's teammates recently sat down for an interview with the French podcast "Club Five," during which they compared facing the 6-foot-3 forward, who is listed at 195 pounds.
Martina Bestagno, a 6-foot-3 center, compared her experience "really big players such as Brittney Griner (6-foot-9, 219 pounds) and Isabelle Yacoubou (6-foot-3, 220-229 pounds)" to Tetart and said that while Griner and Yacoubou are "probably bigger" than the 34-year-old transgender standout, size isn't all that matters.
"It's not just the size, it's the combination of size and strength," Bestagno said. "That is something that I never went against it before. Of course, we're playing with her, but during the week, you're going against her in practice and it's something that I never had to face before. I was blown away by the difference talking about strength. The difference is huge."
Sara Crudo, a 6-foot-1 forward who appeared alongside Bestagno, said facing Tetart is "like a train that is coming into you."

The Tennessee ******* ans may have dropped their preseason finale to the Chicago Bears, but they did get solid performances from developmental players who will have roles in the regular season.
One of those players, edge Femi Oladejo, may have had his best game since entering the league as a second-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, and it looks like he is coming into his own in Robert Saleh's defense.
"A lot more prepared. I think Coach Whitecotton's given us a lot of wisdom and knowledge of just about ball and what to expect from our linemen and the blocking schemes and how to win in this league as well."
A raw prospect coming out of college, the second-year linebacker finally looks healthy after missing the majority of his rookie season with a broken leg and is starting to show some signs of developing into a potential impact player on the edge. Always known as a stout run defender, he flashed some of his pass rush skills against the Bears, and that could be significant moving forward.
The ******* ans need their edge unit to step up in 2026 and give the pass rush a boost; if they do, Tennessee's defense has a chance to be one of the better units in the league

Audrey Hepburn was a legendary actor and humanitarian. But she was also a major fashion and beauty muse who made a huge impact on Hollywood and pop culture, even long after her death. In fact, some of Audrey Hepburn's biggest skincare secrets are still so useful today. What you may not have known, however, is that she has an equally gorgeous and talented granddaughter named Emma Ferrer (full name Emma Kathleen Hepburn Ferrer). Ferrer shares many similar traits with her famous grandmother, including the fact that they both studied ballet and pursued artistic endeavors. However, Ferrer took a different path, pursuing visual arts rather than acting, and she has a sleek signature style all her own.
Theo Wargo/Getty
Hepburn was often known for wearing cigarette pants, turtlenecks, and flats that were sleek and very trendy at the time. For her more formal looks, Hepburn was often seen in elegant and feminine A-line gowns (though column dresses were also a favorite of hers). Ferrer, though, has played around with more modern styles and doesn't shy away from shorter, form-fitting dresses and strappy heels — quite a departure from her grandmother's wardrobe. The artist has also shared photos of her outfits on Instagram, where she favors casual, menswear-inspired styles (much like Diane Keaton's iconic "Annie Hall" look).

The artist has also shared photos of her outfits on Instagram, where she favors casual, menswear-inspired styles (much like Diane Keaton's iconic "Annie Hall" look).

The Tennessee ******* ans hosted the Chicago Bears for their third and final preseason game of 2026 on Saturday at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. It was a rough start, with the ******* ans going three-and-out, followed by a Bears' 97-yard touchdown pass on the first play of the next drive.
The Bears never really looked back after that, and while the ******* ans fought back later in the game, they ultimately fell short and lost 24-15.
Part of the reason the ******* ans managed to fight back was because of the play of second-year edge rusher Femi Oladejo.
Oladejo's name was called several times during the game after making plays that halted the progress of the Bears' offense, and that's why he's been named this week's ******* ans Wire Player of the Game.
Oladejo recorded four tackles (two solo), one sack, one quarterback hit, and one tackle for a loss. But the key to those stats is when they occurred. After the Bears successfully converted on fourth down four times, Oladejo was responsible for stopping them on their fifth attempt. That forced them to turn the ball over on downs, and the ******* ans kicked their third field goal on the next drive.

Hannah Waddingham has developed a red carpet style that is glamorous, confident and unapologetically feminine. Whether she is wearing an extravagant ball gown, sleek tailoring or a playful mini dress, the Ted Lasso star consistently embraces dramatic silhouettes and bold details while making each look feel distinctly her own.
At the 2022 Emmy Awards, Waddingham delivered a memorable princess moment in a strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown. Its voluminous pink tulle skirt and jeweled bodice brought plenty of drama, while glittering sneakers hidden underneath added an unexpected practical touch. She later changed direction at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, choosing a metallic green Tom Ford dress with a figure hugging silhouette and sheer detailing. For the Ted Lasso season three premiere, she demonstrated her versatility in a flowing Tarik Ediz halter jumpsuit.
Her 2024 appearances pushed the glamour even further. At the BAFTAs, Waddingham wore an Oscar de la Renta creation featuring intricate floral embroidery and an elegant high neckline. She embraced full Hollywood glamour at the Emmys in a shimmering halter gown finished with a dramatic feathered train. At the SAG Awards, a red Tony Ward gown combined off the shoulder styling, elegant draping and a thigh high slit, while her Golden Globes appearance brought a darker mood through sheer fabric, corsetry and black lace.
Waddingham continued experimenting with color and texture in 2025. At the Cannes Film Festival screening of Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, she arrived in a striking pink Elie Saab gown with a sweeping, voluminous train. She later offered something completely different at the Los Angeles premiere of Smurfs, wearing a Stella McCartney denim dress accented with delicate white lace and coordinated white pumps.
By 2026, Waddingham was still finding new ways to balance sophistication with playfulness. For the Ted Lasso season four premiere, she chose an Alice + Olivia mini dress decorated with oversized red floral embroidery. It was shorter and more playful than many of her grand red carpet gowns, but carried the same unmistakable confidence.

Olivia Rodrigo wore a frilly micro minidress and styled it with Repetto heels for a Taco Bell ad. The singer is known for wearing dresses with playful and feminine silhouettes. This time, the "deja vu" hitmaker took her fashion game up a notch with a dress covered in delicate frills, pairing it with a classic pair of heels. While the dress exuded a soft and feminine vibe, the heels added a daring edge to the otherwise romantic silhouette.
Olivia Rodrigo paired her frilly micro minidress with Repetto heels for a Taco Bell campaign. The singer's photos were shared on X (formerly Twitter) by JumpTrailers and quickly received widespread attention. Fans were quick to compliment her look, with one calling her a "classy lady." Her outfit certainly lived up to the description, effortlessly blending elegance, sweetness, and a touch of modern edge.
The dress featured a soft white finish and a short silhouette. Its pleated construction created a gentle texture that added movement and dimension. Meanwhile, the short sleeves, accented with ruffle detailing, gave the dress an extra dose of softness and sweetness. The dress flared into a skirt, adding movement and another layer of delicate frilly detailing while giving it an almost doll-like look. A drawstring-style tie at the waist provided comfort and convenience while also adding structure to the silhouette.
The "drivers license" hitmaker paired the dress with black Repetto heels, creating a striking contrast against the white minidress. The pointed shape of the footwear added a sharp edge to the otherwise soft look, while the sleek black color provided the perfect contrast. She paired the black shoes with pink socks, creating an unexpected color combination that made the outfit feel more contemporary.
Rodrigo kept the rest of her styling simple, allowing the dress and footwear to remain the focus. She skipped statement accessories and opted for understated hair and makeup. Soft, flushed cheeks, defined eyes, a smooth lip shade, and sleek hair completed the look, giving her overall appearance a polished and effortlessly refined finish. In the photos, she can be seen holding a beverage with a smile on her face, adding a perfect dose of glamor to the ensemble and the overall look.

The match – Needing a win to seal qualification, Santos FC started the match on the front foot. Just 15 minutes in, Ketlen latched onto a great long pass from Katrine, burst into the box, and chipped it over goalkeeper Agatha, narrowly missing the crossbar.
Mirassol responded right away and had two chances, but both were denied by fine saves from Taty Amaro. The following minutes saw a tightly contested midfield battle with few opportunities for either side.

Adorned in rhinestones and elevating her 5-foot stature with sky-high heels and voluminous blonde wigs, Dolly Parton often joked, "it costs a lot of money to look this cheap!"
Parton's looks on stage and off reflected both her Tennessee roots and her embodiment of over-the-top feminine glamour, an aesthetic articulated in her album **** le and self-anointed nickname "Backwoods Barbie." She was rarely seen without long acrylic nails, a full face of makeup, and heapings of glitter.
The prolific musician, actor and philanthropist, who died on Tuesday at 80 years old, always had a tongue-in-cheek response to criticisms about her larger-than-life sense of style. She quipped about her hair being a fire hazard, would play her hit '9 to 5' with nothing but her fire red acrylic nails as the instrument, and she unabashedly loved flashy clothes: shoulder pads, plunging necklines, a cinched waist, lace were all sartorial non-negotiables for the singer. But she paired it with a keen sense of self-awareness that only made her devout fanbase love her more.

"When I moved to Nashville in 1964, I already had some ideas about what I wanted to look like onstage — and off," she wrote in her book "Behind the Seams" in 2023. "Country stars had to have big hair and some sparkles, and you had to have a Cadillac. I had the big hair but not yet the Cadillac — or enough sparkles." She related to the clothes worn by famous fixtures on stage of the Grand Ole Opry, like Jean Shepard and didn't shy away from the unconventional things that influenced her, telling People she even took inspiration from the famously risqué Frederick's of Hollywood catalogs she flipped through when she was young.

Dolly Parton's voluminous hair and rhinestone-festooned outfits were so essential to her fame that her quips about her appearance have become almost as well-known as her lyrics.
"It costs a lot of money to look this cheap" is perhaps her most memorable quotation, and is typical of the self-depreciating wit she employed to talk about her appearance.
She wrote about her style in her songs, too, from her 1967 hit Dumb Blonde to 2008's Backwoods Barbie, though in reality there was nothing cheap, or dumb, about her image. With huge blond status wigs – Tennessee by way of the court of Versailles – a fondness for glitter and high heels and tightly cut clothes that showed off her exaggerated proportions, she made herself as recognizable as Coca-Cola while employing and subverting the tropes of femininity and of country music.
Parton never failed to poke fun at her own appearance. Her hair was a "fire hazard", she would say, or "I'm not a fashion icon; I'm an eyesore" – but her look was highly deliberate. Never once did she waver from the aesthetic she described to Allure in 2020 as "gaudy, flamboyant, fun, comfortable – for me – noticeable".
Parton grew up in poverty, in rural Sevier county, Tennessee, one of 12 children. One of her most moving songs – Coat of Many Colors – recalled that experience through her memory of the clothing her mother made for her from scraps.

File under "stupid publicity stunt that I shouldn't even be writing about, but here I am, writing about it."
Last week, former NBA players Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White demanded they be officially declared eligible for the 2027 WNBA draft. White, who recently lost the Republican primary for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by retiring Minnesota Sen. Tina Smith, has claimed to be transgender and argued that he should be allowed to play in the women's league. "I identify as sometimes identifying as a woman for purposes of … professional basketball," he told Fox News.
White also posted pictures of himself wearing a wig, stating that he was embracing his "feminine era."
Designed to mock the trans community and troll the organization and its inclusion and self-identification policies, the former NBA players suggested they would take legal action if blocked from the WNBA draft.
They're among the legions of attention seekers, influencers, news media and activists taking sides in a culture war over something that's not even close to happening: the WNBA's inclusion of transgender athletes. To be clear, no transgender players are slated to become part of the league's roster. A right-wing uproar over an imagined threat. Where have we seen this before?

Oba Femi has gone headfirst into his next feud and his opponent will be Bron Breakker. You could make the argument the two young superstars are clashing too early and that having one go over at this point creates a premature established tier. But no one asked me and I'm still hyped for this match which is set to determine who the "future of WWE" will be. Let's talk WWE.

Tennessee ****** ans coach Robert Saleh announced that third-year defensive end Jaylen Harrell and rookie tight end Jaren Kanak will both be put on season-ending injured reserve with injuries sustained in the preseason opener against the San Francisco 49ers on Aug. 13.
Harrell, who logged 4.5 sacks for the ****** ans as a rotational outside linebacker in 2025, tore his ACL and Kanak, the ****** ans' seventh-round pick in 2026, tore his pectoral muscle.
Without Harrell, the ****** ans' depth pieces off the defensive edge don't have too much name recognition. Veteran free agent adds Malik Herring and Earnest Brown IV are possibilities to fill the spot Harrell leaves behind. The ****** ans did fill the room with new blood atop the depth chart, though, with Jermaine Johnson II, Jacob Martin and first-round pick Keldric Faulk joining former second-round pick Oluwafemi Oladejo as the heart of the rotation.
Kanak had been getting play as a rotational tight end with the second- and third-team offenses and also played multiple positions in the backfield like fullback and H-back. Most of Kanak's use was expected to be on special teams. Without Kanak, the ****** ans' options at tight end behind starters Gunnar Helm and Daniel Bellinger include David Martin-Robinson, Kylen Granson and Joel Wilson.
In other injury news, defensive linemen John Franklin-Myers and Jackie Marshall returned to practice on Aug. 15 for individual drills after missing time. Neither participated in team activities.

The idea of a Disney princess stirs up a certain image. Whether they're animated or live-action, Disney princesses are typically ******* ociated with glamorous, elaborate ballgowns, ultra-feminine silhouettes, and show-stopping accessories. Sometimes, the actors who bring these princesses to life fit the brief on the red carpet, channeling that regal energy. But other times, their real-life style takes a completely unexpected turn, away from the safe boundaries of Disney.
In most cases, actors who portray Disney princesses are expected to meet the royal brief on the red carpet at least while doing press for the movie. We saw this with Lily James, who transformed her public-facing style around 2015 to better embody her character of Cinderella. "Lily is a tomboy in the way that she dresses normally, and she wasn't fully into princess-ing it up as much as we have," her stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray told Fashionista that year. "We saw after everyone's reaction from the first dress in Berlin that people wanted to see Cinderella, so we decided to do a switcheroo with the dresses and really went for that enchanted princess theme." However, not long after the press surrounding the live-action remake of "Cinderella" died down, James cultivated a wardrobe that felt more authentic to her, swapping full skirts and whimsical details for bold cutouts and earthy palettes.
That said, some Disney actors maintain the fairy-tale-coded aesthetic for years, forever throwing it back on the red carpet to their princess characters. Both approaches can make for a high-fashion moment, whether the stars keep it magical or move into edgier territory. From Kristen Bell's stylish nods to "Frozen" to Anika Noni Rose's sculptural moment, these red-carpet looks are the best of the bunch.
