A representative for the brand told TMZ that her decision to bow out of the family business was "a formal amicable separation from D'Amelio Brands and D'Amelio Family LLC that everyone agreed to at the time."
TMZ also reported that the separation began in March 2025 and was made official in November 2025, meaning she was out of the company for more than six months before the news broke.

Liddell filed an emergency custody order in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday asking for full custody of his 14-year-old daughter Guinevere.
Liddell alleges his ex-wife abducted their daughter after realizing her efforts to relocate both Guinevere and their 13-year-old daughter Charlie to Newport Beach, Calif, would not be granted before the school year began, according to court documents.
The alleged abduction took place the day before the first day of school. According to LIddell, his ex-wife had "no intent to return her."
The former UFC light heavyweight champion also accused Heidi of violating other court orders including not using a co-parenting communication app and failing to bring Guinevere to extracurricular school activities.

But bulls say market is ignoring the positives. China revenue grew 23% year over year in constant currency in Q1. International revenue overall grew 16%. Lululemon carries no debt and sits on $1.51 billion in cash.
The stock trades at just 10.5x forward earnings. That's a multi-year low. The 5-year average sits closer to 29x. Burry reportedly thinks Lululemon is a value opportunity. A new CEO takes over next month. Heidi O'Neill is joining from Nike.

Four dads are hoping to set a world record by doing a swimming relay across the English Channel for charity.
Nik Haynes, Olly White, Ross Szender and Adam Tapp, who are known on social media as Channel Medley Relay 2026, will each swim a different stroke - backstroke, ***** troke, ***** erfly and freestyle.
The quartet, all aged in their 40s and from East Devon, plan to head into the water on 27 August and are aiming to break the record for a relay swim across the Channel while raising money for Hospiscare.
The dads added they had a "secret weapon" in the form of massage therapist Heidi Bell-West, whose great-great-great uncle was Capt Matthew Webb - the first man to swim across the Channel.

CAIRO, July 9 (Reuters) - Gazans turned out in large numbers to pay their respects to a senior Palestinian member of Egypt's main aid organisation who set up World Cup screenings in the shattered enclave and was killed by ‌an Israeli air strike on a taxi he was in this week.
The strike killed Mohammad al-Waheidi on the eve of the ‌Egypt-Argentina match on Tuesday, along with three other people, including two young passers-by, siblings aged 10 and 8, in the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City, medics said.
Watching the matches on giant screens brought joy to thousands of football fans in the enclave, laid waste by more than two years of war. Palestinians, like many Arabs, cheered for the Egyptian team, which performed strongly before Argentina knocked them out.
"My father worked hard to bring some entertainment to the people, to the displaced, to us and everyone who suffers in Gaza, he tried to bring them the matches close to their tents and wrecked shelters," his son ‌Fawaz told Reuters by phone.
