Tyler Herro says he is focusing on helping the Milwaukee Bucks and not looking in the past following his altercation with former Miami Heat teammate Bam Adebayo in Las Vegas last week.
Herro, who was dealt last week to the Bucks as part of the Giannis Antetokounmpo trade, told ESPN’s Ramona Shelbourne that he wants to “move on” from the incident and is "focused on the next chapter in Milwaukee."
"Honestly, I'm just trying to move past all of it," Herro said. "I'm focused on Milwaukee and building something special. They obviously just traded the greatest player in their history, so we want to come in and help continue what they've been doing."
On Friday, The Athletic reported that Herro and Adebayo went at it inside a gym at Resorts World Casino in front of Herro's AAU team in Las Vegas. The Heat and Bucks played one another that afternoon. Witnesses reported that Herro said something to Adebayo as Adebayo walked onto the courts. Adebayo then approached Herro and reportedly punched him. Herro’s AAU coach confronted Adebayo as Herro yelled at his former Miami teammate as he was escorted away by security personnel.
According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the dust up occurred after Herro was approached by Adebayo about criticism he lobbied at Adebayo after their time together with the Heat came to an end.

Now that Giannis Antetokounmpo is with the Miami Heat, the expectations are high for them. He is now part of a strong frontcourt with Bam Adebayo, which makes them quite possibly the best partnership of its kind in the NBA.
This puts a spotlight on the rest of the team, which is pretty underwhelming when compared to the supporting cast of star duos in the league. The New York Knicks and the Oklahoma City Thunder immediately come to mind, and this Heat team has a supporting cast that is far from the league's top teams.
The Eastern Conference is much better than advertised, especially with how the Knicks dominated on their way to a championship. Norman Powell, a 33-year-old former second-round draft pick who has received All-Star consideration in both conferences over the past two years, has agreed to a two-year, $45 million contract with the Chicago Bulls, according to ESPN.
Powell averaged 21.7 points (on 47/38/83 shooting splits), 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 **** ists in 29.6 minutes per game for the Miami Heat this past season, making his first All-Star team.
A season earlier, Powell averaged 21.8 points (48/42/80) a night as a shooting guard for the Los Angeles Clippers, counting himself among the NBA's All-Star snubs that season. His Clippers pushed the Denver Nuggets to seven games in a first-round series in 2025.
Powell's Heat failed to make the playoffs last season, as he suffered a groin injury after the All-Star break, and Miami struggled to score as a result. He never fully recovered and played just 19 minutes off the bench for Miami in a play-in loss to the Charlotte Hornets.
There was some hope in Miami that the Heat could retain Powell, who signed a five-year, $90 million deal in 2021. They have, after all, agreed to acquire Giannis Antetokounmpo from the Milwaukee Bucks, forming a should-be contender with Bam Adebayo also in the fold. But the deal for Antetokounmpo hard-capped the Heat at the first apron (around $209 million), leaving them just $18 million to fill out a roster now devoid of top-end talent.

The biggest development out East? James Harden is expected to re-sign, and the Cavs already have a strong foundation built around Donovan Mitchell , Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen . James slots right in as a connective playmaker who can function as a primary or secondary scorer when called upon. Posting a 20-6-7 line like last season is achievable.
Cons: Harden and Mitchell are both high-usage, ball-dominant guards, and adding James on top of that creates some tension for shots and touches. Mitchell's fantasy stock likely takes the biggest hit here, with his scoring volume at risk as he shares the offensive workload with two other veteran ball-handlers. Jaylon Tyson and Max Strus 's roles would be most compressed in this scenario. With so much gravity moving towards Harden and Mitchell, James, Mobley and Allen are better shielded from the crunch, and should get more efficient looks than ever before.
Verdict: Cleveland offers James the most help and the best chance to win. However, it's the worst outcome for the fantasy value of everyone else on the roster, especially Mitchell and Tyson.
Pros: Pairing James with Giannis Antetokounmpo , fresh off Miami's blockbuster trade, would give the Heat two of the most dominant forwards of this NBA generation. James operating as a point-forward alongside Giannis would put so much pressure on defenses. And then you have Bam Adebayo , who has experience playing with LeBron for Team USA, who can cover some of his defensive shortcomings that are bound to show up across an 82-game season. That's a pretty fun team where LeBron would still have the chance to collect ample counting stats across scoring, rebounds and ****** ists.

In addition, Wiggins extended for two additional seasons, on what becomes a $64 million package that includes a player option for 2028-29. The savings against the salary cap/luxury tax in Wiggins’ reworked deal will come in the final two seasons, with a salary at $16.5 million in 2027-28 and $17.5 million in that 2028-29 player-option season.
The next step will be to see whether the Heat puts that salary into play on the personnel market, or whether Wiggins will continue on after playing the past 1 1/2 seasons under Erik Spoelstra.
For now, Wiggins stands as part of a remodeled Heat core along with Bam Adebayo and prized newcomer Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Ball did not disclose the reason why they went their separate ways. The 58-year-old added that he has found somebody else.

Now you're not as beautiful to me again.
"The fact that if you decide to go this way, I'm going to go that way, that's fine. That's deep. It is what it is, man. And like I said, anytime you can find somebody you can stay in love with for a long time or for one day or whatever, if you can witness that love, that's good. I had that with her. And I found somebody else, but it is what it is."

Less than 24 hours after news of the stunning deal broke, Antetokounmpo was spotted alongside new teammate Bam Adebayo at the WNBA showdown between the Las Vegas Aces and New York Liberty on Tuesday night.
The sighting quickly went viral across social media, giving Heat fans their first look at what many hope will become one of the NBA's most dominant duos.
Photos and videos from Michelob ULTRA Arena showed Antetokounmpo and Adebayo together courtside as they watched the Aces host the Liberty. The appearance wasn't entirely surprising.
