Pre-approval signals you likely qualify, but no underwriter has verified your income, debts, or employment, so it is far from a guaranteed loan.
Full underwriting approval verifies income, employment, credit, and ***** ets, but can still carry conditions that must be resolved before closing.
Even after full approval, taking on new debt, switching jobs, or a failed appraisal can derail your mortgage before closing day.
Just released. Our ***** ysts combed the entire stock market and named the ten best stocks to buy right now. The report is free. Enter your email and see if any of your stocks made the cut.
Getting approved for a mortgage is one of the first major steps in the home-buying process. But it's not always so easy and usually comes with a lot of paperwork. Lenders need to know you are a reliable borrower. They want to review your finances to make sure you can comfortably afford the loan. This means you need to provide documented proof of your income, employment history, savings, and existing debt. Having these documents ready ahead of time can make the mortgage process faster and more manageable. While every lender will have slightly different requirements, these are the most common documents a lender will ask for.

Humana (HUM) confirmed 600,000 affected members and UNH projects 1.1 million fewer enrollees as carriers cut lower-rated 2027 Medicare Advantage plans.
A plan termination triggers a rare guaranteed-issue Medigap window, but only for members who are returning to Original Medicare. Those switching to another Advantage plan do not qualify.
Nonrenewal notices arrive October 2, leaving only 66 days before Open Enrollment closes December 7. Members should save the letter and price both coverage paths immediately.

Nvidia rose only 0.8% on September 4, while Astera Labs jumped 9.8% and Marvell gained 7.1%. The comparison was consistent with investors broadening the AI trade beyond accelerators into connectivity suppliers. Astera's rally also coincided with speculation that the company could be added to the S&P 500, although it was ultimately not selected in the September rebalance. Bigger accelerator clusters need retimers, switches, optical links, and custom silicon to move data without leaving expensive processors idle. Astera Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALAB) and Marvell Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MRVL) monetize that connectivity bottleneck from different positions.
Photo from Astera Labs
Astera is the focused rack-scale connectivity play. Its second-quarter update said a Q3 production ramp of the Scorpio X-Series 320-lane fabric switch was expected to drive the next revenue inflection, alongside growth opportunities across Aries, Taurus, and Leo. The bull case is content growth: each new generation of AI rack can require more connectivity silicon and software. The bear case is dependence on a concentrated group of hyperscale customers, product-transition timing, and a valuation that ***** umes strong adoption before every design win becomes revenue.
Hedge-fund breadth strengthened before the rally. Insider Monkey counted 73 funds holding Astera Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALAB) at June 30, up from 53 at March 31. Lee Ainslie's Maverick Capital disclosed 1,067,215 shares, 12% more than in Q1. The quarter-end filing cannot show whether Maverick participated in the September move.
Marvell is more diversified. Its data-center business spans custom compute, electro-optics, switching, and interconnect, giving it multiple ways to benefit as cloud companies redesign AI systems. That breadth is the bull case because one customer's architecture can pull several product families. It is also the risk: custom programs can be lumpy, development costs arrive before revenue, and investors may overestimate the near-term contribution of announced wins.

I'm a chef who is in the process of switching careers. I plan to pursue the Enrolled Agent credential. I'm also an avid investor. About four years ago, I started studying everything I could about investing and personal finance. I also encouraged my sister to do the same.
For most of my life, I had no idea that building wealth and having a positive net worth was something I could realistically achieve. I genuinely thought I was destined to depend almost entirely on Social Security in retirement. Now I know that poverty doesn't have to be my reality.
Bloom Energy was just named to the S&P 500. These other stocks are joining the index as well.
'It's not fair': My twin brother and I were left houses by our parents. Can I make him pay his share for taxes and upkeep?
Adobe just announced its next CEO. Here's why its stock is dropping.

Cheapest freight isn't always best, especially when a late shipment can cost millions. ShipStation Global CEO Tom Madine breaks down why SMB shippers need parcel, LTL and truckload in one workflow, and why better freight decisions now matter more than just lower rates. From the merger that created ShipStation Global to adding more modes into the platform, this conversation gets into where shipping tech is heading, how data shapes carrier selection, and what smaller shippers actually need from logistics partners. #FreightTech #LTL #SupplyChain
ShipStation Global is formally launching its less-than-truckload product, marking the first tangible freight expansion since the merger of software provider Auctane, formerly the parent of the Stamps.com andShipStation, and WWEX Group, which previously housed freight brokerages like Worldwide Express. The company's CEO said the rollout represents the opening move in a broader strategy to let small and midsize shippers purchase and manage all transportation modes through a single platform.
"Today's the first day we've really launched the LTL product," said Tom Madine, CEO of ShipStation Global, noting the company plans to add truckload, final mile, and eventually ocean and forwarding capabilities after establishing its inland position.
The strategic rationale centers on eliminating the workflow gap that forced ShipStation users to leave the platform whenever they needed to move freight beyond parcel. Customer surveys repeatedly flagged the absence of additional modes as the top improvement request, he said. With LTL now integrated, shippers can manage inbound inventory movements alongside outbound parcel without switching systems.
"Cheapest is not always best…But at the same time, you don't want to overpay," Madine said, illustrating the point with a customer whose engine shipments carry multi-million-dollar consequences if delayed.

During the August 31 episode of Mad Money, Jim Cramer examined the sharp rotation back into enterprise software following the forced unwinding of bearish hedge fund positions. Mentioning Veeva Systems Inc. (NYSE:VEEV) and Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) as examples of sector leaders, he commented:
Situational Awareness just despised enterprise software and Veeva Systems, number three, up 40%, is enterprise software writ large for the healthcare industry. I think it's bounced back in conjunction with all the other enterprise software companies that Situational Awareness believed would be destroyed by AI that haven't been. Once that hedge fund blew up, the whole group came roaring back as Situational was no longer there to put pressure on them. Hey, Salesforce had a similar rally, up nearly 40%. Now, here's one that openly took on the short sellers first with rhetoric and then with numbers which have not been hurt at all by… the SaaS-pocalypse. His blowout quarter obliterated the shorts. I don't think they still know what hit them.
For months, bearish macro funds aggressively shorted enterprise software providers, on the belief that emerging artificial intelligence platforms would easily replicate proprietary workflows and trigger severe pricing compression.
Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) and Veeva Systems Inc. (NYSE:VEEV) proved the exact opposite. Salesforce showed that autonomous enterprise features act as expansion engines. Similarly, Veeva Systems, which powers critical clinical and commercial operations for the heavily regulated life sciences sector, integrated advanced data capabilities directly into its platform. Rather than cannibalizing software licenses, artificial intelligence features reinforced the massive switching costs embedded in both platforms.
Despite solid execution, market skeptics continue to scrutinize the growth limits and valuation multiples of both companies. Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) trades at a forward P/E of 19x, showing market hesitation over macroeconomic budget tightening and the necessity for the company to rapidly monetize its heavy artificial intelligence investments.

Disjointed software is eroding billable hours, as accountancy practices lose time managing platform friction instead of focusing on client deliverables, according to Haiilo's State of the Employee Experience 2026 report.
The research shows that 38% of professional services employees spend at least 11% of their working week – representing upwards of four hours for standard full-time staff – handling complications caused by fragmented systems.
Around 23% dedicate more than a fifth of their working hours to troubleshooting difficulties created by disconnected applications and processes.
Application switching represents a primary driver of these workflow disruptions.
More than half (51%) of respondents frequently toggle across several separate tools to complete an individual task, whilst 49% rely on between four and seven workplace platforms during a standard week.

One Liverpool player was called out for a costly lapse shortly before Nottingham Forest's second goal at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
With 20 minutes of normal time remaining, Oliver Glasner's team took the lead for the second time on the day as Morgan Gibbs-White converted a penalty that Clinton Morrison felt was 'harsh' on the home side.
The spot kick was awarded after Alisson Becker was adjudged to have fouled Neco Williams inside the box, with the Forest full-back the fastest to react to a throw-in taken quickly by Liam Delap.
Liverpool Echo journalist Ian Doyle observed that the passage of play which led to the penalty incident stemmed from a lapse in concentration by Jeremie Frimpong, who allowed Williams to run off him and then was too slow to react as the throw-in was taken.
The reporter posted on X: 'Forest win a penalty as Williams is downed by Alisson. All came from Frimpong switching off at throw.'

Sandhill Investment Management, an investment management company, released its second quarter 2026 investor letter. A copy of the letter can be downloaded here. The letter highlighted a strong second quarter for equity markets, with the S&P 500 up about 15% and projected earnings growth at the fastest rate in five years. Despite challenges like tensions with Iran and lower oil prices, the semiconductor sector and AI advancements drove significant stock price increases. In fixed income, rising yields have made corporate bonds appealing, offering over 5% returns. However, consumer sentiment is waning, and the savings rate is at a six-decade low, raising caution about the economy. Investment trends suggest that while overall market valuations are high, quality businesses present selective opportunities for long-term gains amidst short-term volatility. Also, check the fund's top five holdings to see its best picks in 2026.
In its Q2 2026 investor letter, Sandhill Investment Management highlighted Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) as a new holding. Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) is a US-based flow measurement, quality, control, and communication solutions company focusing on Utility water smart metering solutions and software technologies. On August 26, 2026, Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) closed at $137.15 per share, reflecting a market capitalization of $3.98 billion. Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) posted a one-month return of 5.18%, while its shares lost 26.46% over the past 52 weeks.
Sandhill Investment Management stated the following regarding Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI) in its Q2 2026 investor letter:
"Despite the elevated broad market valuation and the caution related to the consumer, quality businesses are being valued more cheaply than they have been in a long time, and we are putting capital to work. We remain selective, but individual businesses are presenting compelling value.
We recently initiated a position in Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE:BMI), a pure-play water technology company. Badger holds a leading position in smart water meters and cellular advanced metering infrastructure technology. It sells into an oligopoly market with high switching costs and municipal utility customers that value reliability over price. The stock pulled back sharply after a temporary air pocket in revenue growth tied to project timing, rather than any change in long-term demand. We believe the multidecade replacement cycle for aging water infrastructure, combined with increasing technology adoption, gives Badger a durable growth runway, and the recent weakness provided an attractive entry point. We tracked Badger Meter on our watchlist for years before business fundamentals and valuation aligned to create an attractive entry point."

VOO is the ******* umed default for 73 million Trump Accounts, but SPYM's 0.02% fee undercuts VOO's 0.03% for an essentially identical fund.
A 1 basis point fee gap yields roughly $9 extra per account over 18 years, but scaled across 73 million accounts the aggregate savings become material.
Switching from VOO to SPYM inside a Trump Account triggers no capital gains tax and requires only a ticker change at the custodian.
Don't wait: the ******* yst who called NVIDIA in 2010 just revealed his top 10 AI stocks. See the full list FREE now.
The Trump Account proposal would auto-open a tax-advantaged brokerage account for every child in America, and Washington is reportedly steering all ~73 million of those default accounts into a single S&P 500 index fund with a fee cap of 0.10%. The politically obvious pick is Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (NYSEARCA:VOO), the retail investor's household name for cheap large-cap exposure. VOO owns the same 500 companies as every other S&P tracker, charges next to nothing, and has become the default answer whenever someone asks where to park long-horizon money. If the government picks VOO, the choice is uncontroversial. A cheaper, functionally identical option is also available.

Tuesday's contest against the Atlanta Braves featured a disappointing ending where the Dodgers left the tying runner on third base in a 4-3 defeat, snapping their six-game winning streak.
Before the uneventful finish, Tyler Glasnow made his return to the mound, making his first start since May 6 against the Houston Astros. Although he allowed three earned runs in the first inning, Glasnow, like Tarik Skubal on Saturday, managed to settle in and didn't allow another run the rest of the way. Glasnow ended his night tossing five innings against Altanta, allowing six hits and those three runs while striking out seven and not allowing a walk.
Glasnow discussed his change in sequencing after a laborious first inning, helping him settle into a groove where he struck out six over four shutout innings onward, per Courtney Hollmon of MLB.com.
"I think just switching up a little bit," Glasnow said. "I think it was pretty fastball-heavy the first inning. A little bit predictable. Not a ton of hard-hit ****** , but it's just how it goes sometimes. But I think coming out in the second, I just felt more in rhythm and my slider was working a lot better. … The slider felt good today, too. So I just tried to start some guys off with it and throw it in middle counts and just not be so predictable."
After spending parts of five seasons with the division rival Arizona Diamondbacks, Alek Thomas has had a nice start to his time as a Dodger. Thomas put the Dodgers on the board in the second inning of Tuesday's matchup with an RBI single, and the outfielder has a .300 average with three RBI and a walk over his first three games with his new team.

Guinness Global Innovators, an investment management company, recently released its Q2 2026 quarterly investor update for its "Guinness Global Innovators Fund". You can download the letter here. The Guinness Global Innovators Fund focuses on investing in global companies that benefit from innovation in technology, communication, globalization, and management strategies. In the second quarter of 2026, the Guinness Global Innovators Fund returned 13.8% in GBP, compared with 13.0% for the MSCI World Index and 13.1% for the IA Global sector average. Easing Middle East tensions, falling oil prices, and renewed enthusiasm for artificial intelligence helped reverse much of the caution seen earlier in the year, with investors rotating back toward growth stocks and AI infrastructure beneficiaries. In its second-quarter 2026 investor letter, Guinness Global Innovators Fund highlighted Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU). Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU) provides financial management, payments and capital, compliance, and marketing products and services. On August 21, 2026, Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU) closed at $367.00 per share. The one-month return of Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU) was 20.76%, and its shares lost -44.14% over the past 52 weeks. Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU) has a market capitalization of $100.4 billion with a 52-week trading range between $252.84 - $705.08.
Guinness Global Innovators Fund stated the following regarding Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU) in its Q2 2026 investor letter:
"We initially bought Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU) for its market-leading position in mission-critical tax and accounting software, a deeply embedded QuickBooks platform with significant switching costs, and a strong consumer brand in TurboTax. QuickBooks' c.80% market share, high customer retention and accountant-led distribution created a durable competitive advantage, while Intuit's expanding ecosystem across payments, payroll, lending, Mailchimp, and tax services provided a clear runway for long-term growth and further monetisation. Toward the end of 2025 and in early 2026, markets became increasingly concerned with the 'Saaspocalypse', the implications of AI disruption of the software sector, causing sentiment on the stock to sour. While Intuit continued to deliver resilient results overall, its most recent earnings print changed the thesis for us. Revenue and earnings were modestly ahead of consensus, but the quarter was overshadowed by disappointing TurboTax performance, where revenue growth of 7% fell short of expectations (c.8%) and paid DIY returns declined sharply, particularly among price-sensitive, lower-income filers. This reignited concerns that Intuit's pricing power

The Fund benefited from its overweight position in the Information Technology sector, while its overweight position in Communication Services detracted. Avoiding weaker Utilities, Materials, and Energy also supported relative performance. Also, please check the Fund's top five holdings to see its best picks for 2026.

When it comes to Zooey Deschanel, a few things instantly come to mind. Deadpan comedy and the cult classic "(500) Days of Summer" are some key ones, but today, we're talking about Deschanel's signature hairstyle: her bangs. Some celebrities are all about switching their hairstyles with every new era and role, while others tend to stick to what works best for them — and Deschanel certainly falls in the latter camp. Over the more than two decades she's worked in the entertainment industry, she's almost exclusively rocked bangs, whether they were bulky bangs, straight-across ones, a wispy '90s fringe, or boho bottleneck bangs. Basically, she's sported some variety, but she's stayed in the same realm.
Will this theme continue through her wedding day? Deschanel and reality television star Jonathan Scott — best known as half of HGTV's "Property Brothers" — announced their engagement in August of 2023, and we can't help but wonder if Deschanel will rock bangs for the event. After all, she's known for them, but bangs are notoriously hard to manage. Well, it appears that Deschanel is up for the challenge, as she told People when asked about her wedding 'do, "Always bangs. Always."

Zooey Deschanel wearing bangs to her wedding falls directly in line with previous interviews she's done. "You could say that I'm hooked on bangs. Would I ever give them up? I have, and I might again — for a role, perhaps — but I really don't feel like myself without them," Deschanel told Glamour back in 2013. "When I first got into acting, I was a bit of a chameleon ... So I used my look to help create an identity. Now people know me as the girl with bangs." And over the past decade, not much has changed. She's remained a poster child for bangs, and we mean that as a sincere compliment.

Bronny James addressed his father LeBron James' move to the Philadelphia 76ers after two years of being teammates on the Los Angeles Lakers. Many predicted Bronny would follow the 41-year-old to his next team, but he's stayed with the franchise that drafted him with the 55th pick in 2024.
Bronny, on a trip with the rest of the Lakers roster to Slovenia for a camp organized by Luka Doncic, was asked by a fan about LeBron's move. He had a five-word reaction.
"It's whatever; it's my dad," he said.
Bronny and LeBron shared the court in several games, including last year's playoffs. But they are unlikely to team up again. LeBron doesn't plan on switching teams again. Meanwhile, the Lakers seem invested in Bronny, who they have developed since the start of his career under coach JJ Redick.
The Lakers' decision not to trade Bronny this offseason was another sign they see upside in keeping him, despite his father's departure.

Rafael Devers returned to Fenway Park on Friday for the first time since the Boston Red Sox traded him to the San Francisco Giants in June 2025.
Since Devers' relationship with the Red Sox, particularly with chief baseball officer Craig Breslow, didn't end particularly well, it could be reasonably ******* umed that fans might not greet the three-time All-Star warmly.
But he received a mixed reaction from the Fenway crowd with boos largely overpowering cheers during pregame introductions and when he took his first at-bat. Batting second in the Giants' lineup, Devers struck out looking on four pitches from Boston starter Sonny Gray.
Resentments understandably linger after Devers was traded largely because of the tension he created by refusing to move from third base to designated hitter when Boston signed Alex Bregman as a free agent. But with Bregman being a far superior defensive player, Devers eventually ceded and played at DH.
However, the possibility of switching positions came up again when first baseman Triston Casas ruptured his patellar tendon and the Red Sox needed someone to replace him at the position. Devers seemed a natural fit as a defensively challenged slugger. But he balked at being asked again to play another position during the season.

On August 13, Stratasys (NASDAQ:SSYS) held its second-quarter earnings call, and the headline number was consumables revenue hitting a record $66.3 million. For a company trying to prove it has moved beyond selling prototyping machines into recurring, production-grade manufacturing, that record matters more than the top line itself. But underneath the record sat a cash flow warning that investors will want to weigh carefully.
Aerospace and defense is Stratasys's largest business, and it grew 17% year over year in the second quarter. Management pointed to expanding adoption across the U.S. Air Force, where the company's F900 system is certified for flightworthy production parts, describing the orders as increasing in volume across the Air Force's sustainment enterprise rather than one-time purchases. Once a part is qualified on a Stratasys platform, switching suppliers becomes costly, which is the basis for calling this demand structural. Stratasys Direct, the company's parts manufacturing arm, grew 12.1% year over year, fueled by defense technology customers building drones and munitions.
The quarter also delivered two large multiyear systems deals. Quickparts expanded its relationship with Stratasys by purchasing 12 Neo 800-plus systems on top of six units it already owned, with three of the new systems placed in Europe. FAW Group, one of China's largest auto manufacturers, signed for 12 F900 systems by year-end, with two shipped in the second quarter, adding to five F900s and eight other Stratasys machines it already runs to make interior parts like armrests and panels. Stratasys was also awarded a two-year, $7.8 million program through the 2026 America Makes OIB Modernization Challenge to develop monitoring technology for its F900 and F3300 platforms. Layered on top is the pending $42.5 million cash acquisition of MarkForged, whose continuous carbon fiber technology generated about $70 million in revenue in 2025 and which management expects to add positively to EBITDA within a year of closing.
System revenue fell to $26.4 million from $30.6 million a year earlier, meaning machine sales are shrinking even as the recurring materials business grows. Gross margin slipped too, with non-GAAP gross margin at 47.2% versus 47.7% a year ago, which the company attributed largely to a stronger Israeli shekel raising costs incurred in that currency. GAAP net loss widened slightly to $16.9 million, compared to $16.7 million a year ago, though GAAP loss per diluted share improved slightly to $0.19 from $0.20.

Brown Brothers Harriman, an investment management company, released its Q2 2026 investor letter for the "BBH Select Mid Cap ETF". A copy of the letter can be downloaded here. In the quarter, the fund increased 9.7% on a total return basis compared to the Russell Midcap Index's 13.8% return. Artificial intelligence is a key factor influencing market performance, with high-valuation and high-beta companies consistently outperforming others. The portfolio saw gains from being overweight in technology and industrials but missed opportunities due to underweighting more cyclical stocks. At the end of Q2 2026, the Fund held positions in 27 companies, with 48% of ******* ets concentrated in the top 10 holdings. The Fund's strategy focuses on companies priced below intrinsic value to ensure a margin of safety, rather than on whether valuations are high or low. Additionally, reviewing the Fund's top five holdings could help identify its best picks for 2026.
In its Q2 2026 investor letter, BBH Select Mid Cap ETF highlighted Arista Networks, Inc. (NYSE:ANET) as one of its leading performance contributors. Arista Networks, Inc. (NYSE:ANET) posted a one‑month return of 5.94%, while its shares gained 41.71% over the past 52 weeks.
BBH Select Mid Cap ETF stated the following regarding Arista Networks, Inc. (NYSE:ANET) in its Q2 2026 investor letter:
"For the quarter, the Fund's largest positive contributors were Entegris Inc. (Entegris) and Arista Networks, Inc. (NYSE:ANET), both clear beneficiaries of the AI infrastructure buildout. Arista returned 38.4% during the quarter, ending with a weight of 5.1%. Arista is the leading provider of data center switches to cloud network customers. Arista reported strong first quarter results with record revenue and free cash flow ahead of expectations, but guidance fell short of high expectations due to increasing supply chain short ages. In addition, extended customer acceptance cycles on new AI products have pushed a growing volume of contracted demand into deferred revenue ahead of recognition, temporarily understating reported revenue growth and creating some investor confusion. However, management subsequently clarified this dynamic, clearly delin eating 54% growth inclusive of deferred product revenue. Management also expressed confidence in the outlook for 2026 along with a constructive demand backdrop for 2027. Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten first celebrated his nation's 3-1 win over Argentina at the men's Hockey World Cup on home soil on Tuesday and then kissed opposition player and his partner Nicolas Keenan.
"I'm here to cheer on the Netherlands - and a tiny bit also because of my fiancé. Maybe he can score a goal for Argentina, but in the end the Netherlands should get the win," Dutch news agency NOS quoted the centre-left politician as saying before the match in Amstelveen. His partner did not score.
Jetten was also in the stands on Sunday to watch the Netherlands' victory against New Zealand (5-1) and Argentina's win over ***** an (3-0) - first wearing an Oranje shirt and then switching to Argentina colours.
He said he was "no hockey expert" and watches "a bit like a layman," but was now a big fan.

Great champions don't always win but they have the ability to take a bad performance, learn from it and put it in the rearview mirror.
Rhys McClenaghan hopes to do just that at the Men's Artistic European Championships in Zagreb this week.
After finishing sixth in the recent Commonwealth Games while debuting a new routine, the Olympic pommel horse gold medallist went straight back to training aiming to correct what went wrong.
"It's not forgotten about, there's a lot of lessons I could take from the Commonwealth Games," McClenaghan told BBC Sport NI.
"Since the day I got back, I was back in the gym working on the mistakes I had there, you know, switching about some things and just ultimately trying to better the result for Europeans, but also still keeping the trajectory of improving the routine, testing out its construction."

Xavi Espart says he will do all he can to prove to Hansi Flick that he deserves a place in the first team at Barcelona after another impressive pre-season performance.
The 19-year-old shone in Sunday's 5-2 win over FC Basel in a midfield role and really staked a claim ahead of the start of the new season.
Espart has also played at right-back for Barcelona but says he has no problem switching position.
"I'm comfortable because I'm used to playing in this position. I played centrally in the European Championship, and my teammates next to me make it quite easy. I'm really looking forward to enjoying it. Since returning from the European Championship, I've tried to be 100% here and show that I can be here and that my game is good," he told reporters.
"For now, I'm happy, but football is a day-by-day thing, and I'll keep giving 100% to stay here. I hope I can play in Elche, but you never know in football. I take it one game at a time and one training session at a time. I prefer to think that way and always give 100%."

Taylor Swift flew across the Atlantic to attend Laura Sisk and Oli Jacobs' wedding in the United Kingdom on Saturday. The wedding of the audio engineers took place at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios outside Bath in Gloucestershire.
On Sunday, People Magazine published photos from the wedding, showing Swift sporting a shoulder-length hairstyle and her signature bangs. She wore a navy blue dress with gold floral embroidery. In accessories, she opted for a pearl necklace and her signature bold red lip.
Swift's friends, Jack Antonoff and singer Sabrina Carpenter, also attended.
Taylor Swift has worn shoulder-length hair during several important periods of her career.
During the "1989" era in 2014 and 2015, she cut her long hair into a shoulder-length bob or lob. She kept the wavy, side-swept style through most of the 1989 World Tour before switching to a shorter, chin-length blunt bob in early 2016.
