Reality TV superstar and fashion mogul Kylie Jenner has finally found a buyer for her longtime California mansion, offloading the home for $15.3 million.
Kylie, 29, who is currently in a very high-profile relationship with Timothee Chalamet, purchased the sprawling 13,200-square-foot Hidden Hills dwelling for $12.05 million in late 2016, when she was just 19. It initially served as the on-screen star's primary residence for many years.
However, Kylie—who is the youngest sister of Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner—was ready for a change, having also listed her enormous concrete abode in the Holmby Hills for the even higher price of $48 million in December.
After listing the home for $20.25 million—nearly 10 years after she scooped up the enormous abode for almost half that price—Jenner sold the dwelling for $15.3 million, Realtor.com® can exclusively reveal.
Jenner carried out extensive renovations to her Hidden Hills starter home, which is now "designed for both everyday living and grand-scale entertaining," according to the listing, which was held by fellow reality TV star Josh Altman, of Douglas Elliman.

Comedian and writer Dominic Holland has now revealed how the couple turned their canceled getaway into a vacation for him and his wife.
His father narrated, as per Daily Mail, "So, you know that Tom had a few films out recently, he had The Odyssey out, then he had Spider-Man. And he's been tired; he's been working unbelievably hard. He and Zendaya have probably done twice around the globe to promote these films.
He continued, "They were tired. They'd probably done maybe 20, 10-hour flights." About three days after the London premiere, Tom told him they had a holiday planned in ***** an. Dominic said he told Tom, "That'll be nice, Tom. You'll enjoy it." But Tom admitted he was too tired to go. He told his father, "Dad, it's too far, and I'm too tired." Tom then came up with another plan and told Dominic he would send him and his mum, Nicola, instead.
Dominic joked that being Tom's father came with plenty of perks, including first-class travel and luxury hotels. However, he said the hotel and restaurant staff expected to see the Hollywood star, only to find Dominic instead. He said that even the famously polite ***** anese staff seemed disappointed when he arrived. Dominic added, 'The ***** anese are very polite and servile people, but even they went, "Hmm."' He then poked fun at his own career, saying, 'Typical of me — here's the thing… I've written 10 books and got exactly zero with me tonight, which sums up my career.'"

To celebrate the August 25 return of the PSL, Starbucks dropped a promo commercial starring the widely beloved actor alongside another icon, Martha Stewart.
"It smells like my house in the fall," Martha gushes as she clutches her PSL, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. "It's perfect." That's when Belmont appears on the screen with his own iced version. He shoots Martha a flirty glance and declares, "You would get it hot."
Her response? So Martha: "Should I know him?"

Just weeks after being crowned Miss North Carolina USA, Brittany Boltinhouse has been stripped of the ******* le, organizers announced on Aug. 5.
A Blaize Productions, which holds the state license for the Miss North Carolina USA pageant, said in a social media statement that the decision "followed a thorough review of recently surfaced information."
"This decision was not made lightly," the statement added.
Thom Brodeur, CEO of Miss USA, also confirmed Boltinhouse's exit in a statement.

Viola Davis is pouring $1.2 million into the Rhode Island community that helped raise her. The EGOT winner and her husband, actor Julius Tennon, made the donation through their Davis-Tennon Foundation to build a new community hub in Central Falls—the same city where Davis once faced crushing poverty, hunger, and unstable housing.
According to The Boston Globe, the Mary Alice Davis Family Engagement Center, named for Davis' mother, will put a wide range of services under one roof. The facility will include an expanded food pantry, a parent resource center, workforce development and financial literacy programs, educational workshops, meeting **** e for nonprofits, and the foundation's permanent headquarters. Its current food pantry already serves roughly 3,000 people every month.
"For me, this has always been about possibility," Davis said in a statement. "Every person deserves to be seen. Every family deserves opportunity. Every child deserves to grow up believing their future is larger than their circumstances."
