Ryan Seacrest doesn't get many days off, but when he does, he knows how to make the most of them. The Wheel of Fortune and American Idol host, 51, recently gave fans a glimpse of his day away from work. Fans had plenty to say about his shirtless photos, which immediately grabbed their attention.
On October 3, Seacrest took to Instagram and Facebook to share a recent outing. With the Kid Cudi song "Day 'N' Nite" playing, Seacrest first shared a photo showing him shirtless with his face tilted up to the sun.
He wore black shorts and sunglasses as he sat atop a bike while out on a trail. In the caption, he wrote, "This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs Georgia Football."
On Instagram, the shirtless shot that showed off his incredibly fit physique came first, and a short video was shared on the second slide. It seems the shirtless bike ride was how Seacrest started off his day.
The video showed Seacrest still with his bike, shirtless, but it was dark. He seemed to be in the same general area outdoors, but in this case, he was looking out at the moon shining brightly in the nighttime sky.

We all know that the level of fitness achieved by celebrities we see on television isn't attainable for many, if not most everyday people. And yet, when their sculpted bodies grace our screens, it can still activate a little voice that says "clearly you're not doing enough."
That's why it's so helpful and grounding when a celebrity is actually transparent about the work it takes to achieve their physique, so that it might quiet that self deprecating narrative and help us get a little more realistic about achieving whatever fitness goals we might have. Jessica Biel's recent response to a fan who asked her to share her workout routine is a perfect example of that.
It all started with a clip from her Prime Video thriller series, The Better Sister, where she plays a super fit character …as is evident by how clearly toned s he looks in a backless white dress worn during the show's opening.
Several women have shared the clip on TikTok, while muttering something along the lines of "I need to get back to the gym." One person even asked Biel to share the workout routine she does in order to get that toned. Biel saw the request, and acquiesced…but not without delivering a truth bomb or two.
"Everyone is talking…about the white dress…and I just wanted to share that that peak shape in that show is not maintainable unless you are living the strictest, most rigid lifestyle with your nutrition and with your fitness," she said, admitting that not even she, someone who's been notably lean and athletic their entire adult life, who has access to the best foods, best gym equipment, etc. etc., can sustain that look indefinitely.

Nuggets predicted to trade for $198M Lakers' generational 6x All-Star to pair with Nikola Jokic originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Los Angeles Lakers are entering the Luka Doncic era, as LeBron James will no longer be playing for the organization for the first time in a decade. Doncic has done everything possible to improve his conditioning and arrive at the upcoming season in the best shape possible.
It was noticeable last season that Doncic had already made improvements, but he still had some work to do to become fully conditioned. This year, Dirk Nowitzki has raved about Doncic's physique.
"The comments came as Doncic and his Lakers teammates traveled to his native Slovenia for a bonding trip and training camp in Ljubljana, giving fans an early look at the guard's conditioning ahead of a pivotal year. Doncic has drawn buzz as a potential MVP candidate, and Nowitzki clearly believes his protege is positioned for a big season," ClutchPoints' Miguel La Torre wrote.
The only concerning aspect of Doncic's situation for the Lakers is that he is not locked up for the long term. There is always a possibility that he could eventually want out if things do not go according to plan in Los Angeles.

Dax Shepard, the actor and Armchair Expert podcast host, has revealed his lifelong attraction to muscular men. He discussed his relationship with fitness and the childhood experiences he believes played a role in this fascination while speaking with Taron Egerton on his podcast on August 10. "I f—— love men's bodies more than anything in the world," Shepard confessed.
The 51-year-old actor and comedian said his interest in muscular bodies started when he was young and was heavily influenced by the action stars he watched on screen. While expressing his fascination, he said, "I love muscle so much."
He then went back to his childhood and remembered watching Conan the Barbarian. This is the movie that helped make Arnold Schwarzenegger a major Hollywood star. "Well, for me, I'll explain it as like being born in '75, and it was like my first drive-in movie was Conan the Barbarian," Shepard said.
Referring to Sylvester Stallone, he added, "I was just like, wait a minute, a man can look like a gorilla, and then Stallone was at his height. It was like the birth of muscles."
For Shepard, his fascination with muscles eventually became connected to his childhood. "I grew up in a house with a violent stepdad beating everyone up," he revealed. He explained that seeing Schwarzenegger's powerful physique made him feel that being strong could protect him. "So, when I saw Conan, I was like, 'Oh, if I look like that, I got no problems for the rest of my life.' So that just, that was like, 'Yeah, … If I was Conan, I got no problems," Shepard said.

Interest in Prince William's then-girlfriend, now the Princess of Wales (nee Kate Middleton), skyrocketed after the pair graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2005.
The pair had met while studying history of art and staying at St Salvator's Hall at the Scottish uni, but under the 'Gentleman's Agreement', the press had largely left them to enjoy their budding romance privately. In 2006, Kate, then 24, was a supportive girlfriend as she watched William compete in the Chakravarty Cup charity polo match at Ham Polo Club in Richmond.
Not only did her attendance draw focus, but so did the fact that she made it a family affair, asking her sister Pippa, then 22, to be her plus one for the sunny day out.
The siblings were spotted relaxing in deck chairs, with Pippa effortlessly dressing for the warm weather in a turquoise sundress. The fitted drop-waist accentuated her toned physique, while the spaghetti straps and swishy skirt ensured she remained cool.

Every summer, the same script plays out: one bikini photo of Georgina Rodríguez surfaces, and the internet decides it has something to say about her body. This year, rather than fire back at her critics directly, the model and entrepreneur chose a different move — she shared a private exchange with Cristiano Ronaldo, one sparked by a fear she'd confessed to him, and let his answer do the talking. It's struck a chord with thousands of followers, precisely because it sidesteps the physique debate entirely and points to something sturdier.
Ronaldo provided some much-needed perspective for Rodriguez (georginagio)
The timing is notable: Rodríguez just launched Mimoa, her activewear label, and used the moment to unpack the broader pressure so many women face over their bodies.
The renewed wave of commentary followed a batch of vacation photos taken aboard a boat. "These days I've seen every kind of comment about some photos of me on a boat. Some people have opinions about my body, others defend me…" Rodríguez wrote.
That's when she turned to Ronaldo with something that had been weighing on her. "I was talking to Cris about it, and I told him: 'It worries me that they're calling me fat now, because I make my living off my image.'"
