Self-driving tech company May Mobility has reached a deal to go public via a merger with a **** affiliated with Atlas Credit Partners.
Why it matters: The deal is a test of public-market appetite for autonomous vehicle companies, with May pitching investors on a relatively capital-light alternative to the fleet-owning robotaxi model.
Driving the news: The transaction with ACP Holdings Acquisition Corp. implies a $1.4 billion pro forma enterprise value and could provide the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based AV startup with up to $337 million in gross proceeds.
That includes $217 million from the **** 's trust, **** uming no redemptions, plus a $120 million fully committed from private investors through a so-called PIPE financing.
An Atlas Credit Partners affiliate is co-anchoring the PIPE.

For much of the past year, the "AI trade" has been focused on infrastructure: processors, data centers, and cloud capacity. Snowflake Inc. (NYSE:SNOW)'s blowout quarter, which was reported after the market closed on September 2, provided something unique: clear evidence that AI is translating into real, incremental spending within software companies that are closer to the end customer. The reaction echoed throughout corporate software the next morning, adding to a rally that, for Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) in particular, had already begun for its own reasons.
Snowflake Inc. (NYSE:SNOW) boosted its fiscal 2027 product revenues target to $6.07 billion from $5.84 billion, following a 37% increase in second-quarter product revenue to $1.49 billion. CEO Sridhar Ramaswamy stated that the company's AI products accounted for around half of that growth acceleration, which ****** ysts took as implying that AI demand is increasing Snowflake's core data platform, instead of just adoption of standalone AI add-ons. UBS ****** yst Karl Keirstead said the figures, together with Palantir and Databricks' rapid growth, gave compelling proof of robust enterprise AI adoption.
Snowflake's beat rippled across enterprise software, with ServiceNow, Atlassian, Adobe, Intuit, and Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) all up 3.5% to 6% on the same day, while the sector-wide iShares Expanded Tech-Software ETF rose 3%.
That Snowflake-driven spike was piled on top of a much bigger adjustment made by Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) on its own. The company released its second-quarter fiscal 2027 results on August 26, a week before Snowflake Inc. (NYSE:SNOW), with revenue of $11.35 billion, up 11% year-over-year, with current remaining performance obligations up 14% to $33.5 billion and adjusted EPS of $5.90, exceeding the $3.27 consensus. Along with those results, Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce, an expanded partnership that initially brings Salesforce data, workflows and business logic directly into Claude through a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills. The companies plan additional integrations across Claude, Salesforce and Slack. That said, Salesforce recorded $2.61 billion in net gains on strategic investments during the quarter, which added $2.53 per share to non-GAAP EPS.
Taken together, the two events suggest that enterprise AI adoption can increase the value and consumption of established software platforms when AI is connected to existing corporate data and workflows

Harry Potter is a magical series with countless fans, and every installment has won over both audiences and critics. However, a recent comment from The Matrix creator Lilly Wachowski could upset fans, as she suggested that fans of the Harry Potter movies written by J.K. Rowling are part of a bigger problem.
Recently, The Matrix creator Lilly Wachowski spoke with Variety about her new studio, and during the interview, she criticized J.K. Rowling over the new HBO Harry Potter series.
Wachowski said, "She is funding trans genocide. J.K. Rowling funds trans genocide, full stop. So, if you support "Harry Potter," you're supporting trans genocide."
"The money that goes into you enjoying these products, a portion of that money goes to J.K. Rowling and that money goes into her funding anti-trans legislation all over the world." She added
During the interview, Lily Wachowski did not hold back while criticizing J.K. Rowling. Before calling her fans part of a bigger problem, the Cloud Atlas star also called the British author a ***** and compared her to Elon Musk, though not in a positive way.

MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $771.8 million, up 30% year over year. Atlas revenue increased approximately 29% to $565.9 million, while Enterprise Advanced and other revenue rose approximately 36% to $181.2 million.
Remaining performance obligations, or RPO, increased 91% to $1.52 billion. RPO represents the aggregate transaction price in contracts allocated to performance obligations not delivered or partially undelivered. MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) omits contracts lasting 12 months or less from the disclosure. Current RPO, the portion expected to be recognized within 12 months, increased 73% to $797.3 million.
GAAP operating income reached $28.4 million, compared with a $65.3 million loss a year earlier. MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) also raised fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $2.99 billion to $3.03 billion from $2.92 billion to $2.96 billion, with the second-half increase attributed mainly to Atlas.
Growth was broad. Atlas expanded 29%, while Enterprise Advanced and other revenue grew faster at 36%. Total customers increased to more than 70,600 from more than 59,900 a year earlier, and Atlas customers reached more than 69,300.
The margin profile also improved. GAAP gross margin expanded to 74% from 71%, while revenue growth outpaced operating-expense growth enough to produce positive GAAP operating income. This shows MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) can scale infrastructure, research and sales costs more slowly than revenue.

There are performances that deserve applause, and others for which even a standing ovation falls short. That was the level of the symphony Natalia Mauleón conducted on the field at Estadio Jalisco, leading and executing the red-and-white attack in the 0-4 win over Atlas in the Clásico Tapatío.
Wearing No. 14, the Michoacán native hit the ground running in the fold as a signing for this Apertura 2026. Mauleón had already shown glimpses of her quality in her first appearances, but what she did last night was simply extraordinary.
Starting as an attacking midfielder, she supported Alicia Cervantes and Denise Castro in the Rebaño's attack, with width provided by Joseline Montoya and Jasmine Casarez down the flanks. From that advanced midfield role, thanks to the peripheral vision with which she reads moments, ****** es, and movements, 'Mau' became the undisputed focal point of the match, as every Guadalajara goal went through her feet.
On the first goal, she orchestrated the high press by staying close to the ball at all times so that, after Eva González won it back, a quick touch on the reception opened the inside lane for 'Jas' to burst through and finish for the goal.
The second goal was just as brilliant: it was Natalia herself who once again started the press, winning the ball in the final third and creating a textbook 3-on-2 at the edge of the box. Patiently, she waited for Denise to drift wide before slipping the ball to her at the perfect moment, leaving her to bury it first time.

On September 2, Rosenblatt raised its price target on MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) from $395 to $445 while maintaining a Buy rating. This update came after the company reported its second-quarter fiscal 2027 results. The company delivered stronger-than-expected revenue growth, improved profitability and raised its full-year outlook.
MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) reported second-quarter revenue growth of 30%, surpassing both Rosenblatt's estimate and consensus expectations by about 5%. However, the stock declined more than 12% in pre-market trading following the results, as investors focused on the pace of growth in the company's Atlas cloud business.
Bull Case
The company's Atlas business grew 29% year-over-year and accounted for 73% of total revenue, with its run-rate surpassing $2 billion. This growth was ahead of Rosenblatt's estimate of 26%. MongoDB, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:MDB) non-Atlas on-premise business grew 36% year-over-year.
Customer growth also remained strong as the company added a record 2,900 customers in the second quarter. The number of Voyage customers nearly doubled from the previous quarter. MongoDB, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDB) also reported a non-GAAP operating margin of 24%, up significantly from 15% a year ago, to beat Rosenblatt's estimate of 21%.

Total revenue growth accelerated to 30%, the highest rate since fiscal 2024, driven by broad-based strength across both Atlas and Enterprise Advanced (EA).
Management attributes the 36% growth in EA to the strategic launch of search and vector search capabilities, allowing regulated industries to build AI agents within governed, self-managed environments.
The 'run-anywhere' strategy is serving as a key differentiator, with customers increasingly adopting hybrid deployments across multiple clouds and on-premises to satisfy regulatory and operational resilience requirements.
Atlas momentum is being fueled by large enterprise customers and 'AI natives' who migrate to MongoDB after hitting scaling limits with legacy relational databases like Postgres.

MongoDB's fiscal Q2 2027 revenue rose 30% to $772 million, driven by accelerating Atlas cloud database and Enterprise Advanced demand. The company added a record 2,900 customers, reaching 70,600 total customers, while its non-GAAP operating margin expanded to 24%.
AI adoption is gaining momentum through Atlas Vector Search, Voyage AI models and the company's managed Model Context Protocol server. Management said the strongest demand is coming from production-scale, customer-facing applications, although AI remains a relatively small contributor today.
MongoDB raised its fiscal 2027 outlook to $2.99 billion–$3.03 billion in revenue and increased its Atlas growth and operating-margin expectations. Enterprise Advanced revenue grew 36% year over year and is becoming a more durable growth driver alongside Atlas.

Man City have signed 18-year-old midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille for a few thought to be worth £85.6m with attention now turning to Enzo Fernandez before next Tuesday's deadline.
The Morocco international joins City to bolster Enzo Maresca's midfield, having already signed Elliot Anderson for £116m from Nottingham Forest this summer.
Bouaddi impressed at the World Cup, notably shining against Brazil with the Atlas Lions eventually knocked out by France in the quarter-finals.
"I would say I am a player who plays for the team," Bouaddi declared. "I am a really collective player.
"I try to put my teammate in the best position and to give everything every time for the team. I think the most important aspect is to try to balance the team, [to] help your teammates.

Performances like the one we witnessed last night can stay in our memories for a loooong time. What Chivas delivered in its 5-2 rout of Xolos at Estadio AKRON was truly memorable, Chivahermanos.
Now that the storm of emotions has passed—quite literally—it's time to take a closer look at the best numbers from the Rojiblancos' third victory of the Apertura 2026. And there's plenty to unpack.
That's why we've put together an ideal XI of stats to review right here:
What Chivas' Rout of Xolos Left Behind
- The Rebaño Sagrado reached 10 points in the AP26, moving into 4th place in the standings.- The Rojiblancos have now won 3 straight matches across the Leagues Cup and Liga MX.- This is the third time in 2026 that Guadalajara has scored 5 goals in a match at Estadio AKRON: against León and Puebla in the CL26, and now against Xolos.- Chivas extended its unbeaten run against Xolos at Estadio AKRON to 6 matches: 5 wins and 1 draw.- The Chiverío replicated the formula behind its first two goals: a cross to the near post, a flick-on and a finish from the second line.- Gabriel Milito has now won 26 of his 51 matches as Guadalajara's head coach.- Ricardo Marín recorded his second brace as a Rojiblanco. The previous one came against Atlas in the AP23.- Santiago Sandoval scored his first goal of the AP26.- Roberto Alvarado remains Chivas' leading scorer in the current soccer year, with his goal against Xolos taking him to 4 goals.- Diego Campillo scored again for Guadalajara, his second professional goal.- Guadalajara had not taken a 3-0 halftime lead in a Liga MX match since Matchday 6 of the AP24 against Juárez.

Just hours after Carlos Sainz shocked the paddock by signing a multi-year contract extension to remain at Atlassian Williams through 2027, team principal James Vowles is shedding light on exactly how he convinced his star driver to stay.
The 2026 season has been an undeniable struggle for the Grove-based outfit. Currently languishing in eighth place in the Constructors' Championship with just 11 points, the team's FW48 chassis was severely delayed and heavily overweight, exposing the outdated internal design processes Vowles inherited. Despite these massive setbacks—and a frankly bleak outlook for the rest of the year—both Sainz and his teammate Alex Albon have bought into the long-term vision.
Rather than sugarcoating the team's current predicament, Vowles is taking full accountability for the botched winter development cycle.
Following a highly disappointing British Grand Prix where a fast-tracked front wing upgrade failed to push Williams up the grid, Sainz openly expressed his worries about the team's correlation data. Addressing those frustrations, Vowles told the media (at the Dutch GP) that the upgrade did work, but it wasn't enough to mask the car's foundational flaws.
"The initial thought that we had post-Silverstone, because of our position relative to the grid, was we haven't added performance to the car," Vowles told the media. "Actually, we had; just unfortunately the rate of development of the field is incredibly high, and there were other issues in this year's car that are holding us back as a result of it".

The throne is vacant; it's time to crown a new king.
The 2026 regular season has officially reached its conclusion, and we now know (well, we had a pretty good idea already) the six teams that will battle to raise the trophy just over one month from now at Sports Illustrated Stadium. As for this past weekend, the Waterdogs got their bye, the Outlaws may have gotten their goalie back, and the Redwoods' offense bounced back with a message to their Western Conference opponent.
Here's the Week 13 Wrap-Up:
Speaking of new kings, let's start with CJ Kirst, who set the single-season goal record with this effort against the New York Atlas on Saturday afternoon.

Philadelphia Waterdogs attackman CJ Kirst enters Saturday's regular season matchup with the New York Atlas at Subaru Park in Chester, PA, with the chance to break the PLL's all-time single-season goal record. Marcus Holman has held that record (30) since 2023. If Kirst doesn't get the record-breaking 31st goal on Saturday, he'll have the chance again on Sunday against the Maryland Whipsnakes in the regular-season finale.
Maryland, of course, has the all-time record holder for points in outdoor lacrosse, Rob Pannell. As Kirst told me, Pannell has been a mentor since his days at Cornell. Pannell was a Big Red lax legend over a decade before Kirst arrived in Ithaca.
I spoke with Kirst about Pannell's record that was set in July, and whether he's eyeing it, the PLL playoffs, and the Global Lacrosse Games ahead of his potentially historic weekend in the Philly metro.

Enterprise software stocks spent much of 2025 and the first half of 2026 under a cloud of skepticism. Investors fretted that generative AI agents would hollow out demand for traditional collaboration and workflow tools. That narrative collided with reality last week.
Atlassian Corporation (TEAM) shares surged 35.31% after the collaboration-software leader reported fiscal fourth-quarter results, on August 7th, that blew past expectations. Its cloud revenue accelerated to 31%, and the company swung to a 12% GAAP operating margin, its first quarterly operating profit in more than two years.

For the second time this season, FC Cincinnati lost a tough heartbreaking game at a crucial point in a major tournament to a Mexican side.
Cincinnati lost 2-1 to Atlas FC in their third group-stage game in the Leagues Cup Aug. 11 at TQL Stadium. Cincy conceded two goals from the 79th minute on to squander a big chance to advance in the tournament.
Cincinnati finished 2-1 in the group stage with six points. Pending the results of other group-stage games Aug. 12 and 13, Cincinnati will likely be eliminated from the tournament.
It was a similar finish to the club's loss in the Concacaf Champions Cup to Tigres in the round of 16. Cincinnati lost a 3-0 lead in the aggregate series and was eliminated when Tigres scored at the death in March and won the game, 5-1.
"Yeah, it's a tough one," said Cincinnati's Gerardo Valenzuela. "We definitely had the motivation and the confidence to go and win this tournament and we were playing so well in these few games."

Gold prices climbed 2.31% to $4,339.11 as of U.S. market close, and the 10-Year Treasury yield fell 0.03% to 4.65%. Communication services and energy were the only sectors to drop, while industrials and basic materials led the gainers.
Atlassian soared 35%, and Twilio gained 25% on robust quarterly results. Airbnb surged after an earnings beat while Trade Desk tumbled on disappointing earnings. Meanwhile, Papa John's International extended its losses after **** ysts downgraded the stock following yesterday's guidance cut.
Today's jobs data gave markets a boost, as surprise figures showed employers cut jobs in July. Nonfarm payrolls fell by 23,000, and unemployment fell to 4.1%. A weaker-than-expected jobs market means the Federal Reserve is more likely to hold interest rates steady in September, making traders less risk-averse.
After yesterday's sell-off in software stocks, today's earnings tell a more nuanced story: Both Atlassian and Twilio posted dramatic gains on the back of impressive earnings. Investors seem to be looking at how artificial intelligence (AI) is impacting demand for each firms' services and rewarding those who are turning the new technology to their advantage.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup wrapped last month, and with it went 39 days of the kind of moments that make a tournament unforgettable: a teenage phenom stealing highlight reels with his flair, a scrappy underdog nation refusing to go home, a 40-year-old goalkeeper turning in the performance of his career, a nine-figure transfer rumor before the confetti had even settled. For four weeks, the entire sports world organized itself around this single competition. But the appetite for those storylines didn't end when the final whistle blew, and it doesn't need a men's tournament to be satisfied. Right now, in stadiums and arenas across the world, women's sports are producing the exact same arcs: breakout stars, Cinderella runs, veteran redemption stories, record-breaking numbers, and transfer fees rewriting what the sport is worth. They're just not getting the same attention. Here are five World Cup moments and the women's sports stories playing out in real time that deserve to be next on your watchlist.

Morocco is hosting the Women's Africa Cup of Nations for a third straight edition, running through August 16 across Rabat and Casablanca, and the Atlas Lionesses have opened their campaign in commanding form. They beat Kenya 4-0 to open the tournament, then beat Algeria 1-0 to move to two wins from two matches, sitting atop Group A with five goals scored and none conceded. The breakout to watch is Barcelona Femení prospect Kautar Azraf, flagged by CAF as one of the country's brightest young talents ahead of her first senior call-up, the same "unproven teenager announces herself on the biggest stage" arc that made Yamal a global name this summer.

Night View Capital, an investment management firm, released its second-quarter 2026 investor letter. The letter highlights that AI is a transformative force, comparable to electricity due to its industry-wide impact. A copy of the letter can be downloaded here. Although fears about the software sector have led to significant declines in stock prices, the letter argues that AI integration will ultimately benefit many companies. They recognize that some software firms may experience temporary slowdowns, but most will adapt and succeed by embracing AI, citing advantages like systems of record, high switching costs, entrenched distribution, and rapid AI adoption. The sharp decline in software valuations appears to be an overreaction rather than a sign of industry failure. Nightview believes the so-called "software panic of 2026" is temporary, and resilient businesses will adapt and flourish in the age of AI. In addition, please check the Strategy's top five holdings to know its best picks in 2026.
In its Q2 2026 investor letter, Night View Capital highlighted Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAM). Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAM) is a software company that develops collaboration, project management, and software development tools. On July 27, 2026, Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAM) closed at $95.87 per share, reflecting a market capitalization of $24.33 billion. Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAM) posted a one-month return of 23.24%, while its shares lost 52.08% over the past 52 weeks.
Night View Capital stated the following regarding Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAM) in its Q2 2026 investor update:
"Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAM) is a new position this quarter. It owns the tools that software teams use to plan and ship their work, which places it at an interesting spot in the AI story. The world is about to write a great deal more software, much of it with AI ****** istance, and all of that software still has to be organized, tracked, and shipped by human teams. We think the company that sits at the center of how software gets built is a fine place to own in a decade defined by building more of it."

CHICAGO — FreightWaves unveiled the winners of its 2026 AI Excellence in Supply Chain Awards during a ceremony at the Old Post Office in Chicago as part of the FreightWaves Supply Chain AI Symposium on July 15, 2026. The awards recognize companies using artificial intelligence to transform supply chain, transportation and logistics operations.
The competition this year was fierce. FreightWaves received a record 60 nominations, more than double last year's total, reflecting how quickly AI has moved from pilot projects to production systems across the industry. To capture the full picture of that shift, the 2026 awards were split into two categories: AI Solution Providers, honoring the technology companies building AI tools for the industry, and Operational AI Integration, honoring the carriers, brokers, forwarders and shippers deploying AI inside their own operations.
This year's honorees in the AI Solution Providers category are Arkestro, CloneOps.ai, Intelligent Audit, Fixefy, Augment, Eranova, Gather AI, Trimble Autonomous Procurement, Fullbay AI and Samsara. The Operational AI Integration honorees are NFI, Flexport, YMX Logistics, Uber Freight and Atlas Energy Solutions.
Honoring the technology companies building AI tools for the industry
Arkestro earned recognition for its AI-enabled predictive procurement platform, which combines artificial intelligence and game theory to let procurement teams simulate sourcing events before they happen and shape outcomes before suppliers ever submit a quote. Rather than replacing human decision-making, the platform augments it, giving suppliers AI-assisted pricing guidance and real-time feedback on how their offers compare. Customers report an average 18.8% savings on spend and sourcing cycles accelerated by up to 60%. One manufacturer identified more than $55 million in savings with a two-month ROI across 40 plants and more than 400 suppliers; an LNG operator cut high-value sourcing cycles from days to minutes while achieving 29% savings; and a global medical device manufacturer compressed logistics request-for-quote timelines from four months to six weeks, saving $2.4 million.

Atlas Energy Solutions focuses on sand and logistics for oil producers in West Texas, aiming for efficiency through scale. California Resources produces oil and gas while building a carbon sequestration business to navigate California's strict regulations. Comparing them helps you decide if you prefer an infrastructure play or a resource producer transitioning into carbon management.
Atlas Energy Solutions provides proppant and logistics for producers in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico. The company serves major exploration and production operators, with a high concentration: the ten largest customers generate approximately 82% of total revenue. Customer concentration like this adds a layer of risk to the business since the power segment depends on just two customers for over 30% of its revenue.
In FY 2025, revenue reached nearly $1.1 billion, representing 3.7% growth over the previous year. Despite the steady sales, the company reported a net loss of roughly $50.3 million for the fiscal period, almost a $110 million swing from profits in 2024. This performance marks a shift from earlier years when the company maintained positive net income and higher profitability across its operations.
As of its December 2025 balance sheet, the debt-to-equity ratio is nearly 0.5x. This ratio compares total debt to shareholder equity to show financial leverage. Free cash flow was negative at nearly $31 million, and note that stock-based compensation (SBC) represented roughly 28% of operating cash flow, which inflates reported cash generation since SBC is a non-cash expense added back in the cash flow statement.

Gary **** erson raised AMAT's 2026 semiconductor equipment growth forecast past 30%, while ONTO locked a $240 million HBM purchase agreement running through 2027.
Teradyne's Q1 revenue surged 87% to $1.28 billion with roughly 70% tied directly to AI demand, as net income jumped 303%.
This lithium producer surpassed a $1B private valuation, joining some of America's most powerful startups. Now you can invest in EnergyX alongside global giants like General Motors, but only through July 16. (sponsor)
Applied Materials (NASDAQ:AMAT) just told the Street its semiconductor equipment business will grow more than 30% in calendar 2026, an upward revision from a prior bar of 20%. That is the sound of an AI fab CapEx supercycle shifting from thesis to invoice, and the picks-and-shovel names selling into every foundry, HBM stack and gate-all-around node are the ones cashing the checks. Five stocks sit directly under that spending fire hose. Here is where the money is moving, in order.
Onto Innovation (NYSE:ONTO) is the name most retail investors still cannot spell, but it sits at the exact chokepoint AI needs: inspection and metrology for HBM stacks, 2.5D logic and gate-all-around devices. When TSMC and SK hynix bolt an accelerator together, Onto's Dragonfly and Atlas tools decide whether the die passes or scraps. That is process control leverage on the fastest-growing corner of the fab, well beyond commoditized deposition.

FOXBOROUGH, MA – For the second consecutive World Cup, Morocco exited the tournament in its knockout stages in a 2-0 defeat against France.
The result could have been significantly worse if not for a heroic performance in net from Yassine Bounou.
The 35-year-old keeper put together a tremendous performance to keep the Atlas Lions in a match that was largely dominated by Les Bleus.
"We were very happy that Yassine Bounou managed to save us a few times," backup goalkeeper Munir El Kajoui said when asked about his teammate's performance after the match.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — France did it to Morocco again at the World Cup.
For the second straight tournament, Morocco was ousted by the French 2-0 — this time in the quarterfinals on Thursday at Gillette Stadium, four years after losing by the same score in the semifinals.
With very few attacking chances, Morocco landed only one shot on goal, and that came in the 82nd minute while already trailing by two goals.
It was the same ending as in Qatar, when the Atlas Lions became the first African team to reach the semifinals at a World Cup.
“The future will be bright if we continue like this, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t want to win today. Of course, we wanted to win today,” Morocco coach Mohamed Ouahbi said through a translator. “We did everything we could to win, but we faced a very difficult opponent. It’s a disappointment, of course, but we’ll keep working for the future.”

FOXBOROUGH - Now that Morocco's World Cup dream is over after a 2-0 loss against France in the quarterfinals, Atlas Lions manager Mohamed Ouahbi's allegiance reverted to his home country.

"I hope it will be Belgium," he said.

Moroco crossed paths with one of the world's best teams in France for the first time in Ouhabi's tenure at Boston Stadium. He share dhis admiration for Les Blues manager Didier Deschamps both as a player and a coach.

Morocco coach Mohamed Ouahbi promised that his team will bounce back from their World Cup quarter-final exit against France on Thursday and keep building as they prepare to co-host the next tournament in 2030.
The Atlas Lions were hoping to at least match their historic run to the semi-finals in Qatar in 2022, but once again their World Cup hopes were ended by Les Bleus.
The 2-0 defeat at the Gillette Stadium near Boston was a repeat of the scoreline when the sides met in the semis four years ago, and Morocco must now turn their attentions towards future challenges after a draining last seven months.
"France are a really great side. We were playing a country who have been to the last two World Cup finals, and they have rarely had as much talent as they do now," acknowledged Ouahbi, after the last-eight contest was settled by second-half goals from Kylian Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele.
"We know we can compete, and what we want to do is work even harder to try to do even better next time."
