The Colombian actress later shared glimpses from the evening on Instagram, giving fans a closer look at her archival Roberto Cavalli ensemble. Vergara effortlessly turned heads in a plunging, string-strap moment, proving once again that vintage glamour can make the biggest impact.
For the outing, Sofia Vergara wore a Roberto Cavalli gown in a black and gold baroque floral print. The fitted design featured a plunging neckline held up by thin spaghetti straps. The bodice followed her figure before flaring into a ruffled mermaid hem.
The actress complemented the statement dress with Bulgari's Tubogas Clutch. Vergara carried the bag in black leather, though the design is also sold in a gold striated calf leather colorway, priced at €6,500. The iconic Tubogas handle, done in gold-plated brass, comes embellished with colored cabochon stones and zirconia across both versions.
Vergara layered in Bvugari's Serpenti Necklace, a two-coil design crafted in 18kt rose gold. The piece features 3.63 carats of pavé diamonds along the snake's head and tail, with black onyx eyes finishing the design. Made in Italy with a 40cm chain, the necklace retails for $90,000.
She also added a gold cuff bracelet to her wrist, layering in one more dose of shine alongside the Serpenti piece. Coat season is here, and while autumn may have some reaching for their trench coats, Kylie Jenner just put her stamp of approval on another trending outerwear style: the car coat.
The it-girl approved staple has been having quite a moment. With its easy, light fit, mid-length design, and sleek silhouette, it makes for a totally versatile piece that goes well with just about anything. The style was born in the 1900s, and its name came as it was designed to allow easy movement for its wearer while driving or using transportation.
Now, decades later, the car coat has found its way to the hottest runways: Prada, Dries Van Noten, Lemaire, Meryll Rogge, and Tory Burch, to name a few. Even Burberry, best known for its polished khaki trenches, has reimagined the car coat with funky prints for the modern It girl (or It boy).
All this to say that Jenner's seemingly trivial outerwear choice—for her girls' night with Stas Karanikolaou at Sushi Park in Los Angeles—actually has a long and rich fashion history behind it. (Her sister Kendall Jenner is also a fan of the staple.)

Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ:SBUX) is betting $1 billion that leather armchairs, rugs, and bookshelves can turn a recovering coffee business into a more profitable one. The company plans to upgrade as many as 9,000 North American stores into warmer, more comfortable **** es designed to bring back customers who stopped treating Starbucks as a place to sit and stay. The strategy arrives as CEO Brian Niccol's turnaround gains traction, but investors still need to see whether higher traffic can translate into stronger margins.

The store upgrades are part of Niccol's broader "Back to Starbucks" strategy, which has already helped reverse a prolonged sales slump. Global comparable-store sales increased 7.9% in the latest quarter, with transactions up 4.2% and average ticket up 3.5%. U.S. comparable sales also rose 7.9%, indicating that the recovery is being driven by more than higher prices.
Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ:SBUX) is spending roughly $150,000 per store on the new uplifts, far below the cost of previous renovations, and the work can generally be completed overnight without closing stores. The company expects about 1,500 upgrades to be finished by the end of September and ultimately wants to reach 8,000 to 9,000 company-operated North American locations.
That matters because Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ:SBUX) has gradually become optimized for transactions rather than lingering. Mobile orders now account for roughly one-third of U.S. transactions, more than twice their share in 2019. The new design is therefore an attempt to restore the "third place" concept without abandoning the convenience that has become central to the business.

If you were worried that Sarah's awards season run was going to be a succession of black dresses, fear not, because she switched gears in a Givenchy Pre-Fall 2026 oxblood leather dress.
There is considerably more going on here than we've seen from Sarah on the red carpet recently. The folded, asymmetric neckline gives the leather some shape and interest, while the oxblood colour is a welcome change of pace.
For me, this is the kind of look that makes Sarah's style more interesting. The black dresses have served her well and become something of a signature, but I'm hoping this is an indication of what she could give us as awards season gathers pace.
