Ryan Seacrest doesn't get many days off, but when he does, he knows how to make the most of them. The Wheel of Fortune and American Idol host, 51, recently gave fans a glimpse of his day away from work. Fans had plenty to say about his shirtless photos, which immediately grabbed their attention.
On October 3, Seacrest took to Instagram and Facebook to share a recent outing. With the Kid Cudi song "Day 'N' Nite" playing, Seacrest first shared a photo showing him shirtless with his face tilted up to the sun.
He wore black shorts and sunglasses as he sat atop a bike while out on a trail. In the caption, he wrote, "This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs Georgia Football."
On Instagram, the shirtless shot that showed off his incredibly fit physique came first, and a short video was shared on the second slide. It seems the shirtless bike ride was how Seacrest started off his day.
The video showed Seacrest still with his bike, shirtless, but it was dark. He seemed to be in the same general area outdoors, but in this case, he was looking out at the moon shining brightly in the nighttime sky.

Sourav Ganguly is widely regarded as one of the most influential captains in Indian cricket history. During his career, "Dada" was known for several memorable moments on and off the field, from making Steve Waugh wait at the toss and celebrating shirtless on the Lord's balcony to clashes with coaches Greg Chappell and John Buchanan, arguments with Shane Warne, and refusing to walk after Graeme Smith claimed a catch.

But former Australia captain Michael Clarke has shared another story that shows a lighter side of Ganguly.

In his book Eleven Gods and a Billion Indians, author Boria Majumdar quotes Clarke recalling an incident involving Ganguly and Ricky Ponting during a toss in India, although Clarke admits he does not remember which match it was.

"One of Clarke's favourite anecdotes goes thus: Ganguly and Ricky Ponting were out at the toss during one of the matches in India — Clarke doesn't specifically remember which one — and Ponting had the coin in hand. Just as he flipped the coin, Ganguly, if Clarke is to be believed, said, 'Head-Tail'.

"'Trust me, mate, that's what Ricky told me,' Clarke says, cracking up. 'Ricky said he couldn't fathom what had happened with Dada having said Head-Tail. [And, apparently it was said at the speed of lightning.] It had taken Ricky a second or two to come to grips with the situation and by that time the coin had come down. Ganguly just picked it up and said to Ricky, "We'll bat" and walked off. India had won the toss and were batting. Ricky did not really know what to do or say and all he did was tell us in the dressing room exactly what happened at the toss," Clarke was quoted as saying in the book.

Clarke is not sure which match the incident took place in.

According to available records, Ganguly won five tosses against Ricky Ponting, and all of those came outside India; twice during the 2003 World Cup and three times in the 2003-04 VB Series. That means Clarke may have mixed up the venue while recalling the story, as Ponting would have been the one calling the toss if the match had been played in India.

Clarke, however, clearly states that he does not remember the exact match in which the incident happened.

Actor Zac Efron grew up before our eyes, becoming a household name thanks to starring in the High School Musical movies (which are streaming with a Disney+ subscription). But in recent years his younger brother Dylan Efron has also become a celebrity, largely thanks to winning The Traitors Season 3 and showing off his fitness on Dancing with the Stars. Zac's own fitness is the stuff of legend, and recently his trainer posted a photo showing off his huge bicep. Naturally, Dylan took to social media to drop his own very buff photo dump.

It's a family affair!
Zac Efron and Dylan Efron have never been shy to show off their ripped bodies whenever they go on vacation together and their recent boat getaway is certainly no exception.
In a new Instagram carousel posted by Dylan Efron, the handsome reality star poses shirtless next to his older brother as they take in the views on the water. Although Zac Efron might not be wearing his signature Baywatch Speedo while on the family vacay, the duo looks like they're having the time of their lives as summer comes to a close.
Throughout the post, fans can also see Dylan Efron golfing, spending time with his dog, and even ordering food in a drive-through at In-N-Out. The brothers definitely deserve some relaxation time as Dylan Efron had his breakout year in 2025 after winning season 3 of The Traitors and making it all the way to the finals on season 34 of Dancing with the Stars.
Zac Efron, on the other hand, has quite a busy schedule with quite a few acting gigs lined up for the future. He's going to star in and executive produce a highly anticipated Angel Heart series, which is slated to drop next year or in 2028. In terms of movies, the actor will star in the psychological thriller Famous and the comedy film Judgment Day, with both scheduled to drop later this year.

We are only a couple of weeks away from Practical Magic 2 hitting theaters (on September 11), and to celebrate the film's impending release, costars Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman attended a premiere event in London yesterday afternoon in some very different, but equally bold looks. Bullock chose a leopard-print Givenchy dress for the occasion, while Kidman wore a sparkly sequined Chanel gown. But for their latest joint appearance, the two put forward a much more united front.
For an event at Claridge's Hotel in central London this morning, the actors paid homage to their on-screen characters—sisters Sally and Gillian Owens—by coordinating in witchy black looks with pops of white.

Bullock wore a charcoal, single-breasted blazer with floral embroidery wrapped around one side. She went shirtless underneath, but sported a white sash tied around her neck like a choker, which matched her white skirt. A black floral lace layer from under the blazer sat over the asymmetrical skirt, adding some romance to the look, while inky ankle-strap heels and a black mani-pedi rounded it all out.

Ben Simmons is trying to make an NBA comeback at 30 years old after injuries kept him out of the league last season. The forward is training with the Australian national men's basketball team in private runs this week with the hope of making the 2028 Olympic roster, and as videos from those sessions start to circulate, it's time for one of modern basketball's greatest late offseason traditions.
It feels like every offseason features videos of Simmons showing off an improved outside shooting stroke. This of course never actually holds when the games matter, as Simmons has made just five three-pointers in 383 career NBA games. I was worried that we'd never get another mid-August video of Simmons stroking jumpers in a pickup run again after his career stalled out last year, but I was wrong! Watch a shirtless Simmons connect from deep in the video below:
Simmons has legitimately never recovered from refusing to take an open dunk during Game 7 of the 2021 Eastern Conference playoffs against the Atlanta Hawks. Simmons was named an All-Star for the third consecutive season that year, but his body started to break down after repeated back and nerve injuries, and he's never been able to rediscover his best level.
Videos of Simmons ripping jumpers in pickup runs have been circulating for a decade. Here's a video from July 2019:

One harsh critic wrote, "Go look after ur sister rather than seeking attention online. U have leeched off of her for years, but you're still here all about yourself in her time of need?!!"

Other looks feature the "Hannah Montana" star strutting in a leather jacket while flaunting her tattoos or a one-shoulder ruffle top while slightly revealing more skin.

She's no stranger to a provocative appearance. At the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, she famously wore a nude-toned two-piece outfit as she twerked on Robin Thicke with a foam finger during a performance of "We Can't Stop" and Thicke's "Blurred Lines. "

To the rest of the world, Justin and Hailey Bieber would appear to be the picture-perfect couple enjoying the high life together. In fact, the hitmaker is due to take the stage during the World Cup final as Spain prepares to take on Argentina on Sunday.
Just yesterday, the Baby singer spent the evening warming up his vocal cords after making a surprise appearance at the Fanatics fest at the Javits Centre in New York. He took to the stage shirtless, giving football and sporting fans a memorable performance of some of his biggest hits.
However, while it may look as though Justin is living the pop star's dream, behind the star-studded stages and high-profile events, the singer endures several debilitating illnesses that make his incredible success even more admirable.
In January 2020, Justin revealed that he had been diagnosed with Lyme disease and had spent years suffering from unexplained fatigue and had had to undergo numerous tests before receiving a diagnosis.
In the docuseries Justin Bieber Seasons, he admitted he was initially misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder but was later **** ured by a different doctor that he did not have the mental health condition.

The highly-anticipated rematch between Conor McGregor and Max Holloway ended in all-time disappointment at UFC 329.
After he suffered a fight-ending leg injury in the opening seconds of his main event bout, McGregor (22-7 MMA, 10-5 UFC) wasted no time exiting the cage area – and apparently the venue, as well. Multiple ESPN cameras captured McGregor hobbling backstage and all the way outside of T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, still barefoot, shirtless, and wearing his fight shorts.
The extent of his injury is unknown, though UFC reporter Megan Olivi confirmed on the Paramount+ broadcast that it was his right knee. Olivi added that McGregor denied crutches that were attempted to be given to him prior to his arena exit.
McGregor, 37, had not competed since a July 2021 left leg break suffered in his trilogy bout vs. Dustin Poirier. The bout Saturday was the largest live gate in UFC history, per Dana White – and it ended in 69 seconds.
The road for McGregor beyond this is unclear, even more so now that substantial recovery is most likely needed. He has one bout left on his UFC contract and has stated the promotion hoped that bout would take place in April.

Elliot Page has abs for days!
Despite his busy schedule filming a slew of major Hollywood projects or advocating for LGBTQ+ equality, the handsome actor is prioritizing his physical and mental health by hitting the gym on a consistent basis.
Page recently posted a snapshot posing shirtless alongside the trainer who has helped him get into fighting shape.
"I've been incredibly fortunate to train with coachnol," he captioned a photo and video carousel on Instagram. "He's a brilliant teacher, not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport."
