The road to the NFL Draft begins well before prospects arrive at the NFL Combine, and the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000 provides one of the first major preseason checkpoints for players hoping to get there.
Shriners Children's East-West Shrine Bowl released its 2026 Shrine Bowl 1000, identifying 1,000 college football players its scouting department views as prospects to track this season. The list reaches well beyond the biggest programs, including players from the Power Four, Group of Five, FCS, Division II, Division III and NAIA levels.
Being selected for the Shrine Bowl 1000 does not mean a player has received an invitation to the actual East-West Shrine Bowl. Instead, the list serves as an early pool of prospects for the game's scouts to continue evaluating throughout the season. The organization has previously described the 1000 as its initial look at potential Shrine Bowl participants after evaluating thousands of draft-eligible players across college football.
That distinction makes inclusion meaningful. Players have already done enough on film to get onto the radar of an all-star event that plays an important role in the NFL Draft process.
The East-West Shrine Bowl is the nation's longest-running college football all-star game, dating back to 1925. Participants get to practice, compete, and interact with NFL personnel during a critical stage of the pre-draft process. Scouts and executives from all 32 NFL teams attend, giving prospects another chance to improve their standing before the draft.

At 37 years old now and on his fifth NFL team over a career entering its 16th year, linebacker Von Miller made one thing perfectly clear Tuesday at his introductory press conference at Cowboys training camp in Oxnard, Calif.
"I can still play football."
But as the eight-time Pro Bowler went on to explain, that's only part of the reason he was brought to Dallas.
"You can say what you want to say about my play on the field and what I've got left. But when it comes to being a great teammate, if there was a Hall of Fame for that, I'm going in the Hall of Fame, first ballot," Miller told reporters.
As it is, Miller is actually two full years younger than one of this year's enshrinees in the real Hall of Fame (Luke Kuechly). But the Texas native walks into the Cowboys locker room the second-oldest player on the current roster, with punter Bryan Anger beating him by just six months.

When Luke Kuechly was still roaming the field, there was no better defender in the NFL who understood what opposing offenses were trying to do. That unparalleled schematic genius has helped the former Carolina Panthers linebacker land several ******* yst gigs in his post-football career.
According to a report by Andrew Marchand at The Athletic, the newly-enshrined Hall of Famer just got another one—replacing North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick on Peyton Manning's Monday Night Football Xs and Os preview show, The Breakdown.
Kuechly is already a game ******* yst for CBS Sports' college football coverage, and will be debuting as the top ******* yst for Netflix's NFL broadcasts this season—alongside play-by-play voice Noah Eagle.
The slate of games for Netflix in 2026 includes the Week 1 matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and the San Francisco 49ers in Australia, a Thanksgiving eve game between the Rams and the Green Bay Packers and two games on Christmas—including the Packers against the Chicago Bears and the Buffalo Bills against the Denver Broncos.
Unfortunately, Kuechly won't be joining Manning's MNF preview show until October. The Monday night games scheduled for that month are as follows:

Here is a look at the all-time passing yardage leaders for every NFL franchise.
This list includes 11 current Pro Football Hall of Famers and a number of other quarterbacks who will one day be enshrined in Canton. While some teams have obvious all-time passing yardage leaders (Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, for starters), other teams have surprising players atop their passing lists.
Years: 1966-1983
Yards: 34,639 (209 TDs)
Others: Neil Lomax (22,771 yards), Kyler Murray (20,460), Jake Plummer (17,622), Carson Palmer (17,622)

Aug. 16—SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Fifteen years before Gonzaga transformed into an undisputed college basketball power, the small Jesuit university in Spokane made a brief flicker on the national stage with a standout point guard from a high school just down the street.
Gonzaga Prep's John Stockton captured WCAC Player of the Year in 1984, earned all-conference honors in consecutive seasons and was selected 16th overall by the Utah Jazz in the 1984 NBA draft. Chances are you know the rest of the story.
Stockton's Naismith Hall of Fame induction call came in 2009, six years after the NBA's all-time ****** ists leader wrapped up a distinguished, record-setting career with the Utah Jazz and 25 years removed from his final game in a Zag uniform.
But would the point guard ever have company in Springfield, Massachusetts? The odds of another Gonzaga induction always seemed low. Lightning usually doesn't strike twice for a midmajor school in a small-market city like Spokane, but Stockton was always willing to make room if somebody else ever came along.
"It's unbelievable and special. What are the chances?" Stockton said Friday, 24 hours before Gonzaga coach Mark Few officially joined him in the pantheon of college and professional basketball as a newly enshrined Hall of Famer. "You look back 30, maybe 40 years ago and you would've never thought any of this could happen. So it's pretty exciting for all of us."

Tommy John, the namesake and first recipient of baseball's most important surgery, died on Sunday, the New York Yankees announced. He was 83 years old.
John was reported to be entering hospice in early August, two years after he announced a battle with bladder cancer. He took the occasion to pen a goodbye letter to fans and other acquaintances on the day of the New York Yankees' Old-Timers' Day, where he was a frequent participant.
"While his incredible longevity and post-surgery achievements changed the fortunes and trajectory of countless athletes around the world, it also overshadowed his excellence as a pitcher, which included consecutive 20‑win seasons with the Yankees," the team's statement read. "We pause to remember the totality of his legacy — his competitiveness and skill, his penchant for conversation, his kind and gracious nature, and his stature as an athletic and medical pioneer."
Thanks to the surgery, John's career spanned 27 years, appearing for six different teams and racking up 288 wins. Only 25 pitchers in MLB history have more wins, and only two — known steroid user Roger Clemens and dead-ball era star Bobby Matthews — are not enshrined in the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
John remains a notable exclusion from Cooperstown, between his successful career and presence in the operating room that changed baseball.

The board of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts approved a plan on Thursday to enshrine President Donald Trump's name on the building, setting off a new battle in the war over what mark he should be able to leave on the institution.
We have been down this road before. The Kennedy Center's board of trustees "overstepped its statutory bounds by unilaterally renaming the Kennedy Center after President Trump," U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper wrote in May. "In 1964, Congress deliberately rechristened the 'National Cultural Center' the 'John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.' The text, structure, and evolution of the organic statute makes the institution's name abundantly clear."
The center, as a result, was forced to remove Trump's name, which had been affixed to the facade as: THE DONALD J. TRUMP AND THE JOHN F. KENNEDY MEMORIAL CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS. That addition came after the president took control of the Kennedy Center last year—a grab, he maintained, that was necessary to combat alleged wokeness at the institution. "We don't need woke at the Kennedy Center," he said in February 2025 aboard Air Force One. "Some of the shows were terrible. They were a disgrace that they were even put on. So I'll be there until such time as it gets to be running right."
The renewed effort to add Trump's name seeks to creatively circumvent Cooper's ruling by adding it a different way: "Restored and Renovated by President Donald J. Trump," it would read, under the main signage. The persistence here raises a few questions. The most glaring: Why?
For the sake of argument, let us take Trump's word at face value when he said he wants to heal the Kennedy Center of wokeness. It is unclear how obsessively attempting to inscribe his name on the building achieves that end. If anything, it undermines it. This is not about making the center more accessible to a broader public but rather about tailoring it narrowly to one person.

Doc Rivers Pulls Off One Final Celtics Coaching Feat At Hall Of Fame originally appeared on NESN. Add NESN as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
Doc Rivers' greatest coaching achievement came when he guided the Boston Celtics to the 2008 NBA championship.
His final accomplishment involving that historic team did not require a clipboard.
Rivers brought Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen together as his presenters for Saturday's Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony in Springfield, Mass. Seeing Boston's former Big Three share the stage again carried considerable meaning. Allen's departure for the Miami Heat in 2012 fractured his relationship with several former Celtics teammates, particularly Garnett.
Rivers made it a personal goal to reunite all three players for his induction.

Elena Delle Donne soared to basketball's competitive heights as a high school and college basketball star in her home state of Delaware, as a WNBA standout and an Olympian.
All led to Delle Donne earning basketball's ultimate and most enduring achievement on Aug. 15 in Springfield, Massachusetts.
The 36-year-old Ursuline Academy and University of Delaware graduate was inducted to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
In a moving speech during her enshrinement ceremony that featured frequent references to family, Delle Donne articulated a love letter to basketball.
"You've been with me since I was a gangly kid in Delaware," she said, "trying to shoot over a ladder named Oscar to help me develop my shooting arc. You never cared if I was awkward.

Candace Parker didn't pick up a basketball with aspirations of on day joining the hall of fame.
The Lady Vols legend's career started at a park near her home in Naperville, Illinois, where she spent hours playing with her two older brothers, who were her heroes.
Parker fell in love with the game, which took her all over the world. But when she looks back on her career, the places that stick out in her mind aren't the flashy arenas or the championship parades routes. It's that park or the fitness center in Naperville where she first dunked, and Stokely Athletic Center, where she got in extra work before Tennessee's new practice facility was opened her senior year.
Parker may not have dreamed of being a first-ballot hall of famer, but she looked up in the rafters every day with the Lady Vols, determined to hang more banners and the rest would take care of itself.
It arrived for Parker with her second hall of fame induction in less than three months. Parker was enshrined in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame on Aug. 15 at Symphony Hall in in Springfield, Massachusetts. She was inducted to the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in June, entering both in her first year of eligibility.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) — Elena Delle Donne and Candace Parker's WNBA careers were intertwined with so many great moments.
Now they are forever bonded, enshrined into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as part of the 2026 class Saturday night. They were joined by the 1996 U.S. Olympic women's basketball team, Chamique Holdsclaw, NBA player Amar'e Stoudemire, longtime NBA official Joey Crawford, NBA coaches Doc Rivers and Mike D'Antoni, and Gonzaga coach Mark Few.
Delle Donne turned her speech into a love letter to the game of basketball with all the ups and downs she faced in her career. But she always kept life in perspective, thanks to her older sister Lizzie, who is blind and deaf.
"She never played in front of thousands of people, never had a standing ovation. never been interviewed after a big win. Yet I've never met anyone stronger," Delle Donne said, choking up. "Thank you all for keeping me going."
Delle Donne won MVP awards in 2015 and 2019, the second of which came when she led the Washington Mystics to their lone WNBA championship. Delle Donne became the first player in league history to shoot more than 50% from the field, 40% from behind the 3-point line and 90% from the free-throw line.

NBA star Amar'e Stoudemire and longtime coach Glenn "Doc" Rivers were among nine inductees into the Basketball Hall of Fame on Saturday.
Joey Crawford, an NBA referee for 39 seasons, and veteran coaches Mike D'Antoni and Mark Few were also among those enshrined in ceremonies at the Hall in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Women inductees included Candace Parker, Elena Delle Donne and Chamique Holdsclaw, along with the unbeaten 1996 US Olympic gold medal team.
Rivers, who resigned as coach of the Milwaukee Bucks in April, has an NBA coaching record of 1,194-866 over 27 seasons with Orlando, Boston, the Los Angeles Clippers, Philadelphia and Milwaukee.
"It's so funny. Never in my life did I dream that I would be a coach or be good at it," Rivers said. "To be going in the Hall now, my mom had this saying, 'For the good or bad of it, you're right where you're supposed to be.'"

The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame enshrinement is scheduled for tonight at 7 p.m. ET. At the highly touted ceremony, several notable members in the Class of 2026 are being enshrined.
Candace Parker, Elena Delle Donne, Chamique Holdsclaw and the 1996 United States Olympic Team are among those being recognized. Ahead of the event, fans have an opportunity to take a deeper dive into Delle Donne's personal life.
In November 2017, Delle Donne tied the knot with her partner Amanda Clifton in Long Island, N.Y., and became the first same-sex couple to be featured in The Knot's Dream Wedding, per Colleen Kratofil of People.com.
Delle Donne came out to the public back in August 2016. Upon getting married, both women described their special day as being nothing short of a dream wedding.
Clifton and Delle Donne met through a mutual friend in 2013, and speculation swirled on social media prior to their official engagement announcement.

Amar'e Stoudemire is set to enter the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame during the Enshrinement Ceremony in Springfield, Massachusetts, tonight.
An achievement of this magnitude would lead to Stoudemire being surrounded by family and friends to celebrate his career. Ahead of the ceremony, we take a look at the NBA legend's personal life.
Stoudemire has four children and was married to Alexis Welch for nearly a decade. The two met as teenagers at a party hosted by rapper Nelly in 2002, around the time Stoudemire entered the NBA as a rookie.
They would begin to date soon after. This was the beginning of a 10-year-long relationship before they ultimately decided to tie the knot.
They took advantage of the 12-12-2012 date and got married on the rooftop deck of their Manhattan home. This was when Stoudemire was with the New York Knicks.
The nuptials were a fairly secretive affair, but Vibe.com reported that it was attended by a modest 12 guests.

UNCASVILLE, CT – The celebration surrounding the careers of Chamique Holdsclaw and Candace Parker as the latest members of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame is a welcome reminiscence of Lady Vols basketball incredible history.
It is also, unavoidably, a stark reminder of where the Tennessee is right now.
The Lady Vols recorded the worst winning percentage in program history at 16-14 last season, which ended with an eight-game losing streak. All eight returners entered the transfer portal following Tennessee coach Kim Caldwell's second season, and Caldwell had to rebuild her entire roster.
Holdsclaw, who led the Lady Vols to three straight national championships during her career from 1995-99, was asked for her perspective on the state of the program a day before the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame enshrinement for the 2026 class on Aug. 15 in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Holdsclaw said it has been "a common conversation" amongst former Lady Vols.

UNCASVILLE, Conn. (AP) — During this Hall of Fame weekend, nearly everyone would like the attention to be on basketball, but it's difficult to ignore the conversations that are swirling around the WNBA — especially with some of the league's greatest icons being enshrined.
The ongoing vitriol centered around race, gender and ***** uality makes for daily headlines. They are part of an undertone to fouls and physicality that have come with the evolution of women's skills, all of which overshadow the impressive play that can be seen during the WNBA's 30th year.
Hall of Famer Dawn Staley, who is getting inducted again Saturday with the 1996 Olympic women's basketball team, sees a positive side to the negativity. Staley said there are similar parallels between what the WNBA is going through and what the NBA went through in the early stages of its growth.
"All the big pieces and all the things that are happening from a racial standpoint, from an officiating standpoint are great. They're great because the NBA went through it — the NBA went through all of it," she said. "So this is just badges of honor. Will we get through it? We will get through it."
What the NBA had to deal with was who could play in the league. It was an all-white league when it was launched and there was resistance to integration. The WNBA has been hit lately with a narrative on whether transgender women — people ***** igned male at birth who transition to align with their gender identity — should be allowed to play in the league. There has never been one.

UNCASVILLE, CT – Chamique Holdsclaw still remembers the phone call from legendary Lady Vols basketball coach Pat Summitt after Candace Parker committed to Tennessee.
Summitt knew she had another generational talent on her hands just like she did with Holdsclaw a decade earlier.
"She called me and she said, 'We got this one, and this one, she's going to change the game,' " Holdsclaw said Aug. 14 ahead of her Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame enshrinement.
And Parker did as a 6-foot-4 forward who could play any position, including point guard, forever changing the mold of versatility in the women's game as a big guard. But Parker grew up watching Holdsclaw do it first, and now they're in the same Naismith Hall of Fame class.
The induction ceremony is Aug. 15 (7 p.m. ET, NBA TV) in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Training camp gives the opportunity to get the perspective of many different voices within an organization. FanDuel TV's Kay Adams has been traveling around the league, going to different teams, and Monday was her opportunity to sit down with several Denver Broncos players and coaches.
Adams interviewed coach Sean Payton, quarterback Bo Nix, cornerback Pat Surtain and pass-rusher Nik Bonitto about a wide range of topics.
We take a look at highlights from each interview Adams conducted below.
In her interview with coach Payton, Adams asked Payton to do her job for a minute. She asked Payton what is the question about the Broncos heading into 2026. Payton gave a very thoughtful answer. "They won 11 to 13 fourth-quarter games," Payton said. "Historically speaking, when you look those numbers and you find the 12 teams or the 10 teams that have done that, this is what they've done the next year. And so I think it's important for us to look closely at, 'all right, where is the room for growth still?' And there's a lot of things we didn't do well. The first thing is to not play in as many one-score games... We want quicker starts... You want to be uncommon. And so those are all the common stats that we're looking at. And I think we have an uncommon team."
Payton also spoke about attending the Pro Football Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony for Drew Brees, quarterback Bo Nix's health and mobility, Jaylen Waddle's superpower, new offensive coordinator Davis Webb and more. You can view Adams' full interview with Payton below.

New York Daily News | Gary Philips: Jazz Chisholm Jr. has lost himself a considerable amount of money in his pending free agency with his downright bad 2026. The Yankee second baseman has managed just a 92 wRC+ with a career high strikeout rate, and of course self-proclaimed that he'd be able to land a 50/50 season in spring training. Jazz hasn't been the only problem with the team's offense of course, but he's been a major contributor — or rather, non-contributor. If nothing else he seems to at least be aware of it, but awareness is different from adjustment.
NJ.com | Adam Zagoria: Tommy John released a very sad public farewell to the Yankee franchise and fanbase over the weekend, as the 83 year old enters hospice care with bladder cancer. Dr. Chris Ahmad, the club's head doctor, penned his own touching open letter to the man on Monday, acknowledging John's place in baseball history and remarkable determination to return to the game despite the shortest of odds.
New York Post | Ethan Spears ($): The Yankees will not have a clear path through the AL without Aaron Judge returning and hitting like we're used to seeing Aaron Judge hit. Cody Bellinger will also likely need to be back, patrolling left field and hitting cleanup. However, the emergence of both George Lombard Jr. and Spencer Jones as potential lineup-lengtheners give the club a couple more options, although relying on rookies — including one with just five games under his belt — to be reliable contributors through their first taste of MLB baseball is a risky endevor.
FanGraphs | Jay Jaffe: Gerrit Cole and Max Scherzer have been contemporaries atop the "best pitchers in baseball" list over the last decade or so, and they mirrored each other in strikeout accomplishments over the weekend. Scherzer fanned the 3,516th victim of his career on Saturday, moving into the top-10 in all of baseball history, and moments later Cole sat down the 1,000th batter as a Yankee, the fastest to do so in pinstripes, needing just 139 games. Both pitchers are closer to their enshrinement in Cooperstown than they are to having lost prospect status, but we can still mark the milestones when they come.

Chris Berman has spent more than four decades as one of the most recognizable personalities in sports media. But while arriving at the latest Pro Football Hall of Fame ceremony, it wasn't one of his famous calls or memorable stories that had people talking.
Instead, it was his walk.
Berman, affectionately known as "Boomer," appeared to have a noticeably unusual gait during the ceremony, and footage quickly began drawing attention from fans on social media. The moment has led to plenty of discussion, particularly because Berman is such a familiar face to generations of NFL fans.

He will be added to the Ring of Honor, and he will have his No. 11 retired.
It will happen in Week 7 at halftime of the Cardinals' game against the Denver Broncos, part of Legends Weekend.
He will be the 20th member of the Ring of Honor, and he will be only the sixth player to have his number retired. The over five are:

The Green Bay Packers worked out multiple receivers today and re-signed receiver Kisean Johnson after a tryout, following short-term injuries to receivers Matthew Golden and Jayden Reed. When the Packers announced their transactions after practice Sunday, which Johnson participated in, it was news that Green Bay waived two players, not one, while adding Johnson, giving the team an open roster spot on the 91-man roster. The players waived were cornerback Marlon Jones and safety Johnathan Baldwin, who both were given injury designations. They will revert to the Packers' injured reserve if they pass through waivers unclaimed. From there, Green Bay can decide whether to end their seasons by keeping them on the injured reserve or pay them out an injury settlement, which would make them free agents while they are rehabbing their injuries.
As I mentioned in The Feed when the news dropped that the Packers had an extra roster spot to fill, this seemed like a move that a team would make before they claimed someone on waivers themselves. It turns out that I was on the right path, as Green Bay was awarded another receiver, Chris Hilton Jr., off waivers today. He should make his Packers debut in Monday's practice, which is open to the public.
Hilton played five years at LSU before going undrafted in the 2026 class, despite participating in four different all-star games (Hula Bowl, American Bowl, East-West Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl) and receiving a combine invite. At the combine this year, he measured in at 6'0"-flat and 188 pounds and recorded a 4.41-second 40-yard dash.
The former high school All-American had 41 receptions for 780 yards and six touchdowns in his SEC career, but only registered 10 receptions for 122 yards as a redshirt senior, as the Tigers struggled in the passing game after quarterback Garrett Nussmeier injured his abs, which severely limited his play. Nussmeier, who had some first-round hype coming into the 2025 season, wound up going undrafted and signing with the Kansas City Chiefs this spring.
Hilton began his NFL career with the Washington Commanders, but he was let go yesterday, a day after the team signed receiver Stefon Diggs to a one-year, $12 million contract.

Former New England Patriots kicker Adam Vinatieri was enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday afternoon, joining a star-studded 2026 class.
Vinatieri finally got the call to the hall, earning it after a successful career in the NFL. A lot of his time was spent in New England, where he was a part of three Super Bowl teams under head coach Bill Belichick. He was a key piece to those teams and had the game-winning kick in Super Bowl ******* VI.
During his speech, Vinatieri thanked countless coaches and players throughout his career. When he got to Belichick, he started with praise but then poked fun at his former head coach through a joke.
"I thought it was because training camp had already started," Vinatieri said about Belichick's absence, "but in truth it's because he is judging his girlfriend's cheerleading competition."
After that, he did state that he believes Belichick is the greatest coach of all time. You can watch the portion of the speech here:

The NFL officially enshrined its 2026 class in the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday. It was a loaded class that is headlined by former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees and Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, who are both going in as first-ballot selections.
Any time the Hall of Fame is discussed, fans of the Denver Broncos within Broncos Country have a rich history of players to discuss for possible enshrinement. Having already seen the likes of John Elway, Terrell Davis, Shannon Sharpe and Steve Atwater receive busts in Canton, Broncos fans are hungry for more.
Fortunately for them, there are still several former greats who helped shape the success the organization has had who could gain entry one day. We rank them in descending order here.
Dennis Smith is rarely talked about in terms of inclusion into the Hall of Fame, but he should be. Sadly, having ended his career over 30 years ago, he's becoming largely forgotten.
Smith had over 1,100 career tackles to go along with 30 interceptions and was one of the best safeties of his era. A first-round pick of the Broncos in 1981, Smith made the Pro Bowl six times and was selected as a first-team All-Pro in 1984 and again in 1986. He spent his entire 14-year career in the Mile High City and was known as one of the hardest hitters in the game.

If Adam Vinatieri's goal was to make his Hall of Fame speech memorable, it appears he was successful.
As the former placekicker was enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a member of its class of 2026, he made sure to bring the jokes and roasts at the expense of former teammates.
As clips of Vinatieri's speech went viral on the internet, Hall of Fame defensive tackle Warren Sapp was among the most amused members of the live audience in Canton, Ohio.
According to USA TODAY Sports' Jarrett Bell, Sapp ran backstage cackling during the event after hearing Vinatieri's shot at former Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.
"He's going to burn every bridge going in," Sapp said.

Ryan Flournoy wants a new tradition in Dallas.
The third-year receiver spoke to members of the media after Monday's practice in Oxnard, California, and explained that Miles Austin and Amari Cooper's history with No. 19 played a role in his decision to wear the number. Flournoy also shared his hopes of establishing a new Cowboys tradition with the number, saying, "[They were] kind of one of the reasons I picked 19…Miles Austin was in 19. Amari Cooper was in 19…they got the 88 tradition. Let's do the 19 tradition."
Flournoy was, of course, referring to arguably the most iconic number in Cowboys history. For generations, No. 88 has represented the highest standard for a receiver in Dallas, carrying both prestige and enormous expectations. First came Drew Pearson, followed by Michael Irvin, Dez Bryant, and, currently, CeeDee Lamb. Together, the four have combined for four Super Bowl ***** les and 16 Pro Bowl selections, with Pearson and Irvin enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
As for No. 19, Austin starred while wearing the number during his eight seasons in Dallas after switching from No. 14 in 2007 following his rookie season. He was named to consecutive Pro Bowls in 2009 and 2010 and finished his Cowboys tenure with 5,273 yards and 37 touchdowns. Cooper was acquired in a trade with the Raiders midway through 2018 and shined in No. 19 during his four seasons in Dallas. In 56 games with the Cowboys, Cooper logged 3,893 yards, 27 touchdowns, and a Pro Bowl selection.
