Tom Sandoval has secured a two-year restraining order against ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson after months of legal filings stemming from a June confrontation at their Los Angeles home.
A Los Angeles judge approved the order on Oct. 1, extending protection for Sandoval through Oct. 1, 2028. Page Six obtained the court documents detailing the new restrictions.
The order follows the temporary protection Sandoval received in June after accusing Robinson and her father, J. Will Robinson, of attacking him. Victoria Robinson was arrested after police responded to the June 3 confrontation and was released the same day.
Robinson later filed her own domestic violence restraining-order request, accusing Sandoval of physical and verbal abuse during their relationship. Sandoval has denied her allegations.
The new order requires Robinson to remain at least 100 yards away from Sandoval, his home and his workplace. She cannot contact him directly or indirectly by phone, mail, email, text message or other electronic communication.

The Seattle Mariners are about to place their flagging chance at a playoff spot on the bat of 21-year-old Lazaro Montes. The slugger is being called up after hitting 38 home runs in the minors in 2026, including 10 in August.
The Mariners need him to continue the power display in September in a Seattle uniform. The 6-foot-5 Cuban is expected to join the team for the start of a three-game series in Boston on Tuesday.
Whether the left-hander plays immediately at Fenway Park, which traditionally favors right-handed hitters, is for manager Dan Wilson to decide. Boston is scheduled to start left-hander Peyton Tolle in the opener, ace right-hander Sonny Gray on Wednesday and lefty Pablo Sandoval on Thursday.
Montes has struggled against left-handed pitchers in 2026, batting just .201 with six homers. He has raked right-handers for 32 homers and a .274 average.

Eleven months ago, Schlittler entered pinstriped lore by blanking Boston over eight scoreless innings with 12 strikeouts, advancing the Yankees to the AL Division Series in a wild card elimination game.
On Friday night, Schlittler (11-6, 2.16 ERA) gets the ball to open an important, four-game series at Yankee Stadium against the rival Red Sox, the team he grew up rooting for in Walpole, Mass.
He'll be opposed by Patrick Sandoval (1-2, 4.54), as the Yankees are due to face a spate of lefties after a long run against right-handed starters.
It'll be interesting to see how Yanks manager Aaron Boone plays it this weekend, with a hot-hitting lefty in Luis Garcia Jr., and with lefty-hitting second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. lately picking up steam.

The stakes are high as one of the great rivalries in baseball is renewed tonight in the Bronx. The Yankees (75-58) and the Red Sox (73-60) are each making the playoffs. The Marlins avoided a sweep with a 4-0 shutout of the Sox on Wednesday. New York takes the field tonight after losing two of three to Houston. The Yankees' bats were alive in splitting the first two games but went silent in a 5-1 loss last night.
Patrick Sandoval (1-2, 4.54 ERA) gets the ball for Boston tonight. After allowing seven runs to the Pirates back on August 16, the veteran rebounded last Saturday against the Giants allowing two runs over five innings. Overall, the Red Sox have won six of his eight starts. The Yankees counter with Cam Schlittler (11-6, 2.16 ERA). The Cy Young favorite has been dominant nearly every time he has taken the mound this season. In his most recent start, Schlittler allowed but one run over six innings against the Blue Jays. MIAMI — Instant reactions from the Red Sox' 4-2 win over the Miami Marlins at LoanDepot Park:

Chivas goal scoring finally appeared in the Apertura 2026 when they defeated Tijuana by a 5-2 score. Chivas finally scored more than one goal in a Liga MX game during the season after they were able to convert their chances days after the news came that their top goal scorer, Armando Gonzalez, was transferred to Olympiakos in Greece. Tijuana came into the match tied in first place but they had a poor defensive display that Chivas took advantage of. Chivas will now travel south to face off against Pachuca while Tijuana returns home where they will host Pumas.
The 1st half started with a two hour and thirteen minutes rain delay. While the stadium crew did a huge effort to get the field in playable conditions, the field was drenched in a lot of areas. A good combination play ended with Efrain Alvarez getting the ball in the area but his left footed shot went wide. A left footed shot from outside the area by Santiago Sandoval was easily saved by Tijuana's goalkeeper, Jose Rodriguez. A back pass was badly fumbled by Rodriguez and left there for Ricardo Marin, who incredibly kicked the ball straight to Rodriguez in a terrible miss. Off a corner kick, the cross into the area was headed back by Luis Romo into the path of Santiago Sandoval, who headed the ball from close range past Rodriguez to score and give Chivas the early 1-0 lead. It was a deserved goal as Chivas had been the better team. Tijuana would try to answer back with a counter in which Ramiro Arciga got off a header that would be cleared off the line by Romo. Off another corner kick, the cross into the area was headed back by Diego Campillo into the path of Ricardo Marin, who headed the ball from close range past Rodriguez to score and increased the lead to 2-0. It was the same play that Tijuana failed to defend and from set pieces, Chivas had a two goal lead. A cross into the area was headed by Diego Abreu but his teammate, Ignacio Rivera would get in between the path of his shot and deflected it wide. After a thru pass would allow Hugo Camberos to get into the area, he would be brought down by Arciga and the referee would give a Penalty Kick to Chivas. Ricardo Marin took the PK and calmly placed his left footed shot past Rodriguez to score and increased Chivas' lead to 3-0. The halftime whistle blew and Chivas had a solid lead after having their best half played so far in the Apertura 2026.
The 2nd half started with Tijuana subbing out Pablo Ortiz, Diego Abreu and Ignacio Rivero for Alan Vega, Elias Manoel and Yael Padilla. Seconds after the start of the half, Chivas lost the ball and allowed Ivan Tona to get to the area but his left footed shot was blocked by Chivas' goalkeeper, Raul Rangel. Rafael Fernandez got off a right footed shot from outside the area that went wide. Chivas subbed out Efrain Alvarez and Miguel Gomez for Brian Gutierrez and Luis Rey. The Rebaño once again showcased the qualities that have defined Gabriel Milito's project, crushing Xolos 5-2 at Estadio AKRON with a top-to-bottom performance in every aspect of the game. Chivas moved to 10 points in the standings, placing themselves near the top of the table.
Alongside the clinical finishing with which the Rojiblancos put the game away, Guadalajara dominated proceedings from start to finish. A combination of collective effort, high-level combinations, aggression and attacking initiative shaped the emphatic victory.
Camberos and Sandoval constantly active on the wings, Marín mobile and clinical, Alvarado finding ******* es to receive and create chances, and a virtually impenetrable back line were the highlights of a Chivas side that showed it is getting closer to its best version. Even with Xolos scoring twice late on—more through sheer determination than sustained play—the Rebaño's victory left Chiva Nation, which packed the AKRON, with plenty to celebrate.

Now we're hearing that an injury may be playing a role in his performance, even if it's a small one. If Sandoval does go on the IL — or if he's just ***** ped from the rotation for underperformance — the Sox do have another experienced starter on the roster who could take his rotation spot in Brayan Bello. The problem is that Bello, for whatever reason, is thriving in his long relief role after struggling in the first inning all season long. "Does this mean Brayan can't start anymore? That's not the case," Chad Tracy said. "It's difficult to ignore how very, very effective he has been coming out of the bullpen in a bulk relief role and taking down innings. So I don't think that we've closed the book on that by any means. It just feels like that's the way to do it right now." (Tim Healey, Boston Globe)
Bello is pitching so well in his long relief role that it's hard not to think about what the narrative of his season would be if he was able to perform this way as a conventional starter. He has an ERA of 0.85 in over 50 relief innings, and if he were performing anywhere close to that while starting games, we'd be talking about him having a career year and thrusting himself into the Cy Young conversation. The Boston Red Sox were one of the hottest teams in baseball over the last month and a half, but have cooled down as of late.
They are 3-7 in their last 10 and have seen some of their pitchers struggle. On Sunday, Patrick Sandoval allowed seven earned runs in four innings of work. He had been pitching well recently, so Sunday's blow up start was a shock. He received a visit from the trainer on Sunday as well, in the fourth inning.
"Patrick Sandoval said he's been pitching through a blister on his left foot basically all season (thus the trainer visit in the fourth inning)," The Boston Globe's Alex Speier reported on Sunday. "He says it's just a matter of pain tolerance."
Any sort of minor injury can impact any player's performance, but especially pitchers. A blister in his left foot would certainly be something that is difficult to manage, but he has been doing it all year. Given Jake Bennett's recent struggles, the Red Sox will need their other arms to step up. They know what they are going to get out of the top-end guys like Ranger Suarez, Payton Tolle and Sonny Gray.

The Boston Red Sox's historic summer surge has given way to their most concerning stretch in weeks. Boston dropped one spot to No. 7 in MLB.com's latest power rankings, falling behind the New York Yankees after losing seven of its last nine games.
The slide comes immediately after the Red Sox completed the best 30-game stretch in franchise history with a 27-3 record. Boston briefly looked nearly unstoppable, but its offense has cooled considerably during a difficult 2-5 road trip. The Red Sox concluded the trip Sunday with an 8-3 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park. Patrick Sandoval allowed seven runs over four innings, while Boston managed only five hits and struck out 13 times.
Connor Wong supplied the only meaningful offense with a three-run homer in the fifth inning. Any remaining momentum disappeared during a two-hour, 34-minute weather delay.

TORONTO (AP) — Three-time All-Star catcher Adley Rutschman went 1 for 3 and walked twice in his Red Sox debut Tuesday as Boston lost its fourth straight, 5-3 to Toronto.
"Really nice to get out there and play today," Rutschman said. "The guys have a ton of energy, they're rolling. Nice to be out there."
Rutschman, who wore jersey No. 31, was activated off the 10-day injured list before the game. Acquired from Baltimore at the trade deadline for three of Boston's top prospects, Rutschman hadn't played since July 18 because of left wrist inflammation.
Batting third, the switch-hitter struck out swinging in the first inning, reached on an infield single in the third, then walked in the fifth and seventh. He grounded out to end the game, stranding a runner at second.
"I thought he looked good, looked comfortable, looked confident," interim manager Chad Tracy said. "I liked the ****** ons behind the plate, he worked with (starting pitcher Patrick Sandoval) really well, took some good ABs."

The Boston Red Sox did not acquire Adley Rutschman to watch their biggest trade deadline addition remain on the injured list. His long-awaited debut finally appears to be one day away.
Before Boston opened its road series against the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday, Rutschman took batting practice at Rogers Centre and caught a bullpen session for Patrick Sandoval. Interim manager Chad Tracy later told reporters that the Red Sox expected to activate Rutschman before Tuesday night's game, ***** uming he came through the workout without any issues.
Rutschman also was in line to catch Sandoval on Tuesday, according to Boston Sports Gordo.
That would give the Red Sox an immediate look at the battery they hope can play an important role in their postseason push.

Rutschman appears set to make his debut with the Red Sox on Tuesday for their matchup with the Toronto Blue Jays. Barring any late setbacks, Rutschman will start with Patrick Sandoval on the mound at Rogers Centre. The two were spotted working in the bullpen on Monday, too.
"For me, it's just excitement," Rutschman said before Monday's 2-1 loss, which opened the four-game series in Canada, via MassLive. "I miss playing. I want to be out there. To be able to go out and play baseball is such a blessing. You realize that when you're on the IL and not able to play."
The Red Sox made a move to acquire Rutschman ahead of the deadline in a rare intra-division deal. In return, the Baltimore Orioles picked up catcher Carlos Narvaez and the team's No. 2 prospect in the deal, among others.
Rutschman holds a .215 batting average with eight home runs and 47 RBI this season. But he's been sidelined since July 18 with left wrist inflammation, and hasn't been ready to play for his new team just yet while finishing up his recovery. He caught five total innings in a rehab ****** ignment with their Triple-A affiliate over the weekend, too.

On June 5, the Boston Red Sox optioned Brayan Bello to Triple-A Worcester after another terrible start.
Bello was struggling as a starter this year after having a career year in 2025. Through his first 12 games, he had made eight starts and had an ERA of 10.35. He had 22 strikeouts and 21 walks issued in those starts. However, he had made four appearances behind an opener and had gone 25 1/3 innings, allowing just two earned runs. He had 22 strikeouts, to just three walks.
The Red Sox clearly wanted him to start games, so they sent him down to figure things out. However, the emergence of Jake Bennett and Payton Tolle created a path for Bello to return to the big leagues as a reliever.
Right now, the rotation has Ranger Suarez, Sonny Gray, Tolle, Bennett and Patrick Sandoval. Garrett Crochet could return at some point and then the Red Sox really would have no way for Bello to start games. Bello has thrived since returning to the big leagues in a long-relief role.

The White Sox (59-53) folded on offense and waved the white flag on the mound as the Red Sox (61-51) rolled to a 14-2 victory in Tuesday's series opener, outhitting Chicago, 15-6. Davis Martin floundered through five innings while Patrick Sandoval worked smoothly through the South Siders despite struggling with his control, earning the W for the Red Sox.
Tonight was the second time this season that Martin has allowed nine runs; the other was June 16, while visiting the Yankees, when things really started to go downhill. There are definitely some red flags to consider as we head into crunch time in a tight division race, since this was the third outing in a row where he surrendered four or more runs. Davis owned a 3.62 ERA just a few hours ago, but Tuesday's implosion has inflated it to 4.13 on the season. In his last seven starts (34 1/3 innings), he owns a rough 6.55 ERA with a 1.60 WHIP, and he's been striking guys out at a much lower rate with just 20 Ks in this time span.
There may have been at least one explanation for Tuesday's disaster. After the game, manager Will Venable said Davis Martin was tipping his pitches, an issue catcher Kyle Teel identified during the game and brought to the coaching staff's attention. That doesn't erase Martin's recent struggles, but it does provide some context for why Boston's hitters looked so comfortable from the opening inning.
Martin's recent inconsistency is still worth monitoring. While tipping pitches may have contributed to Tuesday's outing, his results over the past several starts have been uneven. His recent inconsistencies were one of the main reasons I was hoping Chris Getz would trade for another starting pitcher before Monday's deadline, especially when everyone not named Sean Burke is a wild card when they start. Before the All-Star break — through June, really — Davis looked like he was approaching ace status, but he has been regressing lately, and it's hard to imagine how he would perform in a playoff game at this moment in time. I'm still optimistic, and I've not given up on him by any means, but if we are being realistic, there's quite a bit of uncertainty around his performance for the remainder of the season.
Right off the bat, Nick Sogard rattled Martin with a leadoff double off the Green Monster, then hit Ceddanne Rafaela square in the back on a curveball that got away to put two runners on. Davis navigated an out on a deep fly that advanced the runners, but back-to-back base hits from Willson Contreras and Masataka Yoshida scored the first run for the Red Sox, 1-0, and then loaded the bases with just one out. Naturally, Caleb Durbin demolished the second pitch he saw for a grand slam over the Green Monster in left, increasing the Boston lead to five, 5-0.

BOSTON (AP) — Caleb Durbin hit a grand slam, Patrick Sandoval earned his first major league win in more than two years and the Boston Red Sox extended their winning streak to six games with a 14-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night.
Wilyer Abreu launched a pair of solo homers for the rolling Red Sox, who hit four home runs for the second consecutive game and have won 24 of their last 27.
Sandoval (1-0) struck out five and allowed two runs on six hits and four walks over five-plus innings. It was his first win since May 7, 2024, when he pitched for the Angels before missing half that season and all of 2025 while recovering from Tommy John surgery.
The Red Sox had to come from behind in their previous six wins but broke this one open early with six runs in the first. Durbin did the bulk of the damage with a grand slam to left field and Jarren Durran followed with a shot to right. Ceddanne Rafaela, whose streak of three straight games with a homer came to an end, also had an RBI single in the inning.
Brayan Bello pitched the final three innings for Boston and picked up his first career save.
