Several world-famous celebs gathered for the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2027 show during Paris Fashion Week. Among the stars in Paris was Zendaya, who not only turned heads with her look but also made headlines for a brief interaction she had with Brigitte Macron, the First Lady of France.
In a video shared by Alexandre Maras, editor-in-chief of Paris Match, you can see the exact moment Brigitte Macron walks over to greet the Dune actress. During this brief encounter in the Cour Carrée of the Louvre Museum, 30-year-old Zendaya remained seated. The president's wife leaned in slightly to shake the actress's hand. The Euphoria star returned the gesture, shook her hand, and said it was a pleasure to meet her.
Moments before 73-year-old Brigitte Macron approached Zendaya, Bernard Arnault, CEO of the luxury group LVMH, had also greeted the actress. The executive leads the luxury conglomerate that brings together more than 75 internationally renowned brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi, Celine, Loewe, Givenchy, Marc Jacobs, Kenzo, among others.

Zendaya behaved the same way with Arnault; she greeted him, shook his hand, and stayed in her seat. Debate quickly erupted on social media. Some argued that the actress should have stood up out of courtesy and greeted them both on her feet—first, because of their positions as First Lady and top executive, and second, because they are older.

The lightweight showdown between Renato Moicano and Brian Ortega has been scrapped from Saturday's UFC 331 card in Los Angeles.
Ortega suffered an undisclosed injury and as a result, his fight has been cancelled and Moicano is no longer competing on the card. Instead, Moicano now faces riding lightweight contender Tom Nolan in the main event for the upcoming UFC Fight Night card scheduled on Oct. 31 at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.
UFC officials announced the news on Monday.
With Moicano vs. Ortega no longer happening, UFC 331, the card is down to 12 total fights with the heavyweight matchup between Gable Steveson and Sean Sharaf now opening the main card on Saturday night.
UFC 331 is headlined by a flyweight ******* le fight as Joshua Van puts his belt up for grabs against former champion Alexandre Pantoja.

Joseph Morales and Brandon Moreno meet in the Noche UFC co-feature Saturday at Diamond Desert Arena in Glendale, Ariz. Check out this quick breakdown of the matchup from MMA Junkie ****** yst Dan Tom.
Last event's results: 4-2
UFC main cards, 2026: 100-55-1
Joseph Morales (14-2 MMA, 3-2 UFC) is in his second stint in the UFC. After an 0-2 run his first time around, he returned and won "The Ultimate Fighter" last year, then submitted Matt Schnell in November. He's been sidelined for 10 months, but now has his biggest opportunity yet.
Two-time flyweight champ Brandon Moreno (23-10-2 MMA, 11-7-2 UFC) has seen a mixed bag of results since he lost the belt to Alexandre Pantoja in 2023. He dropped a split call to Brandon Royval after that, but then had back-to-back decision wins. Those are in the rearview mirror, though. Consecutive losses to Tatsuro Taira and Lone'er Kavanagh have him in desperate need of a win.

Today is the day of the first on-ice activity for the Colorado Avalanche in the 2026-27 season. A group of 25 rookies are gathering at Family Sports Center at 9:00 a.m. for a one-day practice before they head off to San Jose, Calif. for the annual rookie tournament.
Late last week the roster was announced which features almost as many defensemen (8) as forwards (13). The only two players with NHL experience expected to attend are forwards Nikita Prishchepov and Taylor Makar, though several others on this list could see their NHL debut soon. All eyes will be on goaltender Ilya Nabokov and forward TJ Hughes who might even make an impact on the Avalanche this year.
It's nice to see five of the nine members of the 2026 Avalanche draft class in attendance including including forwards Beckett Hamilton and Shawn Carrier, defenseman Ondrej Ruml and goaltenders Alexandre Raymond and Tobias Tvrznik,
Those prospects playing in the NCAA or Europe this season are not listed and were not expected to attend rookie camp or Avalanche training camp. However, it is curious the class headliner, 43rd overall Egor Shilov is missing especially since he has chosen to spend one more year in the QMJHL with Victoriaville. But, there is a clue from those who cover the Canadian junior leagues that ongoing visa issues are to blame.

Italian giants Napoli are in talks to sign FC Lorient midfielder Noah Cadiou (27), according to a report from Sacha Tavolieri.
Cadiou shone for Les Merlus last season. The France-born midfielder impressed with his physicality as well as his technicality on the ball. He has started both of Les Merlus' Ligue 1 games this season under new manager Alexandre Dujeux, however, it was during Saturday night's defeat to ESTAC Troyes that links with a move across the Alpine border emerged.
Tavolieri understands that Napoli are looking to sign Cadiou before the closure of the transfer window on Tuesday night. The Italian side have already made contact with their counterparts at Lorient. Talks are currently ongoing. It is Max Allegri who is leading the recruitment of the Guadeoupe international.
Les Merlus, under no obligation to sell the player, value the player at €9m. It is an attainable figure for a club with the wealth of Napoli.

Hello everyone, and welcome back for another week of rankings in the UFC. That was a wild fight card we had for UFC 330, in which we saw both champions defend their belts successfully. We also saw a ton of upsets in this card that turned the entire betting world upside down.
However, now that UFC 330 is in the past, we look forward to UFC Fight Night 285 in Sacramento. This fight night will feature Anthony "Fluffy" Hernandez versus Gregory Rodrigues for the main event.
That being said, let's get to this week's rankings and see who made it. Have a great day, everyone, and may the fights be with you.

Joshua Van remains at tenth even after his amazing win against Tatsuro Taira at UFC 328. Since then, it's been quiet, but now the wait is finally over. Van will be facing Alexandre Pantoja at UFC 331 on September 19th, in Los Angeles, CA. After seeing them face to face at UFC 330's media day, I can't wait for these two to finally square off in a fair fight with no injuries.

Alexandre Pantoja looks to get his UFC belt back at UFC 331.
The former UFC flyweight champion lost his belt against Joshua Van last December when he suffered an injury in the first round, but gets his anticipated rematch in the UFC 331 main event at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sept. 19.
Arman Tsakruyan makes his long-awaited return against Mauricio Ruffy in a pivotal lightweight contest. The winner of the UFC 331 co-main event could get a ****** le shot against UFC lightweight champion Justin Gaethje.
Patricio Pitbull, who has lost two of his three UFC fights since coming over from Bellator, faces Doo Ho Choi, who has won three straight fights, on the main card.
Former UFC featherweight ****** le contender Brian Ortega is once again slated to face Renato Moicano after dropping out of a fight against Moicano earlier this year.

If you didn't think reigning UFC flyweight champion Joshua Van and former ****** leholder Alexandre Pantoja were enemies then Friday's UFC 331 pre-fight press conference certainly set the record straight.
The new champ and the old champ really don't like each other.
Van and Pantoja first met back at UFC 323 in Dec. 2025, but that flyweight ****** le fight ended in disaster. Pantoja, who was the reigning and defending champion at the time, injured his arm just 26 seconds into the fight (watch HERE). While some may have looked at it as a cheap victory for Van that didn't stop the young flyweight from stepping into the role as champion. As Pantoja recovered from his injury Van successfully defended the 125-pound ****** le against Tatsuo Taira at UFC 328 this past May in one of the best flyweight fights of all time.
The budding rivals will finally run it back when they meet atop UFC 331 on Sept. 19 from Los Angeles, California. It will be Van's second-straight ****** le defense and Pantoja's first action since coughing up the belt eight months ago. Needless to say, Van and Pantoja are eager to get back into the Octagon and prove who the best flyweight in the world is.
On Friday, the two men took to the stage for UFC 331's pre-fight press conference. While they are usually reserved and respectful towards their opponents, Van and Pantoja were everything but when the microphones went live. Both flyweights talked trash on stage and at one point Pantoja got out of his chair and tried to press Van. Luckily, UFC CEO Dana White was right in the middle of it to prevent Pantoja from doing something he'd regret.

Dana White wasn't taking any risks with Arman Tsarukyan.
On Friday, the UFC held its first press conference for next month's UFC 331 card, which takes place in Los Angeles and is headlined by a flyweight ***** le rematch between Joshua Van and Alexandre Pantoja. The co-main event for the card is a lightweight ***** le eliminator bout between Tsarukyan and Maurio Ruffy, and when it came time for Tsarukyan and Ruffy to face off after the press conference, Dana White was not about to let Tsarukyan do anything crazy.
Tsarukyan has become notorious in recent years for his tomfoolery outside of the cage, infamously headbutting Dan Hooker at their final faceoff before their fight at UFC Qatar last year. So, when the two came together for the first time and Ruffy held a fist out, White immediately intervened when Tsarukyan began to walk forward and had the two pulled apart to prevent any mishaps.
The main event faceoff was perhaps even more intense. Van and Pantoja argued throughout much of the press conference beforehand, with Pantoja even attempting to confront Van, so when the two finally came face-to-face, things got quite chippy.
UFC 331 takes place on Sep. 19 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

PHILADELPHIA – The build to UFC 331 is officially underway after the kick-off press conference on Friday featuring top athletes from the card.
UFC 331 takes place Sept. 19 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles (Paramount+), and featured a flyweight **** le rematch in the main event. Champion Joshua Van (16-2 MMA, 10-1 UFC) attempts to make his second defense against former champion Alexandre Pantoja (30-6 MMA, 14-4 UFC) in an essential rebooking from when the belt switched hands in December after Pantoja suffered an arm injury just seconds into the contest.
The co-headliner, meanwhile, sees Arman Tsarukyan (23-3 MMA, 10-2 UFC) looks to further solidify a lightweight **** le shot against Mauricio Ruffy (14-2 MMA, 5-1 UFC), who can achieve a trajectory-changing win of his own in the 155-pound **** le scene.
All four athletes were on hand to answer questions from reporters about UFC 331, then afterward participated in their first set of faceoffs.

One of AlexandrePantoja's coaches is excited about the former champ's Octagonreturn.

Nearly eight months after losing his Ultimate Fighting Championship flyweight ******* le to Joshua Vandue to an arm injury in the opening minute of their UFC 323 matchup, Pantoja will have an opportunity to reclaimthe belt when the two meet again in the UFC331 main event on Sept. 19 at Crypto.com Arena in LosAngeles.

According to American Top Team strength and conditioning coach EvertonOliveira, the injury hasn't impeded Pantoja's development.
Pantoja was a dominant champion going into his ******* le defenseagainst Van last year. However, after the challenger caught hiskick, "The Cannibal" used his forearm as a frame while falling tothe canvas. An awkward landing saw Pantoja immediately indicatethat his arm was injured, prompting the referee to step in.

"It was an extremely positive surprise the way Pantoja responded tothe injury," Oliveira told Sherdog. "It was a serious one, but hedidn't have to undergo surgery. The following week, he was alreadydoing physical therapy."

Oliveira believes Pantoja's recovery was going so well that theformer champion could have returned in May if needed.

"Thanks to his dedication and commitment, his recovery wasamazing," Oliveira added. "Let's say that if the UFC had needed himto return in May, he would have been ready."

The coach then emphasized that the additional time away from thecompetition after Pantoja recovered could ultimately benefit theformer 125-pound king.

"Before the injury, during his last camp, he was already goingthrough the best phase of his career," Oliveira said. "This timeaway from training only increased his motivation. I'm excited tosee this Pantoja 2.0 turbo version, with a performance above hisnormal level. He's more mature and at his physical and technicalprime."

For weeks rumors have swirled that a rematch between former lightweight champion Charles Oliveira and No. 2 ranked contender Arman Tsarukyan was all but signed, sealed and delivered. The fight promotion had other plans.
Tsarukyan (23-3) will instead face No. 7 ranked Mauricio Ruffy (14-2) in the UFC 331 co-main event in a five-round fight. UFC 331 takes place on Sept. 19 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and is headlined by a flyweight championship rematch between ***** leholder Joshua Van and former champion Alexandre Pantoja.
Tsarukyan will enter the bout riding a five-fight winning streak. He last fought at UFC Fight Night 265 last November defeating Dan Hooker via submission. The finish earned him a 'Performance of the Night' bonus.
Ruffy has won back-to-back fights and is coming off a TKO win over Michael Chandler at the UFC Freedom 250 event at The White House in June.
The event will mark the promotion's sixth visit to Los Angeles but the first in eight years. The last time the octagon was in L.A. was for UFC 227 in August 2018.

A rematch is on tap for Cali.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is headed back to Crypto.com Arena — a.k.a. Staples Center — in Los Angeles, California, for UFC 331 on Sat., Sept. 19, 2026, and the promotion is bringing a pretty loaded card with it.
In the main event, UFC Flyweight champion Joshua Van runs it back with longtime champion Alexandre Pantoja after their first encounter ended in an awful injury.
In the co-main event, No. 2-ranked Lightweight and almost-title challenger Arman Tsarukyan finally returns to action against Brazilian knockout artist Mauricio Ruffy in a five-round fight with major ***** le implications.
Pantoja and Van collided in the co-main event of UFC 323, but the fight lasted only 26 seconds after then-champion Pantoja dislocated his elbow and Van became champion in one of the most unfortunate ***** le changes in recent memory.

#main #fight #cali #fighting

The main event for UFC 331 is finally set with Joshua Van defending his flyweight ***** le in a rematch against former champion Alexandre Pantoja, who is now healthy and ready to compete again.
In the co-main event, Arman Tsarukyan faces Mauricio Ruffy in a five-round fight between lightweights who are both jockeying for a ***** le shot against current champion Justin Gaethje.
The main event features Pantoja making his return to action after a freak injury ended his dominant ***** le reign in his first fight against Van in 2025. Pantoja fell awkwardly during an exchange and his arm popped, which forced the fight to be stopped in the opening round.
While he recovered, Van took over as UFC flyweight champion and made a successful defense of his ***** le in a potential Fight of the Year candidate against Tatsuro Taira in May. Now Van looks to settle any debates about his championship reign when he faces Pantoja in a rematch now scheduled for September.
In the co-main event, widely considered the top lightweight contender in the UFC, Tsarukyan returns after spending the better part of the past year making a name for himself in RAF where he's been wrestling almost every month. Now he gets back to business in the UFC trying to build on his five-fight win streak, which includes wins over Charles Oliveira, Beneil Dariush and Dan Hooker.

The UFC flyweight ******* le rematch is on the books.
Champion Joshua Van and former ******* leholder Alexandre Pantoja will run it back Sept. 19 at UFC 331 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, the promotion announced.
Van (17-2 MMA, 10-1 UFC) and Pantoja (30-6 MMA, 14-4 UFC) initially collided at UFC 323 in December – and that's essentially what the fight was in a nutshell. It was one single collision. Van caught a Pantoja kick in the opening seconds and dumped the then-champion to the canvas. As Pantoja fell, he planted his left arm on the mat – causing fight-ending injury.
Despite the gruesome optics, Pantoja suffered a dislocation and is back competing for gold again nine months later. As Pantoja recovered, Van fought Tatsuro Taira in May and won by fifth-round knockout. The win extended his streak to seven in a row.

Under contract with Ajax until 2027, Branco van den Boomen (30) is reported to have terminated his contract with the Amsterdam club, according to information from Mohamed Toubache-Ter.
Now a free agent, the Dutchman is expected to sign for Angers SCO – where he was on loan last winter – on a three-year deal, running until 2029.
A former Toulouse FC player (23 goals and 45 ***** ists in 121 matches), the midfielder left France in the summer of 2023 to return to the Netherlands, where his spell with the Ajaccides ultimately did not go as he had hoped.
Plagued by several injuries that kept him sidelined, at times for many weeks, van den Boomen ultimately never managed to establish himself as an undisputed first-team regular at a club where he had previously played in the youth ranks.
And it was at Angers that the Veldhoven-born player finally regained regular playing time, starting 14 of the 15 matches (one ***** ist) he featured in under Alexandre Dujeux during the 2025-26 season.

North West made a statement at Vetements' Spring/Summer 2027 menswear show during Paris Fashion Week, debuting an edgy new faux facial-piercing look that perfectly matched her signature alternative style. The 13-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West arrived in blue pigtails with her apparent angel-bite lip studs drawing attention. But North was far from the only headline-making guest. Sharon Stone returned to the runway for the first time in more than three decades, while Britney Spears' sons Sean Preston and Jayden James both took to the catwalk in their modelling debuts. Olivia Palermo, Natalia Vodianova and Alexandre Grimaldi were also among the glamorous crowd.
North West ensured all eyes were on her with an edgy all-black Vetements look. The 13-year-old paired an oversized graphic top with a pleated mini skirt, sheer tights and chunky black boots wrapped in oversized silver chains. Her vivid turquoise-blue hair was styled into high pigtails, while her apparent faux lip, cheek and nose jewellery, spiked collar and dramatic manga-inspired makeup gave the outfit a full punk-pop finish.
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's eldest son, Sean Preston Spears, made a confident runway appearance in a striking all-black ensemble. He wore a long satin-finish black coat with graphic patches and labels , layered over a black **** on-down shirt and necktie. Faded blue jeans and glossy black shoes gave the tailored look a deliberately undone edge, perfectly suited to Vetements' subversive approach to menswear.
Jayden joined his older brother Sean on the Vetements runway, opting for a more stripped-back take on the collection. Britney's younger son wore a fitted white tank top with relaxed pale-blue jeans, finished with a brown leather belt, oversized buckle and a cluster of chains at his hip. Dark leather shoes and softly tousled hair completed the effortless, off-duty look.
Sharon made one of the show's most memorable runway appearances, returning to the Paris Fashion Week catwalk more than 30 years after her last turn for Valentino. The Basic Instinct star wore an oversized white blazer over a black shirt and white tie, paired with ultra-shiny black thigh-high boots. Her sleek centre-parted blonde bob and understated makeup allowed the sharply tailored, high-contrast look to take centre stage.

UFC Fight Night 279 took place Saturday at the Meta APEX a week after the notorious White House event.

Murtazali Magomedov had help from a UFC veteran for his spectacular debut on Saturday.

Magomedov (11-0) made his promotional debut against Melsik Baghdasaryan (8-4) at UFC Fight Night 279 on Saturday at the Apex in Las Vegas. While Baghdasaryan landed some powerful strikes early, Magomedov took him down quickly and started looking for a rear-naked choke. As Baghdasaryan tried to turn into Magomedov, the Kyrgyz prospect locked in a modified twister to secure a submission win at 1:17 of the opening round. Magomedov scored the fourth twister submission in UFC history in his debut in the promotion.

Magomedov subsequently said that he had been specifically training the twister in the gym for a long time. The undefeated featherweight prospect further revealed that he learned the move from former UFC flyweight, Askar Askarov.

“I work this technique long time,” Magomedov said. “My brother, Askar Askarov teach me this technique.”
While Magomedov claims he’s not one to talk a lot, “The Highlight” believes the UFC featherweight division needs revival.

“I want activity… I honestly don’t talk too much,” Magomedov said. “But the featherweight division is almost dying. Let’s bring it back to life and make it great again.”

Askarov (15-1) look immensely promising in his short-lived UFC career. “Bullet” fought Brandon Moreno to a draw and defeated Tim Elliott, Alexandre Pantoja and Joseph Benavidez before suffering his lone professional loss against Kai Kara-France in 2022. While, Askarov was scheduled to fight Brandon Royval later that year, he pulled out due to weight management issues. Askarov subsequently asked for and was granted his release from the UFC. Askarov has since competed only once more in 2023, picking up a win on the regional circuit.

In case you didn’t know, Horiguchi owned a win over Kape dating back to 2017 under the RIZIN banner. That was a wild matchup that lasted late into the third round before Horiguchi stopped “Starboy” with an arm-triangle choke. Saturday was Kape’s chance for revenge and his final stamp of approval to get his first-ever UFC ***** le shot. After a fun back-and-forth first two rounds that favored Horiguchi’s pace and output, Kape found a window of opportunity to steal the show. The talented striker waited for his moment to pounce and uncorked a perfectly-timed right hand that landed flush and sent Horiguchi into a tizzy. Kape followed up with heavy ground-and-pound shots before referee Herb Dean moved in for the TKO stoppage.
