N.O.R.E., the rapper and host of the popular podcast Drink Champs, has responded to a ****** ual ****** ault lawsuit brought against him by Carmen Bryan, describing her claims as "invented interactions" that are "entirely false."
The denial comes two days after Bryan filed a 20-page civil complaint against N.O.R.E., real name Victor Santiago, alleging the rapper was intoxicated when he forced himself on her in the middle of a packed Manhattan nightclub in 1999. According to the lawsuit, Santiago "physically overpowered" Bryan and "committed an act of non-consensual digital penetration," all while ignoring her pleas for him to stop. The alleged ****** ault only ended when other clubgoers reportedly pulled Santiago off Bryan.

Gael Cameron is trying to find the positives in life after an arrest warrant was issued for her Below Deck Mediterranean castmate and ex-partner, Nathan Gallagher.
"I've been sitting here trying to find the perfect quote to encapsulate this photo, but I realized there isn't one. Just the water and him. Two things that can get me through absolutely anything in this life," Cameron captioned a Sunday, September 6, Instagram carousel that showed her in the surf with 14-month-old Kayden, whom she shares with Gallagher. "In this moment I feel happy again."
Gallagher and Cameron met in 2024 when filming season 9 of the Bravo reality show. He was arrested and charged with ****** aulting her on Boxing Day 2025. Us Weekly confirmed last month that Gallagher was arrested and charged with "assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally chok[ing] a person without consent and common ****** ault," according to a police memo.
The police report further stated that neither party sustained injuries and Gallagher was eventually granted conditional bail. Gallagher was convicted of three domestic violence offenses on Tuesday, September 1, after failing to appear in a Sydney, Australia, courtroom.
A day earlier, Cameron thanked her fans for supporting her and her son through a "tough season."

The reality star was first arrested in December following an alleged domestic violence incident at a Sydney apartment complex, New South Wales police confirmed to USA TODAY. He was later released on bail and charged with ****** ault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally chok[ing a] person without consent and common ****** ault.
Burwood judge Janine Lacy attributed her decision to issue the warrant and convict Gallagher to "the serious nature of the offenses," as well as records revealing that Gallagher had left the country and is "currently overseas," per the Sydney Morning Herald.
USA TODAY reached out to representatives for "Below Deck Mediterranean" for comment.

The Oscar-winning actor and Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman has been accused of **** ual **** ault, threatening **** ual **** ault, having **** with a minor and making **** ually explicit phone calls in the new BBC documentary Jared Leto: Hollywood's Dark Secret.
In the documentary, which airs in the U.K. on Wednesday, one woman alleged that she was **** ually **** aulted by the 54-year-old in 2002, when she was 17 and he was in his 30s.
The woman, going by the pseudonym Isabel, claimed that Leto called her into the bathroom of a "gross motel" while he was showering, "opened the shower curtain and started kissing" her before allegedly grabbing her hand and using it to **** himself.
Another woman claimed she was left alone with the Suicide Squad star in a hotel room when she was 19 and he threatened her with **** ual **** ault.
A third alleged that she had **** with Leto at his home in California when she was 17 and he was 34, and he "shrugged off" a conversation about the state's age of consent being 18. She visited his house two or three more times.

Reports based on recent flight records say Taylor Swift's private jet may have produced more carbon in about three months than the entire 2024 legs of the Eras Tour did.
Figures reported by International Business Times UK from aviation tracking service JetSpy say Swift's Dassault Falcon 7X returned to service in early March and has since flown 81 times, spending 169 hours airborne.
The aircraft reportedly burned about 60,560 gallons of fuel and generated roughly 639 tons of carbon pollution. That likely exceeds the roughly 557 tons **** ociated with the entire 2024 stretch of the Eras Tour, as calculated by the IB Times.
The plane's activity rose sharply over the spring, going from four flights in March to 19 in April. It also had an average of one flight per day in May. Some of those flights reportedly allowed Swift to appear in Los Angeles and New York within a day of each other.
Critics say the issue goes well beyond one celebrity because private aviation is among the dirtiest forms of travel.

June 22 (Reuters) - Uber Technologies' board was sued on Monday by shareholders who accused management and directors of letting the ride-sharing company cut ‌corners on compliance, leading to thousands of lawsuits from victims of ***** ual ‌assault and harassment.
In a complaint filed in San Francisco federal court, shareholders led by a Detroit pension fund said board members ignored repeated internal and external warnings about Uber's alleged failure to address ***** ual abuse by drivers.
Shareholders said oversight failures were also a factor in two lawsuits last year by the federal government.
One accused Uber of routinely refusing to serve disabled passengers, including people ‌with service animals or stowable wheelchairs. The other alleged deceptive billing and cancellation practices in the Uber One subscription service.

Protests over poor living conditions for detainees at Delaney Hall immigration detention center erupted over the weekend, leading to the arrest of over 80 people, the ****** ociated Press reported on Saturday. Some of the protesters arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are accused of ****** aulting law enforcement officers, obstruction, and threats. But questions remain about whether the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) enforcement policies violate the First Amendment and chill speech on the ongoing public debate over immigration policies.
The crackdown on protesters is not surprising given Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin's statements during congressional hearings last week, in which he took a hard line against violent protesters. During a House Committee on Homeland Security hearing on June 3, Mullin testified that he is "OK with protest," so long as it is done "in a peaceful way, in a legal area." However, Mullin ****** erted, he has "zero tolerance" for individuals who "verbally ****** ault our officers," "go after our vehicles," or "assault our property." "You ****** ault one of our officers, we will find you. We will arrest you," he continued.
While Mullin is right that the destruction of government property and ****** aulting, resisting, or impeding law enforcement officers are both federal crimes, there is no such thing as "verbally ****** aulting" an officer under the law, Aaron Terr, the director of public advocacy at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), tells Reason.
Under the First Amendment, individuals are free "to criticize, mock, or disparage law enforcement officers" who "have no greater right than anyone else to be shielded from offense or criticism," Terr explains. "In fact, the Supreme Court has recognized that properly trained officers are expected to show even more restraint than the average citizen when confronted with provocative or challenging speech."
"The First Amendment's broad protections are essential to preserving the public's ability to criticize and hold accountable those entrusted with enforcing the law," Terr says, which is why speech is generally protected "unless the speech falls into one of the narrow categories of unprotected expression."
