New Generation Collective, a new initiative dedicated to helping young people in the entertainment, music and creator economy navigate growing up in the public eye, launched Tuesday. The initiative was announced during the inaugural summit for Hollywood & Mind in New York City. The Kids Mental Health Foundation, founded by Nationwide Children's Hospital, was also on hand at the summit to participate in the announcement.
The founding advisory board for the collective includes several entertainers and family members who have firsthand experience growing up in the public eye, including children's mental health advocate Angel Carter Conrad; the production company Artists for Artists; actor and singer Logan Henderson; actress and singer Isabela Merced; actor Kel Mitchell; actress and filmmaker Soleil Moon Frye; Carmela Wallace, mother of Juice WRLD and founder of Live Free 999; actor Hudson Yang; and actress and singer Breanna Yde. Additional members will be announced at a later date.
New Generation Collective was founded by Lilah Kojoori, a children's entertainment communications executive who departed her role as vice president of communications for Nickelodeon and Paramount+ Kids and Family last year. The organization draws on more than 20 years of experience working with young performers and their families.

The organization is designed to give young people, their families and the professionals who support them access to mental health experts through the Kids Mental Health Foundation. Leakes showed off a classic Hudson creation, donning a bodycon little black dress from the designer's fall-winter '24 collection. The sleeveless LBD featured an extra-long gold zipper extending from the neckline to the hem. The reality star styled the look with black patent pumps and a gold-embellished clutch.

While it took longer than the opening goal of the game, the Wolfpack regained the lead quickly in the second half thanks to a 57th-minute goal from Daisy Duda. She bent a ball across the penalty area and into the top left corner to put NC State ahead 2-1.

If there's one thing you learn after a few seasons of New York Fashion Week, it's that the shows are only half the fun. Sure, everyone spends the day running from runway to runway, but once the sun goes down, the fashion crowd has an entirely different schedule to keep. There are dinners, ****** tail parties, store openings, after-parties—and, inevitably, some nights that go much later than planned.
The spring/summer 2027 season is officially underway, and so is the party circuit. Things kicked off on September 8, when Siegelman Stable hosted a dinner at Pendry Manhattan West, where Carmelo Anthony, US Open semifinalist Frances Tiafoe, and New York Knicks guard Tyler Kolek, fresh off the team's championship season, all made appearances.
But the following night really got things going. On September 9, Bulgari brought Dua Lipa, Lisa, and Anne Hathaway to the High Line for a special Serpenti Infinito unveiling before the festivities moved to Boom. Lipa arrived at the after-party with her new husband, Callum Turner, and later hit the dance floor with Heated Rivalry star Hudson Williams. Elsewhere in the city, Ugg and Willy Chavarria toasted the global launch of their collaboration at Ray's, while Coach followed its 85th-anniversary runway show with a club-style after-party of its own. White Sox manager Will Venable jokingly lamented on Saturday that it seems as though the Cleveland Guardians are always winning. True to form, they walked off the Detroit Tigers a couple of hours before first pitch between the Sox and Twins Sunday night. Winners of three out of four in Detroit, the Guardians are the biggest threat to Sox' hopes of winning the division at just 2.5 games back.
They'll face each other three times in Cleveland in a little over a week, but in the meantime, the White Sox have to make sure they're winning at least as often as the Guardians are.
The White Sox did just that against the Twins on Sunday, winning 10-1 while showcasing much of why they are the American League Central frontrunners and why they will be a dangerous team to face in the postseason. In a planned bullpen game, the group of Bryan Hudson, Jordan Hicks, Hagen Smith, Grant Taylor, and Tyler Davis combined to allow just one run while striking out 15 Minnesota batters and walking only one.
"The plan worked," Venable said. "Everyone did a great job. They came out, they executed, got the outs we needed. The line for the bullpen speaks for itself."
There was really only one hiccup, when Grant Taylor gave up a leadoff homer to Brooks Lee and then walked Ryan Jeffers in the seventh inning, but even he went on to **** ert his dominance. After those two batters, he retired the next three in the seventh and struck out the side in the eighth inning.

National Resources, Great Point Studios, and Lindsay Goldberg refinanced their 719,943-square-foot "Hollywood on the Hudson" studio portfolio in Yonkers for $435 million.
The floating-rate loan from Bank of Montreal, Starwood Mortgage Capital, and Bank of America replaces $376.8 million in debt and funds tenant improvements.
The portfolio is 98.9% leased with Lionsgate Studio Corp. alone occupying 52.5% of the ***** e, underscoring strong demand for film and TV production real estate.
A four-building Yonkers film studio and office portfolio has landed a $435 million refinancing, according to Commercial Property Executive. The borrower, a joint venture between National Resources, Great Point Studios Operations, and Lindsay Goldberg, used the floating-rate loan to retire $376.8 million in prior debt on the 719,943-square-foot "Hollywood on the Hudson" portfolio, with the balance covering closing costs, equity returns, and tenant improvements.

Amy Hunt will continue her busy summer as the only athlete running both the women's 100m and 200m at the Diamond League Final in Brussels this weekend.
