King Charles is reportedly considering a way to bring Prince William and Prince Harry together in memory of Princess Diana. The 30th anniversary of Diana's death falls next August. A thanksgiving service for the late princess could give the brothers a chance to reunite.
According to a Daily Mail report, Charles has "raised no objection" to a thanksgiving service for Diana. The event could follow the format of a 2007 service at Wellington Barracks' Guards' Chapel. That service featured Diana's favorite music, and Harry delivered a eulogy.
The idea came as Harry considered a documentary about his mother for the anniversary. His spokesperson confirmed that the Duke of Sussex had discussed several projects, saying, "Nothing has been finalised or confirmed, and he is still considering the most meaningful way to honour his mother's legacy during this important anniversary year."
William had reportedly received offers to appear in separate Diana programs. However, he was understood to have declined them. A source said a memorial service could give him a more appropriate way to honor his mother.
"This would be an inspirational way to remember Diana," the source said. "William could celebrate his mother's life by giving a reading." The source added that the service could also "bring the brothers together."

Kala Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ:KALA) and Virotek Inc. have finalised an exclusive distribution and reseller agreement covering Virotek's ophthalmology genomic testing and screening programme in the United States.
Under the agreement, which took effect on September 4, 2026, Kala will serve as the sole U.S. distributor of the programme and will have the right to market, promote, distribute and resell Virotek's ophthalmology genetic testing services.
The agreement has an initial one-year term, with continued exclusivity dependent on Kala achieving agreed commercial milestones. It follows a non-binding letter of intent announced on September 1, 2026.
Virotek will remain responsible for the programme's infrastructure, supply of testing kits, specimen processing and clinical reporting. The company will also provide training and supporting materials to Kala's channel partners.
The companies have agreed to a profit-sharing arrangement that will take effect after Virotek recovers its programme costs. No additional financial terms were disclosed.

AS Monaco forward Folarin Balogun (25) is now all set for a switch to Everton after the USMNT forward reached an agreement on personal terms with the Premier League club, according to a report from Fabrizio Romano.
Monaco have been open to selling the USMNT forward all summer. The former ***** nal man had an excellent campaign last time around and significantly bolstered his value. His value was enhanced further thanks to his performances for the USMNT at the FIFA World Cup. He was one of three players earmarked for an exit at the start of the summer alongside Maghnes Akliouche and Lamine Camara. The sale of Aladji Bamba to Newcastle United could allow Monaco to retain the latter.
However, unlike Camara, Balogun was keen to leave the Principality club. ASM, meanwhile, moved early in the window to secure his replacement in the form of Matthis Abline. By freeing up a non-EU spot, Monaco will also be able to finalise the arrival of Erik Lira.
An agreement between Monaco and Everton was struck on Monday night. The deal is worth a fixed fee of €45m plus an extra €5m in bonuses. An agreement has now been reached with Balogun himself. KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 1 (Reuters) - The United Nations refugee agency said on Tuesday it was not involved in Malaysia's planned ‌repatriation of Myanmar refugees, and warned that it remains unsafe ‌for them to return to the war-torn country.
Malaysia's Home Ministry said last week it had finalised the first phase of a voluntary repatriation programme that will see 1,476 refugees returned to Myanmar on September 29.
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim had earlier said Myanmar had agreed to repatriate 5,000 Rohingya, amid rising ‌tensions over the refugees ⁠within local communities in Malaysia.
The UNHCR said an ongoing armed conflict and violence across Myanmar meant there could ⁠not be a safe, dignified and sustainable voluntary return of refugees.
"Under customary international law – a binding obligation on all states – no one should be sent to a country where their rights or freedoms may be at ‌risk. Any refugee return must be voluntary, based on an informed decision, and take place in conditions of safety and dignity," it said in an emailed statement to Reuters.

Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on a Chelsea double deal that will see defender Tosin Adarabioyo and forward Mykhailo Mudryk move to North London as Roberto De Zerbi looks to make further additions before the transfer window closes.
Fabrizio Romano reports that both deals have been verbally agreed in principle, with Tosin set to join Tottenham permanently and Mudryk moving to north London on loan.
Tosin has already agreed personal terms and has been granted permission to undergo his Tottenham medical, while Mudryk's personal terms still need to be finalised.

One journalist has revealed the structure of a package which has been agreed between Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain for Bradley Barcola.

Liverpool have reached an agreement in principle with Paris Saint-Germain to sign French forward Bradley Barcola (23), according to The Athletic. The deal agreed by the two clubs is believed to be in the region of €135m. Terms of the proposed deal were agreed overnight on Wednesday, with the remaining details now being finalised.

Cavalier Resources has selected SSH Group as its preferred mining services contractor for stage one of the Crawford Gold Project in Western Australia.
The project is located approximately 20km east of Leonora.
Both companies have signed a letter of intent (LoI) outlining SSH Group's expected role as mining contractor for the initial phase of the project. This phase will focus on the oxide pit defined in Cavalier's most recent pre-feasibility study, announced in April 2026.
The contract is expected to last around 12 months, covering active mining operations during the stage one period.
Cavalier and SSH plan to finalise commercial terms with the aim of signing a binding heads of agreement and, subsequently, a mining services agreement.

Geely-backed electric vehicle group Lotus Technology has finalised its acquisition of Lotus Advance Technologies (Lotus UK).
The move consolidates two previously separate operations into one corporate entity, encompassing both UK sportscar production and engineering consultancy services.
The transaction was prompted by put options exercised by two shareholders.
Geely International (Hong Kong) and Etika Automotive were both parties to a put option agreement dated 31 January 2023, which gave either shareholder the right to require Lotus Technology to buy out their respective holdings in the UK business.
Geely HK exercised its option first, in April 2025, obliging Lotus Technology to purchase its 51% stake in Lotus UK.

Brighton & Hove Albion are reported to have reached a verbal agreement with BSC Young Boys regarding the transfer of Jaouen Hadjam (23), according to Foot Mercato. The final details of the deal are reportedly being finalised.
Having come through the youth ranks at Paris Saint-Germain and Créteil, the left-back made his professional debut for Paris FC, which he joined in 2018. Transferred to FC Nantes in the winter of 2023, Hadjam spent just one year there before moving to the Bern-based club. The Treasury-led interagency panel began scrutinising the transaction after the $80m deal was finalised in May 2026.
Shein itself initiated the review process at that point—a departure from standard practice, since companies usually obtain CFIUS approval before a deal closes rather than afterwards.
