The 2026 MLB trade deadline certainly didn't disappoint. Starting on Saturday night when Tarik Skubal joined the Dodgers, there was an avalanche of deals that spanned the final 48 hours. From a fantasy baseball perspective, the value of many players shifted over the past two days, which means that managers who react quickly can make substantial roster improvements.
Here are the details that every manager should know.
Tarik Skubal, SP, Dodgers: Although the value of Skubal couldn't go much higher, the needle is pointed up slightly by virtue of his membership on baseball's deepest roster. The Dodgers have outscored the Tigers by 67 runs this season, and the added offensive support could help Skubal secure an extra win or two down the stretch.
Freddy Peralta, SP, Rays: Fantasy managers who stubbornly held onto Peralta through four unproductive months (4.99 ERA, 1.48 WHIP) got the news they wished for when the right-hander was traded to one of the top organizations in terms of handling hurlers. The Rays' front office is well-aware that the right-hander's skills have declined — especially a strikeout rate that is 6.1% lower than last year — and surely has a plan to get him back on track. The guess here is that Peralta will be serviceable — and possibly better than that — over the final two months.
Kevin Gausman, SP, Cubs: Although Gausman is not a winner to the same degree as Peralta, he should enjoy the backing of an elite defensive group, and he will definitely have greater win potential while supported by a top-five offense rather than one that ranks last in runs scored. Of course, the greatest variable for Gausman will be his own effectiveness, as he went 0-7 with a 6.32 ERA over June and July before tossing six innings of one-run ball in his initial August start.

After opting out of potentially becoming the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft and returning to the Oregon Ducks for one more season, it was predictable that quarterback Dante Moore would have an accolade-filled year this fall.
He's coming off a strong 2025 season, as he was named a third-team All-Big Ten performer after completing nearly 72.0% of his passes for over 3,500 yards and 30 touchdowns. He also added two scores with his legs. But all in all, Moore's skills stuck out as being tremendously polished, a stark difference from when the nation had last seen him take the field as a true freshman with the UCLA Bruins.
The accolades are likely to roll in if Moore has the season that he's capable of as a senior, with a significant one being announced on Monday.
Moore has been added to The Maxwell Award watch list, an award given to the best all-around player in college football.
It's not the player with the most outstanding performance throughout the year, the criteria for winning the Heisman Trophy. Instead, The Maxwell Award caters to the entire package, which arguably favors Moore in that many of his throws aren't awe-inspiring or highlight-reel worthy — he just makes them look simple and easy.

There were several moves made by the Phillies today, helping us end our long suffering discussion about what they should do and what they shouldn't do. Let's grade them all.
Phillies acquire Luis Arraez, Caleb Kilian from the Giants for Ramon Marquez, Marty Gair
Obviously the doozy of the deals that were completed, there are several layers to this one. First off, addressing their gaping offensive need with a player like Arraez is a solid fit for them. Currently running a 120 wRC+ in San Francisco, he'll be added to a lineup that truly needs what he does at the plate. Arraez's knack for contact hitting and not striking out (a 4.5 K%!!!) is an antithesis to a lineup that is 24th in baseball with a 23.6% strikeout rate. That's probably the greatest ***** et that he can provide the lineup as he doesn't really walk much, something that would be preferable considering that he will likely be batting at or near the top of the lineup. His Savant page has several blue shades in categories one wouldn't really want to be blue in, but there is also the preternatural ability Arraez has at the plate that simply cannot be quantified. He is a player with the skillset of a bygone era, but has made it work all these years he's been in the majors.
You know about the offense. It's the defense.
Some how, some way, Arraez has vaulted himself to the top of the league as a defensive second baseman, a year after he was forced to move his way down the defensive spectrum in San Diego to first base. His work with legendary infield coach Ron Washington with Giants has to be considered the sole reason for this turnaround as Washington has done this with many, many players wherever he has coached. The question is: do you believe in it? With the reports that Arraez will be playing second base with the Phillies, that will force the team into making decisions that will shift at least two players to a new position, creating the chance that the defense will go from an absolute liability to something close to a natural disaster.

After multiple days of sunshine, the New England Patriots were forced to move inside to WIN Waste Innovations Field House and closed practice to the public after downpours plagued the practice field on Monday, Aug. 3.
A notable limited participant was receiver Kyle Williams, who left Saturday's practice with an injury. Williams missed a significant portion of practice on Monday, but did appear for the final four periods.
Before team drills, head coach Mike Vrabel and some of his coaching staff put on pads for an offensive line blocking drill. While the staff was mostly used to simulate where defensive linemen and linebackers would be lined during run formations, Vrabel took one opportunity to show off the skills he learned during his 13-year career.
Running back Jack Westover received the handoff and hit the gap as the drill intended, but out of nowhere, Vrabel came in and "stopped" Westover. Vrabel then pumped his fist and celebrated in front of the offense while the defense cheered him on.
After Vrabel showed off his defensive prowess, the receivers and defensive secondary went against each other in a 1-on-1 drill. It was essentially a draw between the two groups, with each group making a play over the other. The play of the drill was on the first play when receiver A.J. Brown bobbled the ball to himself and made a one-handed grab for a touchdown over cornerback Christian Gonzalez as the two players continue to go against each other this summer.

After enjoying a wide range of two-start options last week, fantasy baseball managers will need to live with a more moderate list for the current scoring period. Still, there are four serviceable options on this list, depending on a manager's level of risk tolerance. On the hitting side, the Rays are the top source of short-term help, while the Phillies could have some great options for those in shallow leagues.
Sean Manaea, Mets, 15% (@ CLE, @ PIT): Since rejoining the rotation on June 13, Manaea has posted a 3.88 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 43:13 K:BB ratio across nine starts. And his road hasn't been easy, as he has faced clubs that currently hold a playoff spot in seven of those nine outings. The southpaw has thrown six or more innings in three of his past four starts and should have a productive week against the Guardians and Pirates, who rank 27th and 20th, respectively, in OPS vs. lefties.
Ian Seymour, Rays, 40% (@ COL, @ SEA): Although the Rays are keeping him on a short leash, Seymour is showing strong skills (90:28 K:BB ratio). The southpaw's most recent start was a prime example, as he earned a win by following an opener and throwing 4.2 scoreless innings. Although an outing at Coors Field will be challenging, Seymour has pitched well enough to get the benefit of the doubt, especially when his second matchup is a favorable one against a Seattle squad that ranks 29th in OPS vs. lefties.
J.T. Ginn, Athletics, 34% (@ CIN, @ BOS): A breakout season for Ginn was briefly interrupted when he spent the past two weeks on the injured list while dealing with a blister on his right middle finger. The southpaw induces oodles of groundballs and has solid strikeout skills, which has allowed him to post a 3.47 ERA and 1.23 WHIP over 19 starts despite walking more batters than he should (4.1 BB/9 rate). He would rank slightly higher on this list if not for the unknown factor of how effective he will be in his return from injury.
Brandon Pfaadt, Diamondbacks, 29% (vs. SD, vs. LAD): Since altering his delivery and pitch mix, Pfaadt has finally become a reliable starter. The right-hander has logged a 1.85 ERA and 1.06 WHIP while showing outstanding control skills (4 BB) over six starts since rejoining the rotation on June 30.

The Big Ten released its Preseason All-Big Ten Team and Preseason Poll last week. Nebraska volleyball stands as the unanimous favorite for the Big Ten, and three Huskers were named to the Preseason All-Big Ten Team.
Andi Jackson, Harper Murray and Bergen Reilly were named to the team after a vote by the conference's 18 head coaches. The trio was three of just four unanimous selections to the Preseason All-Big Ten Team, joining Penn State's Kennedy Martin.
Jackson enters her senior season after being named the AVCA Middle Blocker of the Year and receiving First-Team All-American honors. She led the nation with a .467 attack percentage, the third-best in a single season in program history. In Big Ten play last season, Jackson totaled a .559 attack percentage in conference matches, breaking the Big Ten record for attack percentage in conference-only matches set in 2008.
Murray also earned AVCA All-American and All-Big Ten First Team honors after leading the Huskers with a career-best 3.54 kills per set on a career-high .295 attack percentage. She also led the team in aces with 34. Murray also entered the top 20 in school history for career kills, finishing with 1,181 career kills, which ranks 19th all-time in school history and 10th in the rally-scoring era.
Reilly rounds out the trio by also coming off a First-Team All-American season. She also was named AVCA Setter of the Year, Big Ten Player of the Year and Big Ten Setter of the Year last season. She is just the second-ever Husker to win Big Ten Player of the Year and the second player in Big Ten history to be named Big Ten Setter of the Year three times.

With no background in coding, Faith Maeba, a psychology major, was reluctant when her mother first suggested she enroll in classes on artificial intelligence.
But the senior at Virginia Commonwealth University began to see it differently as she looked into graduate psychology programs that explore human behavior in the workplace, which is quickly being upended by machine learning. Maeba, 21, is now pursuing a minor in AI.

She will certainly be in the conversation for league player of the year after being named to the all-league and all-state first teams and the district player of the year.
Think about some of the great hitters the Pandas have had just in this decade. Anna Long, Sydney Nolan, Ava Tilden, Audrey Dyas and Grace Portwood come to mind. Now Kondik can join that list after finishing with 310 kills, 105 digs and 30 blocks as a junior. At 6-foot-1 with an approach touch of 9-foot-5, she levitates on the attack and converts any serve placement into a kill. She is committed to the University of Cincinnati.

Iowa State junior Rachel Van Gorp has become the first player in program history to be named to the AVCA Preseason Player of the Year Watch List, the organization announced Friday. Now in its third year, the watch list features 30 players from across the country, with Van Gorp being one of only two liberos selected.
The recognition follows a record-breaking 2025 sophomore season where Van Gorp was named the inaugural AVCA National Libero of the Year. She was also a Second Team All-American, making her the first underclassman in Cyclone history to earn a spot on the first or second team. On the conference level, she was the unanimous choice for Big 12 Libero of the Year and an All-Big 12 First Team selection.
Van Gorp's 2025 campaign included a career-high 33 digs during the first round of the NCAA Championship and a streak of 35 matches with double-figure digs. She finished the year with a .980 reception percentage on 543 attempts. This summer, she continued her success on the international stage, winning a gold medal with the U21 National Team at the Pan American Cup.
As a freshman in 2024, Van Gorp showcased her versatility by transitioning from libero to a front-row hitter to help the team manage injuries, eventually totaling 323 digs and 92 kills. She earned Big 12 Rookie of the Week honors in October of that year and recorded three double-doubles.
The AVCA plans to release a midseason update to the watch list in October, with semifinalists and finalists to be announced in November and December, respectively.

The Miami Dolphins were off from practice on Saturday after their three opening days of training camp earlier this week. While the full pads weren't on, which is when we can offer a true evaluation, there have been certain signs that can be encouraging for the upcoming 2026 season.
Starting on offense, while new quarterback Malik Willis had some ups and downs over the last few days, there have been indications that he could very well be a potential successful signal-caller for this team. Displaying some good touch passing, evident by his touchdown throw to tight end Ben Sims, as well as his ability as a dual-threat player to run the ball when needed, Willis will make his case to be a franchise quarterback.
As far as who he will be throwing to, a pair of rookies have looked rather good so far in the early going. Namely third-round pick Caleb Douglas, as well as fifth-round slot/return man Kevin Coleman Jr. Douglas found the end zone and has been making a name for himself. Coleman displayed his skills in getting open and comes into the pros with outstanding hands and the ability to create after the catch. With fellow rookie Chris Bell on the non-football injury list, there is positive anticipation upon his return, which could create a very intriguing young trio of targets for Willis.
Another rookie who has created some buzz is top draft pick offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor. Showing up to camp at a respectable weight, which was an early concern upon his selection, is very encouraging to see. He will man the left guard spot next to left tackle Patrick Paul, which creates perhaps the largest left side to an offensive line in the league.
Paul likes what he sees so far in his offensive line neighbor in Proctor, saying, "he's a great football player, and he knows that. He's definitely confident; that's never going to be a problem for him. Paul added, "he's full speed. I think that just comes from the way he was playing football in college to now. I mean Alabama, everyone knows Alabama. He's got it in him, for sure."

They're correct to say that, while he's a good athlete, he's not elite. However, intelligence is a more valuable ******* et than raw athleticism. Look at some guys who have carved out nice NBA careers despite limited athleticism, at least by NBA standards: Jared McCain, Jalen Brunson, and Luka Doncic, to name a few. Now look how many great athletes have washed out of the league or failed to live up to expectations.
Never bet against smart players.
Ngongba needs to prove he can stay healthy, but ******* uming he can do that, he has a lot to offer, and not just post play: "Ngongba will have to be much better to overcome his age, and potentially even add some skills not yet seen. Though it's not out of the question the NBA values his play-making big archetype, and ancillary skills, enough to take a shot on him in the late-lottery.
"Regardless, he should be a locked-in first-round selection with even limited improvement."

After a few days of training camp, one undrafted Washington Commanders rookie continues to stand out: wide receiver Jaden Bradley.
This isn't new for Bradley, the 6-foot-3 wideout from UNLV. He stood out during the spring in OTAs and minicamp. That trend has continued early in training camp. Star wide receiver Terry McLaurin was seen mentoring Bradley last week.
McLaurin shared his excitement about the undrafted rookie.
"I think he has a unique skillset where he's a bigger receiver, but he moves very smoothly," McLaurin said. "His releases are very smooth. He's sudden in his releases. He has really good feet at the top. He kind of has a pro-like feel. For him, it's just gonna be about detailing it, splits, timing. When you're running down the field, keeping your shoulder close so you can track the ball over your shoulder. Red zone, it's not as much ***** e, so you gotta hold that defender off so you can give the quarterback more ***** e to throw in that back corner of the end zone. Just little tidbits like that I try to pass along with him, but he's a sponge, man. He's been asking questions since he first got here and obviously he's undrafted."None of this means that Bradley will make the 53-man roster. While much has been made of the Commanders' need for a legit No. 2 receiver, there is great depth at the position. Could Bradley have a strong enough summer to force his way into one of those final spots?

The job market has been a tough sell for many Gen Z graduates, with tariffs, economic uncertainty, and artificial intelligence reshaping hiring plans across corporate America.
But according to Nvidia's CEO Jensen Huang, the next wave of six-figure opportunities won't be found in a Wall Street cubicle or Silicon Valley Slack channel. Instead, high-paying careers will partially come by picking up a wrench—literally.
As tech giants race to build sprawling data centers—totaling $7 trillion in global capital outlays by the end of the decade—Huang believes the world is on the cusp of what he calls the "largest infrastructure build-out in human history," which will create "a lot of jobs."
"It's wonderful that the jobs are related to tradecraft, and we're going to have plumbers and electricians and construction and steelworkers," he said in conversation with BlackRock CEO Larry Fink at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, in January.
The hands-on skills needed to construct what he described as chip, computer, and AI factories are already facing shortages—even though many roles pay over $100,000 without requiring a college degree. One McKinsey report estimated that between 2023 and 2030, there will be a need for an additional 130,000 trained electricians—as well as 240,000 construction laborers and 150,000 construction supervisors—in the U.S. alone.

Molly McGrath has become a familiar face on ESPN's college football coverage, serving as a sideline reporter during big games while also doing studio work for the network. However, she's going pro this season.
McGrath will be part of ESPN's NFL coverage this season after a decade of work on the college football side. She covered the NFL before she joined ESPN as a member of Fox Sports.
"I'm thrilled to expand my role within ESPN's NFL coverage and for the opportunity to showcase a broader range of skills, from sideline reporting to hosting in studio, while diving deeper into the sport at the highest level," McGrath told Front Office Sports (subscription required) in a statement.
McGrath will be on the sideline during the NFL Network package, which Disney acquired a few months ago. The NFL Network slate includes seven games, where Dave Pasch is expected to handle play-by-play duties.
McGrath will also serve as the main understudy to Laura Rutledge on NFL Live when the latter is not hosting the program.

The San Francisco 49ers have had a few changes near the top of the organization this offseason, including minority owner Vinod Khosla selling his stake after agreeing to purchase the division rival Seattle Seahawks.
On Saturday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that another high-ranking member of the franchise, Paraag Marathe, is leaving the team.
Marathe has been with the 49ers for 25 years and was serving as the president of 49ers Enterprises and the executive vice president of football operations. He was the team's top cap expert and contract negotiator, using skills that he picked up since joining the team at the turn of the century.
According to Schefter, Marathe is leaving to focus full-time on Leeds United and Rangers FC along with other sports efforts. With 49ers Enterprises, he's served as the chairman. It will be interesting to see who steps in to take his spot.
San Francisco currently has three vice presidents in their personnel and scouting department, including Tariq Ahmad (player personnel), Matt Ploenzke (football R&D) and Kewsi Adofo-Mensah (personnel and strategy), who returned to the team this offseason after serving as the Minnesota Vikings general manager.

Everyone loves a good training camp story, none more so than fans of the Cleveland Browns.
Every summer, it seems, there is a little-known player who stands out, usually during the final preseason game, by racking up big stats against an opposing lineup of players who will soon be unemployed.
Players like running back Matt Dayes (77 yards on just 8 carries and a rushing touchdown in 2018), or tight end Devon Cajuste, who won over fans that same season as the Browns were featured on Hard Knocks.
Sometimes, however, that feel-good story turns out to be an actual NFL player, as in the case of Josh Cribbs.
An undrafted free agent out of Kent State in 2005, Cribbs made the coaching staff pay attention by showing his return skills during the preseason. He made the roster that year, and over the course of eight seasons with the Browns, etched his name in the franchise's record book.

CHICAGO -- All offseason, Michigan tight end Zack Marshall has been noting that the pass catchers in the offense have more freedom than they had before, with more ability to work to get open downfield compared to the scheme under the previous staff. Marshall says that the pass game should open up exponentially as a result. Quarterback Bryce Underwood agrees, noting how much it helps him out. He says, 'If you see it with the Utah offense last year, you're going to see the same.'
But that's not the only reason why the offense will take a step forward in his eyes.
It's not just about the scheme, per se, as much as it is about connection. Underwood says that while it's important that the players have the ability to use their athleticism and skills to get open downfield, just as important is that everyone is on the same page. And given the bonds that he and his teammates have built this offseason, the ability to anticipate each other will pay dividends in the pass game, he says.
"Overall, it's about the bond that we build off the field, work when we have our own time," Underwood said. "When we get onto the field, make sure we've got the same mindset and the same page at all times. So, that's where the freedom comes from."
Underwood says the connection continues to grow with Andrew Marsh, but he's also gaining ground with JJ Buchanan, Jaime Ffrench, Travis Johnson, Salesi Moa, and Kendrick Bell. While the players are taking it upon themselves to grow closer, the offense will likewise be bolstered by new offensive coordinator Jason Beck, who turned both New Mexico and Utah into the No. 4 offenses in the country in successive years.

From his rise as an Ohio State star to now a stud NFL receiver, Chris Olave is about to be compensated very well. Adam Schefter has reported that Olave will be signing a new 4-year contract extension with the New Orleans Saints that will pay him up to $132 million dollars.
The former Buckeye wide receiver standout was one of the most productive wide receivers in school history and has shown to be a valuable player at the professional level as well. When he was at Ohio State, Olave was known as one of the elite big-play threats and a polished route runner. He finished his college career with 176 catches, 2,711 receiving yards and a school-record 35 receiving touchdowns. He earned All-American honors in 2021 while also being the team captain.
Olave was drafted at No. 11 overall by the New Orleans Saints in the 2022 NFL draft, and his success has translated at the next level. He has 291 career catches for 3,728 yards and 19 touchdowns. In 2025 he had a 100-catch season as well as 1,163 yards and nine touchdowns. Coming off such a productive year, the Saints were anxious to try to lock down their star receiver with a new contract.
Ohio State fans can be proud that they continue to be one of the premier destinations for wide receivers. And they are able to push that they learn the skills necessary in Columbus to translate at the NFL-level and then earn life-changing money.

New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel is confident that tight end Eli Raridon will be able to play with NFL-level speed next season.
Speaking at a press conference, Vrabel spoke highly of Raridon and the vision that he has for him for next season. The Patriots are clearly expecting a lot from the rookie third-round draft pick after losing veteran Julian Hill to a season-ending injury.
Austin Hooper also left for the Atlanta Falcons in free agency.
"New offense," Vrabel said. "New scheme. New NFL. Capable, willing learner. We'll see when pads come on. Things change. But I think he's tried to play with the speed that we felt like he had, and may not always have shown."
Raridon is in line to be the Patriots' backup tight end behind Hunter Henry next season. He went for 482 receiving yards in his final collegiate year at Notre Dame and was highly-touted for his skills as a receiver and a blocker.

Florida volleyball players Jordyn Byrd and Alec Rothe were named to the Preseason All-SEC team, while the team was voted to finish fourth in the conference, the SEC announced in its 2026 Preseason Coaches' Poll.
Byrd was a member of the 2025 All-SEC Second Team and was a member of the 2025 American Volleyball Coaches ***** ociation Southeast Region First Team. The Sarasota, Florida, native appeared in all 28 matches for the Gators, leading the way on offense in 23 of them, recording double-figure kills and pouring in a total of 425 kills and 457.5 points, which led the team last season. In total, Byrd was responsible for 30% of the Gator production on offense during her redshirt sophomore campaign.
Joining Byrd on the Preseason All-SEC team was Rothe, who was also a member of the 2025 AVCA Region First Team during her sophomore season. Last season, the Dublin, Ohio, native was one of the best defenders in the conference, leading the Gators with 111.0 blocks, also recording five or more blocks 10 times. She also averaged 2.48 points per set, 1.91 kills per set, 1.03 blocks per set and 0.39 digs per set.
Rothe is one of only two middle blockers to make the Preseason All-SEC list.
Overall, the Gators were picked to finish fourth in the SEC, receiving 187 points in the coaches' poll. The Gators are behind Kentucky, Texas and Texas A&M, respectively.

Horse rider Ella Woolley is swapping the trails of Derbyshire for the Texas terrain as she pursues her cowgirl dream.
The 19-year-old has ridden horses in Wormhill, near Buxton, from an early age and has been learning to ride bucking horses since January.
Despite being a relative beginner, she has made plans to develop her ranch bronc riding skills in America and has ambitions to compete in the world championships.
"It's an adrenaline rush and when you do it well, it's so fun," Ella said.

WR Kayshon Boutte: Boutte continues to make big plays on a daily basis. On Tuesday, his biggest moment came when he caught a deep touchdown from Drake Maye during 11-on-11s. Lining up in his typical spot as an X-receiver, the fourth-year man was able to get a step on safety Kevin Byard on a go route and showed some tremendous ball tracking and concentration skills to complete the over-the-shoulder catch for a score of 40-plus yards.
It was not Boutte's only reception on the day. He also caught a throw from Maye over the middle during 7-on-7s and added pair of catches when backup Tommy DeVito targeted him on out routes. It was an active day for a player who, through four practices, has been New England's most impactful wide receiver.
QB Drake Maye: The Patriots' quarterback started a bit slowly and his connection with A.J. Brown remains a work in progress, but he overall had a good day — an encouraging development after struggling with accuracy during the last full-speed practice on Sunday. Maye got into a rhythm during 11-on-11s, finding Boutte on his long touchdowns and also connecting with Hunter Henry and Rhamondre Stevenson for long completions.

I broke down the 2027 scouting classes in my early summer scouting series, and the room has a ton of potential with a long list of potential standout players. I broke down the offense and defense in articles and I suggest reading those for a broad aspect of the room. Brock Bowers remains an elite tight end, and arguably the best in the NFL, but the Raiders do have some questions behind Bowers after the 2026 season. Former 2nd rounder Michael Mayer is sent to be a free agent, and with a good season he should be looking at a decent contract as a TE2, blocking specialist. Additionally, Ian Thomas is set to be a free agent and Las Vegas also has former UDFA Carter Runyon, who's flashed, but it's likely even with retaining Mayer the Raiders should add another TE.
These rankings are extremely early, and they will evolve over not only the summer but the next 8-10 months throughout the season, and into draft season. Some lists will feature 10, 15, 20, or more ranked prospects but I'll include others on the list below to note.
Jamari Johnson, Oregon – 6'5/260, R-So
Johnson was a key focal point of the Ducks offense last year with 32 receptions, 510 yards, and 3 TD after coming over from Louisville. He's better than Kenyon Sadiq, and in my opinion has a chance to be a better prospect than Bowers. Johnson has absurd movement skills, he's shown exceptional length, fires off the ball, and Johnson also shows a ton of quickness and movement in his route running. Johnson has fluid hips, he makes his cuts well, and Johnson shows an innate ability to adjust to the ball in the air and come down with tough catches. Where he makes a ton of impact is as a run blocker, where Johnson uses his length and athleticism with good technique, and a ton of lower body power to get off the line of scrimmage and into ***** e. Johnson will need to continue his play as the starter at TE, instead of the supplementary piece, but he has the core traits, athleticism, and technique to be a top 10 pick.
