The Seattle Seahawks may have Wednesday off from training camp practice, but they're busy looking at possible roster additions.
Former Dallas Cowboys safety Donovan Wilson is slated for a workout with Seattle, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. It could be yet another former Cowboys defensive player reuniting with current Seahawks defensive coordinator Aden Durde.
Wilson was drafted by the Cowboys in 2019 and started in five of his seven seasons with the team. He recorded 13 sacks, nine forced fumbles, and eight interceptions in his career, including (barring an un-retirement) the final interception of Russell Wilson's career.
When Dan Quinn was the defensive coordinator, Wilson as among the three safeties in Quinn's "big nickel" package, and his best season came in 2022 when he had a career-high five sacks and seven tackles for loss, earning him a three-year contract extension.
The Seahawks are currently without Nick Emmanwori, whose recent ankle surgery landed him on the PUP list. His status for Week 1 is unclear but it's not expected to be a long-term absence. In the meantime, the 30-year-old Wilson would be a possible veteran presence with a legitimate shot to make the roster. We'll see if the workout turns into an eventual signing.

The San Francisco 49ers dealt with so many injuries throughout their 2025 campaign, that it was almost difficult for the team to keep enough players on the roster at times, and now it looks like these issues are creeping up again.
Before Wednesday's training camp session, ESPN's Nick Wagoner reported that wide receiver Ricky Pearsall, running back Jordan James and safety Malik Mustapha are all injured and won't practice.
According to Wagoner, Pearsall is dealing with knee swelling that stems from the PCL injury that he suffered in 2025. That injury cost him significant time last year, and with the team reportedly considering all options, including surgery, this could be a long-term issue.
James suffered a fractured rib that will keep him off the field for some time. The 22-year-old was battling 2025 draft pick Kaelon Black to be Christian McCaffrey's top backup, but this will certainly impact that competition. For now, Black will be the guy with Patrick Taylor Jr. and Sincere McCormick filling in.
Mustapha has a hamstring strain, which will keep him out of Wednesday's practice. However, it's unclear how significant the strain is. George Kittle missed five weeks with a hamstring last year. That would put the defensive back returning right around Week 1. If it's serious, it might give the upper hand to Marques Sigle, who's surprisingly battling Mustapha for a starting job.

Following the Indianapolis Colts' first training camp practice, there were some noteworthy lineup observations made by the Indy Star's Joel Erickson in a post-practice report.
With Alec Pierce sidelined, starting at wide receiver next to Josh Downs were Ashton Dulin and Laquon Treadwell. With the third starting wide receiver role on the roster up for grabs, Dulin and Treadwell appear to be the early favorites to fill that role.
Dulin, in particular, is coming off a strong showing during offseason programs. Along with Treadwell being in the mix for snaps on offense, his ability to contribute to a few different special teams phases helps his case to make a roster push.
Then at linebacker, with CJ Allen on the PUP list, Erickson notes that Bryce Boettcher and Akeem Davis-Gaither were the two starters. This doesn't come as a big surprise, considering that both saw snaps with the ones during offseason programs. These two may end up battling for the starting spot next to Allen.
Lastly, it wasn't AJ Haulcy starting next to Cam Bynum, but it was Hunter Wohler who got those reps. Haulcy impressed during offseason programs, but Wohler's versatility adds an intriguing dynamic to that position group.

CHICAGO – It's been a decade since Matt Campbell took over a new college football program. That was in late 2015 when he left Toledo to become the head coach at Iowa State.
But his departure from the Cyclones had some new wrinkles as he made his way to Penn State. NIL and the transfer portal are both central parts of the college football landscape, meaning recruiting has changed drastically.
[ $19.99 gets you a FULL year of On3 | Rivals national coverage ]
While putting the Penn State roster together, Campbell and the staff leaned heavily on the portal. The Nittany Lions have 38 fresh faces coming in, including 24 who will re-join Campbell from Iowa State. But in addition to navigating the portal, NIL is also front and center in the early years of the revenue-sharing era.
To Campbell, though, that part of the equation not necessarily a challenge. It could also be a way to gain a better understanding of how a player can fit within a program – in multiple ways.

Every year I take a look at who I think will be the top players on Boise State's football team. With so many unproven players, coming up with this season's list was a bit tougher than previous years. This team's squad is definitely more proven on the offensive side of the ball and that is reflected in our list. Last week, we continued our countdown by taking a look at a veteran defensive back. This week, we move back to the offensive side of the ball with a senior quarterback that has a lot to prove. Coming in at number four we have…
Maddux Madsen
The most polarizing player on Boise State's roster is almost always a quarterback and this season is no exception. Senior quarterback Maddux Madsen is entering his third full season as the starting quarterback and will look to win over a fan base that has mixed feelings about him. Madsen's sophomore season was a success, as he played a key role in helping the Broncos reach the College Football Playoff. Madsen's junior season was a bit of a roller coaster. He battled a lower leg injury for much of the season and was sidelined for two games after leaving with that same injury against Fresno State. Madsen returned in the Mountain West Championship and had his best game of the year in a victory over UNLV where he passed for 289 yards and three touchdowns.
Madsen enters his senior season with the lofty expectations that come with being Boise State's quarterback. The expectations with this group are a conference championship and an appearance in the College Football Playoff. In order to do so, Madsen will need to stay healthy and show more poise in the pocket. Last season, Madsen was hesitant to tuck the ball and run. Now that he's healthy, will he be more willing to use his legs? If this team meets its goals, it will be because Madsen has the best season of his career.
Countdown so far:

Long before LeBron James bid farewell to the Los Angeles Lakers this offseason, the transition of power within the franchise began. Luka Dončić, whom the Lakers famously traded for in February 2025, became their crown jewel.
But James remained at the heart of JJ Redick's squad that season and this past season. James and Dončić co-existed remarkably well, each respecting the other's game while forming an entertaining three-headed attack with Austin Reaves.
Even though the Lakers have been planning their future around Dončić for a good bit of time now, it wasn't until James officially closed the door on his chapter in L.A. that Dončić stood alone in the spotlight. He's the undisputed face of the franchise, and he's reportedly embracing a leadership role that's seemingly heightened in the absence of James, a four-time NBA champion and four-time league MVP.
In fact, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin, Dončić is hosting the entire Lakers roster in Slovenia for a four-day minicamp in August. The trip will feature workouts, golf, bonding and touring Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia, McMenamin reported on Wednesday.
Dončić, a six-time All-NBA first teamer, is preparing for a pivotal season in his already prolific career. He played his way into the MVP conversation last season before a Grade 2 left hamstring strain effectively ended his campaign prematurely. He experienced that setback in early April and didn't make it back for the Lakers' postseason run, which came to a screeching halt in the Western Conference semifinals.

Arkansas football enters 2026 looking almost nothing like the team that stumbled through a disastrous 2025 season that saw them go 2-10 overall and 0-for-the-SEC. After Sam Pittman was fired in late September and Bobby Petrino finished out the year as interim coach, the Razorbacks turned to Memphis' Ryan Silverfield to lead yet another full scale rebuild of the program. With a new staff, a roster overhauled through the transfer portal, but one of the toughest schedules in the country waiting, expectations in Northwest Arkansas are cautious but hopeful.
Silverfield arrives after six seasons at Memphis, where he went a solid 50-25 and built a reputation for explosive offenses. Memphis has always been a place at which it was tough to succeed. Despite a ton of local talent, the university's commitment level (or lack thereof) and competition on the recruiting trail from SEC schools frequently combined to keep the Tigers from reaching their potential.
Silverfield won more than ten games twice, but 2025 saw the Tigers drop to 8-4, and Silverfield leave prior to them taking a 31-7 beating from NC State in the Gasparilla Bowl. In short, he was not the most highly sought after coach on the carousel, and probably had a hit of a sell by date in Memphis. But Arkansas isn't exactly a plum ****** ignment in the SEC. So in some ways it felt like program and coach found each other at the right time.
Silverfield wasted little time ****** embling his first Arkansas staff. Tim Cramsey, his offensive coordinator at Memphis for four seasons, follows him to Fayetteville after helping the Tigers average 36 points per game and rank among the top 25 offenses nationally. On defense, Silverfield hired Ron Roberts, who spent the last two years running Florida's defense and previously called plays at Auburn, Baylor and Louisiana, including on Baylor's Sugar Bowl winning 2022 staff. Chad Lunsford, a former Georgia Southern head coach, takes over special teams duties after a strong 2025 at Auburn. The staff also brought in several ****** istants from Memphis and around the country, including veteran offensive line coaches Jeff Myers and Marcus Johnson, signaling a clear intent to rebuild a line that struggled last season.
Those new coaches are going to need name tags to keep up with all their new players. Few programs churned their roster harder than Arkansas this offseason. With dozens of scholarship spots to fill, the Razorbacks needed a portal class that ranked among the largest in the country, and they landed roughly 29 commitments that placed them near the top of the SEC and top 15 nationally in industry transfer rankings.

No matter where LeBron decides to go, it would be seen as him chasing rings, since almost every team in the league already has stars. "Where does Charles and the legends want LeBron to go? Playing in the Big Ten Conference isn't easy. In fact, the Big Ten has been at the top of the college football landscape in each of the last three seasons. With a league full of talent, if you have a difficult schedule or lack roster talent at important positions, you can be in store for disappointment.
These four teams could fall short of expectations in 2026.

Jalen Hurts did not wait for a question to establish the Philadelphia Eagles' standard for the 2026 season.
Hurts opened his first training camp news conference with a statement about the offseason, the workouts he organized with teammates and the importance of strengthening relationships throughout the offense.
"Really good summer," Hurts said. "We got a lot of work in, got a lot of guys together and definitely grew closer. The mentality is 100 percent alignment, zero entitlement."
The message reflects Hurts' approach to leading a roster filled with accomplished and highly paid players. Philadelphia has Pro Bowl selections, All-Pro performers and players with championship experience, but Hurts does not believe previous success guarantees future results. His offseason work amid A.J. Brown's departure was designed to build the alignment he referenced. Hurts trained with quarterbacks Tanner McKee, Andy Dalton and Cole Payton in Orlando, Florida, while several wide receivers and tight ends participated in throwing sessions.
DeVonta Smith, Hollywood Brown, Dontayvion Wicks, Elijah Moore, Dallas Goedert and rookie Eli Stowers were among the offensive players involved. First-round receiver Makai Lemon joined the sessions after working through a hamstring injury. The workouts allowed teammates to develop timing while learning how each player communicates and responds to coaching. That familiarity is particularly important as Philadelphia installs Sean Mannion's offense and incorporates several new skill-position players.

NEW YORK — Andy Green understands that there is a fine line he needs to walk while managing the Mets with five days to go until Major League Baseball's trade deadline.
With the Mets in clear sell mode, Green is open to talking with the players who believe they are on the block, but has not been inundated with questions.
As for keeping workloads in check with deals on the horizon, the Mets have the benefit of an unscheduled off day on Tuesday after thunderstorms rolled through the area. The top arms in the bullpen, which are likely to be pillaged at the deadline, is largely fresh coming off the idle day and a blowout 14-3 victory over the Braves on Monday.
The Mets will now look to find success with a rested roster in Wednesday's split-admission doubleheader against the Braves on Wednesday, with games slated for 1:10 p.m. and 7:10 p.m., at Citi Field.
Sean Manaea (2-5, 4.52 ERA) will take the ball the ball for the Mets in the opening game against AJ Smith-Shawver, who is making his first start since late May last season after undergoing Tommy John surgery. Manaea is coming off one of his best starts when he held the Dodgers to one run across six innings.

We've never seen Indiana football recruit at the level it's been lately.
The Hoosiers have had moments where they've reigned in highly-rated high school prospects, but they've been few and far between. They've never had a five-star commit, as happened when Monshun Sales announced his decision earlier this month. Nor have they ever landed one of the nation's top quarterback prospects, as happened when Lukas Prock did the same not long after. Sales and Prock are No. 1 and No. 2 in 247Sports' list of all-time Indiana commits.
With all of this in mind, we asked Indiana football fans how they felt about recruiting moving forward. There were responses that indicated a lack of optimism, but no respondents chose them.
Indiana fans, of course, have reason to be optimistic. Curt Cignetti and the rest of the Hoosiers' staff are coming off of the first national ******* le in program history and won it without a single 5-star on the roster, developing several other prospects into high-level contributors over time.
The Hoosiers enter the 2026 season with a similar build as former James Madison and Tom Allen Indiana players exhaust their eligibility and the roster is bolstered through the transfer portal and development of past recruits. Indiana sits at +950 to repeat as national champions, per FanDuel Sportsbook.

Giants' Luis Arraez trade update is great news for a potential huge return originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The San Francisco Giants are trade deadline sellers, and while Rafael Devers, Matt Chapman, and others might not be likely to be dealt, there are two players who seem to be near-locks to be traded.
Robbie Ray is one, but the one player who is more likely to be traded than any other on this roster is Luis Arraez, the All-Star second baseman. After signing for $12 million on a one-year deal, Arraez is very likely to be traded this summer.
Fortunately for the Giants, according to Ken Rosenthal and Will Sammon of The Athletic, the odds for landing a huge return for Arraez look strong, as there is significant interest in the All-Star this summer from almost every contender.
"Now, after both an offensive resurgence and defensive revival at second base, virtually every contender is showing interest in trading for Arraez, according to a person briefed on the Giants' discussions," Sammon and Rosenthal report.

The Denver Broncos open training camp this week with high expectations.
Veterans report on July 28 after a successful 2025 season that saw them win the AFC West and earn the No. 1 seed in the conference. Most of the core roster returns under head coach Sean Payton, and the team should feel confident about repeating as division champions.
Yet several key jobs and depth chart spots remain undecided. Numerous position battles will play a major role in shaping the 2026 roster, and they could also determine how far this talented group advances in the playoffs.
The biggest hole sits on the defensive line.
Most importantly, John Franklin-Myers left in free agency. He delivered strong interior pressure and helped the Broncos lead the league in quarterback hits last season. His departure creates a sizable gap in the rotation. The unit must maintain its disruptive force against both the run and the pass.

The New England Patriots opened training camp this week with a singular focus: capturing the seventh Super Bowl ******* le in franchise history.
Following a stellar 14-win campaign and an AFC Championship under Mike Vrabel in 2025, the Patriots enter the 2026 season with heightened expectations. Rather than standing pat, the front office aggressively upgraded the roster by acquiring star wideout A.J. Brown via trade, signing dynamic receiver Romeo Doubs, and reinforcing the trenches with Alijah Vera-Tucker.
The influx of high-end talent has solidified New England as a premier championship contender, but translating offseason paperwork into on-field execution begins now.

DeVonta Smith has never hidden his loyalty to the Boston Celtics, but even the Philadelphia Eagles' star wide receiver can appreciate what the 76ers are attempting to build. Smith was asked Wednesday about the Sixers trading for Jaylen Brown and signing LeBron James, two moves that significantly altered the balance of power in the Eastern Conference.
"Looks like the Sixers are trying to go win one," Smith said. "Can't be mad at that."
Smith grew up supporting the Celtics in Amite, Louisiana, and has maintained that allegiance throughout his career with the Eagles. He attended Boston's NBA Finals games and predicted the Celtics would defeat Philadelphia during the teams' recent playoff series. Brown's departure from Boston and arrival in Philadelphia creates an unusual conflict for Smith. The four-time All-Star spent the first 10 seasons of his career with the Celtics before being traded to the Sixers in a package centered around Paul George and draft compensation.
Philadelphia followed that deal by signing James to a two-year contract. James, 41, is entering his 24th NBA season and will pursue the fifth championship of his career alongside Brown, Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey and VJ Edgecombe.
Philadelphia has not won an NBA championship since 1983 or reached the Eastern Conference finals since 2001. Injuries, postseason disappointments and roster turnover have repeatedly prevented the franchise from advancing beyond the second round. Adding Brown and James eliminates any ambiguity about the organization's current timeline. The Sixers are prioritizing an immediate championship run and accepting the financial and roster risks that accompany it.

For much of the past decade, the New York Jets operated with a familiar sense of urgency. Every offseason seemed to feature another move designed to accelerate the rebuild.
A high-profile free agent... A blockbuster trade... A veteran expected to solve a lingering problem overnight... The philosophy often centered on finding the missing piece that would finally push the franchise into contention.
Sometimes those moves generated optimism. Too often, they failed to produce lasting results. Now, however, the Jets appear to be taking a different approach, one that prioritizes patience, player development and sustainable roster building over short-term fixes.
Aaron Glenn inherited a roster with talent, but also one that needed a clearer long-term direction. Rather than relying on aging veterans to carry the franchise, the Jets have **** embled one of the NFL's more intriguing young cores.
Garrett Wilson has already established himself as one of the league's top receivers. First-round pick Omar Cooper Jr. and Kenyon Sadiq, bring additional offensive firepower, while last year's addition, Adonai Mitchell, enters the season with an opportunity to become a dependable complement to Wilson after flashing promise in 2025.

We gave you our updated power rankings for the NBA's Eastern Conference, where LeBron James formed a superteam on the Philadelphia 76ers, where Kawhi Leonard will presumably join the Toronto Raptors, and where Giannis Antetokounmpo changed uniforms, but what kind of operation would we be if we didn't also give you power rankings for the Western Conference?
So, here they are in all their glory. Perfect and inarguable, as always.
We should note: The East is far deeper than the West for the first time in forever, though the West boasts the league's two ******* le favorites, the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs.
The defending champion New York Knicks and LeBron's Sixers, among other teams in the East, may have something to say about it in the end, but the depth and youth of the talent in OKC and San Antonio is impossible to ignore. Those two rosters are in a stratosphere all to themselves.
It would be surprising if any of the top six teams here failed to earn a guaranteed playoff spot. The Denver Nuggets, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves form another tier of contenders. Beyond them, it's a ******* shoot, as every team features quality players and only the Sacramento Kings are in real danger of dropping into the draft's relegation zone.

The Baltimore Ravens will take the field Wednesday morning for their first practice of the 2026 training camp, beginning a new era at the Under Armour Performance Center.
The opening session will provide the first extended look at head coach Jesse Minter's team and Declan Doyle's new offense. Lamar Jackson enters camp healthy and confident after an injury-plagued 2025 season, while Derrick Henry, Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews return as the offense's established playmakers.
Early focus will also center on first-round guard Vega Ioane and Baltimore's rebuilt interior offensive line. Ethan Pocic's late addition changes the competition at center, while John Simpson and Andrew Vorhees are among the candidates for significant roles at guard. Defensively, Trey Hendrickson will make his training camp debut with Baltimore. Nnamdi Madubuike will open camp on the active/PUP list after receiving medical clearance to resume football activities, creating early opportunities for the Ravens' other defensive linemen.
Rookies Zion Young, Ja'Kobi Lane, Elijah Sarratt and Ryan Eckley will also begin competing for roles on a roster built to return to the postseason. Follow along on the Ravens Wire liveblog that will be updated throughout the morning with photos, videos, observations and more.

After months of waiting, the Philadelphia Eagles took the field Wednesday morning for their first practice of the 2026 training camp, beginning several weeks of preparation, competition and roster evaluation at the Jefferson Health Training Complex.
Practice was scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. after head coach Nick Sirianni spoke with reporters at 9:30. The opening session will provide the first on-field look at Sean Mannion's new offense, Philadelphia's revamped receiving corps and several competitions that will help shape the initial 53-man roster.
Attention will center on Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith as the offense begins installing Mannion's system. The defense will feature Jalen Carter following his record-setting contract extension, while Jonathan Greenard's absence creates additional opportunities for Jalyx Hunt, Nolan Smith, Arnold Ebiketie and A.J. Epenesa.
The secondary will also command attention as Riq Woolen begins competing for a prominent role alongside Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. Marcus Epps, Andrew Mukuba and the rest of the safety group will begin sorting through responsibilities in Vic Fangio's defense.

The Indiana Hoosiers got their championship last season and were dominant. This season, however, with a new quarterback and some talent losses, the Big Ten could look different at the top. Both the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Oregon Ducks' offenses will be returning the same firepower. Also, the Ducks' defense will be back and even better. USC has a lot to deal with in the Big Ten this season.
In a recent article, Bjorn Bergstrom is projecting the Ducks to only lose one game this upcoming season, against Big Ten competitor Ohio State. Here is what he had to say about the Ducks:
"Trips to Columbus have resulted in wins for the Ducks in recent years, but the Buckeyes prevail in this 2026 matchup. No matter, as Oregon will go undefeated the rest of their schedule and achieve a third straight berth in the playoff. With Dante Moore leading the way and one of the best defenses in the country from a roster perspective, the Ducks have as high of a ceiling as any team in the country."
The Ducks' roster is returning a lot of experience and continuity. Dante Moore will be in a position to top last season's great success. The defense for the Ducks will give everyone problems. With the Ducks not having to face the Indiana Hoosiers this season, there is a great chance for them to take their success a step further this season. The Big Ten is shaping up to come down to Oregon vs Ohio State once again.

After leading the United States men's national team to its best World Cup finish in two decades, Mauricio Pochettino is likely sticking around to finish what he started. The USMNT head coach is "close" to finalizing a deal with the USMNT that would keep him under contract through the 2030 World Cup, according to The Athletic.
Financial terms of the deal — which has not been finalized just yet — are not known at this time.
Pochettino had been reportedly offered a four-year extension partway through a 2026 World Cup run during which the team won their group, scored more goals than they had in any previous tournament and picked up their first knockout win in 24 years. Pochettino's current contract was set to expire now that this summer's tournament is over.
Pochettino was hired by the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) in 2024 to take over after two failed Gregg Berhalter stints. Typically, federations try to hire international managers for a full World Cup cycle, which is every four years. But USSF's choice to re-hire (and later re-fire) Berhalter shortened the window by the time the federation landed on Pochettino to take over.
Still, in just two years, Pochettino was able to build one of the strongest U.S. squads in decades, capitalizing on the talent currently in the U.S. roster pool and putting unlikely players in the position to thrive. Though Pochettino did his best to downplay the USMNT's chances, hopes sailed high for the team coming out of the group stage.

TThe Buffalo Bills opened training camp Wednesday with nearly their entire roster on the practice field.
Wide receiver Tyrell Shavers, who is recovering from a torn ACL suffered during Buffalo's playoff win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in January, was the lone player to begin camp on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.
"Tyrell Shavers is PUP so he's the only one that won't be out there today," offensive coordinator Joe Brady said before practice. "There will be some guys that will be on a limited rep count."
That means the Bills are beginning training camp with nearly their entire roster available, a welcome change after injuries piled up late last season.
The news represents a significant turnaround from the offseason, when general manager Brandon Beane said several players were still working their way back from surgeries. Players including Michael Hoecht, DeWayne Carter, Landon Jackson and Jordan Hancock all participated in Wednesday's opening practice, though some worked on limited snap counts.

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) — The Atlanta Falcons' quarterback competition will have to wait another day after coach Kevin Stefanski said Wednesday that Tua Tagovailoa sustained a minor injury, and he'll be back "sooner rather than later."
The Falcons are left with one active quarterback for 11-on-11s on the team's first day of training camp as Michael Penix Jr. continues to recover from an ACL tear and veteran Trevor Siemian was released Wednesday morning in a series of roster moves.
Penix will be available for 7-on-7s. Jack Strand, Atlanta's sole healthy signal-caller, will see most — if not all — snaps during 11-on-11s.
Stefanski described Tagovailoa's injury as a "flare-up" and said he doesn't anticipate a long absence from the former Dolphins quarterback. He said Tagovailoa will be present but not participating.
The first-year Falcons coach kept the details of Tagovailoa's injury secret, saying that one of the perks of training camp is not having to divulge every detail.

The North Carolina Tar Heels will enter the first year of the Michael Malone era with some big expectations.
After they were eliminated in the first round of the NCAA Tournament last season, it's now up to Malone and the staff to turn this thing around. While they have their first roster mostly put together, the future of the program is also very important in the present.
For the Tar Heels, they have yet to land a recruit in the 2027 or 2028 classes. But they do have their eyes on a bunch of targets that could really change their class.
One recruiting **** yst 'called his shot' on making a prediction for recruits and where they will land. For North Carolina, it's great news as On3's Jamie Shaw predicts the Tar Heels will land CJ Rosser and five-star forward DeMarcus Henry.
That would be huge news for the Tar Heels, landing two five-star recruits. While they would still need to add to the class, landing two five-stars right away would be a huge boost.
