The San Francisco 49ers have an injury concern with wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling in the first half of the Week 1 game against the Los Angeles Rams.
Stribling apparently got banged-up in the first quarter on the 49ers' second drive of the contest, as he was spotted going into the medical tent after it.
