Tyrod Taylor is a married man!
The veteran NL quarterback tied the knot this summer with Bianka Charity-Parker, who posted a collaboration gallery of photos to her Instagram on Friday, Aug. 14 of the rustic wedding. She wore a longsleeve white lace dress, and he wore a white jacket with black wide leg pants for the outdoor ceremony, which included them jumping the broom. Her caption said that the two wed on July 11.
Victoria Holland, owner of Victoria Ann Events, also shared photos of the nuptials to her company's Instagram page. She revealed that Grammy-winning rapper Pusha T helped connect her to the couple.
"I was fully planning on JUST talking to Bianka and Tyrod, and figuring out which of my many friends in this industry I could recommend to do their wedding," she said in the caption. "But as soon as I got on the zoom, listened to their story, I knew I had to be a small part of their wedding story! Shoutout to kingpush for always knowing best."
Taylor, who signed with the Green Bay Packers this offseason for his 16th NFL season, and Charity-Parker, who is a Clinical Psychology ******* ociate for KIPP DC Public Schools, according to her LinkedIn, each wore multiple looks for the day. The quarterback's outfits were put together by his longtime friend, stylist and business partner Dex Robinson. Besides the white and black suit, Taylor donned a gold suit and a black look with an embroidered cropped jacket and long shorts. It appeared Charity-Parker removed her sleeves to reveal a strapless bodice for her second look.

ARDMORE, Pa. – It was a record-breaking day as Merion Golf Club, welcomed the most ticketed fans for a U.S. Amateur in the championship's history. With attendance numbers pushing 3,000, the line to get into the pro shop remained wrapped around the clubhouse most the day, while the scene for the first tee as the four quarterfinal matches started was electric.
"I was totally shell-shocked by the amount of people that were out there, to be brutally honest," Georgia grad Carter Loflin said. "I've played in front of people before, but not like that. Honestly, it took me a minute to get used the gallery and everything. I looked at Brandon [Knight, his opponent] on the first tee, and I was like, 'Dude, I've never seen people four-deep like this before.'"
Added Jack Whaley: "It's one of the best experiences I've had playing golf."
And Logan Reilly: "Unbelievable atmosphere."
Unfortunately, the air was let out of the balloon early, and the thousands of fans clamoring to see some epic battles went home disappointed in that regard. None of the matches reached the 17th hole while three of them ended before the 15th hole.

ARDMORE, PA — The first tee shot at Merion Golf Club is one of golf's most intimidating. Forget the narrow fairway with wispy rough and bunkers staring at players on the box, but it's also claustrophobic.
On the left side is the famous Merion clubhouse, with its green awning shading tables underneath for members and spectators who gather to watch golfers begin their rounds. Behind and on the right side is fans, lined up and squeezing their way in for a look at the competitors. It makes players feel cornered, surrounded and uncomfortable.
In Carter Loflin's case, he said he was shell shocked.
More: For U.S. Amateur final four, Saturday could change everything. Here's why
"I've played in front of people before but not like that," said Loflin, the University of Georgia gradate who's set to begin his pro career after this week's 126th U.S. Amateur. "Honestly, it took me a minute to get used the gallery and everything. I looked at Brandon (Knight) on the first tee and I was like, 'dude, I've never seen people four deep like this before.' So that was really cool, but it was a little bit nerve-racking trying to get into a rhythm."

Cristiano Ronaldo posted two photos to his personal Instagram account this week captioned simply "My toys," and unlike most athlete garage flexes, the hardware in the frame actually holds up to scrutiny. The images, viewed directly on his verified account, show him perched on the fender of a low red Ferrari inside what looks less like a garage and more like a boutique dealership: polished stone walls, gallery-style track lighting, glass panels overlooking greenery, and cars parked on what appear to be rotating display turntables. It's built to be looked at, so let's actually look at it.
View the original "My toys" post on Cristiano Ronaldo's Instagram
Strip away the sunglasses-and-white-shirt theater and the hardware tells its own story. In the foreground of both shots sits a low, wide Ferrari with a sharply creased nose, integrated splitter, and shield badge consistent with the styling language of Maranello's hybrid hypercar flagship. Parked nose to tail with it is a second Ferrari that has no windshield at all, a dead giveaway for the Monza SP1 or SP2, Ferrari's "Icona" series barchetta. Ferrari's own spec sheet credits the Monza with 810 metric horsepower from a V12 borrowed directly from the 812 Superfast, and a "virtual wind shield" aero channel that redirects airflow over the driver's head instead of putting glass in front of their face.
Wedged in front of both Ferraris is a deep maroon Bugatti wearing the brand's oval "EB" badge and the round quad headlamps that mark it as one of the Veyron-generation cars rather than the sharper-edged Chiron that replaced it in 2016. ******* uming it's the roofless Grand Sport Vitesse the exposed targa panel suggests, that's the variant Bugatti's own press materials credit with a 408.84 km/h (254 mph) top speed set with the roof removed, a record for an open-top production car that stood specifically because Bugatti engineered the Vitesse's structure to stay rigid at that speed without a fixed roof tying the chassis together.
Further back, a black coupe wearing a towering, strut-mounted rear wing lines up with the unmistakable silhouette of a McLaren Senna, the track-focused hypercar McLaren built in a limited run of 500 examples, each hand-assembled over roughly 300 hours. McLaren's own figures put the Senna at 789 horsepower from a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, a 335 km/h (208 mph) top speed, and a 2.8-second run to 62 mph, with that enormous wing doing real aerodynamic work rather than just looking angry. A handful of other cars are visible deeper in the frame, including a pale, low-slung shape and a boxier silhouette, but neither is clear enough in the photos to identify with confidence.

The Philadelphia Eagles are back together, and preparations for the 2026 season have officially begun.
Players reported to the Jefferson Health Training Complex on Tuesday for the opening of training camp. The Eagles' social media team released photos and a video offering fans their first look at the team's arrival. Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith were among the offensive stars shown entering the facility. Lane Johnson, Jordan Mailata, Tank Bigsby, Will Shipley and Andy Dalton were also included in the team's arrival gallery.
The defensive group featured Jalen Carter, Cooper DeJean, Nolan Smith, Marcus Epps, Moro Ojomo and offseason addition Riq Woolen. Carter reported on the same day Philadelphia announced his four-year extension through the 2031 season, providing another significant development as camp opened.
The arrivals also offered an early glimpse at newcomers preparing for their first training camp with Philadelphia, and were buoyed by Jalen Carter's historic contract extension. Saquon Barkley, Jake Elliott, Hurts, Andy Dalton and Cooper DeJean were among the players photographed entering the facility.
Reporting day marks the transition from offseason projection to on-field evaluation. The Eagles must begin installing Sean Mannion's offense while determining how the receiving targets will be distributed around Smith. Philadelphia also has competitions to resolve throughout the secondary and at several depth positions.

It's a no-brainer that whenever Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry decides to hang it up for good, he'll be inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame on the first ballot.
In case his career statistics and accolades didn't signal that, the Basketball Hall of Fame practically ensured it when they announced that the four-time NBA champion will have his own exhibit, marking the first time an active player was honored with a dedicated experience.
The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame will introduce its newest exhibit on Friday, July 24, which will be dedicated to the 12-time NBA All-Star, two-time MVP, Olympic gold medalist, four-time NBA champion and the undisputed greatest shooter of all time.
This development is a part of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame acclaimed gallery called "The Vault."
The exhibit is called "Stephen Curry: Beyond the Arc" and it showcases Curry's prowess on and off the court. In a creative partnership with Curry's Thirty Ink business team, the exhibit will showcase Curry's legacy as a basketball icon, entrepreneur, philanthropist and family man.

The boys are back in town — or at least those boys who were not at the World Cup (or those still at the World Cup, obviously) — and we’ve also got the new gaffer taking charge of his first official training as Chelsea boss. Though it may be a bit hard to spot him: he looks like he could lace them up for real still in an actual game!
So that’s all pretty exciting, with the likes of Cole Palmer, João Pedro, and Estêvão all getting to work with the new manager from day one. That surely will be beneficial for the season ahead, as will the rare weeks off they got from football. They can channel their frustrations about the World Cup into stellar performances for the Blues!
There were some fresh faces as well, including the just announced Geovany Quenda. Striker Emmanuel Emegha was also present, as was, apparently, wonderboy Dastan Satpaev who doesn’t turn 18 for another month but was given special dispensation by FC Kairat to come train with the squad already.
Check out the gallery below for some of the day’s best images. Liking the sleeveless training shirts, but of course, as disappointingly usual, it’s not available to buy at the Megastore.

WINCHESTER - The flagstick barely visible in the fading light, Matthew Naumec knew exactly where to place his shot.
Facing an uphill approach to an invisible green, Naumec hit long and spun the ball back toward the target. The reaction of the small gallery at the top of the hill was all he needed to hear: get in the hole! ... ooooohhhh.
Facing a shot about the length of his putter, Naumec concluded a long day at the 118th Mass Amateur Wednesday with a birdie on the fourth playoff hole to defeat fellow Framingham Country Club member Kyle Tibbetts in the Round of 32. The clincher happened at 8:11 p.m., 12 minutes before the official sunset to finish an even longer day for Tibbetts, who teed off at 8:28 a.m. to start his weather-delayed second round that also included a playoff.
Tibbetts played 43 holes Wednesday and got his steps in for the week. His caddie's Apple watch read 13.2 miles on the third playoff hole in the match against Naumec.
"So he walked a half marathon today," Naumec said.
Facing an uphill approach to an invisible green, Naumec hit long and spun the ball back toward the target. The reaction of the small gallery at the top of the hill was all he needed to hear: get in the hole! ... ooooohhhh.

FIFA’s decision to lift the automatic suspension of U.S. forward Folarin Balogun has caused an uproar. Balogun was red-carded against Bosnia-Herzegovina last week in the round of 32 but shockingly cleared to play against Belgium on Monday in Seattle in the round of 16. The Belgian federation was making a last-ditch appeal against the rare ruling. The suspension was erased after President Donald Trump spoke with FIFA President Gianni Infantino, fueling debate over whether political influence played a role.

Erling Haaland and Vinícius Júnior are two stars to watch as Norway faces Brazil in the World Cup round of 16 in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Sunday, and co-host Mexico hopes to reach the quarterfinals by beating England at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.
Brazil is looking to avenge a loss to Norway at the 1998 World Cup. Mexico will play arguably the most important match in its history, at a stadium that has become an almost impregnable fortress. England again looks to Harry Kane to make the difference.

YouTube star Brad Dalke says he has been thrilled by the level of support he has received on his DP World Tour debut.
Dalke, 28, was two shots off the lead heading into the third round of the BMW International Open but toiled to a three-over 75 on Saturday in Munich, leaving him seven strokes adrift of joint leaders Michael Hollick and Bernd Wiesberger, who sit at 13 under.
Despite his struggles the American - who played against the likes of Scottie Scheffler, Collin Morikawa and Viktor Hovland during his college days and now has an army of fans for his online golf content - drew a considerable gallery and rewarded them with his second birdie of the day on the 18th hole.
"It was fun to birdie the last in front of the crowds. It's crazy in my mind knowing I have never played a DP World Tour event and I might have the biggest group [of fans] out there, the biggest following out there.
"Big shoutout to the fans. YouTube golf has been growing a lot, and it's shown with these crowds. I will try to finish strong."

They came. They saw. They coned.
The Tartan Army's coronation of statues in Boston baffled locals and global audiences alike, however the practice has divided opinion at home.
Monuments across the country have now received the treatment usually reserved for the Duke of Wellington in Glasgow.
But is this the last throes of World Cup fever? Or is the Scotland faithful's new calling card here to stay?
The coning of the Duke, Arthur Wellesley, outside the Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA), is thought to have been started by students returning home from nights out in the 1980s.

The home of former fashion model turned war photographer Lee Miller is to be given over to charity as part of new plans for the house and her works.
Farleys House and Gallery in Chiddingly near Lewes, Sussex, became the home of Miller and her husband Roland Penrose in 1949 following World War Two, and later became a hub for artists including Pablo PIcasso and Juan Miró.
Now, the family home is to operate under the banner of the Farleys House and Gallery Trust, which the trust hopes will help to preserve it for future generations.
Antony Penrose, Miller and Penrose's son and founder of the gallery, said: "To see this incredible creativity was just an amazing thing to find."
He added: "She [Miller] had stood in the gateway of Dachau and seen 30,000 people all dying of starvation. To come here and grow masses of food that she could share with people was so important for her."

CROMWELL, Conn. — Wyndham Clark did not sit behind the microphone on Wednesday at TPC River Highlands like a man looking for sympathy. He leaned forward. He spoke clearly. He answered directly. There were no verbal traffic jams, no awkward pauses and certainly no shrinking from what happened Sunday at Shinnecock Hills, where a portion of the gallery treated his second U.S. Open victory less like history unfolding and more like an annoyance.
Clark knows some people wanted Scottie Scheffler to win. He knows some people to say that they were at the U.S. Open when the world No. 1 completed the career Grand Slam. He knows some people are still angry about Oakmont.
But he also knows this: He won the trophy.
What made Clark’s pre-tournament press conference ahead of this week’s Travelers Championship interesting was not merely that he addressed the heckling. It was how little it seemed to bother him. Three days after becoming a two-time U.S. Open champion, Clark sounded less like a player trying to repair his image and more like one who has accepted that the best rebuttal to the haters is to keep playing great golf.
At the moment, that is exactly what he is doing.

Zendaya has shared a rare selfie of herself in a public display of affection with her fiancé, Tom Holland.
The Spider-Man stars are notoriously shy about sharing details of their off-screen romance - so fans were thrilled when Zendaya included a sweet snapshot in a promotional post on her social media.
In Rome to promote the upcoming instalment in the franchise, Spider-Man: A Brand New Day, Zendaya posted several photographs of herself wearing a blue and red vintage Versace outfit, in keeping with Spider-Man's iconic superhero suit.

At the end of the image carousel Zendaya, 29, slipped in a selfie featuring Tom, 30, kissing the top of her head.
Fans soon went into meltdown over the image.

The 85th Sunnehanna Amateur Tournament for Champions appeared to be headed to a three-way playoff Saturday afternoon.
University of North Carolina golfer Grant Roscich had other ideas.

Roscich, who throughout the week spoke about bringing patience and consistency to the par-70 Sunnehanna Country Club course, heeded his own advice.
Roscich made a 25-foot birdie putt from the edge of the 18th green, playing in the final group during the final round. The Glen Ellyn, Illinois, native secured a one-stroke win at 10-under-par 200.

Wyndham Clark's adversity at Shinnecock Hills on Sunday has been amplified — both on the course and in the gallery.
NBC reported that hecklers have been removed by police for shouting at the 2023 U.S. Open winner during his final round.
Clark, who is carrying a two-shot lead over Sam Burns after opening his back nine birdie-par, bogeyed three times to start the day.
At the first hole, the Long Island crowd serenade his playing partner Scottie Scheffler with "Happy Birthday" to set the tone. Clark went on to card a 38 on the front nine, seeing his once six-shot lead narrow down to just a shot at one point.
Crowd noise might have factored into those early bogeys — and Clark's wire to wire pursuit. **** ody will ever know the answer definitively.

SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. — How can you not love a guy who showed up to play in the U.S. Open without his pants?
We’ll get to that story in a moment, but first, let’s introduce Harry Higgs. He looks a whole lot more like he belongs in the gallery crushing beers than inside the ropes crushing drives, and that’s most definitely a compliment. He plays with his shirt too unbuttoned, and maybe his psyche too. He’s 34 years old, he’s the 356th-ranked player in the world, he has exactly zero PGA Tour wins, and before this weekend, his record in the U.S. Open was one appearance, one missed cut.
Yet now, sitting at 1-under entering Round 3, in a tie with Justin Thomas for seventh, and a stroke ahead of Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler, Higgs is having his moment.
He’s maybe best known, virally speaking, for his take on the “Dreams Challenge” back in 2020 — you remember, cruising without a care in the world to the tune of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams”:
Turns out, though, Higgs was carrying a whole lot of pain, a whole lot of self-loathing. As talented as he was — he played college golf alongside Bryson DeChambeau at SMU — he’s tended to stomp on the sparks of his own game before it can even get started.
