The biggest companies leading the artificial intelligence infrastructure build-out have said they expect hundreds of billions of dollars in capital expenditures through 2026. That trend is only set to accelerate and will be funded increasingly with debt, according to Goldman Sachs.
"While the exact magnitude and mix of future debt issuance from the hyperscalers is uncertain, our review of management commentary leaves us expecting a growing role for debt financing in the AI buildout in the years ahead," credit strategists led by Amanda Lynam said in a research note this week.
A hyperscaler is a large tech company that builds and operates massive data center infrastructure for computing, storage, and AI processing.
Over the past year and a half, capital expenditures from the leading hyperscalers — Meta (META), Microsoft (MSFT), Alphabet (GOOG), Amazon (AMZN), and Oracle (ORCL) — have boomed, as those companies have entered into an arms race focused on the build-out of vast infrastructure underpinning AI development.
In 2025, the companies collectively reported $405 billion in capex. By year end for 2026, that figure is expected to reach $750 billion, per Goldman Sachs, before nearing $1.2 trillion in 2027.

A Republican governor in a state that voted to elect President Donald Trump is facing intense backlash online after an interview arguing against the president's order to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) migrants from the United States.
Republican Gov. Mike DeWine's state is home to an estimated 30,000 Haitian TPS holders. He told CBS earlier this week that the Haitians shouldn't be sent back to their country of origin.
"Haiti is ****** today. So you'd be sending people… back to ****** ," he said. "Very few of these Haitians will voluntarily go back to Haiti. If they have to leave, they'll go someplace else. They want to work. They want to support their family. They don't want to go back to Haiti."
Blue State Leaders Erupt After Supreme Court's Decision Ending Tps Protections For Haitians, Syrians
Online detractors quickly seized on DeWine's comments, mostly from users claiming that those responsible for Haiti's conditions are the ones that the governor wants to allow to stay in the United States.

The numbers tell one side of the story for Joel Piroe. 19 goals. Four ***** ists. 45 appearances. Top scorer in the Championship in 2024/25 and the main engine behind getting Leeds United back to the big time. Yet, stroll around West Yorkshire right now, and you quickly realise statistics mean precious little when a manager's mind is made up that he is a low-priority man. Daniel Farke wants a new leading man. Simple as that.
Farke wants a traditional centre-forward to hold up the ball, bully centre-backs, and trigger the team's pressing system off the ball. They have Dominic Calvert-Lewin for that. That leaves Joel Piroe in a tough spot.
Despite doing everything asked of him last season, the 26-year-old Dutchman finds himself pushed right to the edge of the first-team picture. Farke clearly harbours doubts about whether Piroe has the raw pace, athletic engine, and mobility required to lead the line in the top flight.
With just 12 months remaining on his contract at Elland Road, the hierarchy seems open to business. A cut-price departure before deadline day is now a genuine possibility, with Birmingham City already keeping close tabs on the situation.

Brentford have confirmed the exit of Jordan Henderson, clearing the path for him to sign with Chelsea. Henderson, 36, is set to transfer to Stamford Bridge after Brentford agreed to cancel his contract.
The former Liverpool captain penned a two-year agreement with Keith Andrews' team in July 2025 but has ended his tenure after just one season. As Brentford announced his departure, Henderson said: "I leave Brentford with a lot of gratitude for the opportunity the club gave me, and for the support and care shown to me and my family from day one.
"Coming back to the Premier League was really important to me, and Brentford gave me that chance. I'll always be thankful for that. I hope I was able to play my part in helping the team through an important period for the club. We achieved a lot together last season, and it's something everyone involved should be proud of.

Ferran Torres' future remains unresolved as the FC Barcelona forward enters a pivotal summer with his contract set to expire in June 2027.
His role next season could depend heavily on Barcelona's activity in the transfer market, with the possible arrival of a new elite centre-forward likely to reduce his opportunities further.
As a result, several leading European clubs continue to monitor his situation. Paris Saint-Germain remain the strongest contenders should Ferran decide to leave Spotify Camp Nou.
According to SPORT, PSG are now pressing Ferran to make a decision about his future as soon as possible.
The French club want to establish whether the Spain international is willing to join Luis Enrique's project and avoid a prolonged transfer saga throughout the remainder of the summer.

Bruno Guimaraes might be closer to a move to **** nal than many expected, as the Gunners continue to push to sign him from Newcastle United this summer.
The Magpies do not want to lose their captain, but at 28, Guimaraes may find it difficult to turn down an opportunity to join a major club like **** nal. The midfielder has reportedly asked Newcastle to allow him to leave as he looks for a new challenge.
Newcastle remains reluctant to sell one of their most important players, but a deal could still be possible if **** nal submits an offer that is too good to reject during this transfer window.
Guimaraes has been in excellent form and has established himself as one of the top midfielders in the world. **** nal believes he can make their squad even stronger and provide the quality needed to compete at the highest level.
The Brazilian also impressed during the World Cup, showing his ability on the international stage. His performances have reinforced the belief that he would be a major addition for the Gunners if they can complete a transfer.

Trace Adkins says he has forgiven his second wife, Julie Lauren Curtis, for shooting him through the heart and lungs during an argument more than three decades ago.
The country singer revisited the near-fatal 1994 incident during a July 28 appearance on This Past Weekend With Theo Von.
Although Adkins joked that Curtis "took it a little far," he also described the point-blank gunshot as a "kill shot" that he would not have survived without emergency medical care.
Adkins declined to press charges after the shooting. He now says he does not believe Curtis fully understood what the gun would do when she pulled the trigger.
"That took it a little far, I thought," he told Theo Von. "That was uncalled for. That was totally uncalled for. Just leave. Let's just call it quits, and we don't have to go that far." According to Adkins, Curtis was angry and wanted him to leave their home, but he refused. During the argument, she placed the gun beneath his left arm. When he told her to give it to him, she fired.

Javier Mendez doesn't see Islam Makhachev vs. Ian Machado Garry continuing the Dagestan vs. Ireland rivalry.
Welterweight champion Makhachev (28-1 MMA, 17-1 UFC) makes his first ***** le defense against Machado Garry (17-1 MMA, 10-1 UFC) in the UFC 330 main event on Aug. 15 at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia (Paramount+).
Machado Garry has called his fight against Makhachev Ireland vs. Dagestan 2, referring to Conor McGregor's bad blood with Khabib Nurmagomedov. Things got so personal with McGregor and Nurmagomedov, that Nurmagomedov jumped McGregor's corner immediately after choking him out at UFC 229.
Mendez says you can't compare the two fights.
"There are zero similarities to Conor vs. Khabib," Mendez said in an interview with NewBettingSites. "Unless Ian starts disrespecting family and religion or country, but I don't see him doing that or Islam doing it either. It's a fight between them, and I feel like if they want to include me and Khabib that's fine. We are fair game, we are trainers and part of the team. They should leave everyone else alone though."

Arkansas football enters 2026 looking almost nothing like the team that stumbled through a disastrous 2025 season that saw them go 2-10 overall and 0-for-the-SEC. After Sam Pittman was fired in late September and Bobby Petrino finished out the year as interim coach, the Razorbacks turned to Memphis' Ryan Silverfield to lead yet another full scale rebuild of the program. With a new staff, a roster overhauled through the transfer portal, but one of the toughest schedules in the country waiting, expectations in Northwest Arkansas are cautious but hopeful.
Silverfield arrives after six seasons at Memphis, where he went a solid 50-25 and built a reputation for explosive offenses. Memphis has always been a place at which it was tough to succeed. Despite a ton of local talent, the university's commitment level (or lack thereof) and competition on the recruiting trail from SEC schools frequently combined to keep the Tigers from reaching their potential.
Silverfield won more than ten games twice, but 2025 saw the Tigers drop to 8-4, and Silverfield leave prior to them taking a 31-7 beating from NC State in the Gasparilla Bowl. In short, he was not the most highly sought after coach on the carousel, and probably had a hit of a sell by date in Memphis. But Arkansas isn't exactly a plum ****** ignment in the SEC. So in some ways it felt like program and coach found each other at the right time.
Silverfield wasted little time ****** embling his first Arkansas staff. Tim Cramsey, his offensive coordinator at Memphis for four seasons, follows him to Fayetteville after helping the Tigers average 36 points per game and rank among the top 25 offenses nationally. On defense, Silverfield hired Ron Roberts, who spent the last two years running Florida's defense and previously called plays at Auburn, Baylor and Louisiana, including on Baylor's Sugar Bowl winning 2022 staff. Chad Lunsford, a former Georgia Southern head coach, takes over special teams duties after a strong 2025 at Auburn. The staff also brought in several ****** istants from Memphis and around the country, including veteran offensive line coaches Jeff Myers and Marcus Johnson, signaling a clear intent to rebuild a line that struggled last season.
Those new coaches are going to need name tags to keep up with all their new players. Few programs churned their roster harder than Arkansas this offseason. With dozens of scholarship spots to fill, the Razorbacks needed a portal class that ranked among the largest in the country, and they landed roughly 29 commitments that placed them near the top of the SEC and top 15 nationally in industry transfer rankings.

PSG remains keen to keep Bradley Barcola this summer despite the player's reported interest in leaving the club, and the French champions are expected to discourage the ******* nal target from seeking a move when he returns to training.
Barcola is believed to be looking for a new challenge after winning back-to-back Champions League ******* les with PSG, even though he has found it more difficult to secure a regular place in the starting line-up. His situation has attracted interest from several clubs ahead of the new season.
The winger showed at the World Cup that he can perform at the highest level when he is given regular playing time, and ******* nal is eager to sign him during this transfer window. The Gunners believe he would strengthen their attacking options and add further quality to the squad.
However, PSG is unwilling to let Barcola leave without a fight and is determined to persuade him to remain at the club for at least another season. That stance could make it difficult for ******* nal to complete a deal despite its strong interest.
Liverpool is also in the race for the winger, increasing the competition for his signature. Even so, PSG's determination to keep the player may prove to be the biggest obstacle for any club hoping to secure his services this summer.

Packers edge rusher Micah Parsons is making good progress in his rehab from a torn ACL, but it continues to sound like he will not be ready to play at the start of the season.
While General Manager Brian Gutekunst told reporters that he's open to the possibility of Parsons coming off the active/physically unable to perform list before the end of training camp, it doesn't seem like that's going to happen.
"Yeah, I'd like to have enough flexibility to leave the door open. But that would be unlikely, just from a timing perspective," Gutekunst said in his Wednesday press conference. "We've invested a lot in him, so we want to make sure he's ready to go before we even think about putting him out there."
That being said, Parsons has made plenty of progress since suffering the injury in December.
"I may have mentioned it before, but he's a little bit of a genetic freak, so things come pretty easy to him," Gutekunst said. "Again, he's still, obviously, got a long ways to go. These are major injuries, so as you go through these things and how hard they have to work to get back, there's always going to be little setbacks here and there. But he's doing great right now."

Cincinnati Bengals edge rusher Shemar Stewart needed a cart to leave the field during the team's first training camp practice after suffering an apparent injury.
According to Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic, Stewart suffered what appeared to be a knee injury before he left the field on a cart with trainers.
Stewart, the Bengals' first-round pick in 2025, had enjoyed a normal buildup to his second season before this point. That, after the post-draft contract standoff with the team and multiple nagging injuries never let him find his footing as a rookie.
The Bengals spent big on defensive end this offseason to insulate a struggling spot. With Trey Hendrickson and Joseph Ossai gone, the front office signed Boye Mafe in free agency and drafted Cashius Howell, pairing them with first-round products Stewart and Myles Murphy.
Stewart, thanks to his athleticism and ability to play multiple spots, is a key part of the plan for Al Golden's defense. In the past, cart rides at camp have been a precaution even for cramps, so it remains to be seen how severe Stewart's apparent setback is.

Niclas Fullkrug has been linked with a move to Lazio as Gennaro Gattuso searches for a new number nine. The experienced 33-year-old is reportedly eager to head to Rome, yet there are a few factors hindering the deal.
Firstly, while Fullkrug has been offered up to the uncertain Biancocelesti following his loan stint with AC Milan last term, he earns €3.5 million and would have to cut his salary to return to Italy.
Second of all, the German's single goal in 20 Serie A appearances hardly makes for good reading. In fact, as Corriere dello Sport confirm, Gattuso is eyeing up a loan-to-buy move for Milan's Santi Gimenez. The risk with that, however, is that it's a deal that can only be evaluated in late August, ****** uming the striker is still with the Rossoneri after struggles of his own.
Gattuso has quite the recruitment job on his hands. At the time of writing, this window sees him with an exposed defence and a blunt attack – one that only registered 41 goals last season.
Petar Ratkov could leave the club after a bleak spell on the team's fringes, despite Lazio shelling out €13 million to Salzburg for him. Plus, with the side's ninth-placed finish last term, there isn't exactly a huge transfer fund to dip into for what is a very expensive position.

Luis Arraez's trade deadline stock is much higher than it was a year ago.
He's made incredible defensive improvements at second base with the San Francisco Giants and is batting .325 with an .808 OPS.
Arraez does not hit many home runs, but he's the ultimate but the ball in play leadoff man.
San Francisco's losing ways leave them with an obvious choice. Arraez, an impending free agent, is all but guaranteed to be moved at next week's trade deadline.

The NFL officially has all 32 teams in training camp. Tuesday marked the final reporting day, and the preseason is now just weeks away. However, quarterback news is already making headlines.
The Atlanta Falcons have reportedly signed former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Cooper Rush. Their top two quarterbacks, Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix, are both expected to miss time early in camp because of injuries.
That leaves the Falcons with only two of their four quarterbacks currently healthy. Here's a look at the depth chart following Rush's signing:

The Falcons' quarterback competition is on hold as the team starts training camp on Wednesday.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski said that Tua Tagovailoa will not practice after an injury "flared up." Stefanski did not specify the injury, but Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that the quarterback is dealing with back tightness.
Stefanski said the injury is not considered serious and that they expect him back sooner rather than later. The head coach also said that Michael Penix has not been cleared for team drills, so neither of the players who are vying for the starting job in Atlanta are going to be fully participating in practice at this point.
The Falcons released Trevor Siemian with a non-football injury on Wednesday, which leaves undrafted rookie Jack Strand as the only healthy quarterback on the roster. The Falcons are expected to sign former Cowboys and Ravens quarterback Cooper Rush to give them another option at the position as they wait for Tagovailoa and Penix to get the green light for full practice activities.
It's not an ideal way to kick off camp in Atlanta and the Falcons will be hoping for better news for both quarterbacks before they get too much deeper into their preparations for the 2026 season.

There are many head coaches that will be put under a microscope this fall.
The 2026 season will be very telling for many in the Power Four ranks. Coming off a two-win season, it is not surprising to hear Bill O'Brien in conversations surrounding coaches on the hot seat.
In a recent list put together by Sports Illustrated, O'Brien was featured on a top five list on which coaches are on the hottest seat entering the season.
"Aside from the defensive backfield, there is turnover across much of Boston College's 2026 roster. The Eagles are likely to trot out Mason McKenzie at quarterback, a Division II transfer from Saginaw Valley State. A schedule that features three Power Four non-conference bouts and several upper-echelon ACC programs leaves little room for growth." — Tucker Harlin, On SI
Bill O'Brien took over for Jeff Hafley at Boston College in 2024. This came after a long stretch in the NFL followed by two years as Alabama's offensive coordinator.

Tottenham held talks to sign Savinho last summer, but the Etihad club were not looking to sell at that stage.

Fiorentina have made an approach for Jadon Sancho following his Manchester United exit. The 26-year-old winger was on loan at Aston Villa last season, yet despite being part of the Europa League-winning squad, he couldn't convince United to offer a new deal.
Now, a shock offer seems to be on its way to the free agent, as Fiorentina are keen to table a three-year deal. La Viola's sporting director Fabio Paratici has allegedly been a Sancho admirer for a while, yet the terms on offer will certainly have to be lower than the €10 million net total the former England international earned until last season.
Sancho hasn't yet given a response, but his team will be ready to resolve any concerns in the coming hours. Last year, he turned down a move to Roma, as Gian Piero Gasperini expressly asked Frederic Massara for him. While he chose to stay in the Premier League for the remainder of that term, it now looks like he'll leave England.
Jadon Sancho has been something of a frustrating figure for English football. His rising status took him from the academies of Watford and Manchester City, before he became a poster boy for a British generation trying their hand abroad.
Moving to Borussia Dortmund at the age of 18 in August 2017, Sancho hit the ground running the following season. Flare-filled performances and a plethora of eye-catching goals saw the young Englishman go on to amass 50 all-competition goals in 137 appearances in yellow and black.

As of 11:38 AM ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES:^DJI) is up 0.13% to 52,017.19, while the S&P 500 (SNPINDEX:^GSPC) is down 0.33% to 7,387.76, and the Nasdaq Composite (NASDAQINDEX:^IXIC) has slipped 0.44% to 24,840.43 as tech pressure offsets optimism from cooling geopolitical tensions.
Gold is up 0.45% to $4,074.30, and the 10-Year Treasury yield is down 0.03% to 4.65%. Communications and consumer defensive stocks are this morning's top-performing sectors while technology and energy sectors are in the red.
RTX Corp climbed 2.61% to $218.28 on strong Q2 earnings. SAP surged 7.4% to $171.79, extending last week's gains after the software company beat earnings expectations. Conversely, Nvidia is trading lower amid concerns about Chinese competition. Reddit is up 6.7% to 171.79 on optimism about its upcoming earnings.
Oil prices fell this morning on news of a pause in strikes between the U.S. and Iran. WTI crude oil fell almost 7% to $83.15 a barrel, boosting market sentiment and lifting the Dow slightly. However, investors are braced for further volatility and will be watching the Federal Reserve meeting this week. The Fed is widely expected to leave rates unchanged in July, but inflationary pressures caused by ongoing tensions in the Middle East and high spending by tech companies could prompt it to raise rates before the end of the year.
On the other side, renewed artificial intelligence (AI) valuation concerns weighed on markets. This week will bring earnings from Microsoft, Meta Platforms, Apple, and Amazon, and investors will be paying close attention to capital expenditure plans. The high concentration in the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 means any drop in their share prices will have an outsized impact on these major indexes.

Real football is back for the Dallas Cowboys, who are set to take the field for the first time in training camp on Wednesday. Most of the roster is set, with a conservative number of around 35 players all but guaranteed to make the team.
That leaves almost 20 roster spots up for grabs. Anything can happen this summer in Oxnard, and odd things occur annually in training camp, so there are some veterans who might be surprise cuts for the Cowboys. Here are four players who could be shocking releases if they don't perform well in camp.
The offense doesn't have many depth issues, but tight end is a position where Dallas could be looking for more quality. The starter is Jake Ferguson, and the No. 2 option now appears to be Brevyn Spann-Ford, who has taken over for Luke Schoonmaker in the pecking order. While neither excelled as a receiver in the offense, Spann-Ford is a much better blocker.

Among those who could push Schoonmaker off the roster are undrafted free agent TE Michael Trigg, who brings an intriguing skill set as a receiver, or Princeton Fant, who's managed to stick around for the last two seasons.

Many in the sports radio industry consider the days of a good old-fashioned radio war long gone. Rarely do talents from competing radio stations throw verbal shots across the bow. This past weekend may have ignited a new battle in the City of Brotherly Love. After LeBron James signed with the Philadelphia 76ers, an outpouring of emotion filled the airwaves of 97.5 The Fanatic.
Hosts celebrated the moment on air and across social media. The station, which also serves as the flagship radio home of the franchise, temporarily rebranded as 97.5 LeBron. In a moment that shifted the culture surrounding Philadelphia basketball, one talent from the station's chief competitor took a different route. That's when the first shots were fired.
"When LeBron James signs with the Sixers, Spike Eskin [94WIP afternoon drive host] comes on the air and says he's counting down the days till LeBron James leaves Philadelphia. Maybe some of its schtick, but I couldn't have been happier," said Fanatic midday host Jon Marks.
The art of a radio war begins with moments. Despite weeks of saying that he would not want LeBron James in Philadelphia, Eskin's comments in the moments following James signing hit a different tone. In today's attention economy, anything and everything can be critiqued. Knowing when to pick your spots as a competitor is the first step.
"We [Philadelphia sports fans] have a reputation, and some of it's deserved. But the way Spike handled his first comments about LeBron signing in Philadelphia, that's not the reputation I want," explained Marks. "Opening the show at two o'clock and saying it's the worst day of your life, that's going to give Philadelphia sports fans a running stereotype. WIP embraces that, and this is what you get."

Bayern Munich and Harry Kane could be ready to kickstart contract discussions in just a matter of a few days — something that the majority of fans would welcome:
Bayern will open formal contract negotiations with Harry Kane at the beginning of August once he returns from vacation. The Englishman is currently Bayern's highest earner alongside Jamal Musiala with around €25m gross per year. Bayern typically aim to cut the salary of players over 30 year old, but with Kane a pay cut will certainly not be a topic. Kane received inquiries from other clubs, but for him it was always clear that Bayern is the perfect club for his career plans
The decisive question for the negotiations will be the new contract duration. Bayern will offer Kane a contract until at least 2029. Meanwhile, the striker is already aiming for the 2030 World Cup and wants to continue playing at the highest level until then. So the situation would be as follows: either a longer contract (until 2030) with a lower salary, or a shorter deal (2029) with a higher salary.
Surely, Bayern Munich will not want to create any ill-will with Kane, who will ***** uredly want a massive number and as long a deal as he can squeeze out of the Bavarians. The talks could be a tricky dance, but it seems very clear that both sides want this deal pretty quickly.
After some speculation that he could leave the club, Vinícius Júnior might be about to get a massive deal from Real Madrid:

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - JULY 23: Paige Bueckers #5 of the Dallas Wings arrives at the Orange Carpet as a part of the 2026 AT&T WNBA All-Star Weekend at McCormick Place on July 23, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois. The beauty of a five-month-long basketball season is that it leaves room for pauses – a mid-season exhale, even. For the WNBA, it arrives in the form of All-Star Weekend. It's a moment when the league's best fans come together to vote on who and what they want to see, creating a weekend built around the All-Star Game, the 3-Point Contest, and a series of, what's supposed to be, lighthearted challenges. Unless you caught any part of the Stud Budz livestream, then it was more like a weekend-bender partying with a little side of hoops.
Although the weekend is centered around basketball and partying, the main event has quietly become fashion. Players have shown up ready to make statements, debut new looks, new partnerships with stylists and, yes, occasionally hard-launch new relationships along the way. This year, more than ever, it felt like stylists were part of the equation, helping players hone in and polish their sense of style. The influence and emblem of basketball was everywhere, whether through stitched motifs, graphic details, or the written across letterman jackets, cargo pants, and t-shirts.
Custom pieces were also trending this red-carpet, with more masculine, blinged-out, and colorful suits were the center of the carpet. Along with this, we saw sleek monochromatic moments. Ombré became one of the defining looks of the weekend, especially as the All-Star Game warm-up uniforms echoed the same gradient effect. From the orange carpet to the after-parties, everyone embraced the chance to have a little fun—and we rounded up the best fits from the weekend below.

LEXINGTON — Pat Biondo is moving on after seven months as Kentucky football's general manager.
Biondo, who followed new coach Will Stein from Oregon, resigned his position Tuesday, July 28.
"After much thought, I have made the decision to leave UK," Biondo said in a statement. "This is a personal move and I hope everyone will respect the private nature of such a tough decision. It has been a privilege to work for a great university, wonderful football program and on behalf of such passionate fans. I especially want to thank Coach Stein for the opportunity to work with and learn from him."
Stein tabbed Biondo as the Wildcats' GM on Dec. 16. The first-year coach did not comment on Biondo's departure in the release announcing the move. Instead, UK Athletics offered a general statement not attributed to a specific individual.
"Football General Manager Pat Biondo has informed us of his decision to step down from his role at UK," the department said. "We respect his choice and the personal considerations behind it. We are grateful for his contributions to our program."

Serie A sides Milan and Roma have an increasingly heated market axis and the latest transfer between them could involve Matias Soule.
This week, the Giallorossi stepped forward for Christopher Nkunku. It was expected the two clubs could open discussions for other players, with the Rossoneri having rejected Roma's approach for the Frenchman.
But PianetaMilan note that it is Milan who have stepped forward for a Giallorossi player in Soule.
They have spoken to his entourage about a possible deal and their interest can grow in the next few weeks. Ruben Amorim is a fan of the Argentine's profile, as he seeks players who have a reliable 1v1 ability and can play in attack.
A move though would depend on Rafael Leao's Milan exit. If he leaves for the required fee of €50 million, they could use that to sign Soule. But for now, the Portuguese staying at Milan is holding up the Rossoneri's entire transfer window and they don't want to wait until August to seal incomings.
