The couple and their baby were photographed on a walk in California, with the "Born This Way" singer carrying the newborn in a wearable sling. A source later told People that Gaga and Polanky "both beam when they talk about being parents," adding that they "both took time off of work this summer to be with [the] baby."

The new Novig ad features Sweeney posing nude with a variety of sports equipment covering herself. It's a play on the fact that, unlike other prediction markets such as Polymarket and Kalshi, Novig — which launched nationwide last month — is only about betting on sports, not world events, politics, or "wars or deaths" as Sweeney says in the ad.
"Think you know sports? Prove it. Novig is just sports. So they wanted to show just sports," Sweeney says in the ad while perched atop a basketball hoop naked to seemingly show how stripped down Novig is.
Given the scrutiny Sweeney has received in the past over her ads for American Eagle jeans and soap made from her "used bathwater," it may come as no surprise that the Euphoria actor is once again raising eyebrows. In comments on her Instagram page, Sweeney was criticized for using her body to promote the prediction market.

Pamela Anderson has recalled being given "a death sentence" when she was diagnosed with hepatitis C in the late '90s.
The Baywatch actress gave a powerful speech about her diagnosis and recovery from the virus as she was honoured with amfAR's Award of Courage during the Venice Film Festival on Sunday night.
"It was a death sentence. That's what my doctor told me - that I probably had around 10 years to live," the 59-year-old told the audience, according to Variety. "I'm sure that coloured and corrupted my decisions. It was not fear of death, but fear of what might happen to my young children. It turned my life inside out."
A cure for the viral infection was found in 2011, and Anderson became "hep C free" in 2015 after paying "everything I had in my bank" to receive treatment.
"But my experience of shame and guilt was also an unconscious journey. It stays with me; it haunts me," she continued. "And just like the ******* ual abuse that I endured as a child, it felt like it was carved into my forehead: Damaged goods. And I presented myself as such."
The Last Showgirl star admitted that she has "finally come to terms" with her health news and is using that to fuel her career renaissance.

Young Thug is clearing up what he says was his role in helping Lil Durk **** emble his legal team for the rapper's federal murder-for-hire trial.

According to People, Shawna Stewart announced that Monroe Jr. died Wednesday, August 26, at Providence Saint Joseph Burbank Hospital in California and shared an emotional tribute to her husband on Facebook.

A former heavy smoker and user of several substances, Curry also suffered several health issues throughout his life. While a cause for his death has not been shared, he had experienced multiple health issues after his stroke in 2012.
Soon after his passing, celebrities from across the world and from various professions came together to honor the legend. Tributes were paid by Carol Burnett, Lesley Ann Warren, Michael McKean, Kiefer Sutherland, Jane Seymour, Rob Schneider, Jennifer Tilly, Stephen King, Eric Idle, Hank Azaria, Lacey Chabert, Bruce Campbell, and others. An entertainment industry group that includes Hollywood producers Haim Saban, Lawrence Bender and Teddy Schwarzman has released a statement condemning the alleged "antisemitic tropes" underpinning Mark Ruffalo's opposition to Paramount's leadership amid its proposed merger with Warner Bros. The "Nashville" and "Ice Princess" star has died at 36, her representative confirmed in a statement to USA TODAY on Sunday, Aug. 16. A cause of death has not yet been shared.
Months before her death, the actress opened up in her memoir "This Is Me: A Reckoning" about childhood fame, crossing nefarious actors in her teens and addiction as an adult. In recent interviews about the memoir, Panettiere reflected that she was "groomed" to be a "little soldier" throughout her early career, which included roles in the soap opera "One Life to Live" and the animated "A Bug's Life."
Much of Panettiere's memoir grappled with grief, especially the death of her younger brother, Jansen Panettiere, and the years she lost to addiction. She wrote about relinquishing custody of her then 2-year-old daughter Kaya after struggling with postpartum depression and addiction. And, like many of her famous peers, Panettiere grieved the "chance to have a 'normal' childhood."
When Panettiere was just 4, her mother pushed her through the busy Manhattan streets from audition to audition, bookending each call with the phrase "Don't phone it in." Praised for her tears and dramatic expressions, Panettiere reflected that she "began to ***** ociate catastrophe with adoration."

Selena Gomez's legal representation says a new lawsuit alleging the star defrauded investors in her mental health star-up Wondermind is "completely meritless, both factually and legally."
Lawyer Mathew S. Rosengart issued a statement to People on Saturday: "The allegations that Selena Gomez engaged in any way whatsoever in any purported 'fraud' or other wrongdoing are completely meritless, both factually and legally. We will vigorously defend these false allegations and indeed are filing a motion to dismiss the baseless claims against her."
In a lawsuit filed Thursday by two companies, Wondermind SRS 44 LLC and Bespoke Wondermind LLC, Gomez, her mother Mandy Teefey and Wondermind co-founder Daniella Pierson were accused of defrauding investors in the mental health startup, alleging the trio made false representations of the business to stakeholders, including a plan that Gomez would be "intimately involved" in the business's operations. The suit claims damages of around $1.2 million.
"Gomez purported to sign a contract obligating her to perform and then ignored it," the lawsuit read. "The partnerships did not exist. The initiatives never materialized. The app was never built. And for three years, while the Company quietly collapsed around them, not one of its founders, officers or directors said a word to the investors whose money was funding the collapse."
Gomez, Teefey and Pierson first launched Wondermind in 2021 as "a **** e to work it all out every day with candid conversations, physical tools, daily content, and a supportive community." In the lawsuit, investors claim that they did not learn about alleged management issues or struggles at the company – like employees not being paid on time – until The Cut reported on the startup's working conditions last year.

Michael Selwood, a British influencer known for his boxing and lifestyle content, has died at age 35.
Selwood was found dead at around 5 p.m. local time Sunday, hours after he was reported missing, Greater Manchester police said in a statement shared with People.
Police said that Selwood had last been seen Saturday at around 8 p.m. in Dukinfield, England.
"Michael's family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers at this difficult time," the statement said, per People. "We would like to thank everyone who shared and supported this appeal."
