Jared Leto has been accused of ****** aulting four women when they were in their teens, according to a new BBC report.
The women, who are unnamed in the July 29 report, detailed alleged incidents with the "Suicide Squad" actor, including one woman who alleged the actor ****** ually ****** aulted her in a motel bathroom when she was 17, and another who said she had underage ****** with the Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman in California when she was 17, which would be considered statutory rape in the state.
A third woman said Leto threatened her with ****** ual ****** ault when she was 19, and a fourth recalled receiving ****** ually explicit phone calls from the "Tron: Ares" star when she was 16, with him suggesting they have ****** at least once.

(AP) — A Virginia university missed opportunities to learn of a student's terrorism-related conviction before the man opened fire in an ROTC class in March, injuring two students and killing an Army veteran who fought back with "extraordinary heroism," an investigative report released Tuesday found.
The federal probation officer working with Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, who spent eight years in prison for attempting to aid the Islamic State, did not share Jalloh's criminal background with Old Dominion University, despite the serious nature of the offense, according to the report, which was produced by the law firm Cooley on behalf of the university.
Jalloh, who also died in the March attack, had attended the public university in Norfolk beginning in 2007, was suspended in 2010 and reenrolled after his early release from prison in December 2024. He was readmitted to the school in May last year.
No federal or state law enforcement agency reported his prior conviction either, the report said.
State law prohibits the university from inquiring about student criminal history before admission or readmission, according to the report. The university could have asked readmitted students to voluntarily disclose their criminal history but did not at the time, the report said.

The Slovenian had a long ***** ociation with the team, now known as Netcompany-Ineos Cycling Team, stretching back to 2011 when he joined what was then Team Sky during their heyday, as Sir Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome sparked the British team's near-decade of Tour de France dominance under the leadership of Sir Dave Brailsford.

The New York Jets and their quarterback, Geno Smith, received good news today. It appears that Smith won't be charged in a domestic dispute he had with his baby's mother.
The Geno Smith case, stemming from a June 21 dispute with a woman at his home, has been declared inactive by police.
The investigation has concluded, and no charges are being brought. Future investigative action is contingent on additional information or evidence being brought forward, per a police spokesperson.

The high court rebuffed an emergency appeal from Catherine Herridge. The veteran investigative reporter has been held in civil contempt as part of a lawsuit that scientist Yanping Chen filed against the government over the leak.
Chief Justice John Roberts previously put a short-term hold on the fine as the court considered the appeal. On Thursday, the court said it was denying Herridge's bid to stay the fine. Justice Brett Kavanaugh supported granting the application for a stay, the court said.
Herridge published a series for Fox News in 2017 that examined Chen's ties to the Chinese military and raised questions about whether the scientist was using a professional school she founded in Virginia to help the Chinese government get information about American servicemembers.

Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold has been arrested in connection with an alleged armed robbery and kidnapping that occurred in Tampa, Florida, in February of this year.
According to a press release from the Florida state attorney's office, Arnold will have criminal charges filed against him and "is facing multiple felony charges which carry a potential sentence of up to life in prison."
"Arnold is accused of coordinating and directing the codefendants to lure three men to an apartment where the victims were robbed, beaten and held at gunpoint," the statement said. State attorney Suzy Lopez said in the release, "No one has the right to take the law into their own hands. A dispute over missing property does not justify kidnapping, violence or retaliation. This arrest is the result of months of investigative work and collaboration between the Tampa police department and our prosecutors. We will continue to pursue justice for the three victims by holding everyone accountable for their roles in this crime."
Arnold is the seventh person to be arrested in connection with the incident. Two of the codefendants, Arianna Del Valle and Jasmine Randazzo, "pleaded guilty to their roles in the crime during a court hearing on June 24."
According to a press release from the Florida state attorney's office, Arnold will have criminal charges filed against him and "is facing multiple felony charges which carry a potential sentence of up to life in prison."
"Arnold is accused of coordinating and directing the codefendants to lure three men to an apartment where the victims were robbed, beaten and held at gunpoint," the statement said.
