DIVO delivers a 6.4% monthly yield from 40 blue-chip dividend payers layered with covered-call premiums, returning 65% over five years.
JPM and CAT anchor DIVO's distribution, with JPM posting $21 billion in Q2 net income and CAT sustaining dividends uninterrupted for over 25 years.

Amplify CWP Enhanced Dividend Income ETF (NYSEARCA:DIVO) pays a 6.4% distribution yield in monthly installments, with the latest payout of $0.18284 per share hitting accounts on June 30, 2026. DIVO attracts income investors seeking monthly distributions without relying entirely on options-income funds that sacrifice growth for yield. The core question is whether the distribution is backed by durable cash flow from blue-chip holdings or masks instability.
This is an actively managed portfolio of roughly 40 large-cap dividend payers, with the top 10 accounting for roughly 49% of **** ets. Sector weights lean toward financials at 24%, technology at 15%, and industrials at 13%. The manager collects ordinary dividends, then writes covered calls on selected positions when volatility makes premiums attractive, layering options income on top. The most talked about and market moving research calls around Wall Street are now in one place. Here are today's research calls that investors need to know, as compiled by The Fly.

Top 5 Upgrades:
Truist upgraded CoreWeave (CRWV) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $126, down from $131. As more enterprises move toward open models and sovereign AI, the firm believes demand for compute will only increase, benefiting CoreWeave, though shares trade at a significant discount to neoclouds despite the company's "leadership position."
Stifel upgraded DigitalOcean (DOCN) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $160, up from $135. The firm cites valuation for the upgrade with the shares down 30% from recent highs.
Wells Fargo upgraded Idacorp (IDA) to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of $154, up from $121. Wells' higher estimates indicate the shares are cheaper than it screens.
Wells Fargo upgraded NorthWestern Energy (NWE) to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of $62, up from $54. The pending merger with Black Hills (BKH) has cleared every hurdle except Montana, the firm tells investors in a research note.

Converting $600,000 in $75,000 annual Roth IRA slices locks in sub-22% tax rates before RMDs stack with Social Security at 73.
Spreading conversions below the $218,000 IRMAA threshold avoids Medicare surcharges reaching $6,900 per person, since any overage triggers the full cliff penalty.
Delaying Social Security to 70 adds 8% yearly to the benefit while keeping taxable income low, maximizing Roth conversion headroom during the window.

A 63-year-old couple with $1.5 million in a traditional 401(k) and no earned income has just entered the most valuable tax planning window of their lives. From now until age 73, when required minimum distributions begin, they get to decide exactly how much taxable income to show each year. Most people fill that window with a few small IRA withdrawals and a delayed Social Security claim. That decision costs tens of thousands of dollars in avoidable taxes.

Stocks ended the week a long way from a bear market. But the "bear" word has started to crop up more in discussions among market ***** ysts. The Nasdaq ended below recent lows and leaning toward its next-nearest tests, the lows from June 26 and June 9. The S&P 500 finished ever-so-slightly below its 50-day moving average, equal to its last slip below the line from June 26.
On the downside, Sandisk (SNDK), Astera Labs (ALAB) and Marvell Technology (MRVL) booked the week's biggest losses on the Nasdaq 100, with an average drop of 25.3%. Paypal Holdings (PYPL), Cintas (CTAS) and Palo Alto Networks (PANW) held the upside, showing a 15.3% average gain. Results were similar on the S&P 500, but adding IBM (IBM) on the downside and Valero (VLO) among the week's winners.
The market is not providing a whole lot in the way of clues as to what comes next. Both the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 continue to trade below their early June highs. And rather than test those highs, wanting to break resistance and move higher, the indexes are instead testing lows and breaking technical support. Sellers are quietly overpowering buyers.
"Look, we are a trend-following methodology," says IBD Market Research Director Justin Nielsen. "And it's pretty easy when you're in a downtrend: we just kinda stay out. It's pretty easy when you're in an uptrend — that's where we like to push it, where we like to make money. This sideways action, this is where it's really tough."
That, for the time being, prescribes a course of caution: build watchlists, don't buy; rotate to cash where feasible and manage your capital with the understanding that it is unclear, for now, just where the stock market may be headed next.

Boeing (NYSE: BA) delivered 64 commercial airplanes in June, bringing its second-quarter total to 171 jets and its first-half total to 314 -- the company's best first half since 2018. For a plane maker still working its way back to consistent profitability, that delivery pace is the single most important input into the second-quarter results Boeing will report on Tuesday, July 28.
Deliveries matter this much because of how Boeing gets paid. The company collects the bulk of an airplane's purchase price when it hands the jet to the customer, so every additional delivery brings in more cash.
Missed Nvidia in 2009? This Rare Signal Is Flashing Again. In 2009, a "Double Down" signal flashed for a little-known chipmaker called Nvidia. For the first time in years, that same "Total Conviction" signal is flashing for a company 1/100th the size of Nvidia. Continue »
The second quarter's 171 commercial deliveries included 129 737s and 25 787s. And output has been climbing for more than a year. Boeing delivered 130 airplanes in the first quarter of 2025, 143 in this year's first quarter, and now 171 in the second quarter.
Boeing's first-quarter report showed why the ramp matters. Revenue rose 14% year over year to $22.2 billion.

NEW YORK, July 17 (Reuters) - A New York state judge dismissed a lawsuit by a former JPMorgan Chase banker who ‌in graphic terms said his former supervisor coerced him into ‌sex and demanded his submissiveness, though the lawsuit is expected to be refiled in federal court.

Mortgage recasting permanently lowers your monthly payment by applying a lump sum to principal while keeping your original rate and skipping closing costs.
FHA, VA, and USDA loans cannot be recast. Only conventional Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and most jumbo portfolio loans qualify for re-amortization.
A recast lowers your payment but not your loan term, and the lump sum immediately becomes illiquid equity, so you should only use funds you won't need.
Many financial professionals are salespeople paid on what they push, not whether you end up wealthier. A fiduciary is the opposite. The SEC legally requires them to put your interests first. If you have a conventional mortgage, your lender is probably sitting on a ***** on that can shrink your monthly payment permanently. It is called a mortgage recast (or re-amortization), and it lets you lower your mortgage payment without refinancing, without closing costs, and without a credit check. Most banks will do it for a flat fee, often a few hundred dollars, and they almost never advertise it.

Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:RXRX) is one of the Best Penny Stocks to Invest In According to Billionaires. Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:RXRX) is a biotechnology company that is building an AI-native discovery platform to industrialize drug discovery. Although still in the clinical stage, the company generates much of its revenue from key partnerships and collaborations with companies such as Takeda Pharmaceutical Co, Roche, Genentech, and more.
The stock gained roughly 19% over the past month. The gains were driven by Cathie Wood's ARK Investment buying 260,000 shares of Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:RXRX) on June 24.
In addition, the company also highlighted clinical progress in its fiscal Q1 2026 earnings, released on May 6. The company noted that REC-1245, which is an RBM39-targeting cancer drug, showed good early safety and predictable dosing in its first 16 patients. Moreover, the REC-4881, which is aimed at the genetic disease FAP, also posted strong Phase 2 results and prompted FDA talks towards approval; updates for this candidate are expected in late 2026.
Financially, the company reported $6.5 million in revenue for the quarter, which was down from $14.7 million a year ago, due to a phase of the Roche partnership that was completed last year, so there's less revenue to recognize now. Notably, Recursion was able to reduce its net loss to $117.5 million. This is roughly half of last year's $202.5 million.
The Street remains bullish on the stock, with ****** ysts expecting more than 76% upside from the current level.

Micron (MU) stock has surged nearly 8x over the past year, pushing its market capitalization above $1 trillion. The rally has been fueled by high-bandwidth memory (HBM), which sits alongside the AI accelerators from Nvidia (NVDA) and AMD (AMD) that are at the heart of the AI infrastructure build-out.
Historically, memory has been one of the semiconductor industry's most cyclical businesses, with DRAM moving through boom-and-bust cycles every three to four years. Take a detailed look at how past memory cycles have played out for Micron
This time, however, several aspects of the market look different. AI customers are signing multi-year supply agreements, a handful of hyperscalers account for an outsized share of demand, and HBM is tightly integrated with AI accelerators rather than sold as a standalone commodity.
The obvious question is whether these structural shifts are enough to rewrite the industry's familiar playbook. That is what investors need to figure out.

NEW DELHI, July 3 (Reuters) - India's coal-fired power generation surged to a near-three-year high in June because of increased cooling demand ‌from higher temperatures from an extended heatwave and below-average monsoon rainfall, government ‌data showed.
India's total electricity generation in June rose 10.4% from a year ago to 178.31 billion kilowatt‑hours, according to Reuters calculations of daily data from federal grid regulator Grid-India.
Coal-fired power generation rose about 14% year-on-year to 120.20 billion kWh in June, the highest since November 2023, the data showed.

There were only 1,000 more truck transportation workers being counted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics in June compared to the number the agency counted in April.
In four of the last five months, the number of truck transportation jobs reported by the BLS fell, including a 1,300 decline for June, reported Thursday morning by the agency.
But in April, truck transportation jobs rose by 5,100. Combine that with changes earlier in the year and the end result is that the June figure of 1,466,600 jobs was just 1,000 higher than what was reported in January.
It also means that the number of workers in the truck transportation sector has not been able to recover from a brutal 2025, when the figure opened the year at 1,493,100 jobs and closed it at 1,467,200 jobs, slightly higher than where they stand today.
David Spencer, vice president of market intelligence at Arrive Logistics, said the slow growth in truck transportation employment has been several years in the marking.

The rating update came ahead of the company's investor day on Wednesday, June 24, with the firm stating that it is rolling forward in its valuation to calendar year 2028 estimates. However, it maintained an Underperform rating on the shares as it believes the company is re-entering a fast-growing but hyper-competitive AI market that is full of large incumbents as the company works to diversify away from handsets toward a broader AI compute platform spanning edge, auto/IoT, and data center.
In another development, Bloomberg reported on June 22 that according to people familiar with the matter, QUALCOMM, Inc. The investor note pointed out that hyperscalers are migrating to 800-volt direct-current power architectures to support denser server racks. This could make SSTs a core component of the power system and replace or displace traditional transformers.
Unlike legacy hardware, SSTs resemble inverters in functionality – leveraging active power conversion and control – which plays directly to ENPH's technical strengths.

The U.S. dollar is cracking—and the market knows it. After years of monetary excess, swelling deficits, and policy uncertainty, the world's reserve currency is losing its grip as a store of value. Capital is fleeing paper promises and piling into hard ***** ets at a pace not seen in decades.
Nowhere is this more visible than in precious metals: Gold has surged to above $4,100 per ounce, silver has ripped past $70, and palladium—once written off—has clawed its way back to $1,350. Add an unstable geopolitical backdrop stretching from war in the Middle East to Venezuela and the ongoing Ukraine War, and it's no surprise that traditional safe havens are looking increasingly crowded—and increasingly fragile.
But here's the twist: even as precious metals soar, the smartest money in the room is already looking past them.
Gold doesn't generate cash flow. Silver doesn't power economies. And when trades get crowded, volatility cuts both ways. The dollar debasement trade and overbought precious metals have pushed some institutional investors into something with steady, growing cash flows: generating power for the Data Centre boom.
This is something that Canadian billionaire investor Kevin O'Leary understands like no other.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is admitting to missteps in a newly leaked memo, following the company's significant workforce changes over the past year as it pours billions of dollars into developing artificial intelligence infrastructure.
These changes include Meta's decision last year to axe roughly 3,600 jobs after Zuckerberg warned employees in a memo that he had decided to "raise the bar on performance."
Meta continued to cut jobs this year as it doubled down on its artificial intelligence investments. In January, the company laid off about 1,000 employees in its Reality Labs division after the department incurred $73 billion in losses since 2021.
By March, it had pink-slipped several hundred employees across multiple departments, including sales, recruiting, global operations, Facebook, and again, Reality Labs. The following month, it even began tracking employees' computer activity to help build its AI agents, according to a Reuters report.
Most recently, in May, Meta laid off 8,000 employees, which is 10% of its workforce, and pulled the plug on 6,000 open job positions to offset its massive AI investments. Additionally, over 7,000 employees were internally reassigned to roles that focus on AI initiatives.

MicroStrategy bought 1,587 Bitcoin (BTC) for $100 million between June 8 and June 14, paying an average of $63,024 per coin. To fund it, the company sold $209 million of common stock, more than twice what it spent.
The gap shows where the rest of the money went. MicroStrategy steered the surplus into a cash reserve set aside for dividends and debt, rather than into more Bitcoin.
MicroStrategy raised the full $209 million by selling 1,732,553 MSTR shares through its at-the-market program. It tapped none of its preferred stock lines during the period.
That marks a shift. The company has leaned on high-yield preferred issues such as STRC to fund buys for much of the past year. It still holds wide capacity, including a $21 billion common-stock program cleared in March.
Relying on common stock dilutes existing holders. The choice also signals which funding door stayed open while the share price sat under pressure.

Say it with me: Social Security isn’t running out of money. The retirement trust fund is running out of money. The distinction matters, because the mistaken belief that Social Security is going broke is prompting people to claim early, locking in lower benefits for life. For those born in 1960 and after, claiming at age 62 results in a permanent 30% haircut, compared to what you’d get at your full retirement age of 67.

Terra Firma Equity has formed Averro Group, a controlled packaging entity focused on replacing selected conventional plastic products in high-use commercial settings.
The new entity has been established with Soluvia Australia.
Terra Firma said the venture combines its customer access, commercial links, logistics reach and supply chain planning with Soluvia’s capabilities in water-soluble, biodegradable and certification-based packaging.
The company is targeting markets where packaging is bought repeatedly by commercial and institutional users, rather than seeking to address the whole packaging sector.
Averro is being positioned as a packaging platform for established supply chains, not as a consumer-facing brand or a single-product operation.
