Kylie, 29, who is currently in a very high-profile relationship with Timothee Chalamet, purchased the sprawling 13,200-square-foot Hidden Hills dwelling for $12.05 million in late 2016, when she was just 19. It initially served as the on-screen star's primary residence for many years.
However, Kylie—who is the youngest sister of Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner—was ready for a change, having also listed her enormous concrete abode in the Holmby Hills for the even higher price of $48 million in December.

Howard Stern's wife, Beth Stern, is looking on the bright side as the radio host prepares for a major change to his longtime show.
Beth, 54, opened up about her husband's new schedule and HBO Max deal while attending the Alice + Olivia show during New York Fashion Week, according to a Daily Mail report published Thursday, September 10. Howard, 72, is cutting back to one new live Sirius XM show per week, while a video version of his program will stream on HBO Max each Thursday.
"It's actually great for me, because he's now going to start only working one day a week — so I get more Howard at home and he's still connected to the world, so it's a win-win for all of us," Beth said, per the report.
