Madison Beer is now a Fortnite character wearing cheeky micro shorts with a fitted top. On November 3, her stylist shared a series of photos featuring the "Reckless" singer in the gaming-inspired ensemble on Instagram. Beer embodied an action heroine gaming avatar, blending classic combat gear elements with a bold streetwear silhouette.
Take a look at Madison Beer wearing shorts and a fitted top:
Madison Beer wore a tight-fitting, crew-neck, short-sleeved T-shirt in dark navy blue that hugs her torso. She paired the top with high-cut white mini shorts. Together, the pieces created a high-contrast foundation, highlighting the dark leather belt rig that draped diagonally across her hips.
The songstress wore a structured, dark brown leather chest harness, a matching dark brown leather utility belt, and a drop-leg holster. She also added some knitwear elements such as fingerless gloves and matching thick ribbed light gray thigh-high knit socks or leg warmers. She let her brown hair fall freely down her back and over her shoulders to complete the look.

Charlize Theron leaned into the age-old color-blocking trend for her latest public appearance in a Givenchy outfit. "The Odyssey" star accepted the Award of Inspiration at the amfAR Dallas 2026 on October 24. She looked stunning as ever in the outfit that blended deconstructed athletic wear and avant-garde tailoring.
For the amfAR Dallas 2026, Charlize Theron pulled an outfit straight from the runway. She was wearing a red-and-black color-blocked look from Givenchy's Spring 2027 Ready-to-Wear collection. It featured a fitted, finely ribbed black tank top with a classic scoop neckline. The top had double-strap detailing along the shoulders, creating subtle cutouts. Further, vivid red contrast binding along the neck and armholes framed her upper torso with crisp, geometric energy.
The lower half of the look transitioned into wide-leg trousers featuring a unique architectural drape. A wrapped, jacket-like layer folded downward over the hips. This inverted upper structure featured structured lapels trimmed in matching crimson piping, creating a layered trompe-l'œil effect. The voluminous folds added an intentional sense of asymmetry and rich textural depth to the otherwise minimalist black base.
A black leather belt with an oversized, round metallic disc buckle brought a hardware element that drew the eye straight to her waist. Further, Theron's beauty styling kept the spotlight firmly on the outfit's strong lines and interesting palette. She wore her blonde hair in an edgy, wet-look short crop. Soft, side-swept tendrils casually framed one side of her face while the rest was slicked back cleanly.
The Academy Award winner's makeup was minimal but striking, featuring a matte complexion, defined eyes, light pink blush on her cheeks, and a neutral, rosy-nude lip. She wore a stack of silver earrings that framed her face without distracting from her outfit. Black leather open-toe mules peeked from underneath her trousers, maintaining the dark color palette.

CLEVELAND — A lack of offense put the Guardians' backs firmly against the wall against the Chicago White Sox in an American League Division Series before Jose Ramirez came to the rescue in three consecutive games.
Now in the AL Championship Series, an all-too-familiar — and all-too-unwelcome — lack of timely hitting has every ounce of the Guardians' weight again on their heels, with nowhere else to go but forward or home.
The Guardians lost 3-1 to the Rays in Game 5 of the ALCS, giving Tampa Bay a 3-2 series lead and putting the Rays on the brink of a World Series berth. Trailing in the series for the first time, the Guardians travel to Tampa Bay (without the benefit of an off day to regroup after Game 4 was pushed back) for must-win Games 6 and 7.
They had to win three consecutive games to get to the ALCS. Now, they must again defy the odds and rally to win two connective road games to play the Milwaukee Brewers in the World Series.
"I think it'll help a ton knowing we're able to do it, facing elimination," said outfielder Steven Kwan, who made two highlight reel defensive plays in Game 5 to save at least two runs. "I think we feel a little better on this one as opposed to the [ALDS] since we've got some wins under our belt.

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and his wife Bianca Censori are used to wearing things that don't quite fit the vibe, and this week was no different. In the middle of an LA heat wave, the couple decided that a nearly 100-degree day was the perfect time to break out their winter wardrobes.
They had a low-key movie date in Westwood (@ The Grosby Group)
The couple stepped out together Sunday after a low-key movie date in Westwood, just one day after making a much more public appearance at ComplexCon. While the rest of Los Angeles was probably looking for the nearest air conditioner, Bianca was bundled up in a floor-length leather coat while Ye opted for a fur-trimmed jacket.
It does sometimes get chilly in a movie theater (@ The Grosby Group)
Censori went for an all-black look, wearing a shiny leather trench coat that fell all the way to the floor. The dramatic piece had structured shoulders, wide lapels, long sleeves, and a belted waist. Underneath, she wore a black hooded top with fitted black leggings.

Jon Heder recalls the restrictive dance belt he wore beneath his skintight Blades of Glory costumes
He helped design his character's peacock outfit, inspired by figure skater Johnny Weir's memorable swan routine
The Napoleon Dynamite star says he feels grateful that fans still embrace his beloved comedic roles
Jon Heder has very distinct — and restrictive — memories from his 2007 movie Blades of Glory.
In the film, Heder plays figure skater Jimmy MacElroy opposite Will Ferrell's Chazz Michael Michaels. His character wears a bevy of skintight, colorful figure skating costumes that would have looked right at home on retired figure skater Johnny Weir (on whom Heder's character was loosely based).

You can always rely on Fashion Month to churn out the trends, not just for apparel, but for hair, too. Over the last few weeks, the runway has given us sculptural frizz, combover-esque bangs, creative crimping, and countless other looks that make you wonder whether all of the lead hairstylists have colluded to make your morning routine a little more difficult. But behold: the trend we didn't see coming… back. In the ultimate model-off-duty moment, Gigi Hadid was seen wearing a humble zig-zag headband—the quintessential late-'90s and early-2000s hair accessory.
After walking in Miu Miu's Spring/Summer 2027 show on October 4, Hadid was spotted leaving the venue with her long, blonde hair pushed back by a tortoiseshell scalloped headband. Also known as a shark-tooth or comb headband (depending on who you ask, where they grew up, and how old they are), the style has those unmistakable wavy teeth that grip the hair while keeping the face free of any stray tendrils.
Hadid wore it with an otherwise wonderfully uncomplicated look: a loose, white **** on-down left open over a white bra, jeans cinched with a brown leather belt, and white mesh ballet flats decorated with tiny floral embroidery. She carried a brown Miu Miu bag, making the whole thing feel less like a carefully engineered Paris Fashion Week outfit and more like someone running errands after class in 2002—if that person happened to be a supermodel.

It's clear that the Princess of Wales has entered her autumn style era. Now that October is upon us, the 44-year-old has embraced the seasonal change with a plethora of darker-toned items.
Last week, Kate hosted a secret tea party for Three Peaks Challenge participants and their families at Windsor Castle. The royal looked elegant in a chocolate brown-coloured belted dress by the famously English heritage label Burberry. The structured fit-and-flare silhouette offered a clean, monochromatic look.
A new item in Kate's wardrobe, the £1,760 tailored dress is cut in a fit-and-flare silhouette that's cinched in with a striking, gold twist-lock belt. It also has slip pockets, which Kate was spotted appearing to use at certain moments. The dress appears to be bespoke as the sleeves are three-quarter length, whereas the frock on the shelves featured capped sleeves.

A year earlier, Kate wore the very same dress, but in black. During the German State visit in 2025, the mother of three was pictured viewing exhibits from the Royal Collection relating to Germany in the Green Drawing Room at Windsor Castle, alongside her husband, Prince William.

FBI Director Kash Patel is engaged to his country singer girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins, the pair announced in a post to X on Sunday evening.
Wilkins, 27, posted a black-and-white photo of herself standing with Patel, 46, flashing her hand in front of them to show off her ring with the caption, "Went and got the law involved." The two have been dating since before Patel took over as head of the FBI in 2025, when she attended his swearing in.
The country singer and political commentator released her debut album in 2023. Wilkins has been affiliated with conservative groups and writes on her website that she "honors country tradition while adding relevance and current commentary."
Patel, who reposted Wilkin's photo, has faced criticism for traveling on government aircraft on trips that have no known or apparent law enforcement purpose, including using an FBI jet to fly to State College, Pennsylvania, for a pro wrestling event where Wilkins performed the national anthem. Photos posted to social media by Wilkins afterward showed the couple smiling while she held an oversized golden championship belt.
Wilkins also made headlines as a performer at President Donald Trump's Great American State Fair on the National Mall as part of America 250, as other artists pulled out of the event after finding out it was not a non-partisan celebration.

Kate Middleton showed that green is one of her go-to colors for fall. While visiting the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in London, England, on September 11, 2026, the Princess of Wales arrived in a green apple midi dress by the British brand Suzannah London. The silk dress, known as the Flippy Wiggle Dress, featured black ****** ons running down the front with a tonal belt and short, capped sleeves. The dress was a re-wear for the royal; she first stepped out in the frock on May 18, 2023, while visiting the Anna Freud Centre in London. She likes that particular dress style so much that she also stepped out in a white version of the Flippy Wiggle dress with black detailing in July 2026. The white dress was Middleton's summer choice, while the green apple version is better suited to fall.
The hospital visit was a deeply personal one for the princess; Middleton received cancer treatment at the Royal Marsden Hospital in 2024, and so her visit during fall 2026 was an opportunity to connect with current patients and hospital staff. While it was obviously a very meaningful visit, it was also fitting that she chose to wear a green dress. In fashion, green symbolizes hope and new life, so her dress was a gesture of goodwill toward those in recovery.

A few days earlier, on September 8, 2026, the princess wore a green Emilia Wickstead dress when she and Prince William dropped off Prince George for his first day at the elite boarding school, Eton College. It seems she's all about green for these meaningful events.

Princess Kate and Prince William's three children make sure to help out around the house!
On Wednesday, September 30, the Princess of Wales, 44, joined the West Sussex Minibus service — a volunteer-run transportation service — in Pulborough, England, to pick up an elderly passenger. Aboard the bus, Kate encouraged Stella Drewett, 94, to fasten her seatbelt, according to **** o!

On September 9, 2026, Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:IRT) and Centerspace announced a definitive all-stock merger agreement. It creates a combined middle-market apartment REIT with a pro forma equity market capitalization of about $5.0 billion and a total enterprise value of approximately $8.1 billion, encompassing more than 44,000 units.
The combined company will retain the Independence Realty Trust name and NYSE ticker "IRT." IRT's Scott Schaeffer continues as Chairman and CEO. The management projects the deal will be roughly 5% accretive to 2027 Core FFO per share for shareholders of both companies.
The merger gives Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:IRT) higher scale and significantly broader geographic diversification. The combined company will own 44,354 apartment units across 163 communities in 17 states, with 58% of pro forma NOI coming from Sunbelt markets, 27% from the Midwest, and 15% from the Mountain West. The overall footprint reduces reliance on any single regional apartment market while keeping substantial exposure to markets with strong population and employment growth.
IRT can apply its existing value-creation strategy across a much larger portfolio. Its value-add renovation program has delivered about a 16% historical return on investment. The firm expects to grow its Wi-Fi initiative and other technology and income-generating programs across Centerspace's properties. Management also expects approximately $24 million in annualized synergies. It supports roughly 5% accretion to 2027 Core FFO per share on a leverage-neutral basis.
The all-stock structure allows the companies to chase greater scale without adding acquisition debt. IRT and Centerspace expect the combined company to retain BBB/BBB investment-grade credit ratings and maintain a well-laddered debt maturity profile. Centerspace shareholders will receive IRT shares and own approximately 22% of the combined company. It gives them exposure to the larger platform. Management also expects the transaction to improve access to capital markets and reduce the combined firm's cost of capital over time.

On September 9, 2026, Reuters reported that Stellantis N.V. (NYSE:STLA) is recalling 201,976 Jeep vehicles in the U.S., including certain Grand Cherokee, Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer models. It happened after the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration found a software error that can prevent the tire-pressure monitoring system from detecting low tire pressure or alerting the driver, raising crash risk.
Dealers will update the affected radio-frequency hub software free of charge. The recall is the latest in a year that has already included a 1.5-million-vehicle Ram seat-belt recall, a 955,000-vehicle camera-glitch recall in August, and more than 1 million Wranglers and Gladiators recalled in June for fire risk.
The recall should carry a relatively limited direct financial burden because Stellantis N.V. (NYSE:STLA) can fix the defect with a software update. The recall covers 201,976 Jeep vehicles, but Stellantis does not need to replace a physical component. A software-based remedy should reduce parts and labor costs and allow dealers to complete the repair relatively quickly, limiting the recall's immediate impact on earnings and cash flow.
Stellantis has already begun rebuilding its financial performance, giving investors a stronger foundation to absorb another recall. Second-quarter net profit reached €293 million compared with a €1.87 billion loss a year earlier. Revenue surged 13% to €43.5 billion. The business also generated €1 billion in industrial free cash flow during the quarter, showing real improvement as CEO Antonio Filosa executes his turnaround plan.
Strong North American demand shows the recall has not yet undermined demand for Stellantis' key Jeep and Ram products. Second-quarter North American shipments increased 38% to 445,000 vehicles. It was backed up by refreshed models, including the Jeep Grand Wagoneer and Grand Cherokee and the Ram 1500. So the company enters this recall with improving volumes and strong demand for several of the brands that matter most to its North American turnaround.

A Wall Street Journal report on September 16 revealed that ExxonMobil Holdings Corporation (NYSE:XOM) is nearing a preliminary agreement with Venezuela's state-owned PDVSA, potentially marking its return to the country almost two decades after its ***** ets were nationalized. According to Reuters, Exxon has shown interest in the large Petromonagas heavy oil project in the Orinoco Belt, as well as in areas in the neighboring Carabobo block.
While the talks are still in their preliminary phase and could still fall apart or be delayed, they mark a major turnaround from Exxon's previous stance on Venezuela. The company's CEO, Darren Woods, stated in January that the country was "uninvestable" without durable investment protections, legal reforms, and changes to its hydrocarbon laws.
The development comes amid a broader push by the Trump administration to open Venezuela's oil industry to American companies and revive the country's dilapidated oil infrastructure. The South American nation is sitting on the largest proven crude oil reserves in the world, accounting for roughly 17% of the global total.
Venezuela could provide Exxon with access to an enormous resource base at a time when the company is actively seeking low-cost and long-duration ***** ets. The fields under consideration are estimated to contain more than 50 billion barrels of oil buried underground.
Exxon already holds an advantage through its previous experience in the country. Petromonagas, formerly called Cerro Negro, was once the energy firm's flagship project in Venezuela, giving it familiarity with the country's vast heavy and extra-heavy crude resources. Petromonagas also remains one of the few Venezuelan projects with an operational upgrader capable of turning the Orinoco's extra-heavy crude into lighter exportable grades.

Sunbelt Rentals Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:SUNB) reported on September 9 that fiscal first-quarter revenue increased 11.2% to $3.115 billion, including $2.927 billion of rental revenue, up 12.5%. The quarter ended July 31, 2026.
Management raised fiscal 2027 rental-revenue growth guidance to 7% through 10%, while increasing planned net rental-equipment capital expenditures to $2.4 billion through $2.8 billion. Demand supports expansion, but investors need to ****** s how much cash remains after funding the fleet.
North America Specialty rental revenue grew 25.3%, giving Sunbelt Rentals Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:SUNB) a strong source of growth beyond general equipment rentals. Specialized services can deepen customer relationships and create opportunities to supply several needs on the same project.
The company estimated that the FIFA World Cup contributed 2.5 percentage points to quarterly rental-revenue growth. Serving complex events demonstrates the commercial value of a broad equipment network. The investment opportunity is to turn that capability into recurring work across industrial, energy and construction customers.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 8.7% to $1.315 billion. This company-defined non-GAAP measure adds taxes, net interest, depreciation, amortization, stock-based compensation and specified restructuring costs to net income. Its margin is adjusted EBITDA divided by revenue.

The heavyweight division will have to move on without Tom Aspinall for now. The Englishman recently announced that he is vacating the 265lbs **** le after another incident caused further damage to his right eye. Aspinall has been sidelined for nearly a year after suffering a double eye poke at the hands of Ciryl Gane at UFC 321.
He was diagnosed with the rare bilateral traumatic Brown's syndrome and has since undergone triple eye surgery. Eddie Hearn recently revealed that Aspinall needed more time for additional tests before he could be considered 100% healthy. However, the prolonged recovery timeline became increasingly frustrating.
The former champion took to Instagram and penned a lengthy post explaining the circumstances behind his decision. Shortly after, Josh Hokit seized the opportunity to stake his claim to the now-vacant **** le.
The 10-0 heavyweight had recently rejected Alex Pereira's call for a rematch with Gane, who currently holds the interim **** le. Instead, Hokit pitched two blockbuster headliners for UFC 334 later this year, with himself facing Gane for the heavyweight gold and Pereira taking on Sergei Pavlovich.
Now that Aspinall has vacated the belt, Gane is seemingly expected to be upgraded to undisputed champion. However, staying true to his original plan, Hokit has doubled down on facing the Frenchman for the championship next.

It's game-week for the 20th ranked Missouri Tigers — who host Sun Belt opponent Troy in the third game of the regular season — looking to improve to 3-0.
It is also Mizzou's final non-conference game of the season before the nine-game SEC slate. Saturday night's kick-off has been announced as the 22nd straight sellout as Missouri will be celebrating the 100th year anniversary of Memorial Stadium.
Eli Drinkwitz's team will be wearing throwback uniforms in honor of the 100 years.
Nathan Hurst will break down the Top 10 games of all-time played at Mizzou's Memorial Stadium. As for Saturday night's game against Troy — how are we liking these bad boys that the Tigers will wear?

Jennifer Lopez posed for a selfie in a plunging white top and matching bottoms.
She paired the tailored piece with flashes of gold jewelry and accessories.
Lopez recently shared photos from her poolside Labor Day weekend.
It's no great secret that some styling rules were made to be broken, and it seems that Jennifer Lopez isn't quite ready to give up her whites just yet, even though Labor Day has come and gone.

CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) — Freshman Tait Reynolds replaced an injured Christopher Vizzina at quarterback and threw for 178 yards and led five scoring drives as Clemson defeated Georgia Southern 22-7 on Saturday night following a two-hour lightning delay.
T.J. Moore had seven catches for 103 yards and a touchdown and Nolan Hauser was 5 for 5 on field goal attempts for Clemson (1-1), which rebounded from a 51-10 thrashing at the hands of No. 11 LSU last week.
That loss, combined with a seventh place finish in the ACC last year, left fans and former players frustrated with the Tigers' sharp falloff under longtime head coach Dabo Swinney. Clemson's win likely did little to inspire much confidence in new coordinator Chad Morris' offense.
The Tigers (1-1), who were outgained by nearly 500 yards by LSU, finished with 345 yards but were 2 of 13 on third down conversions and managed just one touchdown on five trips inside the red zone against the Sun Belt Conference foe.
Max Johnson, a North Carolina transfer, finished 27-of-47 passing for 244 yards and a touchdown for Georgia Southern (1-1).

Chris Eubank Jr was quick to react to Conor Benn's loss to Ryan Garcia on Saturday, mocking his bitter rival after the emphatic defeat.
Benn was fighting for a world ***** le for the first time, challenging Garcia for the WBC welterweight belt, when he suffered a second-round loss in Las Vegas.
Benn, 29, started aggressively as expected, but he walked onto a huge right hook in the second frame, as Garcia, 28, dropped the Briton badly. Benn beat the referee's count but was quickly overwhelmed, leading the official to step in.

The result marked Benn's second-ever loss, and his first via stoppage; in April 2025, Eubank Jr outpointed Benn, who returned the favour in November.

Ryan Garcia left no doubt. After a heated build-up between two of boxing's biggest names, the reigning WBC welterweight champion delivered a devastating performance Saturday night inside of Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena, needing less than two rounds to dispatch Conor Benn and successfully defend his belt in a statement performance.
After controlling the opening round, Garcia ended matters in spectacular fashion early in the second, uncorking a massive right hand that sent Benn crumbling to the canvas. Benn managed to beat the 10-count, but Garcia immediately swarmed his wounded prey and unloaded against the ropes until the referee mercifully stepped in to stop the bout.
Afterward, Garcia (26-2, 21 KOs) called for WBA welterweight champion Teofimo Lopez to join him in the ring, teasing the possiblitiy of a massive unification clash next. Benn (25-2, 14 KOs), meanwhile, suffered the first stoppage loss of his pro career.
Unsurprisingly, as is often the case with anything Garcia does, Saturday's result instantly set the boxing world ablaze, prompting a flood of fellow fighters to gush over Garcia's spectacular performance on social media — and eliciting a healthy amount of revelry from Benn's critics. Chief among those critics was Chris Eubank Jr., who couldn't help but chime in with a roast of his longtime rival following their two-fight series in 2025.
Welcome to the ’fighting after cutting too much weight’ club… Enjoy
