Sept. 12 (UPI) -- Reacher and Runner star Alan Ritchson has announced he and his wife Catherine are divorcing after 20 years of marriage.
"Cat and I have decided to end our marriage and continue alongside each other in a different way," Ritchson, 43, wrote on Instagram Saturday.
"We grew up together. We built a life and family together. And we are raising three incredible boys who will always be the center of our world," he added. "Nothing can diminish what these years have meant to us -- or the love and respect we will always share."
The post included a broken heart emoji.
Page Six said that although Ritchson announced the sad news this weekend, court records show he actually filed for divorce from Catherine last December.

Jennifer Aniston reportedly cannot stop bringing a comparison between her boyfriend, Jim Curtis, to her exes. According to a new report, a source claimed that the "Friends" alum has gained an entirely new perspective on her relationships in the past after her romance with the wellness author and hypnotherapist. The Hollywood star allegedly believes that Jim Curtis is "the best lover" she has ever had.
Jennifer Aniston reportedly believes that "none of her exes can compare" to her current boyfriend, Jim Curtis. As reported by the National Enquirer, a source told them that "Jen fully admits that she and Jim are still in the honeymoon stage." The source then explained that the couple has been in a romantic relationship for more than a year now.
According to the source, it is quite "remarkable" for the actor and the wellness author to still share this type of "electricity," which generally begins to "fade at this point in a relationship."
Furthermore, the insider claimed that Jennifer Aniston can't stop comparing her beau, Jim Curtis, to the others she was in a relationship with in the past. The "Just Go With It" actor was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005. She also had a married life with Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2018.
Per the insider, according to the actor, the hypnotherapist is "hands down the best lover she's had in every way." The source continued, "Brad was obviously incredibly handsome and there was plenty of passion between them. But looking back, she sees how much of that relationship revolved around him and his needs."

Princess Diana's iconic "revenge dress" could soon find a new owner.
More than 30 years after the late royal made fashion history in the black silk Christina Stambolian dress, the head-turning gown is headed to auction at Sotheby's.
Diana wore the dress to London's Serpentine Gallery on June 29, 1994, the same night her estranged husband, then-Prince Charles, publicly admitted to having an affair with his now-wife, Queen Camilla, in a nationally televised interview. The look went from simply being a daring dress to a statement-making piece, creating one of Diana's most famous fashion moments.
But as Sotheby's notes in its September 10 press release, the dress had been sitting in Diana's wardrobe for nearly three years before that unforgettable night. Commissioned in 1991 after Diana asked Stambolian for "something very special," the off-the-shoulder black silk design was a striking departure from the traditional royal wardrobe.

When it comes to fashion, the first person on your mind would probably not be Rosie O'Donnell. Although O'Donnell has had a complete Hollywood transformation, the noted comedian is known more for being an accomplished talk show host while delivering whip-sharp quips. But it appears she also knows a thing or two about dressing herself for a wedding, especially her youngest son's wedding. Blake O'Donnell got married in August 2024 and Rosie made sure she was dressed in her best for the occasion.
rosie/Instagram
Instead of a typical dress, O'Donnell opted for a sharp suit, as seen in the image above, that she posted to her Instagram account. The custom made suit was champagne-colored, with floral motifs adorning both the blazer and pants. She wore a pair of white Oxford shoes, keeping her graying hair in a short neat cut. Not only is the outfit ideal and comfortable, it also serves as the perfect alternative to a dress for older women. O'Donnell definitely rocked this look to a T, looking stunning as she and her son shared a wholesome mother-son dance to Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time."

Taylor Fritz and Morgan Riddle's nearly six-year relationship ended in April, and new reporting says the split may have come down to two practical questions: what role Riddle wanted in Fritz's family life and where she wanted to build her own future.
Anonymous sources told Page Six that Riddle was not ready to take on a stepmother role to Fritz's 9-year-old son and did not want to settle full time in California. The sources said her career was pulling her toward New York, where she moved this spring.
Neither Fritz nor Riddle has publicly confirmed those specific reasons. Riddle has spoken more broadly about why she left, saying in June that she had spent roughly a year and a half feeling as though the life she was living no longer felt like her own. She also told ELLE that she and Fritz were "on good terms."
Fritz has since been linked to Olivia Jade Giannulli. Page Six's sources have described the relationship as casual and not exclusive, while neither Fritz nor Giannulli has publicly defined it. Riddle, for her part, has not publicly commented on Giannulli.
Page Six's September 4 report gives the most specific account yet of what may have separated Fritz and Riddle. According to the outlet's sources, Riddle was not prepared to become a stepmother and wanted to pursue her career in New York rather than establish a full-time life in California.

The 2026 Venice Film Festival starts on Wednesday, and the first wave of celebrities has already begun arriving at the Hotel Excelsior on the Lido. With 11 days of premieres, photocalls and parties ahead of us, consider this the beginning of what will undoubtedly be a very busy fashion week.
Jacopo Raule/FilmMagic
Amal Clooney was among the first to arrive alongside George Clooney, who will receive the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement during Wednesday's opening ceremony.
Considering Amal and Venice have given us some memorable fashion moments over the years, I'm excited to see what she has in store for us this time around.
Amal usually gives us summer hues during a festival that sits right at the tail end of the season, but on this rare occasion she opted for a darker palette in Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann Spring 2027.

Mark Ruffalo is rejecting Paramount Skydance's accusation that his criticism of the company's proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition invoked antisemitic tropes.
The actor responded in an August 22 X post, calling the accusation "appalling and fundamentally dishonest." Ruffalo argued that criticizing Israeli government policy, military technology contracts or corporate executives should not automatically be interpreted as hostility toward Jewish people.
The dispute began after Ruffalo shared a video involving Oracle executive vice chair and Paramount board member Safra Catz while attacking the proposed merger and the Ellison family's business interests. Paramount then issued an unusually pointed response, telling Variety that it was troubled by what it described as antisemitic tropes being invoked in a business dispute.
Ruffalo has opposed the Paramount-Warner Bros. deal for months on antitrust, employment and media-consolidation grounds. The approximately $111 billion transaction has cleared a federal antitrust review but remains on hold because of a lawsuit brought by California and 11 other states.
In his response to Paramount, Ruffalo said his comments were directed at political decisions, corporate relationships and the use of technology rather than Jewish people. "Criticizing the actions of the Israeli prime minister, a military technology contract, or the executives who supply it is not the same as criticizing Jewish people," he wrote.

Logan Paul has confirmed that he plans to take legal action against Tom Brady after the former NFL quarterback struck him during a heated exchange at Fanatics Fest.
The incident came after Paul's team defeated Brady's side 34-26 in the Fanatics Flag Football Classic earlier this year, giving the WWE star plenty of ammunition to mock the seven-time Super Bowl champion.
Their rivalry had already been building before they faced each other on the field. Brady had questioned whether Paul could compete at a high level in football, while Paul insisted his athletic background gave him a chance.
Photo by Kevin Mazur/Getty Images for OBB Media – FANATICS STUDIOS
Speaking about the incident, Paul suggested Brady lost his temper after being repeatedly reminded about the flag football defeat.

Lucy Davis, who is known for her appearance in The Office, has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. The star took to her Instagram account to post this heartbreaking news.
According to her update, the actor has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. Following her revelation, The Office star also pointed out that the cancer was incurable, as it has already metastasized into her bones. Furthermore, such a situation also leaves her in a helpless state, as chemotherapy will probably not help her situation.
Elaborating on her illness, Davis pointed out how she had a small lump on her breast. However, since the lump was small, the 53-year-old ignored it, which led to the cancer spreading further. Advising her followers, Davis asked them not to disregard any symptoms and get checked immediately.
Davis wrote on her Instagram, "As of now, I'm trying to live out whatever might be left of my life in as fun a way as I possibly can. I always like to find the teachable moments in anything negative that happens. And cancer has not disappointed in that regard; there's a lot I have learned from it, and I'm grateful for that. As some of you will know, the pain can really be something else. Standing and walking for too long a time can be hard, and I need to use a wheelchair sometimes (so if you see me toddling around in one, feel free to give me a push!)"
Continuing with her long message, The Office actor also made an important request to all her friends and family. She stated that everybody must continue making fun of her and teasing her like before. The 53-year-old further reflected that there was no worse feeling for a sick person than when their family treats them as if they were unwell.

Scott Disick isn't holding a grudge against ex Kourtney Kardashian for leaving him out of her latest Father's Day tribute to her husband, Travis Barker.
"Kourtney and Scott's kids love [Kourtney and Travis' son] Rocky, Scott respects their relationship and didn't take her leaving him out of her Father's Day post personally," a source said, according to People, of the Instagram post, which read "baby daddy" alongside a sweet photo of Barker holding Kardashian as the two stared lovingly at one another.
"He is happy that his kids are happy and that Travis is so easy to get along with," the source said, per the outlet. The source also said Kardashian "did not mean to disrespect Scott with her Father's Day post," explaining, "Kourt and Travis are such a strong family unit now, it just felt right to pay tribute to Travis," and that the pair "have blended their families so well."
This isn't the first time the Poosh founder, 47, has left Disick out of her Father's Day tributes. In 2024, fans criticized Kardashian after she wrote to Barker, "Beyond grateful for the Dad that you are to our baby boy, and all of our kids," in an Instagram post.
Kardashian and the Blink-182 drummer, 50, married in 2022 and welcomed son Rocky in 2023. Kardashian also shares kids Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11, with Disick, 43. The exes split in 2015 after a nearly nine-year on-and-off romance. Barker, meanwhile, shares grown kids Landon, 22, and Alabama, 20, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 51; they divorced in 2008.

Seth Rogen recently revealed where he currently stands in his relationship with James Franco, with whom he cut ties years ago after claims of ****** ual misconduct were leveled against him. In an interview, he clarified that his stance hasn't changed. Rogen also said that he still had no interest in working with Franco again.
The Studio star recently appeared on The New York Times' podcast, where he discussed a variety of topics. This included his first visit to Cannes, where his and his wife Lauren Miller's film Tangles screened, and his work on his film with Olivia Wilde, The Invite.
During the discussion, The Daily host Lulu Garcia-Navarro also asked Seth Rogen about his broken relationship with James Franco and whether it influenced his view on friendship.
The comedian and filmmaker thought about what to share. Meanwhile, the interviewer reasoned that their question was due to how society viewed people who behaved badly and how it dealt with forgiving and welcoming them back into the fold. She also noted how Rogen and Franco once shared a "seminal relationship."
Rogen declined to dive into the specifics, citing that the "nuance" of the fractured bond was "too personal" to discuss. Highlighting the "public-facing side," he affirmed that his stance on his former co-star following the ****** ual misconduct claims hasn't changed.

Britain's royal family will celebrate a royal wedding on Saturday when Peter Phillips, a nephew of King Charles III and son of Princess Anne, ties the knot.
Phillips, one of Anne's two children, is scheduled to marry Harriet Sperling in a ceremony in Cirencester, England, a small town about two hours from London.
The wedding will be the second for Phillips, a father of two daughters and the eldest grandchild of the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
Sperling is the mother of a teenage daughter, who, with her mom, joined the royal family at Easter service in April.
The wedding is a private event, so no guest list has been publicly released.

Lena The Plug is denying reports of a divorce from her husband, podcaster Adam22, saying a stalker stole her identity and submitted fraudulent court paperwork without her knowledge or consent.
In a video posted to Instagram, Lena, whose legal name is Lena Nersesian, said she discovered last month that someone had attempted to file for divorce on her behalf after receiving rejected courthouse paperwork at her home.
"I'm here to address the chaos," she said. "Last month, I went to check my mailbox, and I had all of this rejected paperwork from a courthouse. Somebody has been trying to file for divorce on my behalf."
The paperwork included her name, home address, her daughter's name and date of birth, and a check for $435. Nersesian said she recognized the name printed on the check as matching a name police had given her during two separate wellness checks at her residence, during which officers said a caller had reported she was being abused by her husband.
"I look at the name on the check, and I start to freak out a little bit because I remember the name," she said. "The name on the check matches the name that the police gave me when they arrived at my house two different times doing a wellness check, claiming that somebody called and said that I was being abused by my husband."

There aren't many places where asking a celebrity about their cartoon crush feels like a totally reasonable use of time, but at the Disney Upfronts in New York City on Tuesday, it somehow just worked. Maybe it's the proximity to all things animated, or maybe it's the fact that everyone immediately taps into their childhood without overthinking it.
The answers? Exactly as random and delightful as you'd hope. There were the expected picks — Jasmine, Ariel, Belle, Prince Eric — alongside a strong showing for Mulan (less "crush," more "icon"). And then, of course, the wild cards: Goofy (twice!), Minnie Mouse and at least one hard opt-out from the entire concept.
If nothing else, it made for a fun red carpet question: quick, nostalgic and just weird enough to get people out of autopilot. (Even if it means admitting, on the record, that Tarzan "could really get it.")
Bruno Tonioli (Dancing With the Stars)
"My crush actually is the evil witch, Maleficent. She's misunderstood. And I love Angelina Jolie's version as well."
