Billy Ray Cyrus' ex-wife, Firerose, has opened up about their troubled marriage. The 37-year-old, who married Billy in 2023 before their marriage ended less than a year later, alleged that the country singer completely cut her off from her loved ones.
In an interview with Page Six, Firerose alleged that the 65-year-old singer kept her in a "farm prison" in Tennessee. She alleged that he "physically, strategically, and emotionally completely isolated [me] from everyone who cared about me."
She explained, "It's such a mind warp while you're going through it … everything that you've survived is then being put on you. It's classic narcissistic abuse." Adding, "I call it farm prison because that's what it was for me. I was for years not allowed to freely come and go from my own home."
A few years ago, Firerose said she was afraid to talk during her marriage and even needed Billy's permission to send text messages. She said, "There were all these rules that I had to follow. It [happened] gradually … this is what your life is going to be. Jeremy Strong is not backing away from the acting method that has drawn criticism from fellow performers. The Succession alum still believes in going all-in on a role, even when that commitment changes the atmosphere around him or makes others uncomfortable.
Jeremy Strong discussed the issue on the Oct. 2 episode of The New Yorker Radio Hour. He said he never wants his process to interfere with another actor's work. The Succession actor follows one simple ruler that states, "First, do no harm," then commit fully to "what you're doing, and utterly."

Billy Crystal stopped by Wednesday night's episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" to explain the origins of his new, one-man Broadway show and reveal why he is "so grateful" that he gets to actually bring it to audiences.
Crystal **** led the show "860," which was the street address of the house that he and his family lived in for 46 years before it was destroyed last year in California's devastating Palisades Fire. In the aftermath of his home's destruction, Crystal said he began to impulsively film and document every moment on his phone, starting with shots of first responders' planes flying overhead to drop water on the fires.
"I started filming the planes coming over and all that stuff, and I never stopped filming. Whenever there was another event happening, I would just capture everything," Crystal said, adding, "I started, in my mind, writing a narrative about everything that was happening. I didn't know what form it was going to take. It might have been a documentary. It might have just been for us, you know? It kept the pain away from me."
"Over time, I started writing stories that went along with the videos that I was taking," Crystal continued. "It started to be not only very dramatic, but also really funny because most of it takes place inside the house."

A high school football coach in California was arrested Friday after students discovered a cellphone secretly recording them while they were changing inside a campus locker room, police said.
The phone allegedly belonged to Jeffrey Pribble, a 48-year-old teacher at Tracy High School, located east of San Francisco, the Tracy Police Department said Saturday.

Sweeney calls the "Just Sports" campaign "a very simple and playful idea," aimed to "really bring the concept of 'just sports' to life," and the spot really does get to the heart of what Novig is all about. Novig's vision is truly just sports, with "a marketplace designed around transparency and efficiency" that is built by sports traders, for sports traders. Sweeney says that this was a true collaboration.
