In mixed development allocations, Pemex can enter into an agreement with one or more private firms.

In the Warriors' 17-7 Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference victory over the Clear Fork Colts in a battle of unbeatens, the Warriors were stuck with a decision to make. Leading 14-7 and looking at a long third-down play, coach Aaron Eckert was contemplating what to do. Then, Brown piped up.
"Cardae is a tremendous athlete who will have opportunities to play beyond high school," Eckert said. "He came to me and said to put him on a post and lets go win this game and as a coach, you have to listen to your players. He made a catch over two guys and made the game-winning play."

The decision came amid requests from younger Giants players, who called it a "core memory" from earlier days in the NFL.
"I don't know. It just was somethin' I was feelin', he replied. "Um, I kinda got a request from a couple of the young guys. It was, we need to see the blonde, I said, 'I need that.'

Conagra Brands, Inc. (NYSE:CAG) faces a governance test alongside its turnaround. Reuters reported on September 7 that Institutional Shareholder Services, or ISS, recommended opposing executive compensation, citing weak financial performance and inadequately explained incentive targets.
The September 23 non-binding advisory vote covers fiscal 2026 named-executive compensation. It does not separately approve new CEO John Brase's package. Brase succeeded Sean Connolly on June 1, after fiscal 2026 ended, separating his compensation arrangements from the prior year's pay decisions.
The proxy lists Brase's annual base salary at $1.15 million, his annual incentive target at 150% of eligible salary, and annual long-term incentives of $7.3 million, split 60% into performance shares and 40% into restricted stock units. Incentive opportunities are not guaranteed realized pay.
Conagra Brands, Inc. (NYSE:CAG) needs executives willing to work through changes whose benefits may take several years to appear. Brase's priorities include restoring margins, investing in brands and the supply chain, simplifying operations, and rebalancing capital allocation.
A mix of performance awards and service-based equity can support that effort. Performance shares link rewards to results, while restricted units help retain leaders through disruption. Retention has value if it allows management to complete difficult changes instead of optimizing the next quarterly result.

ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation (NYSE:XOM) agreed to increase its Papua LNG interest from 28.7% to 34.1% and ***** ume operatorship, as disclosed on September 7. The proposed ownership percentages reflect Papua New Guinea's state participation rights.
Papua LNG targets a fourth-quarter 2026 final investment decision, or FID. Santos Limited (ASX:STO) disclosed FID as a closing condition for its own stake acquisition; the operatorship announcement did not specify an equivalent condition.
TotalEnergies SE (NYSE:TTE) said redesign and contractor rebidding had reduced estimated development spending by nearly $4 billion since 2024 to approximately $14 billion. The project would produce 5.6 million tonnes of liquefied natural gas annually. The question is whether that smaller budget can support attractive returns through construction and an uncertain LNG market.
ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation (NYSE:XOM) already operates neighboring PNG LNG. Combining operatorship could improve coordination during construction and operations, including the redesigned handling of upstream condensate. That gives the proposed efficiency gains a practical basis in existing infrastructure and local experience.
The cost reduction is substantial. Mechanically, nearly $4 billion off an approximately $18 billion previous estimate represents about 22%. For ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation (NYSE:XOM), lower development spending would reduce the capital required to generate each future dollar of project cash flow, ***** uming production and operating economics hold.
