Array Technologies (ARRY) shares moved meaningfully lower on Sept. 18 after a senior UBS **** yst, Jon Windham, downgraded the solar tracking manufacturer to "Neutral." Windham also slashed his price target in half to $5, cautioning investors against expecting a swift recovery in ARRY in the near term.
His bearish call is meaningful, given that Array Technologies stock has already been a disappointment for investors in 2026, currently down more than 65% versus its year-to-date high.

Charles Schwab is holding a neutral stance on equities. The firm favors commodities over stocks and bonds, according to chief investment strategist Liz Ann Sonders.
Sonders made the comments in a recent interview, pushing back on what she called "cookie-cutter" portfolio advice. She said allocation should hinge on each investor's time horizon, risk tolerance, need for income, and overall goals.
"It actually drives me a little crazy when people give a cookie-cutter answer to that," Sonders said. "There's no one ***** et allocation that makes sense right now."

On September 10, 2026, Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ:CPRT) reported fourth-quarter results for the period ended July 31, 2026, and used the call to announce an all-cash acquisition of digital auto marketplace ACV Auctions. Revenue grew 2.4% to $1.2 billion, but gross profit fell 5.5% to $481.4 million and net income dropped 17.4% to $327.4 million. Diluted EPS came in at $0.35 against $0.41 a year earlier.
Wall Street spent the following days separating the deal from the quarter.
Barrington's Gary Prestopino saw enough in the transaction to move off the sidelines, upgrading Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ:CPRT) to Outperform from Market Perform with a $40 target. His argument is that combining Copart's physical network with ACV's digital marketplace, at an implied equity value of $1.9 billion or $10.50 per share in cash, creates an end-to-end remarketing platform and opens a new growth vector in dealer-to-dealer and commercial vehicle auctions.
JPMorgan's Jash Patwa had already upgraded Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ:CPRT) to Overweight from Neutral ahead of the print, raising his target to $40 from $32 on encouraging salvage industry channel checks, web scraping data showing Copart gaining share with a carrier across several states, and a collision cycle he sees turning more favorable as insurance penetration recovers.
Freedom Broker, which trimmed its target to $36 from $39 while keeping a Buy rating, called the report mixed but framed the ACV move as a strong pivot toward digital marketplace expansion.

On September 2, 2026, Phreesia, Inc. (NYSE:PHR) reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 results for the period ended July 31, 2026. Revenue rose 10% to $129.5 million and adjusted EBITDA climbed to $32.9 million from $22.1 million a year earlier, a 25% margin. Net income reached $1.9 million, marking the company's fifth consecutive quarter of profitability. Management reaffirmed full-year revenue guidance of $510 million to $520 million and adjusted EBITDA of $125 million to $135 million.
The disagreement on Wall Street is about what that reaffirmation actually signals.
Wells Fargo found the highlight in Network Solutions, which grew 9% year-over-year, and pointed to the ProviderConnect pilot delivering a 4% prescription lift in a GLP-1 campaign that management says is generating follow-on business; the firm raised its target on Phreesia, Inc. (NYSE:PHR) to $10 from $9 while holding an Equal Weight rating.
DA Davidson stayed at Buy despite trimming its target on Phreesia, Inc. (NYSE:PHR) to $13 from $14, arguing the stock sold off on a reiterated guide even though network solutions activity is tracking more encouragingly than the prior outlook and AccessOne is opening a growing opportunity in alternative consumer payment options.
Baird ******* yst Joe Vruwink lifted his target to $11 from $10 at Neutral after updating his model.

Union Pacific Corp (NYSE:UNP, XETRA:UNP) received a UBS upgrade to Buy from Neutral as the broker forecast stronger 2027 growth, excluding potential NSC merger benefits from its base case.
UBS raised its price target from $310 to $339, applying an unchanged multiple of 21 times its 2028 earnings forecast of $16.15 per share.
The bank expects intermodal volumes to grow 6% to 7% in 2027, citing current volume momentum and the relationship between intermodal performance and truckload pricing cycles.
Alongside industrial growth and a roughly neutral contribution from coal and grain, those intermodal gains underpin UBS's forecast for 3.5% total volume growth in 2027.
Low inventories should support steel shipments, while elevated energy prices should sustain petroleum and products volumes, the broker said.

Mizuho has identified four clear tailwinds for Intel (INTC): ongoing CPU supply shortages, a stronger PC refresh cycle, accelerating demand for agentic AI, and growth in advanced packaging. Normally, such a setup would provide a reason to raise a price target. Instead, the firm cut its price target from $109 to $92, citing short-term multiple compression across Agentic AI stocks, and maintained a "Neutral" rating. The contradiction becomes more important because Intel's re-rating still depends on a foundry turnaround that has yet to prove itself.
Mizuho remains cautious on INTC stock despite outlining four separate tailwinds that could support the company's growth. The firm lowered its price target from $109 to $92 on Sept. 3, pointing to short-term multiple compression across agentic AI companies while keeping its "Neutral" rating unchanged. Mizuho **** yst Vijay Rakesh highlighted four developments that could support Intel's outlook. According to the **** yst, accelerating agentic AI demand could improve CPU-to-GPU ratios and drive additional server refreshers. Ongoing CPU supply constraints could also leave the company unable to fully meet demand through 2027. In addition, advanced packaging revenue is expected to reach $3.5 billion by 2029, with external foundry revenue potentially reaching a similar level through the 14A node. Finally, a stronger PC cycle could extend the upgrade cycle as corporate refreshes combine with ongoing memory tightness.

Citi has begun coverage of the newly listed The Magnum Ice Cream Company (EURONEXT:MICC, LSE:MICC, NYSE:MICC) with a lukewarm "neutral" rating, warning that the maker of the eponymous chocolate-coated lollies faces a tougher year ahead after a **** per summer.
The broker set a target price of €17.7 on the shares, arguing that kind weather and solid delivery on cost cuts have already pushed Magnum's valuation up to broadly match its European food peers, leaving little room for further gains.
Citi's central doubt is whether the good times can last. A durable re-rating, it said, takes more than one strong season, and history suggests companies leaning on cost-saving stories rarely hold on to lofty valuations for long.
Several clouds loom over next year. The broker flagged the risk that El Niño weather patterns push up ingredient costs in the second half of 2027, which could expose how sensitive take-home ice cream sales are to price rises.
It also cited the spread of GLP-1 weight-loss drugs as a potential drag on demand, alongside the usual uncertainty over weather comparisons.

The Nasdaq 100 initially pulled back a bit during the early part of the trading session on Tuesday, but showed signs of life and looks very much like a market that is stuck in a range at the moment. This makes a certain amount of sense because we do get the Federal Reserve interest rate decision on Wednesday, but more importantly, we get the press conference.
A hike of 25 basis points is expected. That, in and of itself, probably will not move much. It is the tone of the press conference that will be the real tell.
The Dow Jones 30 initially fell but seems to be finding support at 52,000 again, an area that has previously been both support and resistance. Above, it looks like the 50-day EMA is trying to act as resistance. We are approaching an oversold condition on the stochastic oscillator, but with the 10-year yield at 5%, it makes a certain amount of sense that we struggle a bit.
The S&P 500 continues to hang around the 7,600 level. This is an area that previously had been significant resistance. It now looks as if it is trying to offer support yet again. The 50-day EMA is in this neighborhood, and the market almost certainly will be waiting to see what Kevin Warsh has to say tomorrow.
With that being the case, things look somewhat neutral here. Longer term, I am still bullish until something completely changes. At this point, though, I will be looking to see whether or not we get any type of upward momentum.

Back in April, Morgan Stanley had highlighted how accelerating Agentic AI demand could boost demand for central processing units (CPUs) beyond the graphic chips that have dominated the AI theme so far.
"As AI transitions from generation to autonomous action, the computing bottleneck is shifting towards CPU and memory, driving a step-change in general-purpose compute intensity."
The firm estimated that agentic AI could add $32.5–60 billion to a data-center CPU market already exceeding $100 billion by 2030.

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:PANW) is entering its fiscal 2027 with strong momentum, particularly in next-generation security. But investors now demand more from the cybersecurity company after its stock rallied sharply.
On September 7, PhillipCapital downgraded Palo Alto stock to Neutral from Accumulate but raised the price target to $346 from $320.
PhillipCapital's move captures the central investment debate. It's that Palo Alto's opportunities are compelling, but the stock's roughly 160% rise from its February low to its August peak has raised the bar for further gains.
Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:PANW)'s revenue rose 34% YoY to $3.4 billion in fiscal 2026 fourth quarter. More importantly, Next-Generation Security ARR (NGS ARR) surged 63% to $9.10 billion. The company added nearly $1 billion of net new NGS ARR in the quarter. The company targets $20 billion in NGS ARR by fiscal 2030, as it expects platformization and AI infrastructure investment to continue driving growth.
More than 65% of Palo Alto's NGS ARR comes from platformized customers. Meanwhile, AI is expanding the addressable market. As enterprises deploy agents, Palo Alto offerings such as Prisma AIRS and Cortex, alongside CyberArk's identity-security platform, can address emerging needs.

JACKSONVILLE — Overtime hasn't been kind to Trinity Christian this season.
American Heritage quarterback Neimann Lawrence plowed into the end zone on a two-point conversion in overtime to lead the Patriots to a 15-14 win over the Conquerors on Friday, Sept. 11.
The loss dropped Trinity (No. 3 Class 1A) to 2-2. Both losses — Ed White in the season opener and American Heritage — have come in overtime.
Unfortunately for the Conquerors, this one seems very self-inflicted. American Heritage (2-2, No. 1 Class 4A) twice lined up to kick a tying extra point but Trinity Christian had a pre-snap penalty both times. With the ball now at the 1-yard line, American Heritage coach Mike Smith opted to go for the win.
"Lack of discipline," Trinity Christian coach Verlon Dorminey said. "We've been hammering on them. To be in the neutral zone twice. To give them an opportunity. I wanted to go to the second overtime. Or at least give us a chance to block the extra point, but we didn't get to. And they got if."

Meghan Markle could rethink her fashion choices as she settles into life in Britain, according to a style expert. Her UK return may bring a wardrobe that blends California ease with more practical British dressing. The ***** ss of Sussex spent six years in California, where her style embraced relaxed silhouettes, linen pieces, white hats, and casual accessories.
Lauren Bulla believes Meghan Markle's fashion could shift again, especially if she continues living in the Cotswolds. "As Meghan has lived in California for six years, it's expected her style would shift towards a Montecito vibe," Bulla told "GB News". She noted that Meghan embraced "more relaxed fits" and casual pieces during her time in California.
However, Bulla expects Meghan to bring some British influences back into her wardrobe. "We can also expect Meghan to adhere to harking back to British societal expectations with higher necklines and structured garments while still keeping with casual elements – wearing a pair of jeans and trainers."
The countryside could influence her choices too. Bulla predicts that Meghan may reach for wellies, trainers, trench coats, crossbody bags, and muted neutral patterns if the Cotswolds become her main base.
Meanwhile, autumn weather could push Meghan toward heavier fabrics. Bulla expects her to swap lightweight linen for weather-appropriate materials while mixing casual staples with polished tailoring. "There's a lot of speculation about what her style will be like back in the UK," Bulla said. The expert added, "There will likely be some playful looks as well as formal ones."

Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) is moving further into the autonomous-driving market as it has started offering robotaxi rides using its Cybercab. The company hosted a Cybercab launch event in Austin on September 3.
Following the event, Goldman Sachs maintained a Neutral rating on Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA). The bank has a 12-month price target of $360 on the stock. The firm sees an illustrative upside scenario of about $500 and a downside scenario of roughly $150.
Goldman Sachs said the Cybercab could give the company a cost advantage in the autonomous-vehicle market. However, the firm believes the company's ability to scale its robotaxi business will depend more on software performance than on the cost of manufacturing the vehicle.
Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) said it has completed 1 million miles of unsupervised robotaxi operations. The company is also looking for operators interested in owning Cybercab fleets, running hubs and related infrastructure, or hosting robotaxi events.
Goldman Sachs highlighted the company's focus on developing a low-cost autonomous vehicle. The company's unboxed manufacturing approach and camera-only sensor system could help improve the economics of its robotaxi business. According to Goldman estimates, if Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) can achieve its targeted Cybercab cost of $20,000 to $30,000 at scale, it could have a potential $0.05 to $0.30 per-mile cost advantage over autonomous-vehicle competitors with upfront vehicle costs of $50,000 to $100,000.

On September 2, Michael Genovese from Rosenblatt Securities reiterated his Neutral rating for Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:CRDO). The **** yst increased his price target for the stock from $215 to $235, which implies upside potential of almost 38% as of September 4 closing. Genovese's upward adjustment in price target in based on the company's recently announced Q1 FY27 results, leading him to increase his projections for FY27 and FY28. Despite that, he has a Neutral stance because he still wants more visibility around the company's ZeroFlap Optical Transceivers proof points, as well as the incremental revenues from its acquisition of Dust Photonics in May.
Photo by Yogesh Phuyal on Unsplash
Credo's acquisition of DustPhotonics gives it a vertically integrated connectivity stack covering DSP, silicon photonics, SerDes and system integration. This allows the company to tap into both optical and electrical interconnects across the entire AI infrastructure buildout. Together with its optical DSPs and ZeroFlap transceivers, the deal is expected to be a key growth driver in FY27, supported by resilient hyperscale customer sentiment.
Following the DustPhotonics transaction, Credo reported a strong first quarter for FY27. Topline of $479 million jumped 115% compared to Q1 in FY26. Adjusted non-GAAP net income of $236.3 million was up 140% year-over-year, as the company broadens its connectivity portfolio stack. It now spans copper and optical solutions, ranging from millimeters to kilometers, which enables Credo to meet the scaling needs of AI infrastructure with energy-efficient and reliable products.
For FY27, Credo expects a strong inflection with optical revenues expected to exceed $600 million. Management projects contributions over $100 million each from silicon photonics, ZeroFlap optics, and optical DSPs. Full-year revenue growth is expected to be over 85% year-over-year. Adjusted gross margins are likely to remain consistent with fiscal 2026 levels, along with adjusted net margins of around 50%.

What's a birthday party without confetti and a few tears? There were certainly both at Coach's Spring 2027 show, at which the brand celebrated its 85th anniversary. But while eight and a half decades in business is a pretty big deal, creative director Stuart Vevers wasn't interested in a mere anniversary spectacle rehashing the label's greatest hits. Instead, he used the milestone as a chance to revisit the pieces and ideas that have come to define Coach by pulling them apart (quite literally in some cases—see the Inside-Out Brooklyn Tote) and putting them back together in ways that felt totally fresh.
"I didn't want to make a retrospective," Vevers said in a press release, explaining that his latest collection is centered around the concept of memory, and the way familiar things change and evolve as we live with them. After 85 years, Coach has plenty of history to draw from, but Vevers isn't interested in preserving it with museum-level precision. He'd rather draw straight from the source material and turn it into something simultaneously familiar and brand new.
To that end, the show opened with hallmark Coach silhouettes rendered in cool neutrals: oversized trench coats, tailored jackets, structured leather bags, and chunky pendants, all in shades of dove gray, black, white, soft brown, and natural leather. Some of the tailoring was made from garment-dyed, sun-faded jersey, which gave a blazer or trench coat's shape a hoodie-like softness. It was a clever way of presenting Coach's heritage in a manner that felt lived-in rather than preserved behind glass, as if these brand signatures had been worn, washed, and loved over the course of many years. Meanwhile, bias-cut dresses and skirts came in everything from repurposed lining fabrics and overdyed georgette to denim and lamé, adding another layer of innovation to the line-up.
Multi-textured layers of grey on Coach's Spring 2027 runway.
Credit: Coach
Midway through the show, the parade of earth tones gave way to something much brighter and bolder. Models took to the catwalk in head-to-toe sequin dresses and maxi-skirt sets in powder pink, periwinkle, mint, and metallics. Alongside them came gift boxes reimagined as purses, leather birthday hats, and crowns, pushing the subtle anniversary theme into a full-blown party motif.

Sauimoana Purcell hammered 21 kills while Kealoha Lyons tallied eight kills and four blocks as No. 3-ranked Kamehameha swept No. 6 Mid-Pacific 25-19, 25-9, 25-22 on Wednesday night in the ILH regular-season volleyball opener for both teams.
Humidity was extreme in Honolulu at 82%, and felt closer to 90 in Kekuhaupio Gymnasium at Kamehameha. It didn't seem to affect the Warriors (15-5 overall), who had pinpoint setting by Alayah Wilson (24 **** ists) and Tiahna Aldeguer (17).
Ali Samia added six kills and one ace, while Faith Iokia chipped in five kills. Junior libero Mikela Arellano led a stellar back-row defensive effort while Kamehameha's defensive teamwork on the pin was consistent.
"Our right fronts coming in there, Faith, Ayva-Ray (Malepeai), Maddie (Madison-Rose Marsh), they're important for our defense," Kamehameha coach Chris Blake said. "Kealoha is doing a lot of great things for us in the front row and had a great service turn right there to help us at the end."
Their length and footwork allowed Kamehameha to neutralize the smaller Owls.

The move represents a sharp reversal from the yen's weakness earlier in the summer, when the USD/JPY approached 165 and forced **** anese authorities to intervene in the foreign-exchange market.
The latest appreciation is increasingly being driven by expectations that the Bank of **** an (BoJ) is preparing to raise interest rates at its September meeting, while investors are also reassessing the outlook for US monetary policy. The BoJ is scheduled to meet next Thursday and Friday, with markets now pricing in a high probability of a 25-basis-point increase. More importantly, investors will be looking for guidance on whether the central bank could accelerate the pace of subsequent tightening.
U.S. consumer-price data due on Friday will provide an important signal ahead of the Federal Reserve's September 15-16 meeting. The inflation figures have become particularly significant because the Fed's policy outlook remains unusually divided. Governor Christopher Waller has indicated that he could support keeping rates unchanged if inflation continues to moderate, while Fed Chair Kevin Warsh has stressed that insufficient progress on inflation could warrant tighter policy.
From a technical perspective, the weekly chart points to a clear deterioration in the USD/JPY trend. The pair has broken below its ascending trend structure and is trading beneath both the Tenkan-sen and Kijun-sen lines of the Ichimoku Cloud index. This suggests that the medium-term bullish structure has weakened. The weekly RSI has also fallen below the neutral 50 threshold and is moving lower, indicating that bearish momentum is becoming more established.
The fundamental backdrop is becoming increasingly challenging for the USD/JPY bulls because the interest-rate differential that supported the yen carry trade for years is gradually narrowing.

The human rights organization FairSquare has filed another complaint with the FIFA ethics committee against the federation president, Gianni Infantino.
The complaint accuses Infantino of violating the FIFA code of ethics. All of the incidents are linked to United States President Donald Trump, according to the document, excerpts of which have been provided to dpa.
"Taken together, they provide compelling evidence that, in his efforts to curry favour with the US president, the FIFA president has, at the very least, abused his power, violated his duty of political neutrality, and breached his duty of loyalty," the complaint states.
"The evidence that he sought to get personal benefit from this pattern of behaviour further underscores the seriousness of the allegations."
Four of the eight incidents were already included in the complaint that FairSquare filed in December 2025 following the widely criticized awarding of the new FIFA Peace Prize to Trump.

Pamela Anderson brought a serious dose of color to Venice with her latest red carpet appearance. The actress stepped out for the amfAR Gala Venezia 2026 during the Venice Film Festival, trading understated neutrals for a striking orange look. Anderson commanded attention in the vibrant dress held up by thin strings, along with a pared-back beauty aesthetic that has become a signature of her recent appearances.
Pamela Anderson wore a custom Calvin Klein creation crafted from glossy orange satin. The floor-length dress featured an ultra-minimalist neckline held in place by two incredibly thin spaghetti straps, which stretched over her shoulders and left her bust completely exposed. With barely any fabric supporting the top, the delicate straps became one of the riskiest details of the elegant silhouette.
The gown featured a straight-across neckline and fitted bodice before falling into a long, fluid skirt. Its satin construction caught the light from every angle, making the fiery orange shade appear even more intense on the carpet. Subtle seams through the bodice gave the streamlined dress structure.
Anderson added another dramatic element with a coordinating oversized satin wrap. Rather than wearing it traditionally, she allowed the voluminous piece to fall loosely from her shoulders and arms. The extra fabric cascaded down both sides of her body before pooling behind her. This created the effect of a sweeping train and added more volume to the dress.
She kept everything else simple. Anderson wore her blonde hair in soft, shoulder-length waves with a side part and appeared to embrace a minimal beauty approach. Small earrings provided a subtle finishing touch without competing with the vivid gown.
