Adam Driver wants to thank fans for supporting "The Hunt for Ben Solo," but the "Star Wars" actor thinks his days as Kylo Ren are over.
"It's over," Driver said on Wednesday. "No more 'Star Wars.' We tried."
The actor appeared on "The Rich Eisen Show" to talk about his upcoming film, "Paper Tiger," which premiered at Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. During the interview, Eisen asked if he planned on returning to the sci-fi/fantasy franchise, which prompted Driver to discuss "The Hunt for Ben Solo," a sequel to "The Rise of Skywalker" that he and Steven Soderbergh worked on that ultimately wasn't picked up by Disney.
"We tried to do one more, yeah, but they were like, 'No, he's dead,'" Driver said, referring to Ben Solo's demise in "Episode IX."
"Yeah, I know, but, I mean, these things, you can make anything up," Eisner responded. "I don't know if you're aware Darth Vader turned out to be somebody's father, you know? That came out of nowhere back in the day."

But I just can't ignore the length.
There's far too much fabric gathering at the bottom. The structured hemline only adds to the heaviness, making the skirt look unnecessarily bulky when the rest of the gown has such a beautiful flow.

The Creator Map will be unveiled later today at the first Jupiter Festival Miami, which is sponsored by YouTube. Evan Shapiro, media cartographer and ESHAP founder and CEO; Shira Lazar, What's Trending founder and CEO; and Jon Goss, CEO of the Lighthouse will unveil the project on the main stage of the event.
Described as the "definitive visual guide to the creator ecosphere," the Creator Map offers a data-informed view of the creator economy, an industry that can often feel confusing and chaotic from an outsider perspective. For the first time, the top 200 creators across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok will have both their follower counts and Affinity Quotient scores published on the map. The volume and texture of the top immediately made me think of Tracee Ellis Ross, who would absolutely embrace a look like this. But it works just as well for Julianne, with the fluid trousers providing a lovely contrast to all that feather-like texture. It's a refreshing change from the more streamlined silhouettes we've become accustomed to seeing Julianne wear.

We were blown away by the bright blue Louis Vuitton tailored look she wore in the front row of the Spring 2027 show, and I was hopeful it would signal a run of bolder fashion choices. But seeing Emma back on the red carpet in this fresh-off-the-runway Louis Vuitton Spring 2027 slip dress, I feel like we're right back where we started.
My main issue is the top half of the dress. The draped neckline and contrasting panel feel awkward, while the pale grey and beige tones wash her out, especially after seeing how well she wore that vivid blue in Paris.
Looking at the runway, I would have much preferred the original yellow version. We already know how good Emma looks in yellow. Her 2014 Atelier Versace dress, 2026 Golden Globes look, Bugonia London premiere look and that iconic La La Land dress are all reminders of how well the colour works for her.

What I appreciate most is that the feathers aren't treated as an embellishment confined to one area. They trace the asymmetric neckline before sweeping around the skirt and into the train, giving the black dress the kind of personality Sophie's red carpet looks tend to have. It's glamorous, but still feels entirely within her wheelhouse.
I think the new hair colour and style may have been the reason she slipped under my radar in Cannes. I'm so accustomed to seeing Sophie with her signature cornrows that I genuinely didn't recognise her at first.

In an interview with the Sunday Times, Douglas recalled meeting Zeta-Jones, when he was 53 and she was 28, at the 1998 Deauville film festival, and telling her: "I'm going to be the father of your children."

British author Jeffrey Archer, who penned a series of best-selling novels, served as a Conservative MP and was convicted of perjury, died suddenly at 86, his publisher HarperCollins said.
Archer died "suddenly and peacefully at his home between writing sessions" on Monday, HarperCollins said.

The Venice Film Festival may revolve around cinema, but fashion has become an essential part of its annual spectacle. The 2026 edition once again transformed the Lido into a showcase for couture, sharp tailoring and unexpected styling. Stars moved between timeless black gowns, shimmering embellishments, relaxed suits and bursts of bright color. Some relied on archival fashion, while others arrived in custom creations designed specifically for the occasion. Together, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Amal Clooney, Rooney and Kate Mara, Robert Pattinson, Suki Waterhouse and Pamela Anderson demonstrated just how varied festival dressing can be.
Jury president Maggie Gyllenhaal established a sophisticated tone with several dramatic black looks. For the opening, she selected an all black Celine ensemble featuring an off the shoulder twisted bodice. Another memorable appearance came in archival Armani Privé from the Fall 2015 collection. Rich velvet, sharply sculpted shoulders and crystal detailing around the plunging neckline gave the older design a fresh presence on the carpet.
Amal Clooney also embraced black with a custom Tom Ford creation by Haider Ackermann. Her appearance demonstrated the continuing appeal of streamlined eveningwear, with careful construction and texture doing much of the visual work. Rather than competing with the surroundings through excessive decoration, the gown relied on an elegant silhouette and refined details.
Sisters Rooney and Kate Mara offered two very different interpretations of evening glamour while promoting Bucking Fastard. I say that fully aware that the New York Film Festival has a more relaxed dress code than Cannes, Venice, London or even Toronto. The individual elements are here, but nothing is working together for me.
I can see the hybrid idea he was going for: part old-Hollywood leading man with the striped shirt, tie and waistcoat, and part relaxed, contemporary dressing with the wide-leg tan trousers and rolled-up sleeves. But those two ideas never quite meet in the middle.

Joey Sorice, the CEO of the festival and a comedian, suffered a heart attack at his home Saturday morning, organizers announced.

Laura Dern, Susan Sarandon, Amal Clooney, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Rooney Mara all approached the classic shade differently. Together, their appearances demonstrated why black continues to have such staying power on major red carpets.
Laura Dern embraced intricate detailing for the premiere of Wild Horse Nine. Her sleeveless black Dior gown featured a V neckline, delicate lace and floral embroidery across the upper section.
