The case dates back to 2018 when Judge Shelley Joseph was accused of colluding with the immigrant's attorney and a court officer to allow him to escape out a back door of the courthouse after a hearing on charges that included drug possession.

"Good start today," Heupel said after defeating the Paladins. "There's a bunch that we are going to need to clean up here in all three phases of the game, but overall pleased with the performance. Defensively, we played extremely well. We don't turn it over, it's probably a shutout. Those guys have grown, worked and competed extremely hard to go play and start the season that way. Proud of the effort there from our staff and our players.
"Offensively, the penalties early in the football game slowed a couple of drives down. After that, I thought we executed at a high level. Quarterbacks played smart and efficient today. All of them did, so good start. A lot to learn from and move on to a big one next week."

NEW YORK (AP) — Jonah Tong will return to the big leagues on Monday and the New York Mets intend to keep the right-hander in their rotation for the final weeks of the season.
Tong will start in Miami against the Marlins, and the 23-year-old could be in line to pitch in next weekend's Subway Series at Yankee Stadium as part of a young rotation that includes Nolan McLean, Christian Scott and Zac Thornton.
"I just can't wait for that," Tong said Sunday before the Mets concluded a three-game series with the San Francisco Giants.
Tong is rejoining the Mets as the club's No. 5 prospect, according to MLB Pipeline, after going 5-6 with a 4.54 ERA in 23 starts for Triple-A Syracuse and allowing two runs in his past 21 1/3 innings. Charlie Woods put himself in the mix after the first round of the Junior Players Championship on Friday.
Woods, a senior at the Benjamin School and son of legendary golfer Tiger Woods, shot 71 (1-under) and entered the clubhouse in tied for eighth place on Sept. 4 at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Woods was three shots back of leader Esteban Llorente from Colombia at the time he concluded his opening tournament round.
He pulled off a bit of magic on TPC Sawgrass' famous hole No. 17, the "Island Green."
Facing a 134-yard tee shot with no wind and a back-right hole placement, Woods pulled his wedge a bit and for a few seconds, thought he had found the water. Fans standing on a bank behind the hole gave a baseball umpire's "safe" signal, indicating the ball was dry.

BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia on Thursday cleared the air over chief selector Ajit Agarkar's absence from the board's review meeting, while dismissing speculation about changes to the senior men's selection committee.
Agarkar was not present at the meeting, which focused on India's recent performances and the team's preparations for a packed international calendar leading up to the 2027 ODI World Cup.
Saikia explained that Agarkar was out of station when the meeting was called at short notice and was unable to join virtually because he was in an area with poor connectivity.
"Today he (Agarkar) was out of station, so he could not be a part of the meeting. Because this meeting was called at very short notice and our head of the selection committee, Ajit Agarkar, was not in town, he could not join it, and he was in such an area that he could not join online also, despite our best efforts," Saikia told to reporters after the meeting.
Saikia also rejected reports suggesting that Agarkar's tenure could be coming to an end or that the BCCI was considering changes to the senior men's selection committee.
"There was no such discussion on this in today's meeting. I do not comment on new rumours. We did not have any such discussions, nor did we have such intentions," he said.
The BCCI secretary also ruled out any discussion about appointing a director of cricket for the men's team. According to Saikia, the meeting was primarily focused on reviewing India's performances on recent tours and mapping out preparations for the next phase of the international calendar.
"There was no discussion on the selection committee. Our whole focus was on performances in England and Ireland, as well as the recent Test series in Sri Lanka and what we are going to do in the upcoming series before the ODI World Cup, which is our ultimate goal," he said.
The meeting, Saikia clarified, was not about deciding individual player selections or fixing format-wise combinations.
"We have not discussed all these things regarding the team selection, team combination, who will be playing in what format. For that, selectors will take a call. Today, the selectors were not part of the discussion. So when the selectors meet to select the team for the West Indies series, as well as thereafter for the New Zealand series, they will consider whatever parameters are to be considered by them," concluded Saikia.
India face a packed schedule over the next several months, with the team set to play Afghanistan in a three-match T20I series before the Asian Games in ****** an later this month. The West Indies will then tour India for three ODIs and five T20Is, followed by a demanding multi-format tour of New Zealand featuring two Tests, five ODIs and five T20Is.
India will subsequently host Sri Lanka for three ODIs and three T20Is before facing Zimbabwe in a three-match ODI series in January 2027. The marquee ****** ignment will be the five-Test Border-Gavaskar Trophy again

The Athletic has determined that former NFL reporter Dianna Russini violated newsroom standards with her relationship with Mike Vrabel, the head coach of the New England Patriots.
On Thursday, The New York Times-owned Athletic released the findings of the newspaper's internal investigation into 51-year-old Vrabel and 43-year-old Russini's relationship.
Conducted by Mike Semel, an editorial director for standards and quality at The Athletic, the report comes after Russini resigned from her role in April following outrage over pictures that emerged of her and Vrabel — who are both married to other people — hugging and holding hands.
Although the review concluded that Russini violated her workplace's conflict-of-interest rules by not disclosing her relationship with the coach, Semel did not find any inaccuracies in her reporting about Vrabel or his teams. He reviewed 903 articles, 204 podcast episodes, and 77 videos, and conducted 14 interviews with staffers at the paper before coming to a conclusion.
"Russini's relationship with Vrabel was in clear violation of The Athletic's standards," the report said. "Regardless of whether the relationship was romantic, it was a breach and should have been disclosed."
