A legal fight that seemed to be over for one of radio's biggest names has been pulled back into the spotlight.
Howard Stern's former executive **** istant, Leslie Kuhn, has filed to appeal a judge's decision to throw out her lawsuit against the shock jock, his wife, Beth Stern, and their companies, according to court documents obtained by Page Six and detailed in a report published on Friday, October 2.
Per the outlet, Kuhn filed the appeal on September 9, asking a New York appeals court to overturn the July 29 ruling that dismissed her case in its entirety. She says she has "credible evidence" that undercuts Howard's side of the story.
The goal, per the filing, is to have a 2022 confidentiality agreement and a 2025 nondisclosure agreement declared "invalid and unenforceable so that she could freely discuss her employment in order to salvage her job prospects and reputation."
Howard, 72, and his team have pushed back hard. He has denied Kuhn's allegations.

ASHVILLE – Every team goes through it, where they don't have their best stuff.
That was certainly the case for the Lancaster volleyball team on Tuesday, Sept. 1, during their game at Teays Valley. The Golden Gales just couldn't seem to find any rhythm or gain momentum against the Vikings.
Lancaster fell behind early in the first set and were immediately put on their heels, and Teays Valley took advantage. Even though the Gales fought back in their third set, it wasn't enough as they dropped their Ohio Capital Conference-Buckeye Division opener, 25-19, 25-17, 25-23.
"We had a great week of practice and practiced really hard and felt like we were in a good place," Lancaster coach Leslie Davenport said. "Defensively, we didn't connect that first set, and we knew we were going to be up against big blocks, and we talked about getting up and having high hands, and when we did it, we scored. Unfortunately, mentally, we didn't get to that place where we were able to get over the hump."

Taylor Swift and her sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, have a strong bond. Recently, Kylie sat down for a discussion with Leslie Mann on her podcast "Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce." During the interview, the host mentioned that her kids were getting a positive influence from the pop icon.
On the latest episode of "Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce," the host revealed Taylor Swift's new influence on her kids. During the interview, Kylie and her guest, Leslie Mann, discussed the importance of cats in their lives.
The comedian emphasized how one needs to get a feline to make their life better. "I love this so much because I grew up with cats. So I grew up in a cat-dog house, like both at all times," Kylie replied, agreeing with her thoughts.
The podcaster further shared Swift's influence on her four daughters. For the unaware, the "Bad Blood" hitmaker is a proud cat mom to three felines, Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin ****** on. "Now our kids have influences in their lives. Aunt Taylor is a big one where they get to be around cats," Kylie shared.
The 34-year-old added, "And then we go home, and there are no cats, and they're like, 'But we want cats."

Sydney Sweeney recently shared a clip of her latest adventure-sport outing and mentioned Tom Cruise in the caption. This has drawn considerable reaction from fans, and Top Gun's official Instagram page has also commented on her post.
Sydney Sweeney posted a clip of her wing walking on Instagram. Set to Yeah Yeah Yeahs' 'Spitting Off the Edge of the World' (ft. Perfume Genius), the video shows Sweeney strapped to a biplane as it maneuvers in the sky. "Watch out Tom Cruise," the Euphoria star wrote in the caption.
Sweeney's post has drawn a massive reaction from the fans. It currently has over 400,000 likes and more than 5,000 comments. The official Top Gun Instagram page is one of the commenters. "Feel the need for speed," the page shared. Meanwhile, actress Leslie Mann urged Sweeney to be careful.
Further, one of the fans wrote, "Whole lotta Nope for me, but between the Bungie and this I get the feeling you like the adrenaline rush :). Just triple-check safety!" Another fan called the video "amazing" in capital letters. A third admitted, "See, I could get on the plane and would do this but the going upside down and twists parts would probably freak me out a little! Add No Fear to your resume, Sydney!"
Although Top Gun commented on the post, Sweeney's caption likely refers to the 2025 movie Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, which features Cruise performing a wing-walking stunt in an extraordinary sequence.

LANCASTER – Lancaster senior volleyball player Zoe DeLeon and her senior teammates had somewhat of a rude awakening when Leslie Davenport was named the new head coach.
Davenport has brought a different mentality, as far as making players work harder, holding them more accountable, and most importantly, not accepting losing.
Not that the program was downtrodden by any means, but it needed a jolt, and that is exactly what Davenport has brought to the program.
"Coach has brought a competitiveness, and she gives it to us straight," DeLeon said. "She holds us accountable. She has us working harder in practice, and it has transferred over to the game. There was a difference at the beginning when she took over, and it took time to get used to, but once we saw the outcome, it makes us want to work even harder."

Taylor Swift has officially picked up a new **** le inside the Kelce family, and Kylie Kelce slipped it naturally into a conversation about an increasingly difficult debate at home.
During the Aug. 20 episode of Not Gonna Lie, Kylie was discussing her continued campaign to convince husband Jason Kelce that their family needs a cat when she explained why their daughters keep asking for one. "I grew up in a cat-dog house, like both at all times, and now our kids have influences in their life, Aunt Taylor is a big one where they get to be around cats," she said, according to PEOPLE.
The remark marked the first time Kylie had publicly referred to Swift as "Aunt Taylor" since the singer married Travis Kelce in July. Jason and Kylie's daughters: Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finnley 16 months, have spent time around Swift's three cats, giving their mother some unexpected help in the family's long-running pet debate.
That feline influence actually predates the marriage. During Swift's 2025 appearance on New Heights, she revealed that she had already introduced the girls to Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson and Benjamin **** on while attempting to undo one particularly creative warning Jason had given his daughters about cats.
Kylie's cat campaign came up during her conversation with actress Leslie Mann on the Aug. 20 episode of Not Gonna Lie. Kylie explained that growing up with both dogs and cats made having both kinds of pets feel normal to her, while her daughters are now getting their own exposure to cats elsewhere, particularly through Swift.

Kylie Kelce revealed that her daughters' growing love for cats had sparked an adorable new family wish, and she had Taylor Swift to thank for it. During the Thursday, August 20 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, Kylie discussed her long-standing desire to bring a cat into her household. While chatting with guest Leslie Mann, the mother of four explained that her daughters had plenty of feline influence in their lives.
"I grew up with cats," Kylie explained. She said her childhood home had both cats and dogs. Kylie shares four daughters with Jason Kelce: Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 17 months. Her daughters now have another feline influence, thanks to their famous aunt. "Aunt Taylor is a big one where they get to be around cats," Kylie said.
Kylie's daughters' love for cats comes from spending time with Taylor's pets. The singer has three famous cats, Olivia Benson, Meredith Grey, and Benjamin ***** on. Kylie shares how the girls play with Taylor's cats when they visit her. When they return home, they ask for one themselves. Kylie also mentions that the girls pick out cat-related stuff whenever they go shopping.
The girls share a special bond with Taylor. They played a major role in her wedding to Travis Kelce in July. Kylie and Jason's daughters served as flower girls during the couple's Madison Square Garden ceremony. The podcast host also has plenty of praise for Travis as an uncle. Kylie once called him the "absolute best uncle" her daughters could have.
Travis reportedly loves spending time with the girls. Kylie said they keep him busy whenever he visits. The girls make him sit on the floor and ask him to build blocks and complete puzzles with them. Now, Taylor's cats may have given them another idea.

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott's family photo with ex-fiancee draws attention originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
Dak Prescott has spent the early days of training camp focused on football, running drills with CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens in Oxnard as the Cowboys prepare for their September 13 opener against the Giants.
On the fifth day of camp, Prescott welcomed a special visitor who cared far more about sunglasses than the playbook.
WFAA-TV reporter Mike Leslie shared the video on Instagram, capturing the wholesome exchange between Prescott and his daughter on the sideline before he returned to practice. Ramos dressed MJ specifically for the occasion, putting her in a white Cowboys logo top, a matching skirt, sneakers, and a hairband with a ribbon.
The two-year-old tossed a mini football to her dad before playfully ******* ing the sunglasses off his face in a moment captured by WFAA's Mike Leslie and shared widely online. The visit came the same week Ramos posted poolside photos of herself and MJ, captioning one simply "Obsessed," as she continues sharing glimpses of their co-parenting routine.

Charlize Theron added a luxe twist to her slinky Celine cutout dress with Dior jewelry for her appearance at the Seoul premiere of "The Odyssey." The Academy Award-winning actress took to her official Instagram to share a carousel of photos of her look for the press event. Needless to say, the post gained thousands of likes and hype comments from fans.
Charlize Theron turned heads in Seoul with an ensemble that perfectly blended modern, architectural minimalism with high-fashion glamor. Styled in a sleek, statuesque black silhouette, she served a monochrome dressing moment, anchored by Dior jewelry.
She wore a black satin gown featuring a cutout in the bodice, which offered a glimpse of her toned midriff. It fell into a floor-length column skirt complete with functional side pockets. Further, the top extended into sweeping cape panels from the shoulders, falling into a dramatic, open-back cut.
While the garment offered clean lines and structural drama, the jewelry brought intricate texture and refined sparkle to the overall look. Styled by Leslie Fremar, Theron leaned into white gold and brilliant-cut diamonds from the My Dior Collection. It featured the house's iconic Cannage woven motif.
Slotted along her ear cartilage, My Dior Single Ear Jewel featured a double-band design. Crafted in white gold, it had the geometric Cannage lattice and was inlaid with diamonds. Framing her face, she paired the cuff with My Dior Earrings. These matching huggie-style hoop earrings were also in white gold, but did not feature any diamonds.

The number of wealthy non-dom taxpayers shrank by 1,200 last year amid warnings that Labour's tax rises could push even more rich people offshore.
New figures from HMRC reveal that 9,000 non-doms – foreign investors living in Britain – left the country or changed their tax status in the financial year ending April 2025.
Meanwhile, the number of non-doms arriving in the country dropped 14pc to 8,600. A further 800 "deemed-domicile" taxpayers – former non-doms who have since become British tax residents – also quit the UK, for an overall net reduction of 1,200.
Leslie MacLeod-Miller, the chief executive of Foreign Investors for Britain, a pressure group, warned that government inaction could push more investors and entrepreneurs to leave, reducing their £13.6bn annual tax contribution to the public finances.
"Britain is losing internationally mobile wealth at an accelerating pace," he said. "The exodus of wealth will only get worse if the Government does not introduce a competitive tax regime to restore Britain's place in the world."

Howard Stern has secured the dismissal of a lawsuit brought by his former executive ***** istant, Leslie Kuhn, after a New York judge rejected her attempt to invalidate a 2025 nondisclosure agreement.
Kuhn alleged that Stern's production company, One Twelve, may have accessed her work email and electronically signed the agreement without her authorization.
The court found that theory unsupported, pointing to an email sent from Kuhn's account with the message "Signed NDA attached" and a copy of the agreement bearing her electronic signature.
Kuhn argued that she had not signed the May 2025 NDA and suggested that someone connected to One Twelve could have used remote access to create the email trail.
The judge characterized that allegation as a "bald ***** ertion," according to the decision obtained by TMZ and court documents reviewed by Page Six. The ruling concluded that Kuhn had not supplied sufficient facts to overcome the defendants' documentary evidence, which included the email from her account and the attached NDA.

In a press release by the program, coach Matthew Graves said he was grateful for the support of the Wilkinson family with their commitment to the program.
"When we sat down with Leslie, she wanted to know which areas would have the greatest impact on our players and our program," Graves said. "With her generous support, we were able to address these needs, which will ultimately elevate our men's basketball program and provide an exceptional student-athlete experience."

Howard Stern reportedly just earned an early courtroom victory in his legal battle with his former **** istant Leslie Kuhn.
A New York judge has dismissed one of Kuhn's claims against the shock jock and ruled that her allegation that Howard's production company forged a nondisclosure agreement wasn't supported by the evidence.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, which reported on the ruling Thursday, July 30, Kuhn had claimed that she never signed an NDA from Howard, 72. Instead, she suggested that someone from the radio host's production company, One Twelve, may have accessed her email account and signed it without her knowledge.
However, the judge pointed to an email sent from Kuhn's account that read "Signed NDA attached," along with a copy of the agreement which included her electronic signature. The court called her hacking theory a "bald **** ertion" and dismissed that portion of her case.
The ruling came just days after Howard's attorney, Andrew Mark Goldsmith, blasted Kuhn's attempt to amend her lawsuit with new allegations that a 2022 nondisclosure agreement had been fabricated.

She had ****** ists on seven of the last eight baskets scored by the Mercury, who had 28 ****** ists on 35 baskets. Her final one, to Monique Akoa Makani with 14 seconds left, sealed the win.

What a weekend for the Las Vegas Aces. Just one day after beating the Phoenix Mercury 106-58, they fell to the Indiana Fever.
The Aces couldn’t carry over the momentum from Saturday’s historic 48-point victory over the Mercury, suffering a lopsided 109-75 loss to the Fever at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas.
Indiana controlled the game from the opening quarter and never looked back, handing the Aces their second loss to the Fever in about a week.
With Lisa Leslie and Dawn Staley sitting courtside, the Aces-Fever matchup featured plenty of star power both on and off the court.
The moment Aces fans have been anxiously waiting for happened on Sunday night — Dana Evans was back in the game for the first time this season after being out with an injury since earlier this year.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has long forced ***** istant coaches on his head coach.
In 2007, Jones hired Jason Garrett for an unnamed position while he hunted for a head coach. Garrett wasn't hired as head coach but instead became the offensive coordinator for Wade Phillips. Jones has made several other ***** istant coach hirings himself since.
So, it should come as no surprise that Jones guaranteed Brian Schottenheimer a job regardless of what happened in the Cowboys' head coaching search in 2025. Schottenheimer had an "agreement" to remain with the team as offensive coordinator if the team didn't hire him as head coach.
"So, what we did is while they were going through the process -- 'cause there's a process, right? I wasn't sure, and there was a number of other teams -- saying this very humbly -- that were courting me and trying to say, 'Hey, we want you to come be our coordinator,'" Schottenheimer said on The Twins Take podcast. "And so, you know, after just talking it over with Stephen [Jones] and Jerry, like, OK, while we figure this out and you guys go through the interview process, which there's a thorough interview process you have to go through. We had made an agreement that I would stay here no matter what. And I didn't want to leave. ... I really wanted to be the head coach and put our fingerprint, our blueprint on it. And that's what God had planned."
The Cowboys did not have an eye on some of the hot offensive ***** istants that offseason, bypassing Ben Johnson and Liam Coen, among others, to interview Leslie Frazier, Robert Saleh and Kellen Moore. Moore likely wanted to call plays himself. Saleh and Frazier are defensive coordinators.

Fans blasted the WNBA for excluding Caitlin Clark on its 30th anniversary poster. A lot of theories emerged, with many calling out the league for mistreating her. However, the reason for her not appearing in it has been explained.
The biggest WNBA stars of past and present were featured. A'ja Wilson, Lisa Leslie, Angel Reese, Paige Bueckers, Becky Hammon and Breanna Stewart are some of the players in it. Notable "snubs" include, Clark, Cynthia Cooper, Sue Bird, Tamika Catchings and Diana Taurasi.
MORE: Caitlin Clark urged to ditch WNBA over mistreatment, ref no-calls
Cllct's Darren Rovell posted on X that the Indiana Fever superstar guard herself was the reason for the exclusion.
Her NIL deal likely included that only her name and number can be used, preventing the WNBA from adding her image. Fans can now put the false claims and ***** umptions about her "snub" to rest.

The WNBA continues to discover new ways to shoot itself in the foot.
It is the league’s 30th anniversary season, and the latest self-inflicted wound is a poster celebrating that historic milestone.
On the surface, it looks harmless. The poster looks like something that might hang in a 10-year-old’s bedroom or a college kid’s dorm. Dawn Staley’s awesome teal and purple Charlotte Sting jersey pops in the middle of it and she’s surrounded by a handful of recognizable faces from the past and present: Breanna Stewart, A’ja Wilson, Sheryl Swoopes, Lisa Leslie, Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese, to name a few.
But a closer look shows a few things the WNBA is guilty of far too often: incompetence, a lack of oversight and a void of creativity.
For starters, this poster is $30 and looks like something that could’ve been designed in PhotoShop 15 years ago. It is simply a collection of logos and stock images of players. It seemingly wants to take inspiration from one of those throwback Sports Illustrated covers the magazine rolled out during March Madness, a “Where’s Waldo” style collage meant to evoke excitement for the NCAA Tournament.

LOS ANGELES — Nneka Ogwumike couldn’t fight back the tears as the ESPN broadcast asked her what it meant to have a celebration of the WNBA’s evolution on her home court.
No. 30 hit the game-winner at the buzzer for the Los Angeles Sparks’ 98-97 victory over the New York Liberty on Sunday night to commemorate the league’s 30th season and honor all of the legends in the building who helped the franchise survive to this point. It was all too much for the 15-year veteran to process during her live interview minutes after the victory. Thus, the overflow of emotion.
“What a great moment, and the perfect person to hit that,” Los Angeles coach Lynne Roberts said.
The passage of time was omnipresent for the Sparks and Liberty. Lisa Leslie and Kym Hampton lined up at center court for the pregame tip-off, just as they did for the WNBA’s debut game on this date in 1997. Los Angeles legends DeLisha Milton-Jones and Tamecka Dixon were at Sparks practice on Saturday, and the New York Liberty welcomed original roster members Sue Wicks, Hampton, Teresa Weatherspoon and Vickie Johnson at their walk-through.
The history and the present of the league all intertwined Sunday, and Ogwumike — the fourth-leading scorer in WNBA history and the architect of the last two collective bargaining agreements as the players’ union president — tied it all together.

The WNBA is celebrating its 30th season with the anniversary of its first game, between the Los Angeles Sparks and the New York Liberty on Sunday, a game the Sparks won 67-57.
The opening tip in that matchup was won by Lisa Leslie, who went on to have one of the most illustrious WNBA careers. As we commemorate the league reaching its 30th season, Leslie is one of the 30 players who defined this first era of the WNBA. Here are the rest:
Accolades: MVP, champion, finals MVP, 5-time DPOY, 12-time all-WNBA, 10-time All-Star
A five-time Defensive Player of the Year and one-time MVP, Catchings is the best player to suit up for the Indiana Fever as she led the franchise to its lone WNBA ****** le in 2012. Catchings is one of the most complete players in the league's existence: an ace defender and a high-level scorer, rebounder and playmaker all wrapped into one.

Catchings earns the top spot in this exercise for the combination of her longevity, consistency, two-way excellence and peak performance. She has the most win shares in league history, and the gap between first and second in win shares is greater than the gap between second and 13th in that important stat category.
Accolades: MVP, 3-time champion, 2-time finals MVP, 14-time all-WNBA, 11-time All-Star

More than a year after Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, were found dead inside their Santa Fe home, the National Enquirer can confirm that the couple's graves have finally been marked with headstones.
Hackman's plaque describes the Oscar winner as a "Husband, Father, Artist," while Arakawa's remembers her as a "Beloved Wife, A Beautiful Soul."
As the National Enquirer previously reported, the pair's graves were initially only marked by a conch shell. At the time, Hackman's three adult children – Christopher, Elizabeth and Leslie – were involved in an ongoing dispute regarding his estate. The graves remained unmarked as the legal battle played out.
Earlier this year, Page Six reported that the case remains ongoing.
The Hoosiers star and Arakawa were found dead after a welfare check on February 26, 2025. At first, there was speculation they died due to carbon monoxide poisoning, a gas leak or foul play. Investigators ultimately ruled those theories out after determining there were no signs of foul play and both tested negative for carbon monoxide.
