After hitting the market on May 29 for $15.25 million, Meg Ryan has already accepted an offer for her traditional shingled estate in New York's exclusive Bridgehampton enclave, marking another win for the rom-com icon and avid home renovator. Evan Kulman of Compass held the listing, with Paul Brennan and Martha Gundersen of Douglas Elliman representing the buyer.
Ryan, who last starred in the 2023 film What Happens Later opposite David Duchovny, purchased the serene retreat in late 2024 for $13.5 million. Originally built in 2016 by local architect Kathrine "Kitty" McCoy, the abode features white-washed, quintessential East Coast interiors updated with Ryan's signature aesthetic.
