In the winter of 2024, Roma decided to appoint Daniele De Rossi as manager after the dismissal of José Mourinho. And after an encouraging start from the former number 16, fans were growing hopeful that the man who had made the club famous as a player would have an equally impressive career on the bench.
The following season, despite his contract extension, the Ostia native only made a handful of appearances as manager, and was then sacked by the Friedkins.
From then on, a series of ups and downs began for the club, which first brought in Ivan Juric and then Claudio Ranieri, but the season still ended with the club securing a Europa League spot.
Fans, however, remained discontented at seeing a club legend treated so poorly. Even more disappointed than the fans was De Rossi himself, who gave an interview to Cronache di Spogliatoio.
In a brief excerpt, the former midfielder commented on his dismissal: "I was furious. I had my 'enemies' and I felt defeated in a battle I didn't have time to fight. But I never wanted to show that I was getting jealous. I only did it once in a press conference at Spal, and I regretted it. I've worked hard on these things."

LAS VEGAS – Down a couple of bigs, the Portland Fire had an opportunity to test the Aces' size and depth at the Michelob ULTRA Arena Tuesday night.
However, despite missing NaLyssa Smith and Cheyenne Parker-Tyus, the defending WNBA champions did not let that faze them.
Coming off the All-Star break — wounded by a 100-99 road defeat to Washington on July 22 — the Aces showed no signs of rust, particularly on offense, brushing aside the Fire, 98-83, on their first visit to Sin City.
The win clinched a season sweep of Portland for Las Vegas (19-8). It was the Aces' fourth victory in their last six games. Head coach Becky Hammon's group never trailed and led by as many as 18 points.
"Pretty good," Hammon said when asked to grade her team's return to action. "Except for that third quarter (Fire outscored the Aces 27-26), we gave up too much there, [but] pretty good. Good job; everybody is just trying to get into a flow. It's hard to replicate game flow in one day of practice, but it was a good game to kind of get back into our groove a little bit."

Los Angeles Dodgers two-way star Shohei Ohtani has admitted to playing through two injuries as he tries to get back on the mound.
Ohtani battles wear that most players do not contend with, since he hits in the lineup five times a week and makes a weekly start of 85-100 pitches.
Shohei Ohtani is dealing with multiple injuries, per Dave Roberts.

Ohtani is dealing with his left knee problem, which is well documented.

Additionally, he had his bicep issue resurface during his bullpen session on Wednesday.

His next bullpen session is to be determined. pic.twitter.com/rexdyvCNGt
Now at 30, Ohtani is no spring chicken, and he is years into a baseball career that has seen him play at this level since his teenage years.
However, for most of the season, Ohtani looked like he was going to have a historic season, posting an amazing ERA and producing a tick below his best as a hitter, but still at the top of MLB.

"I am doing this all my life," Blachowicz said in a recentinterview. "It's a new opponent. I have a lot of respect for him,but it's just another fighter who I have to stop. I don't thinkabout this mess around because I don't want to waste energy forthat. Okay, it's a new opponent; that's it. We do small changes andwe are here to win the fight against him, or a different opponentdoesn't matter."

The upcoming matchup gives Blachowicz an opportunity to halt thelongest winless stretch of his UFC tenure. He has gone fourstraight outings without a victory and is coming off a majoritydraw against Guskov this past December. His last win came all theway back in May 2022 when he defeated AleksandarRakic.

He'll have his work cut out for him against the surging Stirling, who boasts a perfect 10-0 record.

The summer break is often viewed as a chance for Formula 1 teams and drivers to reset, but history shows it can also be a turning point in a championship battle.
While some drivers return from the shutdown with renewed momentum and find another level of performance, others struggle to maintain their early-season form. From ******* le contenders and regular podium finishers to championship challenges falling apart and car performance dropping, the post-summer stretch has produced some dramatic swings in recent F1 history.
GPblog looks back at some drivers who improved after the summer break and others who saw their form disappear.

As new details come to light about Shohei Ohtani's translator's bank fraud, Ippei Mizuhara's old interview reveals how the baseball star's lifestyle impacted the scandal.
Shohei Ohtani is the face of baseball and the MLB. There has been no bigger star in recent memory. However, his career was severely threatened in 2024.
Payments from Ohtani's bank account to a prominent bookmaker led to an investigation. If he had been found guilty of being involved with sports gambling, it could have potentially ended his career.
However, the investigation found that the Dodgers man was actually the victim of theft. And the person to blame was his translator, Ippei Mizuhara. An interview has now shed more light on the subject.

Jürgen Klopp has yet to make any decisions regarding Joshua Kimmich's role in the Germany national team, according to Sport Bild.
The report states that Klopp has so far remained tight-lipped about his plans and has not yet contacted the Bayern Munich midfielder.
As things stand, the new Germany coach has neither confirmed whether Kimmich will continue as captain nor revealed where he sees him playing on the pitch.
Kimmich, however, is reportedly unfazed by the situation and fully understands Klopp's decision to keep all options open ahead of his first squad selection.
With Germany entering a new era under Klopp, key decisions regarding the captaincy and tactical setup are expected to be made in the coming weeks.

Bayern Munich proved to be ahead of the curve with the signing of Moroccan star Ismael Saibari. However, his injury in the game against Canada in the round of 16 ended his run at the World Cup. Now, after examination by Bayern's medical team, the versatile forward is set to join his teammates in the second week of August after they return from their Audi Summer tour.
Per a report by Kicker's Frank Linkesch, Saibari's injury has been inspected by the Bayern medical team in Munich. The diagnosis has revealed a torn muscle fiber in his thigh. The 25-year-old will be missing on the annual Audi Summer tour. The tour will be back in Asia from the 1st to the 8th of August, in the cities of Jeju, South Korea and Hong Kong. Die Roten will be facing Jeju SK FC and the Premier League's Aston Villa respectively.
With Saibari out for another 10 days, returnee Arijon Ibrahimović is likely to get game time in the upcoming friendly fixtures. More players are expected to return from the injury wing for Bayern including Serge Gnabry, Lennart Karl and Alphonso Davies. With the new signings, the club have beefed up a slim but high quality attacking roster to better cope with the gameload.

JonJones remains highly confident in his ability.

In a recent interview, the former Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight and lightheavyweight **** leholder weighed in on how he believes a fightagainst fellow former two-division king AlexPereira and a wrestling match against longtime rival DanielCormier would unfold, backing himself in both scenarios.
Jones and Pereira were seemingly on a collision course when thelatter announced his move up to heavyweight for UFC Freedom 250. However, with Jones' ongoing stalemate withthe UFC regarding his future, a fight against "Poatan" has fallenthrough.

Nevertheless, Jones cites size as a key factor at heavyweight, claiming his former opponents StipeMiocic and Ciryl Ganeare bigger than Pereira, who previously competed at 185 pounds.

"I watched Pereira train," Jones said in an interview with AFLGlobal. "I see his level of wrestling and it's way behind. I feelas if Stipe Miocic is a true heavyweight. He's a big, big boy.Ciryl Gane, when you see him in person, he's a big, big boy. AlexPereira is not a big, big boy. He's a lean guy. I think right nowhe weighs maybe 250."

Jones believes his size and grappling would have overwhelmedPereira, predicting a submission win had they collided inside theOctagon.

"I feel as if my physical strength would have been too much forhim," Jones said. "I felt as if the moment I would have gotten himto the ground, my submissions would have come pretty quickly. Imean, everyone knows that. I think that's the clearest path tovictory for me against Alex Pereira. But we're not fighting. I am afan of him. I support him, and I want to see him do well."

"Bones" also discussed his approach towards a potential wrestlingmatch with Cormier, who he's already shared the cage withtwice.

"I think I would have beat D.C. in a wrestling match," Jones said."It wouldn't be easy, but I think I would beat him in wrestling. Ihear that he has problems with his back, so my strategy would be tojust try to wear on him. Not shoot, not go for the takedown, butjust hand fight, hand fight, hand fight and see if I could wear onthat back."

PITTSBURGH — The Arizona Diamondbacks' 8-7 extra-inning win over the Pittsburgh Pirates Tuesday night was a nail-biter. More importantly, it continued to raise one question: Is Paul Sewald still the right person to close games?

The D-Backs looked poised to take the win in regulation, leading the Pirates 6-0 in the bottom of the eighth inning. However, a turbulent inning by right-hander Ryan Thompson allowed Pittsburgh to cut the lead in half heading into the ninth. Instead of a comfortable win, it became a save opportunity for Sewald — and it wasn't his night.
A two-run homer followed by a solo shot tied the game, marking the closer's third blown save of the season. He eventually recorded one out before being pulled as the game went into extra innings.

The Indiana Fever defeated the Seattle Storm 105-95 on Tuesday night in the first night of regular-season action for the WNBA after the All-Star break. However, instead of the Fever's three-game winning streak entering the game, a lot of the coverage surrounding the Fever was on comments reserve guard Sophie Cunningham made regarding transgender athletes.
"I got a lot of negative feedback about me hating trans. And I'm like, 'I never once said that,'" Cunningham said via a profile on her published by ESPN. "I think that I am here to extend love. But I also think with that love is truth, being honest. And I want to protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn't have to go against biological men."
Cunningham's words became a hot-topic issue, with people weighing in from all over the media, intense debates being had online, and even rallies being planned.
After the game, WNBA reporter Roberta Rodrigues, who rebuked Cunningham's comments and the rally tied to them on social media, asked head coach Stephanie White, who is married to journalist Lisa Salters, about the situation.
"Coach, there was a rally before the game, an anti-trans rally before the game, inspired by Sophie Cunningham," Rodrigues started. "As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, how did you receive her comments and the way it ignited the right-wing and anti-trans supporters? And for the players, have you had conversations in the locker room about it?"

Bam Adebayo said he has no hard feelings toward LeBron James' surprising decision to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers this offseason. However, the Miami Heat star let James know he'll be coming for him the next time they meet on the NBA court.
Speaking at a community event in Miami on Tuesday, Adebayo revealed his text to James after the latter spurned the Heat for the Sixers, which feels like friendly banter for these two stars, given they've built a friendship in the past few years.
"There ain't no disappointment. To me, you should always be happy for a person and their decision. He made a decision where he feels like it's his best situation to win. And I feel like I'm a good friend of LeBron's," Adebayo told the Miami Herald.
MORE:Charles Barkley explains how LeBron James can earn GOAT status after shocking Sixers move

You guys have probably heard the line 'its hard not to be romantic about baseball' before, and tonight was a perfect encapsulation of that very phrase. It had all the highs of the big blowout win, the heartbreak of the blown save, and then the triumph of the unsung hero coming out of nowhere in the extra innings to save the team. Nights like tonight either drive you crazy, or make you fall in love with the game that much more. No other sport can play with our emotions quite like baseball can.
The Diamondbacks offense got off to such an amazing start. Scoring consistently with team baseball throughout each of the first 4 innings. It really felt like this offense was clicking. Overall they recorded 16 hits in the 12 innings highlighted by James McCann with 4 and Nolan Arenado with 3. On the flip side, this offense also set a franchise record recording 24 outs with runners in scoring position tonight. What started out so good, quickly turned into a start reminder of the problems that have been plaguing this offense most of the season with its struggles with RISP.
Then in the 7th inning, the offense suddenly came to a screeching halt. And the Pirates offense came jolting to life. The Pirates would erase the 6-0 lead the Dbacks had going into the 8th inning with 3 runs in the 8th and 3 runs in the 9th. Unfortunately what had been a strength much of the season in the backend of the bullpen in Thompson and Sewald was a weakness tonight. Thompson simply could not get away with anything tonight giving up 4 hits and a walk in just .2 of an inning. And the leader of this bullpen, Sewald came into the game with a 3 run lead in the 9th and proceeded to give up a base hit and back to back home runs to immediately erase the 3 run lead and tie the game. This was such a low moment for this team in such a big game. Especially with how lock down Sewald has been in save situations this season coming into the game having blown only 2 saves in 24 chances.
However fortunately for the Dbacks there was Gerardo Carillo who tonight put this team on his back and carried them back into the 3rd wildcard spot. Carrillo, who came into today working primarily as the low leverage long man, was thrust straight into some of the most high leverage innings of the season thus far, and boy did he deliver. Carillo was able to give the team 2 innings tonight in which he allowed 0 hits and 0 runs while striking out 3 while getting his first career major league win. He threw a 6 pitch scoreless 11th and then put up another 0 in the 12th to keep this team alive. Carillo has always been an intriguing relief option in the upper minors given his upper 90's fastball velocity combined with his pitch mix including a cutter, a splitter, and sinker. However tonight he also showed that he has what could arguably be the most important trait for a late inning reliever and that is he has that dog in him.
It is also worth discussing Brandon Pfaadt who tonight was dominant over 7 innings and definite

Aces make surprising NaLyssa Smith roster decision after DiJonai Carrington allegations originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
NaLyssa Smith was missing from the Las Vegas Aces' active roster for Tuesday night's game against the Portland Fire, but the team did not explain the surprising absence. Smith's omission came just days after Chicago Sky guard DiJonai Carrington publicly accused her former partner of infidelity during the 2025 WNBA season. However, Las Vegas has not said that its roster decision was connected to Carrington's allegations.
The Aces did not provide an injury designation, disciplinary explanation or any other details when announcing their available players for their first game following the WNBA All-Star break.
"Tonight's Active Roster," Las Vegas wrote alongside its roster graphic.
Smith's name was not included. The timing quickly drew attention because the 25-year-old forward had appeared in all 26 games for the Aces this season. She had been a consistent contributor for a Las Vegas team that entered Tuesday with an 18-8 record.

WNBA makes final decision on Caitlin Clark technical foul appeal originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
Caitlin Clark will have to remain on her best behavior for the rest of the WNBA regular season.
The Indiana Fever appealed the technical foul Clark received during their 123-88 victory over the Connecticut Sun on July 22, hoping the league would remove it from her season total. However, the WNBA reportedly denied that appeal, leaving Clark with seven technical fouls and only one more separating her from an automatic one-game suspension.
"The WNBA will not rescind the technical foul ****** sed to Caitlin Clark during last Wednesday's win over the Connecticut Sun, a league source confirmed to IndyStar," Brian Haenchen of the Indianapolis Star reported.
Clark avoided another technical during Indiana's 103-93 win over the Seattle Storm on Tuesday. Still, the league's decision means the threat of a suspension will follow the Fever star into every remaining game of the regular season.

The White Sox (55-51) waited until the bottom of the ninth to score any runs, and ironically ended up outhitting the Yankees (61-46), but they couldn't make the full comeback and fell just short, 3-2. Chase Meidroth saved the day from a 3-0 shutout, mashing a homer with two outs in the bottom of the ninth, but the bats were mostly quiet and couldn't provide run support for their pitching staff.
Giving the White Sox bullpen a bit of a reprieve from Monday night, Anthony Kay labored through 5 1/3 innings, looking sharp outside of his 29-pitch second inning. The lefty started the game on a high note by striking out the side in the top of the first — the first three of seven Ks during today's outing — but we can't say the same about the next frame.
Back-to-back singles from Jasson Domínguez and Trent Grisham led off the second frame and kicked off their three-run rally. Kay uncorked a wild pitch to move both runners into scoring position before Anthony Volpe lined a double off the top of the wall in right, scoring Domínguez. The southpaw worked around Jazz Chisholm Jr. with a strikeout, but Max Schuemann doubled to left to score another two runs to give the Yankees a 3-0 lead.
Kay was otherwise solid, and when a batter did reach base, he was able to work around it. The main issue, however, is that he received zero run support from the offense, which mustered only three hits while Kay was in the game. It helped that Kay gutted through five-plus innings, but without any run support, it hardly mattered.
Kay put Domínguez on for the second time to lead off the sixth, hitting his 20th batter of the season, and his 10th batter in his last nine starts. Though there was some weird communication between Tristan Peters and Braden Montgomery in right-center, Braden was able to snow cone the ball at the last second for the out.

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green was confronted about LeBron James' decision to join the Philadelphia 76ers on national TV.
Green played an active role in trying to recruit LeBron to the Warriors, with the pair being seen together in recent weeks. However, the recruiting efforts failed as LeBron went to Philly.
With Golden State's public pursuit of James collapsing, Green became the ******* of a joke on TNT Sports' Dunkman World Championships broadcast.
Green was joined by NBA legend Dwight Howard and influencer Cash Nasty on a panel hosted by Adam Lefkoe. Cash, a huge LeBron fan, directly addressed James' refusal to go to the Warriors to Draymond, prompting the 36-year-old forward to respond.
"How is that my loss? It would've been nice, but it's no different than what it's always been."

As of 11:38 AM ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES:^DJI) is up 0.13% to 52,017.19, while the S&P 500 (SNPINDEX:^GSPC) is down 0.33% to 7,387.76, and the Nasdaq Composite (NASDAQINDEX:^IXIC) has slipped 0.44% to 24,840.43 as tech pressure offsets optimism from cooling geopolitical tensions.
Gold is up 0.45% to $4,074.30, and the 10-Year Treasury yield is down 0.03% to 4.65%. Communications and consumer defensive stocks are this morning's top-performing sectors while technology and energy sectors are in the red.
RTX Corp climbed 2.61% to $218.28 on strong Q2 earnings. SAP surged 7.4% to $171.79, extending last week's gains after the software company beat earnings expectations. Conversely, Nvidia is trading lower amid concerns about Chinese competition. Reddit is up 6.7% to 171.79 on optimism about its upcoming earnings.
Oil prices fell this morning on news of a pause in strikes between the U.S. and Iran. WTI crude oil fell almost 7% to $83.15 a barrel, boosting market sentiment and lifting the Dow slightly. However, investors are braced for further volatility and will be watching the Federal Reserve meeting this week. The Fed is widely expected to leave rates unchanged in July, but inflationary pressures caused by ongoing tensions in the Middle East and high spending by tech companies could prompt it to raise rates before the end of the year.
On the other side, renewed artificial intelligence (AI) valuation concerns weighed on markets. This week will bring earnings from Microsoft, Meta Platforms, Apple, and Amazon, and investors will be paying close attention to capital expenditure plans. The high concentration in the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 means any drop in their share prices will have an outsized impact on these major indexes.

The Arizona Cardinals are a week into training camp and we are able to note who is practicing with which units — the starters, the backups or the deep backups. The Cardinals' first two draft picks, running back Jeremiyah Love and guard Chase Bisontis, have been getting consistent second-team snaps and some with the first team.
However, the rest of the rookies have been further down the depth chart, except for one, and it might surprise you.
According to AZCentral Sports' Theo Mackie, tackle Jayden Williams, their seventh-round pick, has consistently been working with the second-team offense, suggesting he might have a real shot at making the 53-man roster.
With Paris Johnson and Elijah Wilkinson the two starting tackles, Josh Fryar and Williams have been on the second-team offense. It is early in camp, but Williams is ahead of other tackles on the roster like Christian Jones, Oli Udah and Demontrey Jacobs.
That will be a battle to watch once preseason games start.

The Arizona Cardinals, after a day off on Monday, were back at practice at State Farm Stadium on Tuesday. The pads went on and quarterback Jacoby Brissett took over first-team reps with the offense.
What happened on Tuesday?
While Paris Johnson has been activated, there is nothing new with the other three players. Josh Sweat, Garrett Williams and Tip Reiman still haven't been cleared to practice.
Harrison had some injury issues on Sunday. It appeared he might have had back and ankle issues. However, head coach Mike LaFleur said that he was cramping.
According to ESPN's Josh Weinfuss, Harrison had a couple of drops. Per Cardinals.com's Darren Urban, "he found himself wide open about five times in the heart of the defense, Brissett delivering the ball each time. When the Cardinals were running 13 personnel, Harrison was the wideout with the three tight ends."

The EMA GARP Fund, managed by Equity Management ******* ociates, recently released its second-quarter investor letter for 2026. The letter can be downloaded here. The letter emphasizes that capital expenditures in artificial intelligence (AI) are driving growth and earnings, despite extreme valuations in the U.S. market, which resemble a bubble-like situation. It also discusses the impact of passive ETF flows, fiscal deficits, and inflationary policies. For the quarter, the Fund's value decreased by 20.00%, and it is down 21.96% for the first half of the year, even though AI and related growth stocks were prominent during Q2. Additionally, the firm identified precious metals miners as a potentially strong investment, noting that they are significantly undervalued and present substantial asymmetrical opportunities. In addition, please check the Strategy's top five holdings to know its best picks in 2026.
In its Q2 2026 investor letter, EMA GARP Fund highlighted Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSEAMERICAN:ASM). Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSEAMERICAN:ASM) is a Canadian precious metal mining company that engages in the acquisition, exploration, and advancement of mineral properties. On July 24, 2026, Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSEAMERICAN:ASM) closed at $5.63 per share, reflecting a market capitalization of $986.77 million. Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSEAMERICAN:ASM) posted a one-month return of -10.21%, while its shares gained 69.07% over the past 52 weeks.
EMA GARP Fund stated the following regarding Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSEAMERICAN:ASM) in its Q2 2026 investor update:
"The miners are way, way too cheap at present gold and silver prices. And their earnings outlook is robust at higher bullion prices given the substantial operating leverage. Miner industry profitability is as good as it's been at any point in the last 25 years. Two Miner Case Studies are outlined – Aris and Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSEAMERICAN:ASM). Crazy cheap and massive asymmetry.
Avino Silver and Gold is a mid-tier producer of mostly silver with some gold and copper credits. They operate two mines which share one mill in Mexico's Durango Province, a generally safe area free of cartel activity. In calendar 2025, they produced 2.6 million silver equivalent ounces at an average cost (AISC) of $23.75/ounce. With an average silver selling price of $44.70 per ounce during the year their average margin was $20.95/ounce. So, at the mine operating level they had contribution of $54 million. After SG&A, EBITDA for 2025 was $28.5 million. However silver prices today ($60/ounce) are substantially above last year's average price and in Q1 of 2026 they had EBITDA of $20 million. Bloomberg ******* yst's consensus for 2026 EBITDA is $80 million. So, the Company is trading at 12.5x EBITDA…." (Click here to read the full text)

Brandes Investment Partners, an ***** et management company, released its second-quarter 2026 investor letter for its "Brandes Small Cap Value Fund". A copy of the letter is available to download here. In Q2 2026, the Fund underperformed the Russell 2000 Index's 21.49% gain and the Russell 2000 Value Index's 17.19% rise. However, year-to-date, the fund (Class I Shares) increased by 23.17%, surpassing the 22.57% and 22.99% returns of the indexes, respectively. The second quarter's performance was mainly driven by holdings in the industrial sector, particularly aerospace and defense, as well as energy. The preliminary fiscal Q4 2026 update from Super Micro Computer Inc. (NASDAQ:SMCI), which was announced on July 21, serves as a case study in the distinction between a discounted valuation and a 'value trap'. The server manufacturer announced more than $60 billion in new orders during the quarter, a record backlog, and guided gross margins to 15-17%, nearly doubling its previous 8.2-8.4% prediction, citing a better customer and product mix.
Revenue is still expected to be near the low end of its $11-12.5 billion guidance range, below the roughly $11.67 billion ****** yst consensus, though shares rose as much as 20% on the news, with margin and order data clearly outweighing the top-line miss for investors focused on where the business is going.
For the broader technology ecosystem, Super Micro Computer Inc. (NASDAQ:SMCI)'s order increase is an important indicator of downstream artificial intelligence hardware demand. Since Super Micro Computer Inc. (NASDAQ:SMCI) bases its high-performance server clusters on NVIDIA GPU architectures and has historically contributed roughly 9% of NVIDIA's total revenue, the $60 billion order intake provides solid proof that hyperscaler AI infrastructure spending remains strong. At a time when macro experts have questioned the ability of major cloud providers to continue multibillion-dollar capital expenditure cycles, Super Micro's record backlog indicates that customer demand for liquid-cooled AI computing racks is increasing rather than decreasing.
However, Super Micro's own history is why the stock's price can't be evaluated the same way a clean order-book beat generally is. Back in March 2026, federal prosecutors unveiled an indictment charging co-founder and board member Yih-Shyan "Wally" Liaw, along with two other individuals ****** ociated with the company, with collaborating to smuggle $2.5 billion in NVIDIA-powered AI servers to China in breach of US export regulations. Shares plunged more than 28% in a single day as a result of the announcement, and one ****** yst reported by Yahoo Finance at the time described the company as "uninvestable."
That history is reflected in how cheap the company has become, despite the solid order data: Super Micro Computer Inc. (NASDAQ:SMCI) trades at a forward P/E ratio of approximately 9x, less than half the hardware sector median of about 24x, and a PEG ratio of around 0.4, both of which would ordinarily indicate serious undervaluation.

One training camp battle for the Los Angeles Rams that is under the radar is at center.
Could Beaux Limmer potentially unseat Coleman Shelton in the starting lineup?
Rookies rarely crack the rotation under Sean McVay. Limmer started 17 games in his first year including two playoff contests. He did not make a single start during his sophomore campaign.
That's because the Rams watched the 2024 season end at the hands of Limmer in a missed blocking ***** ignment that allowed Jalen Carter to wreck a red zone possession in the NFC divisional round. LA responded by signing Coleman Shelton in free agency. Shelton may not be a Pro Bowl caliber player in terms of performance; however, he excels in the key area that Limmer lacked: communication.
