Twenty-five years after Julia Stiles starred in Save the Last Dance, she'll be back on the dance floor for Season 35 of Dancing With the Stars. The actress is partnered with Ezra Sosa for the ballroom competition.
Before rehearsals for Season 35 began, Sosa revealed that he would be spending time in New York for a few months. Stiles, her husband, and their children live in New York City, so this will allow her to be with her family when she's not in Los Angeles for show days.

There is considerably more going on here than we've seen from Sarah on the red carpet recently. The folded, asymmetric neckline gives the leather some shape and interest, while the oxblood colour is a welcome change of pace.

Ariana Grande and Jonathan Bailey's planned reunion will no longer happen after their exits from a new project. The two stars previously appeared together in the blockbuster Wicked franchise, playing Glinda and Prince Fiyero Tigelaar, respectively.
The London revival of the popular musical Sunday in the Park With George has been canceled following Grande and Bailey's exits, according to Variety. The planned 2027 production will no longer proceed as previously thought.
"Empire Street Productions will retain the rights with a view to presenting the production in 2028. Further details will be announced in due course."
The revival was set to take place at London's Barbican Centre next summer. Ariana Grande was supposed to play both Dot and Marie. Bailey was set to star opposite her as George Seurat.
Moving forward, Ariana Grande will be busy with her upcoming The Eternal Sunshine Tour. She will also appear on the big screen in a new movie. The 33-year-old will feature alongside Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller in the comedy Focker-In-Law. It's set to hit theaters on November 25, 2026. Despite her plans to take a break, Grande will appear in the promotional events for the movie.

SAO PAULO (AP) — Brazilian presidential candidate Sen. Flávio Bolsonaro is under investigation for corruption, money laundering and tax evasion for receiving millions of dollars from a disgraced banker to finance a movie about his father, former President Jair Bolsonaro.
Brazil's top court unsealed several documents late Thursday that show Sen. Bolsonaro, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's primary opponent, is under investigation for receiving 61 million reais ($12 million) from a banker at the center of a corruption scandal to produce an unreleased movie ******* led "The Dark Horse."
The investigation, which centers on whether the Bolsonaro family misused the funds and whether the payments were properly reported to Brazilian authorities, threatens to undermine Sen. Bolsonaro's bid for the presidency. The first round of elections is slated for Oct. 4, and the senator is locked in a tight race with Lula.
The banker, Daniel Vorcaro, who was arrested in March, is accused of defrauding many of Banco Master's 800,000 clients, including several state government pension funds, out of hundreds of millions of dollars by convincing them to make questionable investments. The scandal has engulfed several high-ranking officials in Brazil.
The allegations first became public in May. Sen. Bolsonaro has denied any wrongdoing and said Friday during a campaign event in the Amazonian city of Manaus that he was seeking private investment for the movie.

In summer 2026, word started to spread that the movie star at the center of Rachel Cusk's new novel, Life of M, appeared to draw heavily from the life and career of Natalie Portman, who had previously met Cusk, praised her writing, and promoted her work through her book club. Winkler, 80, gained notoriety for playing Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli on Happy Days, and first crossed paths with Hanks when the now-70-year-old actor landed a guest star role in a 1982 episode of the sitcom.

She posted a video on Thursday explaining the choice but also warning her followers if things took a turn for the toxic she'd be gone.

As she promotes Practical Magic 2, the actress has offered a refreshingly honest look at protecting family time, ignoring one-size-fits-all parenting advice and even finding a way to include her children in her latest movie.
Bullock, 62, is mom to teenagers Louis, 16, and Laila, 13, and says their schedules now play a major role in the projects she accepts. Rather than expecting her children to fit around Hollywood, she chooses work that allows her to be available when they need her.
The actress has previously been clear about where her priorities lie. "I'm not going to sacrifice my time with my kids," Bullock said while discussing why Practical Magic 2 was able to happen. That approach can become increasingly important as children get older. Teenagers may want more independence, but they still need parents who are present and available when life gets complicated.
Bullock also isn't pretending she has all the answers when it comes to raising teenagers. In a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, she joked about how difficult it is to offer universal parenting advice when every child is different.
When asked what advice she would give other parents, Bullock's response was simply, "I'm sorry," before explaining that her children are both completely unique.

Zac Efron, on the other hand, has quite a busy schedule with quite a few acting gigs lined up for the future. He's going to star in and executive produce a highly anticipated Angel Heart series, which is slated to drop next year or in 2028. In terms of movies, the actor will star in the psychological thriller Famous and the comedy film Judgment Day, with both scheduled to drop later this year.

Henry Winkler is opening up about his decades-long feud with Tom Hanks, admitting he is still processing what went wrong while leaving the door open for a potential reconciliation.
Speaking on "In Depth With Graham Bensinger," the Emmy-winning actor revisited the turning point in their relationship: his high-profile firing as director of the 1989 comedy "Turner & Hooch," which starred Hanks, now 70.
Winkler recalled that he felt unsuited to direct the movie from the start but accepted the job after a Paramount executive handpicked him. His overzealousness and early insecurity quickly backfired once he got on set.
"I went completely against my tummy, and it hit me in the face with a 2-by-4," Winkler said. "I now meet the puppies, and I meet with Tom [Hanks] ... and I, at that time being insecure, I talked too much and I gave them direction. I [did] what I thought was my job, and I wanted to do it over again and apparently that p**ed them off."
The job lasted less than two weeks. Studio executive Jeffrey Katzenberg called Winkler into his office to tell him his work was not showing up in the daily footage.

Sedgwick shared two photographs from the outing on September 9, five days after the couple's anniversary. She and Bacon sat together in a canoe wearing plaid overshirts, with Sedgwick in a baseball cap and Bacon in sunglasses. "Perfect anniversary weekend. ❤️ Canoe believe it's been 38 years?!" she wrote in the post.
Bacon had marked the actual anniversary on September 4 with a photograph from nearly 20 years earlier. The image showed the couple dressed for the 2006 Primetime Emmy Awards and sitting close together in the back of a car. His caption was even shorter: "38 years with my love."
Bacon and Sedgwick married on September 4, 1988, after falling in love while working together on Lemon Sky. Their latest anniversary also comes during another stretch of professional collaboration, with the couple now sharing directing duties on a movie starring their two adult children.
Sedgwick's September 9 post showed how the couple spent at least part of their anniversary weekend. PEOPLE reported that both wore plaid overshirts while sitting together on the water, with one photograph showing Sedgwick smiling toward Bacon from the other end of the canoe.
