Lewis Hamilton says it is "far too late" for Ferrari to give him priority over team-mate Charles Leclerc in the championship fight, following a disappointing weekend at their home Italian Grand Prix.
The seven-time world champion, who started fourth and finished sixth, was pushed on to the grass by Leclerc on the opening lap, slipping him down to 10th, as the pair battled wheel-to-wheel at the exit of the first chicane.
Leclerc then suffered a high-speed crash at the Parabolica shortly after to leave Hamilton as Ferrari's only hope of a top-three finish.

A man born without arms has had his first taste of life as a racing driver, after taking his newly adapted race car out on a circuit for the first time.
Callum Smith, 23, was spotted by recruiters at Team BRIT earlier this year, but it has taken several months to adapt a race car for him, adding a steering wheel that can be controlled with his feet.
Now the rookie driver has had his first opportunity to take the car out for a spin at Donington race circuit and said the "raw emotion" of the day was "just completely different to how I had it planned out in my head."
"I don't think there's too many words to describe the feelings and the sensations of it all", Smith added.
Paul Fullick is Team BRIT's GT3 driver and was in the passenger seat for the track day giving advice on the circuit and car.

Every baseball fan is familiar with the scam known as the shell game— after all, it's present, in more innocuous form, in the cap shuffle ubiquitous to scoreboards. Tonight Zack Wheeler offered the visiting Braves a shell game, tempting them with three baserunners through three at-bats… but when the Braves selected their shell, there weren't very many runs underneath.
The start was rather subpar for the home crowd, with Wheeler allowing a pair of singles to the first two Braves, then walking Matt Olson to load the bases with none away. But a pop fly and a strikeout (aided by a canny ABS challenge from J.T. Realmuto) put him just a single out away from pulling off the great escape. Ozzie Albies flew out to center, and the Braves trudged back to the dugout with the dreaded ****** LETIGER (No Outs, Bases Loaded, Ending in Team Incapable of Getting Easy Runs, it's a real term) nipping at their heels.
But the Phillies would give Atlanta starter Martin Pérez a rougher start. Kyle Schwarber and Trea Turner worked walks to start off the game, with the former dashing for third on a fly out from Bryce Harper, and slipping right past the tag. A single to right from Luis Arraez scored him, and the bases were then loaded on a walk of Alec Bohm. Realmuto walked to bring in a run (an ABS challenge on ball four proved fruitless for the visitors). The inning ended when Ronald Acuña Jr, looking truly superb, leapt into the air to turn a line drive from Bryson Stott into out number three.
Wheeler's second inning of work was a far smoother affair, with three up and three down. Pérez could not say the same. Derek Hill lined a ball to right, and Acuña suddenly looked far less superb, stumbling and allowing Hill to reach third. He then scored when Matt Olson bobbled a grounder at first.
The roller coaster ride that is Ronald then took another sudden swerve in the top of the third as he sent a Wheeler sweeper deep, deep into the left field seats. But the Phillies were certainly not inclined to let themselves be outslugged in their own ballpark: in the bottom of the fourth, Schwarber knocked a Pérez pitch over the fence in right. Two more hits, both with two outs, ensued, and Pérez's night ended.

That was certainly the case for social media star Alix Earle and New York Giants wide receiver Braxton Berrios. After nearly three years together, the fan-favorite couple officially called it quits last December.
As Earle decided to move on from that chapter of her life, she rented a big truck to move out of her ex-boyfriend's house two months after the breakup. With her best friend Sally in the passenger seat and Earle behind the wheel, the content creator discussed what went wrong between the couple.
"There's a ton of pressure that comes from, like, having a public relationship and sharing so much and people loving our relationship. But we were both busy in our careers and doing long distance at the time. We weren't talking as much. We were barely communicating. There was a lack of intimacy towards the end of the relationship, and it started to just, like, dwindle away a little bit,"Earle said on the first episode of reality series Earle Meets World, released on Friday on Netflix.

Wheel of Fortune announcer Jim Thornton's status with the show just went from suspended to fired amid a recent alleged pedophilia scandal.
Earlier this week, TMZ broke the news that Sony Pictures Television Studios had suspended the announcer, revealing to the media outlet, "We have recently been made aware of allegations concerning Jim Thornton. He has been suspended from Wheel of Fortune, and we are recasting while we conduct a thorough investigation."
Per TMZ, the alleged incident occurred when a passenger complained to a flight attendant about Thornton on a commercial flight in May. American Airlines confirmed to TMZ, "On May 14, American Airlines Flight 1276 was met by law enforcement upon arrival at Los Angeles International Airport following concerns reported by a customer onboard."

Following TMZ's initial report, Thornton's attorney, Allison Hart, denounced the information in the article, telling USA Today (via a letter), "My client did not engage in any illegal conduct, was not arrested, and has not been charged with a crime." The Monster Jam monster truck stunt show is back in Jacksonville. Eventgoers can expect big trucks doing big tricks all weekend long.
Typically, this event is held at Everbank Stadium, but because of the Stadium of the Future construction, it's been moved.
Truckloads of dirt were wheeled into Vystar, but the big wheels everyone is interested in are 12,000-pound monster trucks!
"There's nothing like taking a 12,000-pound truck and doing a backflip into a nose wheel combo or something crazy like that," said monster truck driver Tony Ochs.
The Saturday and Sunday event features driver competitions in three categories: Racing, 2 Wheel Skills and Freestyle. Some of the stunts include back flips and vertical two-wheel tricks.

Moritz Seider has had an amazing start to his career while wearing the winged wheel for Detroit. He has captivated fans with his elite defensive play, and he has become more involved on the offensive side of the puck every year. He just recorded his best season yet in Detroit, posting career marks in goals, ***** ists, and plus/minus rating: 10 goals, 50 ***** ists, 60 points and a plus-15 rating in all 82 games. PHOENIX (AP) — Bryce Harper reached base five times, Jesús Luzardo threw 6 2/3 quality innings and the Philadelphia Phillies won their sixth straight game by beating the Arizona Diamondbacks 7-1 on Tuesday night.
The surging Phillies have won 15 of their last 17 and are now just three games behind the Atlanta Braves for the NL East lead.
Harper had four singles, including one on a surprise bunt in the first inning. The nine-time All-Star also walked, scored a run and drove in another, starting September with a terrific performance after slashing .333/.496/.573 in August.
Luzardo (13-5) gave up one run on six hits and a walk while striking out six. The hard-throwing lefty has a 1.32 ERA over his lasts six starts — joining Zack Wheeler, Aaron Nola and Cristopher Sanchez for arguably baseball's best starting rotation.
The Phillies never trailed, jumping to a 2-0 lead in the first inning. Trea Turner hit an RBI double off the center-field wall in the first while Alec Bohm's run-scoring single made it 3-1 in the fifth.

Manchester City have opened talks with Chelsea in their bid to sign midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
In what is set to be one of the key narratives on transfer deadline day, City have set the wheels in motion towards what would be one of the most expensive deals of the summer.
It is understood Chelsea want a minimum of £120m for Fernandez and talks are under way as both clubs negotiate a price.
Fernandez, 25, worked with City manager Enzo Maresca during the Italian's reign at Chelsea.
Maresca is keen to work with the Argentina international again, while Fernandez is open to a move to City.
