The North Carolina Tar Heels will enter the first year of the Michael Malone era with some big expectations.
After they were eliminated in the first round of the NCAA Tournament last season, it's now up to Malone and the staff to turn this thing around. While they have their first roster mostly put together, the future of the program is also very important in the present.
For the Tar Heels, they have yet to land a recruit in the 2027 or 2028 classes. But they do have their eyes on a bunch of targets that could really change their class.
One recruiting **** yst 'called his shot' on making a prediction for recruits and where they will land. For North Carolina, it's great news as On3's Jamie Shaw predicts the Tar Heels will land CJ Rosser and five-star forward DeMarcus Henry.
That would be huge news for the Tar Heels, landing two five-star recruits. While they would still need to add to the class, landing two five-stars right away would be a huge boost.

The reported agreement will give OSU another $17 million to play with per year.
As you can imagine, there were some passionate responses to seeing the scarlet and gray uniform become a walking billboard. Some see it as a necessary evil in today's name, image and likeness arms race, while others, holding tight to tradition, were not so forgiving. Some fan bases decided to get on their high horse only to find out their school made a similar deal just hours later. Love it or hate it, this is what collegiate sports are turning into.

Jared Leto has been accused of ****** aulting four women when they were in their teens, according to a new BBC report.
The women, who are unnamed in the July 29 report, detailed alleged incidents with the "Suicide Squad" actor, including one woman who alleged the actor ****** ually ****** aulted her in a motel bathroom when she was 17, and another who said she had underage ****** with the Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman in California when she was 17, which would be considered statutory rape in the state.
A third woman said Leto threatened her with ****** ual ****** ault when she was 19, and a fourth recalled receiving ****** ually explicit phone calls from the "Tron: Ares" star when she was 16, with him suggesting they have ****** at least once.
USA TODAY has reached out to Leto's reps for comment. The actor also did not respond to BBC's request.

The third woman says that she had ******* with Leto in California when she was 17, just under the age of consent in the state of 18 years old. Leto is described as shrugging off the discussion of age of consent.

For three consecutive presidential campaigns, President Donald Trump regularly told the same lie when he spoke in the swing state of Michigan. Before he even entered politics, he claimed, he was named "Man of the Year" in the state.
The problem: CNN and other media outlets repeatedly noted that this award did not exist. But Trump revived the tale once more near the end of a falsehood-filled economic speech in Michigan on Monday — and added an additional lie claiming that an initially skeptical media had eventually discovered the award story was correct.
"I was here 25 years ago, I got Man of the Year. They — oh, by the way, the press questioned that, and then they found out it was true, actually," Trump said with a chuckle. "And I made a speech, and all I talked about was why are you letting them steal your auto industry?"
Nope. This is yet another example of the fake history that has littered various Trump addresses this month.
Approaching 10 full years after Trump debuted the "Man of the Year" lie, ***** ody has ever been able to find any evidence for it. Predicting the winner of a 147-player PGA Tour tournament is a near-impossible task, unless Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlory or prime Tiger Woods is teeing it up. Usually, I like to lean in heavily on the horses-for-courses theory, so I considered the likes of Jake Knapp (tied for fourth course-record 61 last year), Chris Kirk (lost in a playoff last year) and Taylor Moore (the only player with three top-10s here), but the course has been renovated. So I'm going with The Kid, JACKSON KOIVUN, 21, fresh off his first PGA Tour win at the 3M Open. We'll pick him to go back-to-back at 3M and Rocket, like Tony Finau in 2022. If Koivun wins, he'd be the second player to receive a sponsor's exemption into the Rocket (2024), only to win the tournament two years later (Aldrich Potgieter, 2023 exemption and 2025 ****** le).

Former Utah Jazz wing Johnny Juzang has left the NBA – at least, for now – and will continue his career in Turkey next season.
Juzang has signed with EuroLeague side Fenerbahce, whose name gets almost invariably attached to all fringe NBA players at some point, yet who have already officially announced this deal. It gives the 25-year-old swingman an opportunity to further establish himself overseas following four NBA seasons, three of which came with the Jazz – including by far his best one as a professional to date.
