Meghan Markle is furious after being put in her place by Martha Stewart, a source tells Star.
"Martha is very territorial and very catty," reveals the source. "Of course she knows that her words carry a lot of weight. No one thinks it's an accident that she managed to make Meghan look bad and get herself a load of attention in the process."
Stewart, 85, made headlines earlier this week when she told People that Meghan, 45, discussed her and Prince Harry's recent trip to the U.K., where they were reunited with his father King Charles III, at a dinner party. "I know she was talking about it," said the domestic diva.
She also took a swipe at the **** ss of Sussex's short-lived Netflix show, With Love, Meghan. "If you're an actress, it's hard to then transition to a princess and then from a princess into a homemaking guru on a television show. It doesn't sort of follow," Stewart said.
"Martha does not like other people coming into the lifestyle **** e," admits the source, noting her rivalry with Goop guru Gwyneth Paltrow. "When she feels at all threatened, she goes on the attack."
