The Chanel ambassador has been having plenty of fun experimenting with different styles and labels throughout this press tour. We saw it at TIFF and San Sebastián, and now London has given us another welcome change of direction.
This time, Penélope dipped into the archives for a Ralph Lauren Collection Spring 2014 suit.
The tailoring is impeccable, but it's the pattern play that really sells this look to me. The contrasting checks of the shirt and tie, alongside the dominate cuffs, add plenty of charm and personality to the classic black suit without making the combination feel too busy.

PARIS (AP) — Chanel's artistic director Matthieu Blazy sent the fashion house's suits stretching towards sportswear and evening dresses drifting through clouds, with Nicole Kidman, Dua Lipa and Pedro Pascal in the audience as he unveiled his spring-summer 2027 collection.
The Monday night show underscored that a year into his creative revival, Blazy has made the house feel newly unpredictable.
The former Bottega Veneta designer succeeded Virginie Viard, who took over after Karl Lagerfeld 's death in 2019. Viard's tenure brought record sales but Blazy's contribution has been to restore a sense that Chanel's familiar ingredients can produce something unexpected.
That renewal is visible in his treatment of the house's symbols: tweed can stretch; formal jackets sit against bare skin; quilted bags turn slouchy.
The appeal lies in giving established clients something recognizable, and newer ones something to reinterpret.

Paris Hilton turned the streets of Paris into her personal runway during Paris Fashion Week. The socialite was racing against the clock as she made her way to the Elie Saab show, documenting the chaotic journey on Instagram. Even with traffic working against her, Hilton made sure she arrived in true fashion-week style in a black sheer dress.
For the outing, Paris Hilton wore a dramatic black Elie Saab creation covered in intricate lace and floral detailing. The floor-length gown featured a high neckline, long sleeves, and a figure-hugging silhouette. Its extensive sheer sections made it anything but conservative.
Black floral appliqués were strategically scattered across the transparent fabric. This created an elaborate pattern from the neckline all the way down the skirt. The see-through material revealed the black undergarments beneath, while the fitted construction emphasized Hilton's figure. Toward the bottom, layers of lace and textured detailing gave the gown a romantic and dramatic finish.
Getting the glamorous dress to the show proved to be an adventure of its own. Hilton revealed in the video that traffic meant she had to abandon her ride and make her way through the Paris streets on foot. At one point, she could be seen hurrying along the sidewalk as her long sheer gown trailed behind her.
Making the situation even more impressive, Hilton wrote that she was "running in 6 inch heels" to reach the Elie Saab show. She paired the gown with towering black platform heels and a quilted black Chanel handbag with a gold chain strap. Oversized black sunglasses and a voluminous blonde updo, with loose face-framing pieces, completed the look.

The Chanel ambassador's Oscars look remains one of my favourite menswear moments of the year, but this? This was highly disappointing.
I say that fully aware that the New York Film Festival has a more relaxed dress code than Cannes, Venice, London or even Toronto. The individual elements are here, but nothing is working together for me.
I can see the hybrid idea he was going for: part old-Hollywood leading man with the striped shirt, tie and waistcoat, and part relaxed, contemporary dressing with the wide-leg tan trousers and rolled-up sleeves. But those two ideas never quite meet in the middle.

And just like that, the Spring/Summer 2027 season is coming to a close. Paris Fashion Week has officially begun, kicking off the fourth and final calendar of shows this September. Following New York City, London, and Milan, the French capital is welcoming a flurry of industry professionals and front-row stars alike, all eager to see what's next for our favorite designers.
The schedule started off strong on Monday, with a lineup that opened with 2026 LVMH Prize winner Julie Kegels and closed with avant-garde, industry-favorite Matières Fécales. Rihanna was spotted at the latter, making a grand, fashionably-late entrance in a gold tinsel two-piece, while fellow A-listers—Jennifer Lawrence, Tate McRae, Kendall Jenner with Jacob Elordi, Katie Holmes with Jason Bard Yarmosky, Alexa Chung, and Gabbriette—settled into their hotels and toasted the week ahead at parties and dinners galore.

The sophisticated dress features an off-the-shoulder silhouette with a dramatic plunging V-neckline. Soft, white feather-like appliqués line the entire neckline and shoulders, adding rich texture and movement to the structured bodice. A tight, sculpted waist hugging her figure gives way to a sleek ankle-length skirt with a sharp thigh-high side slit that reveals her legs as she moves.
She contrasted the light cream gown with classic black pointed-toe pumps that grounded the soft color palette. Nicole accessorized her high-fashion look with statement diamond jewelry that caught the studio lighting. As captured in a viral studio video shared on an Instagram post, she showed off multiple large diamond rings across her fingers along with matching drop earrings. A slim black watch on her left wrist added a touch of modern sophistication.

This mini tweed Chanel dress couldn't be more Lily-Rose Depp coded. The fitted silhouette, contrast trim and prominent double-C logo all sit firmly within her usual Chanel vocabulary, but the red earrings give the black-and-white look the pop of colour it needed. It's familiar territory for Lily-Rose, and it always works so well.

The 83rd Venice International Film Festival is officially underway. Film junkie or not, you can't deny that Hollywood's finest arrive in Italy ready to bring their best-dressed game. After all, when you're surrounded by your peers competing for some of the industry's highest honors, why wouldn't you dress the part? C'mon. First held in August 1932, the Venice Film Festival has long been one of the industry's most glamorous events, welcoming everyone from Jane Fonda to Lady Gaga over the decades. I'd argue the red carpet is a spectacle all its own, with our favorite fashion houses playing a starring role.
From the water-taxi arrivals to the actual carpet, celebrities often use Venice to offer a glimpse at fashion's next era, stepping out in fresh-of-the-runway Chanel, Dior, Versace, and more. Robert Pattinson, for instance, pulled up in Dior 2027, while Timothée Chalamet famously tested the waters in a daring backless ensemble. Or Zendaya in that Dune-coded Balmain look in 2021?
