The Seattle Seahawks have a wealth of talented rushers that have played for the team and established themselves on the franchise's all-time rushing yards list.
Seahawks great Marshawn Lynch helped the team win the Super Bowl at the end of the 2013 season while former All-Pro Chris Warren had several seasons of note in Seattle.
Let's take a look at who the Seahawks' all-time leading rusher is, as well as the other players that come close.
Shaun Alexander has recorded the most rushing yards in Seahawks franchise history with 9,429 yards.
Alexander played in 119 games for Seattle from 2000-07 and went for 1,000 rushing yards five times in that span. The Kentucky native led the league in rushing yards in 2005 with 1,880.

After years of record-breaking growth, major market indexes are stagnating. The S&P 500 (SNPINDEX: ^GSPC) is down 0.42% over the past month, as of this writing, while the tech-focused Nasdaq Composite (NASDAQINDEX: ^IXIC) has sunk by nearly 2% in that time.
Some market indicators are also raising red flags over valuations. The S&P 500 Shiller CAPE Ratio, for instance, is the highest it's been since the dot-com bubble, suggesting the index is trading at a premium. The Buffett indicator is also at a record high of 236%. For context, Warren Buffett himself noted that when this indicator nears 200%, investors are "playing with fire."

Now, this doesn't mean that a bear market is around the corner. But downturns are a normal part of the market's cycle, so it's not a matter of if we face a pullback, but when. Here's my number one piece of advice about how to prepare right now.
Volatility could be looming, but a century's worth of history proves one thing: The investors who win out are those who stay invested for the long haul.

Texas A&M's No. 1-ranked 2027 recruiting class features a nation-high six five-star commitments, led by the program's top prospect, five-star offensive tackle Mark Matthews, who is widely considered the best pass protector with the potential to become a future first-round NFL Draft selection.
Combined with fellow OL Kennedy Brown, safety Kamarui Dorsey, Edge Zyron Forstall, cornerback Raylaun Henry, and wide receiver Eric McFarland, third-year coach Mike Elko and his staff are very close to locking down the No. 1-ranked 2027 cycle.
After landing four-star linebacker Mikahi Allen, five-star running back Landen Williams-Callis, who will announce his commitment on August 1, remains the lone priority prospect, but is expected to land with the Texas Longhorns after his OV to Austin this summer. Even if the Aggies don't secure Williams-Callis's commitment, Texas A&M's 2027 running back room will be in good shape regardless.
At wide receiver, three-star Demani Warren and four-star Jayden Upshawn complement Eric McFarland's elite speed and versatility as the likely future starting slot receiver once Mario Craver departs for the NFL, and will immediately compete for a starting role in 2027 with second-year receiver Madden Williams in the slot.
Among the top-ranked wide receiver prospects in the 2027 cycle, McFarland comes in at No. 7 in MaxPreps writer Zach Poff's top-10 rankings, which is quite impressive given the site's sole dedication to covering high school prospects.

One of Wall Street's largest publicly traded companies, Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRKA)(NYSE: BRKB), has entered a new era. With Warren Buffett officially retiring as CEO on Dec. 31, 2025, after more than half a century at the helm, it's his protégé, Greg Abel, now calling the shots.
Berkshire's more than five dozen owned companies more or less run themselves. The focus of Berkshire Hathaway's operating results tends to be on what, if any, moves have been made in the company's $352 billion investment portfolio. Although Abel has been an aggressive buyer of Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL)(NASDAQ: GOOG) stock of late, stock market dynamics strongly suggest he was a net seller of equities in the second quarter.
Missed Nvidia in 2009? This Rare Signal Is Flashing Again. In 2009, a "Double Down" signal flashed for a little-known chipmaker called Nvidia. For the first time in years, that same "Total Conviction" signal is flashing for a company 1/100th the size of Nvidia. Continue »
If accurate, this would mark the 15th consecutive quarter that Buffett and/or Abel have sold more stocks than they've purchased.
As of March 31, Warren Buffett and Greg Abel had collectively sold approximately $194.8 billion more in stocks than they've purchased since Oct. 1, 2022. While some investors had postulated that Buffett was raising cash to give Abel a treasure chest to work with when he took over, the more likely catalyst behind this selling is the stock market's otherworldly valuation.

Paris Saint-Germain have no intention of entering the race for Manchester City's Rodri despite recent speculation linking the European champions with the Spaniard, per Sky Sports.
Reports in recent days suggested PSG could test City's resolve for the Ballon d'Or winner.
However, the French club are understood to be completely satisfied with their current midfield options and are not planning any major additions in that area this summer.
Luis Enrique's side believe they already possess one of Europe's strongest midfield units, with Vitinha, Fabian Ruiz and Joao Neves all playing pivotal roles in last season's historic campaign.
The trio started PSG's UEFA Champions League final triumph and remain central to the club's long-term plans. They also have the talented Warren Zaire-Emery waiting in the wings.

Like most investors, I stepped into the stock market rather cautiously, doing my best to follow Warren Buffett's primary rule: "Don't lose money."
Three decades later, I now realize I didn't fully appreciate the nuances of this tip. Namely, I conflated temporary setbacks with locking in losses. Oh, I knew the difference between realized and unrealized. It's just that, mentally, I convinced myself that some pullbacks never stop. Big mistake. Most do. This mindset kept me out of some stocks that would have ended up being very big winners.

I can't go back in time and do things over. I can, however, help others learn from my mistakes and tell them the very first stock I would have bought and held back then if I had known then what I know now. That's Google parent Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) (NASDAQ: GOOG).
OK, Google wasn't around when I first started investing. It wouldn't exist until 1998, and it didn't go public until 2004. If I were just starting out or starting over again today, however, it would be the foundational position in my portfolio.

Warren Buffett stands as one of the most celebrated investors in history. Under his leadership at Berkshire Hathaway beginning in 1965, the investment conglomerate delivered a compound annual gain of 19.7% through 2025, almost double the S&P 500's (SNPINDEX: ^GSPC) 10.5% average annual return over the same period.
That performance turned modest early investments into generational wealth for patient shareholders, validating Buffett's reputation for focusing on long-term value rather than short-term profits.

One tool the Oracle of Omaha has long employed for gauging the health of the stock market is the aptly named Buffett indicator, which compares the total value of U.S. stocks to gross domestic product (GDP). Its currently elevated reading raises questions about whether stocks are outrunning underlying economic growth and what that could signal for future returns.
The Buffett indicator is a ratio between the aggregate market capitalization of all publicly traded U.S. companies -- typically captured by a broad index such as the Wilshire 5000 -- and nominal U.S. GDP. This metric offers a snapshot of how large the stock market has become relative to the size of the economy that ultimately supports corporate profits.

Warren Beatty may have stepped away from the Hollywood spotlight, but a source exclusively tells Examiner that he's been closely following his and Annette Bening's daughter Ella's burgeoning acting career from home.
"Ella hasn't had a massive hit yet, but she's steadily winning roles in highly competitive situations and even more importantly, people are noticing that she actually delivers when she gets one of these parts," the source says.
According to the source, even though Beatty, 89, rarely mingles in Hollywood circles, he still keeps track of Ella's accomplishments.
"As reclusive as he's been for a while, word still gets back to Warren when Ella manages to impress a producer or a studio executive," the source continues. "The filmmakers who work with her really do see her as a natural like her mom, Annette."
The source adds that it's "been a weird time for the family" since the ***** Tracy star began to "pull back from the Hollywood scene over the last few years." However, Ella's "slow, steady rise has been a bright spot."

MLB Trade Rumors | Charlie Wright: The Yankees rearranged their planned starters for this weekend's series in Philadelphia. Cam Schlittler was **** ped up to start Friday on normal rest, with Will Warren pushed back to Sunday. Warren appeared in relief Wednesday to help provide some coverage during a doubleheader. With Max Fried back in the rotation and Carlos Rodón on the comeback trail, Warren's recent usage suggests his spot in the rotation could be in jeopardy.
MLB.com | Thomas Harrigan: The Yankees have gotten virtually no offensive production from the catcher position this season. With the trade deadline looming, expect them to pursue an upgrade. The most likely candidate is Minnesota's Ryan Jeffers, a righty bat who's a free agent after the season. The Athletics' Shea Langeliers and Colorado's Hunter Goodman are higher-upside plays with more years of club control, but there's no guarantee either will be moved. The Mets' Francisco Alvarez and Baltimore's Adley Rutschman loom as longshots, with Cincinnati's Tyler Stephenson and Minnesota's Victor Caratini less exciting backup plans should the rest fall through.
NJ.com | James Mertz: Paul Blackburn has broken out with the Yankees this year after moving to the bullpen full-time, posting a 2.00 ERA in 35 outings. He attributes the career renaissance in part with the consistency the Yankees have provided. The veteran contrasts that with his tenure with the Mets, who constantly shuttled him between the rotation and the bullpen. "I felt like we were just playing a video game," he said of his time across town, during which he posted a 6.00 ERA in 12 games.
CBS Sports | Rotowire Staff: Luis Gil faced live batters on Friday for the first time since early May, throwing BP. He's been on the minor-league IL, working back from right shoulder inflammation. The former Rookie of the Year was disastrous in four starts early this year and has no guaranteed role upon his return.

Each season, a handful of players outperform expectations during training camp in August, quickly becoming fan favorites ahead of the regular season. It is a player who has flashy moments in practice and allows fans to get really excited at the prospect of what they could be for the Cleveland Browns’ future. We had some good predictions in our Feed post earlier this week:
Here are a few others:
Denzel Boston
Boston was selected with the 39th pick in the second round of this year’s NFL Draft. Typically, one receiver emerges as a training camp standout, making highlight-reel catches or generating plenty of buzz from the local media. Gage Larvadain was the breakout training camp receiver last year, while Jamari Thrash filled that role the previous summer. It would not be surprising to see the rookie receiver follow suit.

Another tournament, another triumph for local baseball players.
The Mafia Baseball Club, a Pacific Northwest team, won their ticket to play in the Babe Ruth World Series. On July 13-17, the Mafia Baseball Club was the top finishing team in the Pacific Northwest Regional Tournament in Calgary, Alberta. Now, they're going to Branson, Missouri. The Babe Ruth World Series is scheduled to begin on July 27 and run through August 5.
The Mafia Baseball Club of Oregon was formed in the summer of 2025 and is coached by Luke Roth and Mateo Vodjansky. Many of the Clatsop County athletes are familiar with Roth since his company, Mid-Major Media, that publishes on social media, covers many of the 4A-1A athletes throughout the state of Oregon. Roth said he started Mid-Major Media with the intention of highlighting the underrepresented athletes in smaller schools and communities across the state. His company is also a sponsor of the Mafia Baseball Club.
Mafia Baseball Club has roots in both Toledo, Washington and Northwest Oregon. The 2026 team features local athletes from Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside and Knappa, among others. Oliver Stevens (Knappa), Zephan Pierce (Warrenton), Sam Schacher (Astoria), Dallas Norris (Astoria) and Hayden Halsen (Seaside) all have spent parts of their summer playing with the team.
The graduated senior Pierce from Warrenton High School and incoming Knappa High School senior Stevens, had strong regional performances as both a pitcher and catcher. At the regional tournament in Calgary, Stevens spun a total of 7.2 innings and struck out 8, while Pierce hit .333 and had a .429 on base percentage.

A top Bloomberg ***** yst has a bold idea for Warren Buffett. Eric Balchunas says the investor should give his Berkshire Hathaway shares to Trump Accounts, the new government investment accounts for American children.
Balchunas shared the idea on Tuesday. Buffett, 95, plans to give away his remaining Berkshire stake, worth about $140 billion, by the end of 2034.
Trump Accounts launched on July 4. They were created under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, a new tax law. Every eligible child born between 2025 and 2028 gets a $1,000 deposit from the Treasury.
Families can add up to $5,000 per year. The money sits in an S&P 500 index fund called SPYM by default. The Treasury picked Robinhood and BNY to run the app and the accounts.
Balchunas, the senior ETF ***** yst at Bloomberg Intelligence, thinks the accounts are a natural match for Buffett. Almost all of Buffett's wealth is Berkshire stock. He has also promised to give more than 99% of it away.

At the end of last year, Warren Buffett retired as chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRKA)(NYSE: BRKB) and passed the reins to Greg Abel. Although Buffett still has some influence on the company, it's clear that Abel and Berkshire Hathaway are embracing new strategies.
Since Abel took over, Berkshire Hathaway's stock portfolio has changed a bit, and one of the biggest shifts is that it has loaded up on Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG)(NASDAQ: GOOGL). Berkshire Hathaway purchased its first Alphabet shares in late 2025, but Abel has taken it up a notch. It's now Berkshire Hathaway's fifth-largest holding, accounting for 8.7% of its stock portfolio (across both share classes).

Alphabet isn't the typical Berkshire Hathaway investment, but amid the evolving artificial intelligence (AI) landscape, it makes sense for the conglomerate to embrace an AI company that has its hands in many pots. Between its prior public stake and the company's announcement of a new $10 billion private placement purchase in June, Berkshire Hathaway now holds a nearly $31 billion stake.
It's clear that AI is here to stay. The way people and businesses interact with it will inevitably evolve, but the technology itself isn't going anywhere. Alphabet is a smart investment for Berkshire Hathaway because it's a full-stack AI company that handles most of the pipeline in-house. It has operations in key parts of the AI ecosystem, including:

NEW YORK (AP) — While the Yankees still are missing Aaron Judge, Gerrit Cole and Max Fried pitched together in New York's rotation for first time and their numbers add to the injured captain's 99.
Displaying $542 million worth of aces, the Yankees sent the pair to the mound in a doubleheader against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Cole didn't get a decision in Wednesday's opening 5-3, 10-inning loss, striking out 11 — his highest total in three years — while allowing three runs over seven innings. Fried came off the injured list for the night game and pitched five innings of one-hit ball in a 2-0 win.
“I think you saw a master class today,” fellow Yankees pitcher Will Warren said.
New York manager Aaron Boone had long envisioned Cole (No. 45) and Fried (54) following each other to the mound.

The Indianapolis Colts were well on their way last season, but a Week 14 injury to Daniel Jones all but derailed any hope that they had of making a run. Looking back, the Colts have been one of the most consistent teams in the NFL over the last three years under head coach Shane Steichen. After getting nine wins, then eight wins, and eight again, year four is going to be crucial for everyone on the Colts staff.
Obviously, Daniel Jones comes up when unanswered questions from Colts training camp arrive. Is the team's long-term/final answer to go with him? He was rewarded with a two-year contract worth upwards of $100 million with incentives, so it sure seems that way. Although, like our last article in this series, he will be one of the quarterbacks in the AFC South division under the microscope alongside Texans' C.J. Stroud.
Rookie tight end Tyler Warren had an excellent season. His workload will more than likely increase because the Colts sent WR1 Michael Pittman to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He will also provide a security blanket for Daniel Jones until he is completely healthy. Warren's 76 catches last year were second on the team, and that number may reach triple digits in 2026.
The Colts need a clear WR2, or someone to separate themselves from the pack this season on the outside. Last year's WR2, Alec Pierce, will move up the depth chart and will need to live up to the four-year, $114 million contract. He is considered a serious deep threat, and the Colts decided he was worth keeping over Pittman. Last season, he caught 33 fewer passes than Pittman, so we shall see.

If there's one thing his fans can agree on, Nick Warren's buzzer moment was well earned.
The 16-year-old high school football player from Plumsteadville is on his way to the central regional finals of NBC's "American Ninja Warrior" after tackling his way through six challenging obstacles to finish in the No. 10 spot in Season 18's seventh episode, which aired July 20.
At 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds, Warren impressed show hosts, Akbar Gbajabiamila and Matt Iseman, as he moved through the course with remarkable speed and agility.
"He's part muscle, part hustle and all heart," said Gbajabiamila, later adding they don't see the combination of football and ninja very often.
During a watch party held Monday night, Warren was surrounded by family, friends and teammates, who shared in the excitement as they cheered on their hometown hero. Among those gathered in support was Central Bucks East head football coach John Donnelly, who wasn't surprised to see the athleticism displayed in Warren's successful run.

We've covered Quarterback and Running Back in our Upgrade/Downgrade series, and both position groups seem to be a likely upgrade. It helps when you return your best player at that position, but now things start to get interesting for the offense. Aireonte Ersaey was a 2nd-round draft pick, Phillip Daniels left for NIL at Ohio State and then you lost 60 combined starts between Quinn Carrol and Tyler Cooper.
As per usual, the offensive line unit improved throughout the season, but it was not a strength in 2025. So after a down year, can this year's unit be an upgrade?
2025 Starter: Nathan Roy, Greg Johnson, Ashton Beers, Tony Nelson, Dylan Ray
2026 Starters: Roy, Johnson, Beers, Tony Nelson, Bennett Warren
Depth: Jerome Williams, Brett Carroll, Jaden Ball, Daniel Shipp, Kaveon Lee, Mark Handy
The good news here is that four starters return, and a nice transfer piece has been added.
Nathan Roy was the starter at left tackle last year for 12 of the 13 games and he had a nice season. And if you factor in that he was just a redshirt freshman, there is reason to believe that he is going to be an excellent blind-side protector for Drake Lindsey.

Texas A&M's first commit in the No. 1-ranked 2027 recruiting class recently spoke with GigEm247 insider Jackson Dipasquale this week, as four-star quarterback Jayce Johnson discussed his relationships with coach Mike Elko, new OC Holmon Wiggins, and new QB coach Joey Lynch, which were further strengthened during his official visit to College Station back in late May.
Johnson's arm talent is undeniable, and while his ability to make plays outside the pocket remains an area in need of improvement, Texas A&M's quarterback future post-Marcel Reed must include the Georgia native in order to avoid a massive drop-off at the most important position. Standing 6'4" and 200-plus pounds, Johnson has already established himself as a playmaker, but like most future college signal callers, consistency is the focus.
The Aggies' 2027 cycle also features four wide receiver commits, led by five-star Eric McFarland, while four-star Jayden Upshaw is equally intriguing given his physical play style and fearlessness making catches in the middle of the field, and combined with three-stars Demani Warren, who's 6'4", and Trey Haddad, who is a natural playmaker, Jayce Johnson will have plenty to work with under center.
After landing four-star linebacker Mikahi Allen, only five-star running back Landen Williams-Callis remains as the Aggies' final uncommitted priority prospect, who will announce his commitment on August 1.
Right now, the Texas Longhorns are the favorites to secure the blue-chip back, but Texas A&M remains a finalist, and Jayce Johnson, who, similar to four-star Edge Kaden McCarty, has been a vocal recruiter for the Aggies via social media and during nearly every interview this offseason. Johnson made his final recruiting pitch to Williams-Callis.

The Yankees announced that tonight's game, scheduled for 7:05 EST against the Pittsburgh Pirates, has been postponed due to inclement weather forecasted to sustain through much of the night in New York.
The Yankees and Pirates will play a split-admission doubleheader tomorrow, with Game 1 at 1:05 EST and Game 2 at 7:05 EST. Those with tickets to tonight's postponed game can exchange them for tickets to tomorrow night's Game 2. Tickets from the postponed game cannot be exchanged for Game 1. As tonight was scheduled to be Aaron Judge Harry Potter Bobblehead night, the giveaway will now occur during tomorrow night's game.
We'll keep you updated on how the postponement affects the Yankees' rotation plans and roster, as the team now will have to play a second doubleheader in the span of four days. New York called up Elmer Rodríguez as their "27th Man" for the doubleheader against the Dodgers over the weekend, and the top prospect could be in line to come up again, after having gone unused on Sunday. Will Warren was scheduled to start tonight, with Gerrit Cole scheduled for tomorrow.

Among her various moments with Braun in the pictures, some included a dinner-date photo, them doing the famous ****** anic pose, standing by a helicopter, kissing on a plane, doing a tricky stunt, and much more. The caption of the post read, "a little aussie dump."
Last month, Sweeney also celebrated Braun's birthday by throwing him a party. It was attended by A-list celebrities including Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, according to Page Six. Sharing more details on the birthday bash, an insider told the outlet, "She had a basketball hoop set up. Warren G performed 'Regulate,' Scooter's favorite."
This photo update also comes a few months after Braun publicly spoke about his love life. However, he didn't mention Sweeney's name. Braun said to Variety, "I've met an extraordinary woman, kind and generous and smart, and real and down to earth — and one of the biggest surprises ever." He was also asked whether he had been keeping up with Euphoria Season 3, which received backlash for Sweeney's Cassie Howard's storyline. He said, "I am catching it. I'm biased; I like it. I think there's been an incredible performance by a certain actress."
