(NASDAQ:TROW) is making a bigger move into fixed-income ETFs through its agreement to acquire F/m Investments, a fixed-income **** et manager with about $19 billion in **** ets. The deal would add 20 ETFs covering Treasuries, TIPS, corporate bonds and municipal securities. It would also increase T. Rowe Price's fixed-income **** ets by nearly 9% and more than double its fixed-income ETF **** ets from around $6.5 billion.
The deal comes as ETFs become a more important part of the **** et-management industry. T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TROW) has traditionally been better known for active investing, so F/m gives it an established ETF platform and a team with experience developing fixed-income products. The transaction is expected to close in early 2027, although T. Rowe Price has not disclosed how much it will pay for F/m.

The biggest positive for T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TROW) is that it is getting an established fixed-income ETF business rather than having to build one from scratch. The company already manages about $220 billion in fixed income, so F/m fits naturally into a business T. Rowe Price already knows well.
Distribution could be another major opportunity. F/m has built a portfolio of ETFs, but T. Rowe has a much larger network and deeper relationships with financial advisers, institutions and other investors. If the company can put F/m's products in front of more customers, the $19 billion **** et base could have room to grow. F/m also brings experience in developing new ETF structures and products. T. Rowe Price, meanwhile, has the scale and resources of a much larger **** et manager. Bringing those strengths together could help expand its fixed-income ETF offering as more investors turn to ETFs for bond exposure.

"It is with great sadness we have to announce that Phyllida Law died supremely peacefully at home, surrounded by all of her family, on Monday 27th July," her manager Jacky Leggo said in a statement to BBC News.

For the most part, Kerce ranks in the top 100-150 range on most boards, but is not truly that much different than many players ranked 40-50 spots higher.

Kerce has been a three-year starter for Georgia Tech, and he made significant offensive strides as a sophomore and junior. He started the 2026 season as something of an afterthought at the back of Georgia Tech’s potent offensive lineup, but his consistent performance in the box ultimately moved him into the team’s leadoff role in April. He finished the 2026 season with a .384/.473/.679 slash line, a career-high 11 home runs and 29 doubles—good for the second-most among DiI hitters. Kerce is a 5-foot-11, 200-pound righthanded hitter who pairs excellent pure contact skills with an advanced, all-fields approach. He has a level, direct swing that yields plenty of hard line drives to both gaps and has cut his strikeout rate consistently throughout college. He managed a 13.3% strikeout rate and standout 90% in-zone contact rate in 2026. While Kerce’s power output has also increased year-over-year, he doesn’t have exceptional over-the-fence pop, the swing or the approach to envision anything more than fringe-average game power with a wood bat. He’s an above-average runner who gets out of the box quickly, but hasn’t been much of a base-stealing threat in college, and has experience all over the infield. Kerce moved from third base to shortstop in 2026, but his actions, range and hands might all be a tick light for an everyday shortstop role in pro ball. He could be better suited for either second or third, or continue playing a bit of everything in a utility infield role.

It's a dispiriting legal battle in which two women who likely suffered profound ****** ual trauma are publicly battling, one with a focus on preserving both her reputation and her business interests, and the other with almost nothing on her side, including, thanks to Griffin's countersuit, anonymity.
"The Tell" is about a woman who is by every possible measure successful, trying to understand what unseen force is holding her apart from an otherwise beautiful life — impacting her marriage, alienating her children and causing panic attacks. On the encouragement of her equally successful, equally blessed husband, Griffin agrees to try therapeutic MDMA. A former star student and long-distance runner from a prominent family in Amarillo, Texas, Griffin goes into her first session with a competitor's single-minded determination to, as she writes, "get to the finish line."
It takes almost no time for the drug to unearth memories of habitual ****** ual abuse by a teacher at her middle school that began when Griffin was 12 and continued until she was 16. Her confidence in the memories she recovers ("My body knew what had happened to me. The way I'd shake when I'd tell my story; the way my eyes welled up with tears at the mention of Texas") sets her on a relentless trajectory of seeking legal and emotional redress.

I listened to "The Tell" on audiobook knowing very little about it. I didn't know that Griffin is married to a billionaire former hedge-fund founder, or that she's on the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Board of Trustees, or that her own venture-capital firm, G9, has made her a billionaire in her own right. I didn't see the seals of approval from America's trio of book-club heavies — Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, and Jenna Bush Hager — on its cover. I didn't read the glowing blurbs for a first-time author from Gwyneth Paltrow, Gloria Steinem, Chanel Miller and Mariska Hargitay. I didn't know that the book wasn't written so much as it was built by a prominent ghostwriter, a cadre of well-placed friends and colleagues, and a publishing industry that's made billions of dollars from trauma memoirs by women.
