Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is enjoying the bye week with his wife, Taylor Swift.
After the Chiefs defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 30-27 in Week 4, he flew to Manhattan to meet up with Swift. The couple celebrated his birthday with dinner at Torrisi, which Kelce called "one of his favorite spots" on this week's "New Heights" podcast episode.
"It was a fun day. Got some food out here in New York," the 37-year-old said. "Got to hang with Tay," while noting they skipped birthday cake but ordered multiple desserts.

NEW YORK (AP) — Michael Douglas, the award-winning actor and producer, recently turned 82. He is a cancer survivor, a recovered addict, a married man, the father and son of actors. He is also an author, who begins his memoir with a message of thanks to his family — past and present and future — for the "sense of immortality."

"Many times my father was asked, 'Kirk, are you jealous of your son?'" he said during a recent interview at a Manhattan hotel, referring to his late father, fellow actor and sometime combatant Kirk Douglas. "And he said, 'Jealous?' This is a sense of immortality, a continuity of generations.'"
Family is how Douglas anchors his legacy and his place in a world he fears is breaking down. A pair of New York City newlyweds were in the middle of their wedding portraits when their photo shoot suddenly picked up an unexpected guest, Mariska Hargitay, still dressed as Capt. Olivia Benson.
The Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star was filming nearby on October 1 when she spotted the unidentified bride and groom outside the New York County Supreme Court in Manhattan. Hargitay stepped away from the set and ran toward the couple before joining them for several photographs.

The energy outside Cipriani, in Lower Manhattan, across from the Charging Bull statue on Broadway, seemed conspicuously suspended in a different time. It was as if crossing the threshold into the Financial District sent me back a decade, to the genesis of this current generation's cultural aesthetic—to the lines at VFiles, the SoHo clothing store whose Howard St. storefront once served as epicenter of the nascent fusion of the worlds of streetwear, hip-hop, and high fashion. All of this was because Kai Cenat, the popular Twitch streamer and content creator, was making his runway debut. The fashion show for his brand Vivet's first collection drew a crowd of the current generation's innovators, giving a reminiscent feeling to the last time a popular figure came crashing through the gates of mainstream fashion.
In attendance that night were popular streamers like Jasontheween, Rakai, and Duke Dennis, alongside more traditional celebrity names: Jaden Smith, Luka Sabbat, Lauryn Hill (!). Popular fashion podcasters and journalists from the New York Times filtered through the crowd as well. It reminded me of the pre-pandemic days of fashion week pop-ups in the shadow of Ye's YZY Szn launches, when the crowds outside seemed as consequential as whoever had a seat inside. Social media had given a generation of streetwear obsessives and aspiring artists a way to build their own audiences, and fashion was beginning to accommodate them. At Cipriani, the streamers had brought another audience into the room.

On Sept. 10, the first day of New York Fashion Week, Romeo Beckham walked in Tommy Hilfiger's Spring/Summer 2027 presentation held in the lobby of The Plaza Hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
The 24-year-old model was the last to walk the runway, claiming the most coveted slot at most fashion shows.
The closing spot is typically reserved for the collection's most important or defining outfit, often modeled by the biggest name on the runway. Still, despite his high profile, some did not believe Romeo deserved the honor.

Alex Eala, the young newcomer who dominated at the US Open until her defeat by best friend and fellow young star Iva Jovic, also joined along with emerging talent Ravyn Lenae and established celebrities like Padma Lakshmi and director Janicza Bravo.
Hill, in oversized sunglasses and an olive-green cinched top and tiered skirt with a silk scarf draped delicately over her head, garnered camera flashes from every angle. Perched atop her lap (and on the arms of everyone in the front row) was Burch's newly released Bunny Knot bag, with Hill's in a ****** er yellow color with the dark knot detailing looking like polka dots.

N.O.R.E., the rapper and host of the popular podcast Drink Champs, has responded to a ****** ual ****** ault lawsuit brought against him by Carmen Bryan, describing her claims as "invented interactions" that are "entirely false."
The denial comes two days after Bryan filed a 20-page civil complaint against N.O.R.E., real name Victor Santiago, alleging the rapper was intoxicated when he forced himself on her in the middle of a packed Manhattan nightclub in 1999. According to the lawsuit, Santiago "physically overpowered" Bryan and "committed an act of non-consensual digital penetration," all while ignoring her pleas for him to stop. Chanel shoppers are known to be a discerning bunch, but artist Tom Sachs has created an unauthorized replica of the luxury house's sought-after Paris boutique in lower Manhattan.

Located in Sachs' studio at 245 Centre Street, the phony Chanel store has a sign with 31 Rue Cambon on its front door, and a black Chanel-esque ensemble in one street-front window and a red one in the other. During a pass-by Monday night, the studio's security grates were down and a sign on the front door read, "NOTICE BY ENTERING YOU ARE TO BE RECORDED."

Media requests to Sachs were unreturned.

Although Sachs' outpost has a sign with what looks like a handwritten version of Chanel's proprietary interlocked "CC" monogram, the designer label has not been involved in the project in any way. A Chanel spokesperson said Thursday, "Chanel is not involved in this project, and we did not participate in its conception or development. This is not part of the cultural [programs] that Chanel supports around the world and has no affiliation with Chanel."

Scheduled to open Friday and to run through Oct. 10, Sachs' store will have highly limited access — with hours set for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. The artist's body of work includes jabs at consumerism, materialism, logomania and high-low dressing. His Centre Street studio's new faux Chanel outpost is prismatic in a few ways, including the fact that his ****** e is a short walk to Canal Street where counterfeit goods are sold in abundance.

Sachs' faux boutique coincides with the $20 billion Chanel's accelerating growth and shoppers' fervor for fashion artistic director Matthieu Blazy's designs. Chanel hauls have gone viral, thanks to influencers like Elle Ferguson, who posted in March about traveling 30 hours to get the other Chanel bag of the season — the maxi flap bag in shearling. Commenting on the campaign looks, the 75-year-old fashion designer said, "When he's wearing his camel coat and his hoodie, that's classic and modern. He's wearing the varsity jacket, which is classic and modern. He's wearing variations on all of our preppy classics. He makes them look great."
Speaking further about the collection, Hilfiger said, "It's a remix of the preppy classics we've been doing for four decades. What I wanted to do was evolve it, make it current for today, make it fun, colorful and full of surprises. We're bringing back our original crest embroidery. The flag is, of course, our corporate logo, but the crest is really a new addition."

In a tour with Architectural Digest, the Caught Stealing actor, 58, unveiled his reimagined NoHo loft, which started out as a bachelor pad that he purchased using the money from his role in Nora Ephron's Mixed Nuts (1994). The ******* e was first a one-bedroom apartment which he purchased back in 1998.

If there's one thing you learn after a few seasons of New York Fashion Week, it's that the shows are only half the fun. Sure, everyone spends the day running from runway to runway, but once the sun goes down, the fashion crowd has an entirely different schedule to keep. There are dinners, ****** tail parties, store openings, after-parties—and, inevitably, some nights that go much later than planned.
The spring/summer 2027 season is officially underway, and so is the party circuit. Things kicked off on September 8, when Siegelman Stable hosted a dinner at Pendry Manhattan West, where Carmelo Anthony, US Open semifinalist Frances Tiafoe, and New York Knicks guard Tyler Kolek, fresh off the team's championship season, all made appearances.
But the following night really got things going. On September 9, Bulgari brought Dua Lipa, Lisa, and Anne Hathaway to the High Line for a special Serpenti Infinito unveiling before the festivities moved to Boom. Lipa arrived at the after-party with her new husband, Callum Turner, and later hit the dance floor with Heated Rivalry star Hudson Williams. Elsewhere in the city, Ugg and Willy Chavarria toasted the global launch of their collaboration at Ray's, while Coach followed its 85th-anniversary runway show with a club-style after-party of its own. Not bad for the first two nights—and the fashion week social calendar is only getting busier from here.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are back to dinner dates in New York, and their latest restaurant fits one of Kelce's newer food interests.
The newlyweds dined at Ambassadors Clubhouse in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood on September 6. Photos obtained by Page Six showed Kelce holding Swift close as they walked from their SUV toward the restaurant.
Swift wore a metallic brown and gold Stella McCartney halter dress, while Kelce paired a striped silk shirt with brown trousers. A source told PEOPLE that they were joined by two men and ate in the restaurant's lower ground main dining area.
Kelce has spent the past two years becoming more adventurous with Indian food. He previously credited Swift with helping him open up to the cuisine, then raved about a London dinner at Gymkhana earlier this year.

The couple, who got married this year in July after dating for almost three years, attracted a lot of attention as around 1,000 high-profile guests attended their Madison Square Garden wedding.
Now two months into their marriage, the couple is again in the headlines as they headed out in New York City for dinner at Ambassadors Clubhouse, an Indian restaurant in the NoMad neighbourhood of Manhattan.
