Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers were able to leave Raymond James Stadium on Sunday with a 26-19 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, despite securing the comeback win, the Steelers quarterback expressed considerable frustration after the game over the condition of Tampa Bay's home-field surface.
Following the game, Rodgers openly criticized the playing surface at Raymond James Stadium, raising concerns about the potential risks it poses to players' safety.
"It's got to be one of the worst surfaces in the league," Rodgers said. "We're talking about player safety. I'm very thankful to not get hurt. I've gotten hurt twice on this field, in my opinion, because of the turf. I don't think it's very safe out there."
