Actress Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend Jim Curtis has delisted his longtime New York City home, just over four months after putting the property on the market for $1.5 million—and mere weeks after the couple marked their one-year anniversary.
Curtis, 50, who works as a professional lifestyle guru, purchased the 1,200-square-foot condo for just under $1.3 million in 2015, has listed it for rent on numerous occasions in the years since, suggesting that it has been quite some time since he has lived there full time.
Then, in January of this year, it appeared that he was ready to offload the dwelling once and for all, offering it up for sale with an asking price of $1.53 million, a somewhat modest increase on the sum he paid for the condo more than a decade ago.
However, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom abode—which is located in Manhattan's Seaport—still struggled to find a buyer and, on June 2, the unit appeared back on the rental market, this time with an asking price of $8,950 a month, only for both listings to be taken down hours later.
The decision to delist the home comes at something of a pivotal time for the couple, who reportedly celebrated their first anniversary together in May, a day that quickly sparked furious speculation about where their romance might be headed—specifically, whether they have any plans to tie the knot.

When Jessica Alba announced in a 2025 Instagram post that she and Cash Warren were divorcing after 16 years of marriage, she said they’d be “moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other.”
However, that no longer seems to be the case, now that she’s found love with Danny Ramirez.
Warren, 47, “maintains he’s kept his side of the street clean but Jessica’s wrecked all that by … packing on the PDA with this cheesy new boyfriend of hers and making sure everyone on planet Earth gets a front row ticket,” reveals a source. “For him, it’s totally out of line and proof that she’s having some type of midlife crisis.”
As Star previously reported, Ramirez, 33, posted a carousel of photos from his and Alba’s recent trip to Mexico to Instagram, including a snap of the Honest Company founder, 45, planting a kiss on his cheek.
“Jessica, of course, says it’s a classic case of Cash having sour grapes,” dishes the source. “He’s obviously struggling to move on and trying to burst her bubble by acting all snarky and bitter.”
