Lizzo is looking back on her health journey, which she started when she began to get "physically uncomfortable."
"I think that I was extremely healthy at my highest weight," the singer, 38, said on the Wednesday, Oct. 7 episode of The Jason Lee Show. "My blood was extremely healthy. I think what happened was it was physically uncomfortable in some areas." She shared that her fitness journey was triggered by "joint pain," explaining "being able to do my job, that changed 'cause I was getting heavier and my back was hurting."
