The arrest marks a troubling reversal for an artist who had spoken publicly about getting his life in order. As recently as April 2023, Dex told TMZ he was 11 months sober and announced a collaborative album, Rich Forever 5, alongside Rich The Kid and Jay Critch.
The latest charge arrives years after a string of serious legal troubles in California. In late 2020, Dex allegedly physically harmed a woman in October of that year and was involved in a separate November incident in which police responding to a domestic disturbance found a woman with cuts and confronted Dex after he allegedly barricaded himself inside with firearms, prompting a SWAT standoff. Combined with the 2016 emergence of security footage reportedly showing him hitting his girlfriend in a hallway, the three incidents resulted in a total of 19 charges, including domestic violence and gun possession counts. The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office had indicated he faced up to 18 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

Connor tied the knot with Natalie Campbell on July 25, 2026, at **** hall Gardens and Mansion in Carmel, Indiana. The couple had gotten engaged back in February, so this had been a long time coming. Connor actually teased the wedding a little last month with a post on X, simply saying, "Highly recommend it." At that time, he'd dropped only the unofficial pictures.

Taylor Swift has quietly stepped in to support a Connecticut mother facing a lengthy recovery after she was struck by a car while helping teenagers involved in a highway crash. The 36-year-old singer donated $50,000 to a GoFundMe created for Ashley Taunton, a certified nursing ***** istant, wife, and mother of three. The donation came as Taunton continues recovering from several life-threatening injuries she sustained while pushing a teenager out of the path of an oncoming vehicle.

Swift's sizable contribution appeared on the family's crowdfunding page, along with a message wishing Taunton and her loved ones well. TMZ first reported the donation, and PEOPLE later confirmed it.
Taunton was driving along I-95 South in Rhode Island with her youngest daughter in July when she noticed a crash ahead. Rather than drive past, she stopped to offer ***** istance. "When I see there's somebody in trouble, I tend to want to go help," Taunton told PEOPLE.
She parked about 30 yards from the crash and told her daughter to stay in the vehicle while she called Taunton's husband. Taunton then approached the stranded car, where she found a teenage driver and two other young passengers. According to the mother, the teenagers were "a little bit banged up, but seemed relatively okay."
