Lumson has purchased Lombardi Design and Manufacturing in the US, along with full ownership of Lombardi Design & MFG in Asia.
Financial terms of the deals remain undisclosed.
The deals form part of Lumson's wider international expansion plan and are intended to add to its industrial and technological capacity while extending its reach in primary packaging for the beauty and personal care sector.
With the two transactions, Lumson has a direct presence in Europe, North America and Asia.
The broader footprint will support work with international clients, help build industrial and commercial ties across markets, and open access to regions.

Coming into Monday night, the Yankees were one win away from officially clinching a playoff berth. While that's obviously not the end goal of their season, getting into the postseason is the first step. They're now there.
Officially, the clinching came prior to the Yankees' game ending, as the Blue Jays losing to the Tigers was also enough to get the job done. However on the field, the Yankees got the job done too, eventually.
On the mound, Will Warren was pretty good but deserved better. He ended up going 5.2 innings, allowing two runs — both of which ended up unearned — on five hits and two walks. Thanks to some iffy defense and the offense struggling, he left the game in line for the loss, before the offense responded just in time. Thanks to a six-run eighth inning that included Aaron Judge's first home run since returning from the injured list, the Yankees flipped the game back in their favor. They didn't need the win to pop the champagne, but it still feels better to get in with it, as they downed the Twins 8-3.
After both teams failed to capitalize on some early runners, the Yankees broke the deadlock in the third. With two outs, José Caballero just cleared the left wall at Target Field for a solo home run, putting the Yankees up early.
On the mound, Warren was mostly very solid. He ended up giving up the lead in the sixth, albeit with some defensive miscues that weren't entirely on him. After Warren got the first out of the inning, Ryan McMahon let a Kody Clemens grounder through his legs for an error. Warren then got the second out, brining Josh Bell to the plate. Bell hit a liner to a leaping George Lombard Jr., who got a glove on the ball, but couldn't complete the catch. The ball got past him into center field, moving Clemens to third. That one was ruled a single as opposed to an error, as it would've been a very nice play had Lombard completed it.

WATERBURY - High school football's double-wing offense is affectionately known by smashmouth running game enthusiasts as the "hammer."
Naugatuck was down 14 points in its season opener against Holy Cross on Thursday night at Municipal Stadium's Ray Snyder Sr. Field, but that changed once the visitors went to the hammer offense.
The Greyhounds scored three unanswered touchdowns, the last two runs of 15 and 4 yards by Brandon Andoh behind a monster offensive line, to stun the Crusaders 27-20.
Andoh's 4-yard score with 33.4 seconds left in the game and Gabriel Bello's third extra point in four attempts gave Naugatuck a 7-point lead, its first of the game.
The Greyhounds' defense made sure a last-ditch Hail Mary pass from Crusaders quarterback Brady Lombardo came up short of the end zone. That set off a massive celebration by Naugatuck and its student section.

The torch has officially been passed. The glorious era of the Allen family's ownership of the Seattle Seahawks has officially come to an end. In the week leading up to the season opener, ownership transferred from the Paul Allen estate to the Khosla family. This was inevitable following the NFL's approval in late August of the record $9.6 billion dollar sale Vinod Khosla put forth.

Amid the losses, UNC general manager Michael Lombardi has resigned after being placed on administrative leave pending an internal investigation. With the news earlier this evening that Michael Lombardi has resigned as General Manager, WRAL has reported that UNC is still looking into a number of allegations surrounding the football program. The allegations are quite serious, and would almost certainly be enough for several more people to lose their jobs.
According to WRAL, lawyers are investigating whether defensive coordinator Steve Belichick used drugs while on the job or provided drugs to a player on the team. The younger Belichick has been on leave since over the summer for undisclosed reasons.
There is also an investigation into the existence of inappropriate relationships between recruiting staff and a player as well as ******* istant coaches and recruiting staff. WRAL notes that those questioned in the matter were asked whether or not they'd reported any issues to Bill Belichick.
If there is indeed validity to these claims, particularly if it is confirmed that Bill Belichick was made aware of what was going on within his program, it seems likely that the entire house of cards may fall. While it's clear that Lombardi was a real problem, the school is concerned enough that he was not the root of the entire problem to keep digging into what was going on in the Kenan Football Center.
Some of the allegations simply feel too big to recover from if they are proven to be true. It's a significant black eye on the program and the university that there is enough smoke to even reach this point. Almost the entire Bill Belichick Experience has been a punchline in the college football world, and all of the detractors were just given a boatload more fuel for the fire.

Lombardi has been placed on paid administrative leave since late July and has not been with the program since. He was still away from the team during UNC's Week Zero victory over TCU, a 15-10 win in Dublin, Ireland.

The school announced Lombardi's resignation Thursday. It also stated it would continue its ongoing investigation and "consider all appropriate corrective actions" as needed.
The school has not released specifics of that probe, noting in its July 27 announcement that employees and athletes aren't permitted to address the topic "as is standard procedure with personnel matters." Three days later, UNC released another statement that said its Office of University Counsel was conducting an investigation, an announcement coming on the first day of preseason camp.
Two people with knowledge of the situation previously told The ***** ociated Press that a human resources complaint from a former employee was involved. They spoke on condition of anonymity because the school wasn't publicly discussing case details.
Attorney Tom Mars, who is working with Lombardi, released a statement from his client confirming the resignation Thursday.

The season finale of "Hard Knocks" provided a perfect conclusion to the season in that it was all but conclusory. Throughout the episode, the impending "cut-down day" of the NFL season is approaching. Typically, this can be a very finite moment for players – either you made the roster or you didn't. However, as the Seattle Seahawks like to put it, cut-down day is "not doom and gloom. It's stay strong and keep faith."
Staying strong and keeping the faith on the individual level mirrors what the team needs to do to reach the goal for 2026, to raise the Lombardi Trophy once again. Perhaps that mindset is exactly why "Hard Knocks" chose to end the final scene with Sam Darnold walking off the field breathing loudly and staying the course. Huddle Up: Evans has a little more than a week until the 49ers' regular-season opener in Australia, but the murkiness of this injury couple with Evans' advanced age and only playing eight games last season has fantasy managers a bit spooked. His fantasy football draft stock is falling day by day, so perhaps he could be a bit of a value on draft day if his adductor injury is something Evans can work through and gut out. That said, he's more of a fantasy WR3 right now rather than the locked-in starter he's been for the last dozen seasons.
