N.O.R.E., the rapper and host of the popular podcast Drink Champs, has responded to a ****** ual ****** ault lawsuit brought against him by Carmen Bryan, describing her claims as "invented interactions" that are "entirely false."
The denial comes two days after Bryan filed a 20-page civil complaint against N.O.R.E., real name Victor Santiago, alleging the rapper was intoxicated when he forced himself on her in the middle of a packed Manhattan nightclub in 1999. According to the lawsuit, Santiago "physically overpowered" Bryan and "committed an act of non-consensual digital penetration," all while ignoring her pleas for him to stop. The alleged ****** ault only ended when other clubgoers reportedly pulled Santiago off Bryan.

According to recent donations sent to a GoFundMe page supporting Ashley Taunton, Taylor Swift seemingly contributed $50,000 to the 42-year-old certified nursing ***** istant from Connecticut, who was severely injured while driving on I-95 South in Rhode Island on July 18. While she helped a group of teens on the side of the road, another vehicle hydroplaned and hurtled directly toward them.
"Wishing you the best recovery possible and sending love to your family!" reads a comment left by Swift on Aug. 28.
"In a split-second act of pure bravery, Ashley pushed the other person out of harm's way, taking the brunt of the impact herself," the GoFundMe description reads. "Because of her selfless courage, Ashley is now facing a very long and difficult road to recovery. She has already undergone two major surgeries in the last 18 hours alone, with more scheduled in the days ahead."
The fundraiser is going toward medical expenses not covered by insurance, daily household bills and expenses, gas and travel costs for commuting back and forth to the hospital and groceries for Taunton's three children.

Lucy Davis has received an outpouring of love and support from her celebrity friends after sharing her "incurable" breast cancer diagnosis.
The British actress, who is known for playing Dawn in the original U.K. version of The Office, announced on Instagram on Tuesday that she was diagnosed with Stage Four breast cancer a year and a half ago.
Davis, 53, subsequently received an outpouring of supportive messages from her fans, co-stars and celebrity friends in the comments.
Her Office co-star Ricky Gervais simply left a heart emoji underneath her post, and her Chilling Adventures of Sabrina co-star Kiernan Shipka wrote, "I love you so much Lucy."

Rosie O'Donnell shared her experience taking the weight-loss drug Mounjaro, including the side effects. The former talk show host said she has "never felt better." However, she revealed that she had lost 12 pounds without making any changes, leading her to worry that she might have cancer.
O'Donnell spoke about the details on the August 11 episode of the Good Hang with Amy Poehler podcast. The 64-year-old said, as quoted by Us Weekly, "Three years ago, the doctor told me … they said, 'You have diabetes, can you take a shot?' I said, 'I think so. I don't know. I've never done a shot. Is it insulin?' … They said, 'No, it's this new drug and it really helps with your blood sugar.'"
O'Donnell said she was never told that the medication could cause rapid weight loss. She said doctors were focused on getting her "numbers" down. She initially believed that emotional experience explained her weight loss. However, two weeks later, "I get on the scale. I call my doctor crying. I must have cancer. I've lost 12 pounds and I haven't done anything. It's been three weeks since I started that medicine."

By his own count, Jeremy Padawer had moved eight times before he turned 13, bouncing around the Deep South, perpetually the new kid. That's the kind of childhood that can leave a person either resigned or relentless, and Padawer chose relentless.
As a teenager, he sat down and wrote 1,000 letters to what he called the most remarkable, well-known people of the 20th century and asked each of them the same thing: What has been your greatest accomplishment?
The point wasn't autographs. As he explained on Instagram, where he recently shared one of the replies, he wanted to understand what actually drove accomplished people and how they defined success when left to define it themselves. A kid who couldn't count on staying anywhere was trying to reverse-engineer how to build a life that amounts to something.
Around 150 people wrote back. Padawer says those responses motivated and guided him and that the simple fact of their accessibility—these iconic, wildly successful, real humans taking a minute to answer him—made anything seem possible. That's the part worth sitting with. The lesson wasn't in any single piece of advice. It was that the people he'd put on a pedestal turned out to be reachable, which is a different and more durable thing to learn at 17.
One of the replies came from Fred Rogers—best known for creating and starring in the PBS series Mister Rogers' Neighborhood—and it is about as on-brand as a piece of mail can be.

On Tuesday's episode of Today with Jenna and Sheinelle, Hager and Sheinelle Jones discussed Jones' recent interview with former First Lady Jill Biden.
Jones recalled reading a passage from Biden's memoir in which the former first lady described meeting with President Bush at the George W. Bush Library.
"And then she talks about her mom, Laura, and said Laura came in and said, 'Hey Bushy,' then sauntered into the hallway for a cup of coffee as he smiled at her," Jones recalled.
